Dr Randy is truly one of the best. I have been to many chiropractors, and not only is he fantastic at what he does, he actually listens to you. He addressed my concerns instead of trying to push some agenda and helped me get back to my life and my hobbies. I am very happy that he also takes great care of my friends and family. Ybor is very lucky to have Dr. Randy move here.

Dr. Lambert has been so good. Great bedside manner and explains what he’s doing and offers exercises that I can do at home to maintain my posture.I’ve never had a theragun used before, but it does seem to help release muscle tension. I did one session with a cold laser to help with an old knee injury. I haven’t felt the knee pain in the last two weeks, so we’re off to a good start!

I’ve been in chiropractic care for almost 20 years and have mostly had decent care. But, with Dr. Lambert, I’ve had the BEST care in my lifetime. He is by far the most knowledgable and caring doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I feel better and stronger now than I ever have thanks to him.

My wife and I recently moved to the Tampa area from Raleigh, NC. Both of us have been receiving chiropractic care for years after beating up our bodies with years of military training and wanted to keep the treatment going. I researched different providers through my insurance and IDKY, but Ybor City Chiropractic (YCC) stuck out to me. All I know is, its been a couple of months now, and Im so glad I made that decision. Dr. Lambert is caring, patient, and a good listener. He really takes the time to understand the patients underlying issues and the ultimate need for treatment. Although he runs a successful business, he puts the needs of the patient first. And for me, being a military veteran, I truly appreciate that. Also, I havent met the rest of the team, but I know they must be great because as soon as you walk into the facility, Ziras there to greet you with a kind embrace. I would venture to say that shes the glue to the business. Shes kind, detail-oriented, and a great conversationalist. Dr.Lambert and Colin are both fantastic! They genuinely care about not only the health of their patients, but them as people as well. Zira, who manages the front desk, is always welcoming and accommodating. Dr.Lambert suggested using laser therapy to treat an ankle injury and it really helped the inflammation. The team provides great care which has me still coming to them even though I moved out of the area.

Went to Dr. Alex Lambert after suffering from lower back pain and right shoulder pain for quite sometime. Terrified of adjustments Dr. Alex made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything he would do prior to doing it. After the first adjustment on my lower back I immediately felt better. Ive been back 3 time since and plan to continue to go. Also highly recommend Collins message. He did a wonderful job. Collin respected my initial concern on a deep tissue massage. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I cant wait to go back. The heated massage table was a nice touch. Not sure if thats the standard as I never get messages but I loved it!! The moment I walked into Ybor Chiropractic, my search was over. The office is in a great location of Ybor a few streets south of 7th so you never have a problem finding a place to park. The office is very clean and the office manager is very friendly. Besides DR. Lamberts world class adjustments, I have to admit that my favorite thing about this office is that I can go on their website at my leisure and book my next appointment in 2-3 minutes. It super convenient and allows people with super busy schedules to make the appointments outside/after normal business hours, or when they are not able to reach the clinic by Phone. I plan on being a patient for life.

Dr Lambert is truly amazing at what he does! I always feel 10lbs lighter after an adjustment. Having the combination of Colin before seeing Dr Lambert really gives your body the chance to get loose and be fully adjusted to get the best results.

Dr. Lambert is incredible. When I walked into his office, I’d been struggling with shoulder pain and restricted movement for weeks. Massage therapy wasn’t fixing the problem, so I knew I needed a more serious intervention. I was pleased to be able to book online with this office, and I was happy to get an appointment quickly.At the office, Dr. Lambert patiently listened to me explain the issue and the evolution of the pain. He knew right away what was causing the problem. His adjustment was nothing short of magic. I immediately felt my shoulder fall back into place. My back and neck adjustments have me feeling like I’m floating. The tension is simply and immediately gone.I already made my follow up appointment, and I am excited to become a regular patient. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lambert to everyone! Not only is he extremely kind, but his practice has changed my life. For a decade, I’ve had chronic neck and shoulder pain. I finally reached my breaking point this year when my pain was leading to migraines and I couldn’t even sit through a movie because it hurt to sit upright. I was on the verge of tears from my pain when I finally found Dr. Lambert. I immediately started to feel better and see drastic improvements in my pain after just one visit. So where has this place been all my life? It was my first time at a chiropractors office. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lambert. He was kind enough to fully explain the procedures to me first before performing them. He performed what I can only call a miracle since there was no pain. Best Chiropractor I have ever been too. I have several bulging discs and often knock my ailment off due to my job in healthcare. He always knows what to do to get my back working good as new! Dr. Lambert has helped me recover from years of damage and I have never been in better health. It is a clean facility inside and out, you are greeted warmly immediately upon entering. Its always a great experience walking into YBor Chiropractic. A friendly atmosphere and my appointments have always been on time. Dr. Lambert does a great job listening to my problem areas and taking care of me there.

I went here after experiencing pain from an auto accident. Dr. Lambert was very helpful, and gave great advice about getting a lawyer so I can get the best treatment.I ended up getting diagnosed with a herniated disc in my lower back, and my auto insurance covered my chiropractic therapy here for a little more than a year. After every session, I felt a lot less pain, and increased mobility, especially in my lower back. Dr. Lambert also helped address stiffness or soreness in my neck and upper back.I never felt like the treatments were too invasive, and I never felt anxious about getting hurt from the adjustments.The location was also super convenient because I live in Ybor City. The front desk staff was also always courteous and helpful. I never had any issues scheduling my appointments.I would definitely recommend you seek Dr. Lamberts care for any back pain and for auto accident-related injuries!

5 stars isnt enough! Ybor City Chiropractic has drastically improved my back/neck/shoulder/arm pains that Ive been dealing with for a couple of years (nerve pain was becoming a big issue)! Dr. Lambert took a methodical approach between adjustments and recommending deep tissue massages - rather than the typical aggressive 3x adjustments a week for months approach other practices have tried on me. I couldnt be more grateful for finding Ybor City Chiropractic!

I was looking for a new Chiropractor after moving a couple of years ago. Dr. Alex always takes the time to understand the issue you have, make adjustments to help the issue, walk through exercises or stretches to help keep the issue at bay, and suggest alternate treatments to help your healing.He has referred me to an awesome Acupuncturist and has a massage therapist who works out of his office for muscle issues. I had a major surgery last year which made me lose partial upper mobility in my arm. The area under my arm was very tense and painful most of the time. After I tried Dr. Lambert’s Cold Laser #4 therapy, I recovered my mobility almost 100%. The pain is gone and I felt much better after just one session. I highly recommend Dr. Lambert. He is very professional and kind. My appointments are always quick and on time! You need to see him! You won’t regret it!

My advice...just go see Dr Lambert! You will not regret it!! I am 50 years old and had never been to a chiropractor before and did not know anything about what a chiropractor can do. I met Dr. Lambert through work and he told me to come by to check it out. Come to find out, my hips were offset by a fairly reasonable amount and my posture was not great. In a matter of minutes he straighten me out and I felt so much better. Now I routinely go to see him because it’s very healthy for the skeletal system.

Oh my God I love this place! Honest & trustworthy, they listen and treat what you need. I was in pain three weeks ago and now I’ve improved to the point where I may not need to go as much. I definitely will come back for maintenance and continuing care just because they’re my guys 💙

Dr. Lambert is a very good Chiropractor. When I worked in Tampa, his Ybor location is easily accessible. His technique is awesome. The fact that he warms the area of your body with a warming blanket before manipulation is a huge advantage to the process. He is thoughtful and caring, always checking up on me after a session. Was having constant shoulder, neck, and upper back pain. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lambert who worked on the problem but suggested a follow up visit with a massage prior to my adjustment since the area was so tight. I came back today and had the massage therapist Nique work on the problem area for a half hour. She is very in tune with your body and is able to identity the problem areas and work it out. After she was done I was completely pain free. I highly recommend her services. I then saw Dr Lambert for an adjustment which he was able to do much more effectively since I was finally loosened up. Dr Lambert takes his time and really cares about your problems. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I seriously cannot rave about this place enough. Every visit is just like my first. The atmosphere is very relaxed and never too busy. You cant help but feel at ease when you walk through the doors at Ybor City Chiropractic. Michelle (the front office woman) is so nice and friendly from the moment you walk in and every time you see Dr. Phillips he is always smiling and seems to be in a good mood. Dr. Phillips isnt just good at what he does, he is great. He is very knowledgeable, gentle and he actually takes his time with you. Every time I get adjusted I feel a little bit more of relief. Dr. Lambert is an exceptional chiropractor. Before visiting his practice I was suffering from sharp knee pain that I had unsuccessfully treated with physical therapy, TB12, and a number of other methods. Dr. Lambert and I decided to use his Class IV laser on my knee, IT band, and hip. Over the course of about 8 sessions (just over 1 month) I went from having pain from just walking to playing pick-up basketball without any pain. I highly recommend Ybor Chiropractic and trying the laser treatment for any chronic pains you may have.

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and Alex at Ybor City Chiropractic by far the best. Hes extremely knowledgeable friendly and hes great at targeting problem areas to help his patients. Amazing chiropractor and massage therapy helps me out with sports injuries and keeping my back functioning I work long hours standing on my feet, and I sustained a few injuries playing pickle ball. They always help me out with a fast recovery. Highly recommend.

I fractured my back in a rear end collision and was unable to get into an Orthopedic appointment, due to workers comp dragging there feet. Dr Lambert made it possible to endure until I could get into an Orthopedic dr. He has healing hands and will tell you, if you need other help, besides his. He has integrity and compassion!

From my first experience, when I walked in to see if they took my insurance, they offered me a same day appointment and told me my insurance has associated massages. As a critical care nurse, I have to tell you he was perfect. Firm but not mind wrenching. He listens and morphs his care process to my specific military specific injuries. I wish he was an MD he would so rule and I would be a lifetime patient.After the first treatment, I slept so much better..

Went in for back and shoulder pain. They got me an appointment the same day. The front desk and doctor are very nice and welcoming. In one visit got rid of 75% of my pain and after my second visit feeling back to 100%. Highly recommend !
