When I first came to Jess I had been struggling with cystic acne on my chin with absolutely no relief no matter what I tried or who I went to for help. For anyone who has dealt with cystic acne you know how much it affects your self esteem and can honestly lead to you feeling hopeless. From the moment I met with Jess, I felt so much confidence that she was exactly what I needed to finally clear my skin for good. Fast forward a couple months and my skin is the clearest it’s been in years and I no longer have painful acne. Working with Jess has been LIFE changing for me and my only regret is that I didn’t come to her sooner when I first started having acne.

I had an amazing Hydra facial here. Bryce is awesome! She was so thorough with every step. Its like I have a new skin. She explained each movement and product. Her touch is light yet secure, if that makes sense :). I’ve heard about JES for years in the industry and last month I finally decided to put my faith into Jessica to help with my facial concerns (redness, acne, acne scars, dull blah looking skin) I can’t say enough good things about JES and Jessica herself! She’s extremely kind and knowledgeable about all things skin, and skincare. I started with microneedling and she walked me and educated me about every single step of the process, educating me about skincare and making suggestions that would benefit me the most. she wrote out a treatment plan product wise of what products would suit me best. I purchased a package of 3 microneedling but I definitely noticed a difference in my skin just after one session! She’s suggested different modalities for some of my concerns that OTC and prescription medications and creams haven’t helped with. I highly suggest JES for any skin care needs that you might have. I know it will be fabulous!My appointment was at 10:00am. I arrived at 9:57am. I sat for 15 minutes. Decided to take a phone call at 10:15. Talked for 5 minutes. I decided to sit and wait 5 more minutes. Final stood up, walked to the receptionist and asked if I needed to reschedule. She said yes. You were on the phone so I couldnt let you know. I said ok, thank you, I’ll call to reschedule.I called back. I spoke with the same receptionist. I told her who I was. She said yes, I remember you. I asked about their current policy when doing consultations. She said, this morning has been crazy, Jessica had to take the client sitting in the waiting area before you because someone didn’t come in. She then said, you were on the phone so o couldn’t tell you, then I was having a conversation when you ended your call. I said, yes, I understand, but I sat for 15 minutes before my phone call. Is this typical? She said no. I said ok. I don’t need to reschedule.

I was referred to Jessica Elizabeth Skincare by a friend who is also a makeup artist. She said she does the best facials in upstate New York. Upon arriving to the location I fell in love! I wanna first start off by saying how professional and informative the staff are. I initially had a consultation with Jessica falcone and she gave amazing suggestions for how to improve my skincare outside of coming in for maintenance. With in a week of doing everything she suggested, there were noticeable positive changes. I came back the following week for an Illuminate facial. Right after it was complete, my skin felt so light, I had a beautiful glow, and fully hydrated. The photos I’ve posted are before and after the appointment. The first one is right before, second and immediately post facial, and the third is the next morning. I can’t wait for my next session here!💕

This is the best place for skincare! I have tried so many different places before, and they usually rush you along and dont think about what is best for your skin in an individualized way. I have the best results!! Ive been doing Hydrafacials and using a good regimen at home, and my skin has never been this great. No makeup needed anymore. They also talk through pricing and your options to make it work for you and your budget. Better results than with a dermatologist.

My friend and I scheduled an appointment to get hydrofacials. We never got facials before and had lots of questions. Morgan was very knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions and concerns. She walked us through each treatment she was doing—what a passionate esthetician she was! We will be returning to get more facials with her for sure.Our experience at JES was great but the cancellation fees/penalties that are in place are hefty, so be mindful of that when booking. We weren’t made aware of this when we booked. My friend had unexpectedly lost her baby sitter for the day and we had to bring the newborn baby along.All in all, it was a good experience, enjoyed getting facials and will return to get more in the future.

I was about ready to give up and accept that adult acne was just apart of my life permanently now and this would be as good as it gets.
