It has been many years since I got a massage and never did cupping, today that all changed. This experience was amazing and super relaxing. After going to a chiropractor for months, I was recommended to see Von and I am so happy I booked this appointment. I will definitely be back and grateful for the trigger point massage to help me release the built up tension I’ve had. I Highly recommend this location!

Von is the best. Truly professional and so caring: he takes care of multiple people in my family. A special shout out to how kind he is to my mother, who is disabled and struggled with health issues. Von’s consistent work makes her feel 100% better, and for that we are forever grateful!

Fantastic massage today!! . Room is nice and comfy - lighting, temperature and music are set just right for you to have a relaxing experience. Awesome, comfortable and relaxing experience- I went in with so much pain, and the most annoying was between my shoulder blades, it was hard to breathe and I left feeling better and able to breathe and move easier - which was incredible. Jason is really good at finding key spots of pain and working out those areas. I have been to a few different massage therapists and I feel confident in going back here. Highly recommend.

From the beginning,I was recommended to Restore Massage of Tampa by a fellow co-worker of mine. Jason was very communicative from the beginning of my booking to the day of by sending me a reminder text and easy to follow directions to enter the office building . From upon entering the building I was immediately greeted by Jason as he directed me to the room. Once in the room he performed an assessment on me by asking questions to better help him understand and know what type of massage was needed for me. For someone who has never had a professional massage it was necessary for me. Super sweet guy, very professional, which made me feel comfortable; and was phenomenal at what he does. I felt like a spring chicken leaving that office but be careful going down the stairs after your massage, they are steep. I will definitely be going back and telling my friends about him!20/10 would recommend.

Von was nice but didn’t really provide a neuromuscular massage which is what I paid for, felt like regular massage and pressure was not as deep as I needed it to be. A thorough intake has to be completed prior to first session and looks like it was not even addressed in massage session. Also the massage was only 45 min and I paid for 60 mins. Fell under expectations.

Had an awesome prenatal massage fromJason. He paid special attention to my problem areas. He was super professional and thorough. I had the best night’s sleep after my appointment, which says a lot for being 35 weeks pregnant. Highly recommend!

Received my 1st time massage from Patrick today and it was more than I expected it to be! He was super professional and focused on my shoulders and neck where it had the most tension than my other body areas. As it was my first time receiving a professional massage, he explained the steps throughout the entire session and made it comfortable for me. I truly enjoyed it and feel so much better afterwards. I tried nearly a dozen different Massage Therapists before finding Von. Von is excellent!I normally feel more comfortable going to a female therapist; however, it is not an issue as I feel very safe. Von is professional and provides excellent deep tissue massages. He applies his extensive knowledge of muscle tissue into effectively breaking down tough knots lodged in my shoulder blades and shoulder ligaments. The price is excellent. The service is superb. Definitely what I needed after realizing my back neck and shoulders were stiff. Appointment setting was easy online. I was able to come in next day which was fantastic. Jason was my masseuse. He was very courteous, greeted me, and asked about my problem areas but also about areas to possibly avoid during massage. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The music was calming and the pressure was perfect. During my massage, he attacked those problem areas I mentioned quite well, not only with his hands but also some cupping therapy and he would make sure I was doing okay. Jason also did my arms, hands, legs, and feet which was amazing and I didnt realize how much those areas also benefited from the overall massage. 10/10 would recommend and Ill probably be back to treat myself in the future. Jason is an incredible massage therapist! I went to him after shoulder surgery, and he helped my healing tremendously! His pressure was great, and he worked on all the other sore muscles attendant to the shoulder and other stressed areas of my body. I highly recommend him! I waited to write this review because when you’re in as much pain as I was in, it often takes a couple of days to feel some relief.Let me tell you… This place helped me sooooooo much! I was not able to look down or turn my head to either side without experiencing horrible pain.I felt 25% better the day after my massage and after 2 weeks I am almost back to 100%.I usually drive to St. Petersburg for my massages but I’m pretty sure Ideal Massage will be my new go to.Thank you so much for the pain relief!!!

Patrick is an amazing massage therapist! I went to him after my Doctor recommended incorporating lymphatic massage into my post surgery recovery process. Initially, I was hesitant because I was still a bit sore/tender near the incisions, but Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable, and I never felt any pain. I am continuing with gentle massages to even out any lumps before they become fibrous, and am healing very nicely. I also have plantar fasciitis, and Patrick is working on my feet now as well. Patrick is a very pleasant and kind human being, and I feel so much better when I leave one of his massage therapy sessions, that I have decided to continue massage therapy once a week, as part of my self care routine.

I have had several massages in the past, I was referred to Von by one of my clients and I am very happy that she told me about him. Great atmosphere and great music and most importantly great hands. Patrick was amazing! I woke up with a stiff neck and shoulders and by the time I could get to the office for my session I couldnt even turn my head to the left or pull my shoulders back to sit upright. I was in so much pain it was awful. I told Patrick exactly what was hurting and he did such a fantastic job working out all of my knots over the 90 minute session. He was very professional and thorough. He also checked in with me to make sure the pressure wasnt too much and he found knots I didnt even know I had. I was astounded after my session when I stood up and could move my head back and forth and stand up straight with my shoulders back. To my amazement, the following morning I woke up and I felt like a completely different person, it was absolutely the best feeling!! I was sore from the deep tissue work, but all of my pain was completely gone!! I went from barely being able to move to feeling like a million dollars overnight!! I cannot rate Patrick high enough, he deserves 10 stars!! I am 100% going back and I will tell anyone and everyone about this place because its the BEST!! :)

Ive seen Patrick twice, and Ill be headed in for my 3rd treatment today! You cant even call this a simple massage, because he targets every area that no average massage therapist thinks to target. Patrick is very professional and compassionate about what treatment plan works best for you, and any specific needs you may have! I usually wait a week or two before getting around to writing a review, but for Von and this massage I couldn’t wait that long…My pain was literally gone right after this massage. I had been experiencing it for almost 2wks, to the point where I was in tears Friday night, primarily in my right shoulder, the blade and up into my neck… massive stress knots!So Von’s focus was that area… the left side of my neck and shoulder, BUT from my neck to my toes I felt like gummbie when it was over! Lol, Seriously, I did not want to stand up!Then I’m thinking, geez surely it won’t stay gone, but here I am the next evening still with zero pain, and I’ve done laundry and walked both of my very large, sometimes walking me, dogs. I actually can’t get over how good it feels to not have his pain today.Whenever I need/want another massage, Von is certainly my new permanent therapist!Additionally, I haven’t had a massage in years and really, have only had 2 other ones prior to this one and I remember actually hurting for 3 days after and felt worse for the wear on my skin. So I was actually a little nervous.But Von immediately put me at ease and happily listened to me cathartically regurgitate my emotional stresses… and responded to things I said.So I not only got a physical release of the pain I’ve been dealing with going on two weeks, I got an emotional release as well, lolWhat a great experience, Von… thank you SO much, you are the top of your field, hands down!

I really don’t want to leave a negative review but unfortunately I don’t think my massage lived up to all these 5 star reviews :( I’ll start by saying I work in a chiropractors office & work with massage therapist on a daily basis, so my expectations were high. I was so excited to book my massage with Jason, based on all the great things I read.. specifically with his trigger point technique. He was very accommodating in squeezing me in so that was a great start. I could relate to a previous review in feeling pain between my shoulder blades & hard to breathe so I was looking really forward to this. I think the massage was good… because it was desperately needed… but I feel it lacked the “trigger point” I was looking for and felt more like a deep tissue massage. I REALLY needed him to find the knot under my shoulder blade. I also felt like I was stressing about the time and him getting to everything I needed that I couldn’t fully relax because he did not explain that he was going to switch to another part of my body and come back to the area I needed most. And his nails were scratching me when he was trying to go deep that I couldn’t fully concentrate either. The room felt like a bedroom with a bright lamp… I’d prefer a dimmer/spa like feel. Unfortunately I just would not pay this kind of money to come back.

Flexible scheduling. Was able to schedule with Von and the deep tissue was amazing. In the past other therapists can cause pain during this but this massage really helped me! Will be back!

Absolutely wonderful, Patrick really tuned into my needs. He clearly understands anatomy and found all the main issues in my back. He didn’t hold back and worked really hard to gain back some of my mobility. Wonderful ambiance, clean, relaxing!

Overall a really great experience. Jason greeted me by name and was prompt. Aside from the room being a bit warm (Although I tend to run hot), the massage was wonderful. I felt longer and looser after. He included cupping this time and as it was my first experience with it I was unsure about it. A smidge uncomfortable at first, I do think it helped loosen my awfully tight back up. My neck and back are so thankful.

I had my first prenatal massage session with Von today(at 32 weeks pregnant) and wheeewww let me tell you I left feel rejuvenated, relaxed and completely reset! I cant say enough positive things about this business and both its owners/therapists - Jason and Von. I have known both of them for about 2 years from their prior positions at another local spa.Their kindness, professionalism, availability, and SKILLS have added to the relaxation and enjoyment of my life.I usually go in for relaxation massages and like no more than medium pressure. I am also a runner and have had a few injuries that they have either helped with or worked around. They are also both willing to focus on areas when requested, or ignore other areas completely when you ask. They are extremely flexible and willing to give you the exact type of massage you want...you just have to speak up ;-) They will also change music/sounds if you want something different, and they have heated tables, which theyll shut off for you if you are like me and get hot easily!Ive never had a massage better anywhere else, and Ive had massages on a Disney cruise, Massage Envy, small boutique spas in vacation destinations, etc.You wont be dissapointed!

A friend referred me to Restore because my neck was really bothering me and I couldn’t move it. I have neck issues from a car accident and sometimes I’m in so much pain. This was one of those times. They were able to get me in within 24 hours and Von was fantastic. By the end of my hour-long massage, I was able to move my neck again and the pain had subsided. Ive been with Von for years. I cant tell you how many fibromyalgia flares he has stopped dead in their tracks. Fibro massages are special because if you go too deep, youll flare. If you dont go deep enough, it wont help prevent or stop a flare. Von, does it perfect and understands both of the above. Back in the day I had an issue with my arm - I had limited mobility. My doctors sent me for x-rays and to physical therapy but nothing could be done. For several years, I did not have full use of my arm. I mentioned it to Von not long after receiving his services.. He says, hmm then massages the area all around my rotator cuff. Do you know that I had full mobility after that and since then?! Routine massage cuts back on how many medications I have to take. The conversation is great as well as the music. I have built a friendship with Von over the years of which I am grateful.My understanding is - Jason is quite similar. Thats what makes these guys an excellent team and the way to go. Much love and Im so proud of you guys for doing big things and helping others!OH! P.S. I sent my fiance to Von. He is a mechanic and had never had a professional massage before. Dang he was satisfied and relaxed when he got home. Absolutely awesome!!! I had Patrick and he is so knowledgeable about the body and the muscles. He released my hip flexors and my psoas which Ive never successfully had done in the past. We did a 1 hour upper body session yesterday and a 1.5 hour lower body session today. And he uses cupping and gastoning (scraping) techniques as well.
