I didnt know what to expect as I was in Syracuse for the weekend visiting my daughter. I thought massages would be a great treat. This place was wonderful. Located in an old arts and craft style home, I was escorted to a fragrant room lit with candles and a cozy fireplace. Tension left me immediately! I had the hot stone massage, my daughter had the Swedish and we left there on another plane -- so relaxed and rejuvenated. Not too harsh, not too soft, just right. I will definitely come again and bought my daughter a gift certificate so she can be a repeat customer. Keep in mind gift certificates only last a year but on the good side they keep them on file there, if you like, so thats one less piece of paper my daughter has to locate 3 months from now .. she can just pick up the phone and call.

Other than the bikini wax youll notice that the negative reviews are due to customer mistakes (expired coupon, lateness, etc.). I have now been there 3 times and have had three massages and a pedicure. I have been very happy each time. It is definitely not a large commercial organization but thats the attraction for me. If you want to spend bonding time with a friend this is not the place but if you want quiet me time and feel pampered then this is. Jessica has given me all three massages and she hits the spot each time. Compare the prices with other places and this is definitely a bargain. I would highly recommend Rejuvenations.

Enjoyed the service and the quaintness of spa. If youre expecting a big commercial spa, which I kind of was because of the website, this is not your spa. The staff was attentive. I received a great facial and massage, my pedicure was ehh. The pedicure chairs and pedicure area was uncomfortable because its in a small back room with only two chairs faced back-to-back, so my girlfriend and I couldnt even chat. Staff was nice and service was pretty good. A little pricey, considering the spa is a renovated house. Not bad though.

Ive been to a few places in Syracuse and this spa has turned me into a truly loyal customer. Jessica is an absolute master of her craft. She has pinpoint accuracy and is able to target areas of stress that you may not even know youre carrying around. With the daily stressors we all endure we tend to load our burdens onto our muscles and get wound so tight - after a session here you will feel like a newborn given a clean slate to take on all that awaits you in the weeks ahead!!!

Worst massage ever! The therapists finger nail kept digging into me. I told her and she still kept going with very aggressive massage . She totally disregarded my requests for a light massage and I have bad arthritis so it was extremely painful. Almost walked out. My friend who scheduled with me said her therapist was wonderful there so I’m glad at least one of us enjoyed it.

Im editing my review. The first few time that I went to this spa it was lovely. However, I went with two friends for our birthdays this past year and it was a total mess. Our hour-long massages were 40 minutes at most with about 30 minutes of that being focused only on our feet, they didnt offer the services that we had reserved, and the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Never again.

I live in manhattan and have gone to many spas, Upscale and Chinatown. I come to Syracuse to visit family and have tried several spas in the area. So far I have been here three times and would highly reccommend the service. I have had both deep tissue massage and facials, I think the staff is professional, on-time, and well trained. I have never had a problem with up-selling for service. I cant find any fault here. This is my go-to spa when I am in the area.

I have been there three times and I would have rated it five stars for the great setting and the service is not bad. only thing is like I said I have been there three times and for some reason the woman I have seen everytime just started calling me amber out of nowhere.so it was really awkward having to correct everyone who called me amber. I just don’t understand she takes my credit card everytime so it literally would have taken her just to read my name on the card if she felt she had forgotten my name. Anyway everything else was good I guess.
