True story! While I was out walking in the Village of North Syracuse 2 years ago I stopped in NS Smoke Shop. I was warmly greeted by Sammy who graciously offered a free cup of coffee. I declined the coffee, but did accept a complimentary bottle water. Not only am I a customer but also a friend who is treated like family!!
Best smoke shop in North SYRACUSE. Ever since the 1st time I step thru the door I have been greeted with a smiling face and cheerful demeanor. Whether it be Sal, Mo or Sammy they are always upbeat, cheerful and eager to help. If you go stop in and you’re feeling down I guarantee by the time you leave you will be smiling! They just have the positive upbeat energy that makes you wanna smile 😊 I also love that they do raffles and try to give back to their community! Keep up the good work guys!

I come here all the time even though I have other smoke shops close/on my route home. These guys know how to take care of their loyal customers/customers in general… that’s for sure. Not to add their inventory is always stocked and up on the newest vape brands & flavors. So it stands out amongst the rest. Sal is THEEE friendliest and most helpful person. Always greets you at the door and says to stay safe on your way out. I’ll never forget my first time in here I got a redbull and one guy handed me a straw and a cup of ice…. Just stopped in last week. Very impressed. My adults kids rave about this place. As a cigar and cig smoker I finally stopped by to check it out. IMPRESSED! Sam and sal are very friendly and I felt very welcomed. Sam was helpful offered me free coffee and great deal on cigars! Walked me around the store and explained what all the gadgets do. I bought a few gifts for my kids. I will be a regular customer! Im sold!
This smoke shop has a great selection of so many different things. Every time Ive gone there when the owner is there Ive had nothing but great experiences. Recently when I went in the evening I was bombarded and followed by the security younger guy. It made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when I am there often spending a lot of money. If they just had a normal conversation with the customer then it wouldnt feel so uncomfortable. Not sure if I will continue to frequent this store especially when they make you feel like youre a criminal

I have been a customer in this store since they opened, I am there at least 2 times a week and spent $400 a couple weeks ago.... even though I spend money every time I am here the counter help follows me around the store as if I am shoplifting. It makes the people I am with and myself uncomfortable. I b will no longer be giving this store any of my hard earned money. It Is insulting and frankly uncalled for.
All the guys are very friendly and courteous, and they have free coffee in the morning, I go at least 3 to 4 times a week, they’re my guys.

Let’s just say this shop isn’t here to make a quick buck off of you, they are trying to establish loyal customers. I’ve gone here twice and both times I have been given free stuff. First time I got a free joint and edible, the second time I got a free edible and CBD. I asked the owner to give me some $25 CBD jar from behind the counter because I wanted to try CBD, so he grabs a bag that costs half that amount and rips the price off the bag and says it’s for free. He could have easily taken my $25 and been on to the next customer, but it’s clear this business is trying to establish its for the long term. Would definitely recommend. Also they have a lot of different things there and will special order you things if they don’t have it in the shop at the time. The owner just special ordered somebody a hash pipe because he didn’t have any. This is a great smoke shop!

Sal will always great you a lot the door. Nowhere else is like that. I’m used to grumpy store attendants making it feel like you’re bothering them for coming in. Here it’s different. Great place for all kinds of supplies tobacco products, incense, cigarettes, bongs, vapors, liquid for Vapes, a whole lot of cool gadgets that I dont even really know something to drink, candy, snacks, ice cream, edibles, bongs, delta 8 gummies, hookah, grinders, cigars, grocery items and etc they have it all I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for something. they are open late for those late nite runs. the workers are friendly and help you with any questions concerning anything there.
