Fred Parker Wellness has quickly become my go to place for massages! All of their masseuses are talented and attentive. Their rooms are relaxing and quiet, sometimes they get a little chilly but not enough to ruin your time. After each massage I feel like a brand new woman! It’s so peaceful. The prices are unbeatable, especially when you compare them to a chain like massage envy or the now. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I found Fred Parker Wellness while looking for a last minute same-day booking for a much needed massage. Was so glad to have taken a chance on this studio. My massage therapist was great, really listening to where my knots and pain were and focused on those areas with the right amount of pressure - something a lot of other places do not do. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service, and the space is very relaxing and clean. Will definitely be back!!

I just had my first massage at Fred Parker Wellness and what a wonderful experience it was! The owner and his team are incredible. I initially asked about a combination service that they didn’t offer (a reiki massage) and they went out of their way to find a practitioner who could make it happen for me. I was also able to upgrade to have the massage in their Himalayan salt room and it was such a beautiful little sanctuary. Enjoying the massage and reiki session in that room made the overall experience so special. I will definitely be returning! If you’re trying to decide whether or not to try this place out, definitely do it! The people are amazing, the space is gorgeous, the prices are fair and the service is fantastic!

I absolutely loved the intimate boutique-like feel of the space. Its beautifully appointed with elements to create calm and tranquil ambiance. The staff was friendly, professional and very attentive and the booking process was super simple.I received the most amazing 90 minutes massage at the hands of my Therapist, Jan. Her wealth of experience was evident and so appreciated. A real Pro and so pleasant! I will definitely return to see Jan and also try the other Therapists.My next visit will likely be to experience the Sound Bath, the salt room is GORGEOUS. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a wellness space to focus on self care and rejuvenate. You wont be disappointed. Bravo you guys!

Mark is a wonderful therapist, I felt very comfortable, he checked in with me in what areas were sore or tense and worked on those things while also giving a full body massage. It was relaxing but he also released a lot of tension that was built up. I feel so good! Mark was also very personable and easy to talk to.The spa is beautiful, clean and serene. Lovely music and decor set a relaxing tone. It smells great and all staff smiled at me and were welcoming! I will definitely be back!! I’ll be recommending to friends/family as well. I took my friend here for a full moon sound bath for her birthday gift just us girls. I was very happy with the experience it was all so zen. I had never done anything like it before so was definitely a newbie. Everyone from the owner at the front desk to the women hosting the session were all so kind and calm keeping the energy level relaxed. The session itself was very cool and I really enjoyed the whole thing. After we were served warm rose tea and water before leaving at with a better head on our shoulders than we walked in with. Would definitely go back for other services there it was a beautiful calming space!

Went to the most amazing soundbath here with Sara and reiki with Rowana. Felt such a beautiful energy of tranquility and relaxation and peace. Sara held space for everyone and it was such a transformative evening. Thank you!

When Jan, my amazing massage therapist of 5+ years, left Burke Williams a few months ago, I was so sad. So when I recently learned she was at Fred Parker Wellness, I booked an appointment asap! Their online booking system was quick and easy. And while I already knew Id be getting a great massage from Jan, I was also impressed by the facilities and other staff at here when I arrived for my first appointment. The environment is calm, comfortable and welcoming. And the woman at the front desk was both friendly and efficient, which let me continue my relaxed mood as I headed home. I look forward to continuing my monthly massages with Jan here at Fred Parker Wellness, and you should book one too -- you wont be disappointed!

I had the best experience today! I was running late to my appointment due to traffic accident and staff was still very welcoming. I saw Mark today and he was absolutely amazing! He made me feel super comfortable and took the time to see which areas I wanted to focus on and made sure the pressure was okay. He was informative and gave great advice afterwards. Loved him and highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have an overall amazing experience.

Went to Fred Parker Wellness for a deep tissue massage with Ellen after getting off a camera operating job that left me with back pain and tightness in my shoulder and neck. Ellen did an amazing job assessing where I needed more attention and walked me through her process of why she was massaging and targeting certain areas. Definitely will come back in August after my next job!

Pretty, new, wellness studio in Studio City with convenient parking nearby. Fred, Jaimie, and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. I attended a full moon sound bath and felt very relaxed after. I also enjoyed the portion of time we focused on releasing things that no longer serve us. I would definitely recommend this meditative experience.

I had such a great experience coming here! I have been wanting to do a sound bath for so long and I’m so glad I finally did it. I did the New Moon Reiki Soundbath with my husband (his first time trying both things) and absolutely loved it. It was so special having the session happen in the salt room which made it feel even more healing. Such a positive and vibey environment. I for sure will take one of these classes again and now I want to come in for a massage. The entire staff were all super nice and accommodating as well. Amazing experience!

What an incredible space. Last night, I attended a full moon sound bath in this stunning room with a rock salt wall. The sound bath was so powerful. As I laid on my mat, I could feel the reverberations of the sound bowls throughout my body. The journey ended with light chimes that slowly pulled me back to earth. It was a transformative meditation. I left feeling realigned and rejuvenated. 10 out of 10 would recommend and go again!

Trying this once more; last time, it posted twice, and when I deleted one, both disappeared! *grumble*Anyway -- I recently discovered Fred Parker Wellness through a Google search, and was impressed with the great reviews. So far, I have had two deep-tissue massages with Fred himself, and I will definitely be back for more. Ive had a great deal of tension and pain in my neck and shoulders in recent months due to personal and stressful circumstances, and I have noticed relief. Fred is highly skilled, as well as kind and compassionate and very much in tune with individual needs. The space is comfortable and welcoming, and the validated parking makes it even better!

This new(ish) massage and wellness studio in Studio City, is my new favorite.I decided to book a deep tissue massage and a sound bath here because of all the other great reviews and they did not disappoint. When you really need it, its tough going to a new place, but I left feeling dangerously relaxed and really impressed by the studio and the staff. I could tell that client experience is really important to them.The first thing I noticed was how fresh and clean it is inside, and how well the space was designed. They keep the windows clean, and the soft light that comes in, really sets the stage for rejuvenation. The decor was minimal and relaxing (plants, crystals, stones). Also, there is seating, but I didnt have to wait so I didnt get a chance to test them out.Once they take you through the door to the hallway and the rooms, the mood settles with really calm dim lighting.The customer service was top notch. I was greeted by a really calm smile at the front desk, and the therapist came out to greet me with great energy. They communicated well, asked the right questions during the massage, and they have super talented guides for the sound bath.The booking process was really easy online and I noticed that they have an app also. The pricing is competitive to everything else around, but I think for the service that I got, I would prefer to spending my money here.Overall I feel relaxed, energetic, and rested today because of the experience I had at Fred Parker Wellness. I cant recommend them enough. Im looking forward to going back next week.

Fred Parker Wellness is a gem in Studio City! My first visit, Fred Parker came out an personally introduced himself welcoming me. My massage therapist was Russell who was terrific. Very professional and accommodating. I was so pleased I booked a return appointment with Russell, however due to scheduling, I ended up with Fred. Just as happy with my experience. Both highly trained. While I dont live in the area, I certainly highly recommend this studio. I will definitely book future appointments when visiting family in Studio City. Thank you for two great experiences.

Just saw Simon for a 90 minute massage. He is fantastic. Very intuitive in terms of what part of the body needs extra help and attention. I highly recommend him!!

Fred is magical !! Period. I have peripheral neuropathy and I’ve gone to acupuncturists, osteopaths, medical doctors and physical therapists. No improvements. They recommend back surgery which is insane if that’s not where the problem actually is !! In one session he found and worked on places nobody else did. I can feel my nerve wake up in pathways that have been asleep. I literally have some measurable strength back. It’s crazy! 1700 ⭐️ s !! Thank you Fred 🙇‍♀️ oh and he salt room is goooorgeous !!! VIBE!!

My husband and I were gifted a couples massage from my brother for my birthday. The experience was lovely. From Joe at the front desk to meeting Fred the owner, as well as the beautiful Himalayan salt room where we were worked on by two wonderful massage therapists. Jan is just magical! As a nursing mom of two little ones, my body really needed some tlc. She used trigger therapy and stretching to target my sore muscles. Wow. What a difference. The facial massage was heavenly too. My husband really enjoyed the super relaxing and soothing Swedish massage as well with Rebecca. Will be back for sure!

Following the massage we spent some meditation time in the salt room and we just loved it. We live in the neighborhood and will be definitely returning to try the sound bath. Ive been a loyal Burke Williams member for over 10 years. But when my favorite massage therapist, Jan, decided to leave, I followed her to her new place - Fred Parker Wellness. Its practically brand new -- super clean, quiet and comfortable. Plus they validate parking! Though it doesnt have the spa amenities of Burke, Fred Parker Wellness is a great value for the money. And if youre looking for an experienced massage therapist with a calming, supportive, and non-judgmental energy, go see Jan!

I really needed a massage for both my physical body and my mental space and I decided last minute to just do it. I found this place doing a search of the area, read some reviews and decided to give it a goI have not only a history of neck problems but have a shoulder issue that is new, but am a bit weary of getting a not helpful massage.The location is perfect and easy to get to and park. The Apple map shows you a different spot but Fred guided me there easily.From the moment I arrived, Fred made me feel comfortable and welcome. He asked about my history and listened and asked about my expectations for the day and listened.The massage was everything I needed and more. Fred was very mindful of my previous neck issues and made sure I was comfortable always and that the massage was helpful rather than harmful.It is clear that Fred not only knows his stuff, but cares about his clients.I am so excited and grateful to have found this place and have already made my next appointment!They offer so many variations of massage and add ons like scalp massage or meditation, that you can create the package you truly need.All I can say is after your service , your body abd your well being will thank you !!

OMG! I had the absolute best massage ever by a guy named, Jeremy. My shoulders and neck were so tense before going in and my lower back ached. He was thorough and took away all of the above. Normally, I avoid massages because they leave me in pain the next day. Not with this massage. No painful aftereffects. He asked me what I needed and listened. I’ll be booking Jeremy again and soon!

Had my first deep tissue with Roger at Fred Parker Wellness. A history of lower back issues ans lots of chiropractic, so this very skilled massage was welcome, and extremely helpful and enjoyable. I will be booking again soon.

An impressive, immaculate facility and friendly staff. I experienced my first sound bath, where participants lie on a yoga mat while immersed in a sound composition. Everyone responds in their own way -- both intellectually and emotionally -- as the composition unfolds. I did reach one point where I felt a spiritual connection to the liminal zones. Left me feeling refreshed.

Ashley’s guided meditation class was incredible. I went from having a stressed out morning to finding my center and, added bonus, a place to journal my feelings with a lovely journal prompt at the end of class. The space is beautiful and the Himalayan salt wall is calming and healing. Loved it and will be back.

Absolutely fantastic. After a surgery four months ago that had a ripple effect of imbalance and muscle pain in other areas of my body, my masseuse corrected the issue in one session and advised on future stretches to prevent tension. Game changer!

I’m only sad that they will not be with @jaimieleefit or @fredparkerwellness since I live in Texas.I’m not just saying this because Fred is my son, gives a great massage and I am so very proud of him! I had a bad spasm on my left scapular area for 2 days. Went to Fred and he focused on that area. I already feel better and have more range of motion than I’ve had for 2 days.

The meditation session guided by Ashley was a much needed moment of stillness during the week. The Himalayan Salt Room was a quiet, calming and beautiful space for meditation and journaling. Focusing on breathing and the guide’s voice made sitting in traffic on the 101 “not at all annoying,” so there must be something to it. Will be returning and look to fold more of these sessions into my routine.

This is a true destination spa experience in the heart of Studio City. A beautiful space, wonderful technicians (Fred Parker is amazing) at competitive and reasonable prices.

OMG! This morning I had booked a massage at another place and as soon as the masseuse touched me I knew it was not going to work. ... so I fled as quickly as my feet could carry me....I googled deep tissue massage in the valley: and found this beautiful sanctuary. I called and they got me in at 1pm for a 1 hour with Aguta (sp). She is tiny and I thought she might be weak..No! Not only does she have the kungfu grip but she is very in tune and truly loosened and energized my body. After a few minutes I added another 30 blissful minutes. Thank you for making my Sunday amazing , Fred and Aguta The studio is simple yet stunning with natural stone features and stunning lighting that bring you into deep relaxation. Ill be back and hopefully visit the Himalayan salt room :)
