I waited at the counter for half an hour waiting to be served. I was there first and watched 4-5 people being served before me while they insisted that my two friends and I waited. When we got our hookah, they only had one hose, we asked for 2.Like our customer service experience, the quality of the hookah was subpar, they only had 2 flavors left, and the amount the of product they put into the hookah was burnt out in 10 mins.I’ve always wanted to check this place out, and now that I have, I won’t be returning for reasons outlined above.

If you’re looking for the latest hip hop rap and track music…come here! Friendly vibe, the owner is soooooo nice to everyone and the DJ gotta nice ATL swag. Beautiful women..hookah and no dress code!

Hookahs & drinks are trash! Went 2 nights in a roll and it was the same experience. The people are nice but they should focus on their 2 money makers a tad bit more.

This bar is gross and has filthy intentions. Went with a group of my girl friends and it was very uncomfortable with strippers pretty much walking around as waitresses being disrespectful probably because were women. My boyfriend and his friends ending up coming out too and of course these nasty females decided it would be ok to try and engage our guys in ways no professional nightclub should ever do. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Sketchy business if you ask me. No thank you.

Loving the new atmosphere!! I’m all about the vibes, and Night Owl is just that!! You can go for chill vibes, comedy vibes, hookah vibes…..it’s a win win either way. There’s usually always a DJ, and the service is impeccable!! You might even catch a bite at various food trucks that support them as well, usually parked right outside!Great drinks, great hookah, great people. They have many events throughout the month, so check them out!!

The Night Owl is the best bar on the south Tacoma way strip! The music is always great, w/ special request options from a live DJ! The peopleAre friendly, the staff is interactive and helpful. & they offer hooka that makes the vibe unmatchable😎!

I went to multiple places down South Tacoma Way for my birthday. The last place I stopped in was NightOwl and I was not disappointed. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my birthday. I will definitely be coming back.

The best hookah spot in Tacoma. Very chill relaxing atmosphere, good music,access to games, best flavors and very fair price. Awesome service and employees are the coolest people. Ive travel the world seen the bars, this place is quite a struggle to enjoy, five star staff, prices are very high, environment doesnt get a star. All that the hookahs are on point. They have a membership price $5, happy hour discount.

Showed up at 11pm on a Friday night and it was completely dead. There was 1 other group of 4 people, seated at the only cushioned seats in the entire establishment. They have covered up all the wall art that used to give this place its charm.Honestly, I got super weird vibes from the people hanging out outside then establishment too. Girls dressed like “night workers”, walking away with completely different men than they were standing with when we first walked into the lounge.Overall, 1/5, i had been here in the past and it was such a different experience, it was like I fell into a fever dream

Its a nice place to hang out with friends and listen to great music. Finally, there is a decent bar to go to that is not in Seattle.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff that work here are creeps. The drinks are EXTREMELY over priced even comparable to a higher end night club in Seattle. They had a few Tuesdays with really good DJs but recently the entertainment has been trash. Never going here again

Great place to hang out at. I come here pretty regularly, the staff are polite and knowledgeable, prices are reasonable. you do have to pay for a membership your first time but its only like 5 bucksEDIT 11/7: place feels like its gone downhill. the hookahs are great as ever but the vibe/atmosphere has dipped. they used to have great DJing and customers could play their own songs. nope now they just play lame house music.

What I noticed first about this lounge that it was located in a very urban part of Tacoma on South Tacoma Way by 56th street. I love how lavishly it is furnished for a hookah lounge. Large plush chairs and dim lighting make the ambiance. Parking was free and it costs and affordable $20 to get in. Service is wonderful. The wait staff and security are quick and attentive. Alcohol is served for patrons that are 21 and up . They have a large selection of e-cigs and hookah pens to chose from. I think this place has its regular clientele and mostly for hookahs. There is a mixture of rnb and new hip-hop music. I would recommend this to anybody looking to have a enjoyable night experiencing a time of their lives.

If its your first time, you have to pay a $5 membership fee, the person that helped us was very friendly, sat us down right away, the best part is that in the middle of our session our hookah was burning, we asked if it could get fixed and it was done right away. Music was great, lighting too.Great place to go chill and play UNO.

Came on a monday night (7:30-9:30) and there was no body. Which is exactly what i wanted. I wanted to embrace my loner vibes watch some youtube and netflix and just chill with some hookah. Justin (the guy working) was so nice and would check in on me and my hookah every once in a while. Justin was telling me about how crazy the night before was and was so funny. I got a watermelon and mint mix and it lasted me a long time. Couldnt ask for a better night 💕 😌

Hookah is great! Friendly and receptive staff. But who puts sweet and sour in a mojito? Night Owl... drinks are not so good, so do not go for the drinks. Atmosphere was lovely. Getting out of the parking lot can be tricky if lots of cars.

Alex is definitely the man for the job, he has turned this place into a really awesome place. The vibe is great, the flavors taste great, and its just an awesome experience being here. Definitely worth it and just a recommendation, try the grapefruit fruit bowl!

People should absolutely go to this establishment, has a great sound system and awesome staff. Me and my friends go and play magic. Ik it sounds corny but its fun and hospitable. Let my friend okay his favorite death metal song and the artwork is to die for. Also has merchandise to purchase I saw that on my way out this time.

Okay, in depth review.Prices are pretty inexpensive for the area. Idk about Seattle. Staff are friendly and on top of it. In an hour we had staff check on us six or seven times. The parking sucks, but its in the middle of downtown Tacoma, so its to be expected. Lighting isnt too hard on the eyes. Only downside is that patrons have control of the volume and music so while YOU can choose something, so can others. Clean and couches are in good condition. Really roomy, not cramped at all. We came at 11pm on a Friday and it was DEAD.

New ownership is stingy and has no real interest in appealing to regulars and long time customers. Theyve raised prices, arent group friendly, and have started covering up the art. I enjoyed coming her to catch up with friends, but I guess well have to find somewhere else.

It is the only spot I know that you can get liquor and a hookah. The atmosphere at the location is pretty chill and laid back. Music is alright just alittle to loud, I couldnt have a conversation. The hookah shesha was not like the middle east but it was good. Also alittle expensive $15 to get in and like $25

This is an AWSOME place to unwind and enjoy a flavored smoke. New management has really upgraded the place for the better. Taking advantage of their promo offer where upon your 10th hookah. you get the next one free! Week nights are especially great after a full day at work.

Great hookah lounge. $5 annual fee to start but worth it since I suggest returning here. Good hookah prices ESPECIALLY if you split. Heads last long and coals are changed frequently. Mo is my man up there and he will take care of you when asking about blends or mixes. They have games, cards, music. 18+, no smoking, no patio. I suggest the BMO flavor.

Very fun environment, friendly and cool staff. The hookah flavors are amazing and its a plus that they sell vape products and energy drinks/sodas. Very fun place to bring your friends and play whatever music u want.

Night owl is very chill. There is a $5 membership. The employees are pretty nice and helpful. The flavors are pretty good. You get to request music for free but can be pretty loud

Its laid back and all, but its super hot inside. They do let you request songs on their iPad thing, but if its not in their normal 5 songs they have on repeat then theyll shut it down.

The hookah bar was so-so, I personally felt it was overpriced having been to the one in my own home town. Turns out my friend had left her phone there. What really caused my rating to drop was from calling the phone number listed on line at least 20 times only for it to go to voicemail. Then to follow up the day after we double checked the opening times on line before heading over to collect it. The bar was closed, obviously either they didnt update their information or the employees decided not to come in to work today. Way to waste your customers time. I definitely wont be returning except to get that phone.

Not a good vibe .. The hooka is always falling Barry is the only one who makes good drinks and there is no air flow. And the couch covers needs washing. The only thing i loved about here Barry makes fantastic drinks .

Paid $5 for membership. $10 for entrance. And you have to do application to get in. Done with that. Inside No one on Saturday night. Sitting for one hour No one ask me anything if anything No hookah. Walked out and never come back again just wasted my time.

Me and my friends have been coming for a WEEK straight now and hands down the best hookabar in Tacoma. Staff is always ready to help and always friendly. Highly recommend trying!!!

The gentleman here was very nice and the flavors he has is amazing was able to do a cherry vanilla BlackBerry and it was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing to will gladly come back and enjoy this again

Awesome like this one out of the few that i have tried. love the strength of the hookah nice loungey seats. cool and lowkey. they dont serve booze but that i a given with most of these hookah places since its 18+ but other then that i recommend this place!

Only because my car got broke into on their property and I feel like no one did nothing about it I didnt see no video evidence nor did they attempt to show me their video evidence other than that its a cool experience

Chill place. Prices arent bad. Gotta pay for some membership thing the first time but I dont mind paying 5 extra just one time. Play your music but you also have to deal with other peoples music.
