I had an amazing experience at Massage Cove in Studio City. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The massage itself was amazing—my therapist was so skilled and attentive, addressing all my areas of tension with expertise. It was the best massage I ever had. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, with soothing music and a calming environment. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Very hospitable, peaceful relaxing vibes. I got a couples massage and both the man and woman were very good at hitting the areas requested. I needed water at one point, and the masseuse got a me a glass and turned away while I drank it to give me privacy. The masseuses kept checking to see if the pressure was okay, and were very respectful. The hot stones were a nice touch! I will definitely be coming back because they have a stamp card for frequent visitors and they are good people.

AMAZING MASSAGE PLACE. I came in on the Grand Opening weekend. This place is very clean, comfortable and really elegant. The masseuse personal are very friendly and professional. Summer was the name of the masseuse who did an excellent job, My shoulders and lower back were in pain and she focus on that area. The foot massage was also great. I would recommended it. I would definitely come back here at least once a month since I workout every day and my muscles are sore.PS: They are really accommodate, they have hot coffee and hot tea, they have heaters to make sure you stay warm while getting your full body massage.

Clean and comfortable. Had a couples massage with my husband (2 men). I got Vincent for my therapist and my husband got Summer. Both were fantastic. They sensed where our tension was and focused on those areas perfectly. They both were wonderfully intuitive; they would push just to the point of discomfort and then back off—very therapeutic and just what our bodies needed! Vincent’s hands were warm and strong without overpowering. Summer had strong hands and an instinctive touch. Loved the hot stones. We both felt enlivened and relaxed at the same time. Will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! I initially found out about this place through Groupon and I had such a great experience that I will definitely be returning. My husband and I did the 90-minute couples massage with hot towels, essential oil, and hot stones. We had a little trouble with traffic on the way there and arrived a few minutes late but they were very accommodating. We each got separate rooms, but the two rooms were right next to each other. I specified that I wanted a “light touch” massage since I bruise easily and I noted which areas I wanted the focus of the massage to be on. My masseuse was very friendly and communicating with me the entire time making sure she wasn’t massaging me too hard. The entire experience was extremely relaxing and the pain in my right shoulder that I’ve had for a few months has gone down considerably. I highly recommend this place and my husband and I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent massage at this recently opened massage spot in Studio City. Very clean and attractive, this massage place has a very nice aesthetic to it, conducive to a feeling of relaxation. The owner/manager/masseuse that took my appointment, greeted me, and then performed the massage--Sally--was very charming and personable, as well as being a very talented massage therapist. Did a great job of hitting the right spots with the correspondingly right amount of pressure. Felt very relaxed during the entirety of the massage...and felt revived and rejuvenated after the completion of the session, in addition to an overall feeling of relaxation. I will definitely be returning to this spot in the near future!

AMAZING! Clean, friendly and professional atmosphere. Vincent was amazing and did everything that I asked for and more with a wonderful attitude, And let me tell you I am probably the worst client. I have a lot of knots and pain and am very particular and he did not get annoyed with me one bit and accommodated everything I asked for. The dude has skills, I will definitely be back.

I found Massage Cove because of its proximity to my place, and I feel lucky I did. Summer was a great massage therapist and leaned in to all of my problem spots. I left the experience feeling more relaxed and feeling less pain. She used the perfect amount of pressure, the hot stones were actually hot, and I felt better! Will definitely return.

I came for the first time today and I got a combination massage with back WalkIng after having some back muscle pain…… SUMMER was my masseuse and baby let me tell you…. SUMMER needs an award for that massage. It was so detailed and comprehensive and definitely relaxed and opened up my entire back. She massaged my face so well and hamstrings and calves - i will be back weekly

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this massage place. My partner and I booked a couples massage for 5 PM, clearly indicating that it was for two people. The owner even confirmed several times that our reservation was indeed for two. However, she later texted us to change the time to 6 PM.We drove almost 30 minutes to Ventura on a Sunday afternoon, only to be told upon arrival that they couldn’t accommodate a couples massage at that time. This was incredibly frustrating and showed a complete lack of care and responsibility towards their clients.Its unacceptable to treat customers with such disregard. We won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable and professional service.

The lady said no as I was about to tip her $8. Then I thought the hot stones were an extra $10 . But I noticed on my credit card a charge $20 , so I guess she took het tip regardless. Im not to report this!!! Its really scary that they can charge your cc like thisThe lady was pretty horrible at the massage. Way too hard on my body. And she was rude

Please find another place with better people. When I tried to use my Groupon they said it was expired and used…I had never been there. Before we figured it out , they were telling me that I need to leave. After the service they asked for a tip, I stated that I would leave a tip next time in cash because we have another voucher. She told me if I don’t tip , I can’t come back. Don’t worry I will be getting my money back from Groupon.

I usually go to the massage once a week, the massage here was terrible, it seems that they only hire people without knowledge, also I had my appointment at 5 pm and they treated me until 5:15, also the employees are demanding with the tip I will never return to this place, it was a bad experience. I gave them 2 star only because the place is very nice and clean.
