Awesome store and great selection of products. All smoke related products, but what I come here for is the kratom. They got awesome kratom products; Capsules, liquids, and powders. I bought a kilo of red Maeng Da (powder form) that had bad quality in the batch (doesn’t always happen) but instead of keeping it, I asked the store if I could return it to exchange it, and they approved. Im so grateful that i got a better batch this time. I thought i was going to lose the $110 that I spent because I opened the bag before returning it, but the manager was kind enough to let me swap for a better kratom product. Extremely thankful. Now im trying green monkey products, i hear its better than OP8 brands.Update: green monkey products and Tusk products are 10 times stronger than OP8 products. And it feels clean.

My partner tried to call the smoke shop to get help with finding something and the person who answered put her on hold for more than 5 minutes. I tried to return the call after she hung up then the phone number provided on the website goes straight to voicemail. I have tried to call the number provided on Google and on the website and all calls are going straight to voicemail during business hours...

At first, I loved coming here, but now I have a collection of weak torches I cant return, bangers that broke after one session, and a sad bank account. I know its not the teams fault, but there needs to be either better inventory or a better return policy.Aside from that, the customer service is solid.

I love this place! And the employees are awesome! Especially Ali! She always makes me laugh and feel comfortable there. I go out of my way for the product as well. Thanks guys!

They have a points system. That’s pretty sweet. Can’t say I like the fact that they can’t disclose any prices over the phone, but that’s whatever. I like the staff there so it’s pretty chill. Pretty sure I may have gotten my last vape there too? Can’t remember but I think I may have. Small little joint, didn’t even know it was there but I like it. Atmosphere is lax.

Closest smoke shop to the 6th ave bars, helpful staff, plenty of variety whether its wraps, smoke ware, vapes, incense or whatever your smoke shop needs are. i should give it 4 stars because smoking is bad for you, but somebodys got to sell it!

Wonderful. Per Missy I should try their Vape products. They dont even leave a smoky oder. Missy demonstrated that immediately upon getting situated in my car. I thought it was great. Especially because I was told that it wasnt like real cigarette smoking. I know she enjoyed that. Me I still dont know about any of that. Salad & teriyaki was just like vaping. Ummmmmmm

Reallly nice person lady working there and the customers were friendly, too. They had what I was looking for that I couldn’t find anywhere else except for Tribal Smoke Shops and I didn’t have time to get to one. Glad I stopped in!

Cool shop, and the dude working was hella cool. He was very enthusiastic about the product they offer there, and knowledgeable as well. He even took a minute to show me some cool songs from different bands cause I liked what he was playing in the store. Great vibe.

Used to shop here when the owners were clerks. Came here today to shop - less than ten minutes in there, around 430pm on 08/25/2022. Clerk expressed annoyance that I was shopping. maybe a bad day for her? either way, Ill be buying my products online or elsewhere (:

Its one of those places that you can go only a couple of times and the staff remembers you and says hello like a friend. Its clean, well stocked, has good prices and there is a music lounge in the back. It doesnt look like much from the road but once you stop here, itll be your new regular shop.

Wish Id caught the guys name who helped me with e-juice, hes definitely knowledgeable and fun to chat with. And they carry the coils for my vape in single packs! Saved me using the same burned out one for the two weeks I was in Tacoma.

I went to Smoke Depot for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. Nas, who was working behind the counter was very informative, helpful, and personable. The shops environment is unlike any others, and I mean in a good way. The music was A1, and it made me want to just kick back and chill there.For the products within the shop they have a wide variety of everything youd need. I see why the name is Smoke Depot. One thing I was most surprised with was that the shop sells brand name glass, ex. illuminati where as most shops dont. Dont get me wrong though, they do have less expensive glass pieces and accessories for those of you not looking to spend that much which is convenient. For example, the price on a simple carb cap is $6 at this shop, where as other shops Ive been in before charge upward to $15 for the same product. After taking a good look around the shop, the prices were significantly lower than Ive seen before elsewhere.Overall I would highly recommend Smoke Depot. And Ill be continuing to go to this shop in the future.

Good glass and some nice people. Bought a $85 vape just to find out the retail at EVERYWHERE else was ~$45. I understand how buying from manufacturers and selling for profit works, but damn that’s unreasonable. Then out of the box it didn’t work, “OHM’s too low” which is the connection between coil and mod. Had to work with it for a while. Other than that pretty cool local business.

I dropped by the Smoke Depot for the first time yesterday for vape atomizers and had a very pleasant experience. Abdul, the owner, and one of his employees were polite and helpful and knew their product line well. The store is clean, not cramped like a lot of smoke shops, and has a large supply of vape and 502 rec products. Definitely check it out the next time you are in Tacoma.

Cheap cigarettes and super nice staff.

I bought a rechargeable pod vape w/3500 puffs and it stopped working after a few puffs and would not charge at all. I asked if I could exchange it or get a discount and the answer was “nah, you have to buy a new one.” Most smoke shops will exchange them for you if they don’t work, but this is not the case here, so just a heads up.

You would assume smoke depot would sell smoking supplies for all.... strictly glass pipes. no tobacco pipes or products at all. guy behind the counter didnt know much at all. if youre just a stoner looking for a glass pipe this is your spot. only reason its 3 stars. has some selection of glass but its so-so.

Ive Always liked them until today when i waited an hour and a half cuz they are supposed to open at nine and by 945 there was still no one there. Very disappointed. 1015, still no one there....not sure whats going on.Having the same issue today. Says you open at 10 but i just went there (its 11:30) and no one was there.

This place is active! It looks like a smoke shop, but you go inside and in the back they have the lounge. They play all sorts of music and people get up and dance and chill. It was really fun.

No matter what flavor or brand of vape they most likely have it. They have a huge variety of vapes to choose from and staff seems to be knowledged on which ones are better than others

Always my go to spot for anything smoke related they got a good range of bongs for any budget and nice accessories as well to fit any budget.

Apparently theyre the only smoke shop who cant do anything about when you buy a puff bar that leaks. Super frustrating.

I messed around with the ishredd vape a lot.. I think its actually good, if you pack enough. Just burns it up quick.
