Jasmine Oriental Spa Massage

I came here a few days ago and booked a couple massage for me and my husband. I have been here a few times and usually had a great experience. This was my husbands first time.We got the 60 Min Thai Swedish Hot Rose Oil Massage. I have gotten this massage done here before and loved it.My biggest complaint is that the guy that massaged me was way too gentle on my back and neck. Also, he barely touched my feet at all.Every time I have gotten a full body massage, it is from hands to feet. I am not looking for a 30-minute foot massage. This guy worked on my hands popping each finger but did nothing with my feet.The lady at the reception desk said to me that its because I didnt order the foot package but my husband was right there on the other side of me getting the same exact massage and the lady who massaged him did his feet just like his hands.So somewhere here ither my masseuse was a new employee or they treat female clients differently or I dont know what ... maybe some miscommunication at this location with employees because this doesnt make sense how me and my husband asked for the same massage but got different treatments.

Worst massage experience ever! No communication from person doing my massage. Came in silent, asked no questions about what I needed and then proceeded to completely abuse me the entire time. I tried to get through it without complaining but at one point she was hurting me so bad I let out a noise and she rudely told me to relax. She finally let up a little when it happened again but not after she told me to relax again. She was at one point completely on top of me using her feet. When it was over she just simply walked out of the room without saying anything. We tipped them when we left, even though they didn’t deserve it and they acted like it wasn’t enough. I am so sore today and can barely move. She only focused on my backside and never had me flip over. I will never return. I think she did damage to my body. Be careful if you decide to go.

Very good massage by Helen. She was great, I asked her to focus on my lower back and legs. She was great, I highly recommend if your looking for a legitimate Thai massage. Professional and very skilled. Very satisfied customer and I will keep on returning. I have tried many places and this is still my favorite.

This was my first visit to the Jasmine Oriental Spa Massage and it did not disappoint! I went with the 60 min massage that included Thai stretching techniques and didnt realize how out of sorts my body was until today:) Its a very thorough session that ultimately has me walking with much better posture than before my visit.Everyone at the establishment is also extremely pleasant, courteous and professional!I highly recommend giving it a try! I will be back.

This was my first time going to a professional masseuse. I had the hour relax package which was very nice. The lady I had was very professional and was very nice. Hot stones were used after a very nice oil massage. They also stretched my arms, legs and back which was nice, especially because I work in a very physical job.

I had massage with my boyfriend here, so basically we were in the same room together. the fact that u gotta remove ur top to perform a massage was very uncomfy knowing that my boyfriend masseuse was a guy :), the front desk was so rude. the woman who massage me was rude, we wanted to walk out but i told my boyfriend that we’ll just have our massage done and never come back anymore. we tipped them even tho we’re not satisfied out of courtesy.

Decided to try this spa out for a foot massage and was very pleased with the results. Lucy was the therapist and she did a fantastic job! will DEFINATELY WILL BE BACK TO TRY OTHER SERVICES.

Stopped in at Jasmine Oriental Spa for a 2 Hour massage yesterday with Amy. She is an excellent masseuse, very attentive and focused on her work.The only issue at Jasmine is one that I find at similar spas in that the rooms there are situated closely together without a solid door to close them off. The ambient noise from the front desk as well as the surrounding rooms distracted somewhat from a very enjoyable experience.

Today was my 4th visit at jasmine oriental spa and I have been speechless after every appointment. I work pretty physical jobs and was very stressed out this morning. I came in this afternoon and left relieved and pain free. Every ounce of discomfort completely resolved. Every time. I also have had a different massage therapist every time and all have been amazing! Easy to book, great pricing, clean, relaxing, and resolved. Highly recommend.

Amy was wonderful it’s been a long time since I had a massage so my body was very tense.i walked out a new women she did exactly what I needed. I will recommend her and I will always request her.

Not only did they push my appointment back 30 min, but when I got there I still had to wait almost 15 min. This caused me to run late for my dinner plans. I asked for a relax massage with hot stones for 100 min and what I got was far from relaxing. My massage therapist literally straddled me, put all his weight on my back and stretched the hell out of me. You would think I was a big man the way he just plopped his body on top of me. Not only that but the massage was a bit invasive. He pulled my underwear all the way down when I was facing on my stomach, usually they just tuck the towel in your underwear. Also when he was stretching my arms very aggressively my breasts were exposed which made me extremely uncomfortable. I am actually in pain in my lower belly today because some of the stretches were extremely uncomfortable. I literally had the look of pain on my face and was groaning to signal that it hurt but clearly he didn’t get my cues. If I would have asked for a sports massage or deep tissue hi I would have been satisfied. Instead I left in pain and not relaxed at all. The only part of the massage that I enjoyed was the hot stones. Too bad that was only about 10 minutes of the massage. Despite my dissatisfaction, I still left a $15 tip, however I will not be returning. And then they have to nerve to respond to my comment saying that I chose a different massage from what they know I said. I said RELAX massage 3 different times.

First time at Jasmine spa. My husband and kids got me a gift certificate. Lana was amazing and havent felt this good in a long time. Highly recommend! I thought I clicked all 5 stars. Sorry about that!

I had a tension headache and shoulder pain and also suffer from chronic back pain. Got the Thai deep tissue massage. I left there pain free and all my stiffness was gone. Wonderful customer service. And a great experience overall. Thank you so much Tina....you really helped me out more than you know. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

This is one of the few places where I didnt feel cheated, Lucy gave me amazing massage and she didn’t leave one spot behind. From head to toe, sheer amount of effort she gave is amazing.This place I recommend to anyone who is looking.

Received a couples massage last night, massage was good. The guy who was working with me kept belching in my ear. The one lady cracked my fiancé’s neck as a chiropractor would expect was done incorrectly and she is now having issues today. They seemed to be very focused on our private areas for massage instead of the neck and back as we requested. They kept covering our heads with sheets and talking in a different language during our massage which made it very uncomfortable as if they were up to something. When we first checked in they had asked us if we wanted to shower after the massage.. we said yes. Little did we know it’s a small flat tub in the back room where they tell you to lay down and they scrub you head to toe. (Weird) When we paid at the end the lady was not going to allow me to leave because I chose not to write a tip on the receipt. She forced me to tip her. Tips are earned and based on customer experience.

Excellent results. I have never had a professional massage before. I went due to severe neck and back pain from heavy weightlifting and poor sleep positioning as well as some tingling in my left hand. I had the deep tissue massage. My neck’s range of motion increased after the massage and my pain was reduced quite a bit. The tingling in my hand was also reduced. I highly recommend this spa.

Canceled my appointments 30 mins before I was supposed to be there. Would not provide a reason to cancel on me.

Wella was great. I had a 70 minute medium massage and 20 minute foot massage. Highly recommend.

So disappointed in this place. I scheduled couple massages for a Saturday 2 weeks in advance. Even called back a 2nd time to confirm cost and location. When we showed up for our appointment they claimed we never had one scheduled and asked for proof that I had even called. It’s my husbands birthday and we had a whole day planned. They need to figure out their scheduling system. Maybe the pen and paper that they are currently using isn’t the most reliable. Would never attempt to go here again. What a huge waste of time.

Amy is incredible at massage therapy. I have been dealing with a lot of chronic health issues for a very long time. When I get massages regularly by Amy those health problems either totally go away or the severity of them has greatly been reduced. I know Amy is the only reason for this because when I do not consistently see her those health issues start coming back. She has been a huge blessing to me and my quality of life has greatly improved. Whatever spa she works at I will end up following her for her help. I can tell her what is wrong and she fixed the issue. Even more incredible is even if I dont tell her, she has this incredible talent to see what could be wrong and fixes it. She always gives full effort and care every massage. Whatever she gets paid I know its not enough. I hope she is treated extremely well by her employer as she deserves to be treated like gold. Today was my first visit. I was first greeted by a young woman with long hair who was very pleasant. I unfortunately didn’t get her name. She gave me the menu, offered me water, and let Grace know I wanted a facial. Soon after, she switched the front desk with a young woman wearing glasses and hair styled in a bob. She didn’t greet me. The first thing she said to me verbatim was “Which service are you getting?” then told me it would by $5 extra with a card. She also didn’t say anything after I checked out. No thank you nor bye (like I heard her with another client). Nothing at all. I usually don’t go back for beauty services when I have even the slightest microaggression like this, but my experience with Grace was wonderful. I will most likely return because of Grace. The face, neck, and shoulder massage alone was amazing. My overall experience would have been perfect if I didn’t have that encounter with the girl wearing the glasses.

I have a bad back and I am currently on a cross country road trip. I googled “Thai massage” in my area and I am so happy I listened to the reviews. I did the 60 minute Thai massage with oil. It did the trick! So relaxing. Thai massage is the only form of massage that truly sets me straight. Pay a visit if you are in Syracuse.

The environment is very comfortable and quiet, and it is pulled up by a lot, which is better than massage in Thailand.Massage is very professional, and the service staff are enthusiastic and serious. Worth going. . .

One of the best massages I ever had and my girlfriend loved her first time. Jasmine is clean, relaxing, professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them. Outstanding therapeutic massage. Kind and caring therapists. They can adjust the pressure from soft and gentle to very strong as is best for you. A great way to treat muscle pain and spasm, as well as reduce mental stress. Also beneficial as part of a body detoxification process that includes only consuming healthy foods, drinks, and supplements. Avoid unhealthy situations and substances after an appointment with them as they will interfere with the longer-term benefits of the massage and your body will reject them. All the staff are great, and Hedy is particularly amazing.Update: After quite a few sessions, I can still highly recommend Jasmine Oriental Spa Massage. Ill walk in with all of my back, neck, and shoulder muscles in spasm (causing a lot of discomfort), and will leave with all the pain gone, my muscles feeling loose, and my mind mentally relaxed and in good spirits. Ruby is outstanding and generously gives the muscles that are the tightest the most attention.Second Update. Im a regular here now and my neck, shoulders, and back are grateful. Anna has been fantastic. The therapeutic massage she provides in addition to regular visits with my chiropractor have changed my symptoms of scoliosis and degenerative arthritis from constant severe pain to occasional mild pain, and oftentimes now, no pain at all. This is something that even cortisone injections directly my upper spine could not do, and, obviously, the therapeutic massage is so much more pleasant and enjoyable than having a needle go into my neck. She puts all of her energy into the massage, and she is very strong. She uses several different techniques that work well with heavy massage. I love it, the lady I had took her time with me. I ended up getting a facial/messge. I was dozing off, in and out of consciousness.....I felt comfortable, and my body was in cloud 9. I would definitely recommend it. If your the type of person to have sensitivity to light. Especially comming from a dark/low dim setting to light. Bring shades so your eyes can adjust when you leave the building. I ended up walking out.. I felt like Gizmo BRIGHT LIGHT BRIGHT LIGHT

Ive been getting massages every month for close to 8 years. I just moved to the area and was looking for a good massage parlor. I think Ive found my monthly spot! The place is clean and has a good ambiance. The ladies are professional and thorough. Appointments are easy to make. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a nice stone massage.

Absolutely lovely. Very hygienic and lots of care taken—masks were kept on at all times, temperature check before entering, plastic coverings for shoes. Great couples massage, everything was comfortable but disposable, so it felt very clean. Masseuses were great too!! Friendly, communicative, and they made us feel really special. The price was incredibly reasonable as well!

The massage was First Class.The low rating is because they changed there policy and now charge $5.00 for charge cards, and the old frequent visit cards are no longer valid. The new cards are only valid if you pay by cash. I feel sorry for the workers there as they did a great job.

If my (very capable) massage therapist understood the basics of English, I would have helped her to understand what painful areas needed her attention.No one else was in the business when I arrived who could translate.So she spent no time on painful areas even though I tried to explain.There was no intake form process to target previous surgeries etc.I cannot recommend this place because of the customer’s inability to talk to them whatsoever.

Incredibly clean, calming, and comfortable place to get a massage. They are professional and consistently deliver a great massage experience. There is one practitioner who has remarkable healing techniques. Her name is Wendy I have significant pain-reduction after sessions with her. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and professional! Nice, quiet environment with relaxing music! They have a loyalty card where after 6 visits you get 20% off and on the 11th, you get a free 60 minute massage! I will be returning for sure.

My wife and I just left, we feel like we are floating, drifting away and we glided all the way back home. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Next time we come back, we will make our way back to Jasmine Oriental Spa!

They fit us in short notice on a trip from out of town. I have allergies to a lot of plant extracts and they were able to swap in an unscented massage oil for me. I wish we lived nearby, Id definitely be a regular!

Very good massage. It is not the same as the authentic massage I had in Thailand before, but I prefer this combination massage. It not only stretches the whole body, but also massages the back with oil. Thank you Lauren for the recommendation!
