Sammy and Mike were amazing! They were super knowledgeable about everything. They helped with my husband and his build and helping me build my RTA. Their juice selection is amazing and they helped us figure out which flavors are great for each of us. We enjoyed coming here. Sammy and Mike are super great and did such a wonderful job. This is now our go to vape shop

Love this location.. They always have everything I need and when they didnt have my favorite flavor.. They have lots and lots of choices, they suggested an equally nice alternative and let me know when mine would be available again. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They also have great discounts and offers when you sign up for free, definitely the go-to place for all your Vape needs!

Im new to the vape scene! I went in here telling the young man I wanted a yummy flavor. I left with an excellent product! He’s was also very friendly and acknowledged me upon entering my the store. I’ll definitely be frequenting this location!

Been looking to quit cigarettes.. Went in today and talked to a very nice lady who told me everything to know about coils and different types of juices. She helped me find a good mod with a built in battery and even showed me how to change the coil and fill the tank. She even told me how to know when the coil needs to be replaced. So far its worked really well. Definitely will be back when i need some more juice or coils. Appreciate it!!

I didn’t care for the customer service.. When I went in, there were 5 employees in the store. I was the only customer at the time. I was greeted by 1 employee while the other 4 sat at the counter, vaping & going on as if they were in a bar. Not a “Hello” or a “Welcome” from any of them. The gal helping me was nice but not very knowledgeable. Didn’t explain or talk-up the features & benefits of the various devices. I purchased a device & 1 bottle of juice. As she was ringing me up, she called out to one of the 4 others sitting at the counter… 4 times, until I, myself, turned to them to get their attention! I don’t think these are bad people, but experience with & knowledge of your products goes a long way. Also, maybe an attempt at good customer service is in order. Probably will not return to that particular store.

This was my first ever venture into a Vape shop. Kez the young lady who helped me navigate my needs was awesome and didnt try to over sale me but helped me find exactly what I needed for my personal needs.

I visited the day after Christmas 2022. When I walked in I was greeted by a dog that was behind the counter and while this dog was running up to say hi this man started yelling at this dog. Once the dog is back over by his care it starts yipping because hes trying to force the dog to calm down. I shouldve walked out then, but after I had picked out a juice (which price wasnt marked on the shelf) I went to pay for a 100 mL of 6 mg juice I was charged $39.70. I have bought this exact same juice, Peach Guava by Juice Head at other stores and payed a little over $10 less then I did when I went to Vapor Flavors in Tacoma WA.

What a great experience! Joseph is really awesome. Super knowledgeable and helped me get a new tank! Got the ZEUS tank and its so beautiful and fits my needs! Also made sure to let me know about the 100ml special so I got 2 juices as well! Thank you so much! I live in Puyallup but I will definitely make the drive here for more expert help! Thank you!

I have a bad experience pretty much every time I come here. Only reason i come back is because they have the juice i like. The boy working today didnt even acknowledge me when I came in I stood there for about 5 minute before I had to speak up to be helped, I understand when you are busy with another customer but I am one as well. Also the last time I came here with my sister the guy working made her feel so uncomfortable she wont come back here with me anymore. Overall great juice not so good employees...

I have previously had a few issues that I was very unpleased with and wrote a review explaining both instances, but at this point I am a very satisfied customer since the owner of this establishment went WAY above and beyond to rectify the situation.The owner personally reached out to me and assured me that there are going to be changes in place to further improve the customer experience at his shop. He was very polite and compensated me with more than I even asked for and was a very pleasant gesture that I really appreciated.All in all, I will now be a loyal customer of this shop and applaud the way the owner and staff value their customers. I would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone after this experience.

Great place to go. lots of flavors, more than any other shop that I’ve been to yet. when I bought my first bottle from them the other night, they gave me two free bottles to go with it ! the guys are really cool people. They get five stars out of me because their customer service is excellent their prices are decent and well enough said they are awesome !!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable when dealing with me. Explaining what kind of ingredients were in my usual vap verses what was for sale in the store. This here is the place to goUpdate: I went in to the shop for some juice. Not sure of the guys name that helped me, but he was really helpful. The other man there was just chillin and enjoyin his lunch. Which smelled really good but i dont bother people when they are eating. Especially when they look like a wwe wrestler lol. I am happy i gave yall another shot. Plus u guys have the best selection of juices and are the only place the carries what i like so u guys are stuck with me as a customer lol

The ladies and guys of this place are absolutely amazing people. Always able to help me when Im in need of vapor products, and they have an excellent knowledge of what available in not only this location, but their other two locations. Dimitri is an amazing guy to have such a well versed staff on hand. If you havent stopped in here before, its definitely a great place to go. They even have my favorite grapefruit flavor on hand! This is the place to go if youre looking to expand or quit smoking. Vapor flavors has your back! :)

Every time I go in they tell me I am the only one who buys my type of coils, they run out all the time I ask if they will get more they say idk never check I’m annoyed they are rude they sold me my vape so be more helpful for god sake they lost a customer for good I’m not actually the only one who buys these coils I went in there were 2 boxes and I called there were none I can’t imagine they just disappeared! It’s fine I found them for less than a 1/4 of the price online how’s that for honesty 😂😂😂😂

Dont shop here unless you want to be exposed to covid, the employees dont wear masks and they dont require their customers to. Completely inconsiderate of those that do not want to get sick. In response to your explanation I opened the door and seen three customers with no masks and the lady working with no mask and asked her do you not wear masks here and she replied no and I have bought stuff there twice and both times the person working didnt have a mask on. After the first time I thought maybe it was just that employee, so I did give it a chance and I was told by the employee today that they did not wear or require masks.

Found my vapes after moving. Needed new juice and batteries. Although they were currently out of the batteries the guy was super helpful. Got some great juice. I will definitely be back.

Went there on recommendation of a coworker. Turns out he hooked me up. Tons of choices of juice. Lots of mods and all the parts that go with them. The guys working were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!!

All of the employees that are at any of the VaporFlavors locations are stellar. Never had a bad experience. They are all very informed. I have been a loyal customer for years. You used to have two young guys working who gave excellent service. Ever since they left its gone more and more downhill. Curt, impersonal interactions and now some unfortunate new rules apparently. Was told today you dont sell individual coils anymore. When pressed tho, the salesman did have several single coils of what I was looking for. So that was wierd but got the box if it mattered so much to him. Forgot to ask the price of a mod I was gonna pick up for my girlfriend so I called twenty mins later and asked. Was told he couldnt disclose pricing over the phone due to the law. Ive never heard of that law but even after telling him exactly who I was, what I bought, when, he couldnt tell me. If thats actually a law I feel bad for your industry because the amount of annoyances coupled with higher prices make it not valuable at all to buy in store. Especially not selling single coils. I couldnt find any law about disclosing prices tho it felt like a sales tactic, so decided not to come back and buy from a place trying to work me. Whoever reads these if you can link that law Ill eat crow and come buy my mod there. Id love to be wrong

I have had nothing but problems with this vape shop. I purchased multiple vapes and disposable vapes that state they have 2500 puffs but both have died the day of purchase and they dont refund. I spent $20 on a vape that lasted 4 hours. Also they are very uninformed about their own products. Would not recommend shopping here unless you enjoy wasting your hard earned money on garbage.

2 Zeus tanks and three bottles of liquid.. $227. I don’t understand how that works as the tanks are $27.99 online. There were no prices displayed anywhere, my husband went here because it was the only place open this late near by and had no idea what the prices were I just sent him a list. He said the woman at the front desk was snarky when he walked in. Idk.. I’ve bought whole mods, batteries and juices for less than that. Their tablet wouldn’t print the receipt so we got no break down of the price.If the owner can break down the price I’ll gladly change my review.

This store is a joke i go in there to use my points that i earned buying there products. its the 5 star point system that they use .ok so i go in there and they would not let me use my points he keep on trying me to buy there two 60m bottels for 29.99 sale i think that is the price i said no i want to use my points he would not let me use my points i could not believe it. Its the worst customer service that i ever got. this guy was so rude to me and the way he would give me this look when he told me i cant use my points

Walked in because I was looking for for a new vape, mike was immediately welcoming and available to answer all my questions. After about 15min shopping around mike never pressured me to buy anything or up-sale. I ended up purchasing a new vape and some juice and mike even offered to set it up and show me how it all worked before I left the shop. Appreciate that they weren’t going to let me leave confused or frustrated. Wether you’re a first timer or have been vaping for years they treat everyone that walked in with the same respect.

Used to be my go-to place, but since the flavored e-juice ban and the subsequent lift, the prices have skyrocketed to the point where I am mixing my own now. $25 for a 60ml bottle, plus the coils I have been using were not available either because they were temporarily out of stock or they are not being atocked anymore.

JD is very knowledgeable and personable. He will answer ALL your vape questions - whether you’re new or experienced in the vaping world. I would recommend this store to anyone. Cool people with the type of customer service that’s so rare these days.

I went here and had to return a second time in a day because I wasnt shown how to set up a vape. I came here because of the reviews. The first trip they were cool. The second trip I felt uncomfortable. IThe guy was fixing my vape and he stopped helping me to help other customers. Then he put his mouth on my vape and then told me to take a puff before I left. Im cool. Theyre a bit over priced, but they do have a good selection of stuff. Im willing to try them again. Hopefully the people in charge educate their employees not to put theyre mouths on customer products and blow vape in their customer faces also.
