I loved this place. Ive been to a lot of massage places and this place is great. It takes the Caribbean and brings you to it to relax. Themed rooms for different islands.The massage therapists were very thorough and hit every tense area. Highly recommend here.We got a couples relaxation massage. Then added a facial for my wife and foot massage for me. I was so relaxed I could have been wheeled out of there. We had a great time and already scheduled our next visit.

Disappointed scheduled a massage for two next day. Celebrating our anniversary and got a babysitter for the kids. Next day they said they should’ve never scheduled us and that it was an error. However, they recovered nicely and found a way to accommodate us and offered a free add on. I will always recommend this place. Thank you

Highly reccomended. The setup is very well thought out. Each room is a different country. Front desk is professional. Each room has its own music...my massage therapist was extremely professional and very educated and told me in detail about my specific body tightness and massaged me in depth. I have had many massages and this is in my top 2 out of many massages from a variety of places! They make you pay ahead if you call for an apt but their membership is not like other placesThey dont automatically pull from your account every month. I finally found a massage place I want to stay a member of.Im gifting everyone a foot massage from this. You dont know you need it till you get massaged!

Went in for a prenatal massage and had Deshara. She was AMAZING! This was my first prenatal massage, she made me feel very comfortable and applied the right amount of pressure to get my stubborn knots. She had me positioned in a way that was very comfortable; she eased all my nerves regarding safety during a prenatal massage. I can really tell she loves what she does and strives to make everyone feel well taken care of and comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Total payment upfront is absolutely crazy! My wife and I are recently retired military….. experienced spas all around the world and I have never been hung up on or required to submit payment in full before an appointment. Was literally hung up on without warning after inquiring about the policy. This happened today, 06-01-2024 @ approx. 1245hrs EST. Tampa location. DO NOT RECOMMMEND

Amazing spa that I have been attending for years! I tried the coconut bay getaway package recently and it was peacefully divine. I am super satisfied with the new location. The only upgrade I am waiting for is online booking. Overall it is a great spa with friendly staff of masseuses and estheticians.

My massage therapist is DeShara. She is the best! I wish I could give her 10 stars! My only problem with giving her such a review is that she may get booked up😊, but I am willing to run the risk and share her! DeShara! Visited on my birthday. My husband and I both got massages. I loved the airline vacation theme. My masseuse was Arlethia and she did an AMAZING job. During my 90 minute massage she broke up all my captain cruch berries aka knots in my back with good firm pressure. It was perfect for me. I got the cheese and wine platter afterwards and they did not skimp on the wine. The Exotic Mystic Spa package is a great value. I will be back!!! Thank you for making my birthday so relaxing and special.

One word…. ARLETHIA!!!! She was absolutely amazing. Very kind & followed my request. I walked out feeling 20 pounds less. I cannot express how this has made me day! Have never gotten a massage this good! Love how they spoke to me to ask me what I needed rather than going in. Not the average massage. Bed was warm when coming in and was given water when leaving and post massage care instructions. My body feels great after the first time. Can’t wait to go many more!Update: still coming here after a year even though I live 45 minutes away now :)

Im so glad I found this place. I was in so much pain due to chronic inflammation. My first visit was booked with Kendall my pain level was at a 10 and after his massage it immediately went down to a 2 and from that point on I always book him. The techniques he used had really relieved a lot of my pain and allowed me to get back to do the day to day things. Im now a repeat customer. Since then I have referred others and they tell me they too have had the best experiences. I truly cant say enough good things and the ladies at the front desk are always so pleasant. I love how the call the day before for appointment reminder cause there were a few times I almost forgot.

We gifted a Spa to our parents on their anniversary and they loved it.They were professional enough to inform us prior as the masseuse were little late.Overall great experience

Beautiful spa. Peaceful. My massage therapist was fantastic. Did scalp massage, gluts and sugar scrub on feet. Finished with a facial with another scalp massage. So relaxed that I feel asleep. 😂. Definitely recommend and look for their specials.

This was my first visit to this spa and it was wonderful. The staff is very professional and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Alisha provide a deep tissue massage and I could tell that she is experienced and knowledgeable. My body felt truly felt relaxed and loosened. Yuliya, did an excellent job with my facial and I left glowing . I will return and recommend to friends!

I went to the spa yesterday for the first time and it was such a pleasant experience. It was very clean and calming. DeShara was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be going to see her monthly and I’ve already told my friends to see her. 10/10 experience.

They cant keep their own word. Traveled here from far on the word that i can get consultation and select the massage accordingly and after arriving had to wait for 35 mins to only get consultation. No treatment! Was trying to work with them but they were just not ready. Havent seen a manager that is not willing to work. They offered me a $45 massage for 30 mins and said that is compensation. I dont know the math for how $45 for 30 mins is compensating or discounted price for $60 for 60mins. Apparently Camile who i was supposed to have had appointment with is their best! If thats the best, then.. i was supposed to feel relaxed and feel like got out of the oven!!

I have never been to any type of spa or had any facial/skin services done before in my life but want to finally start taking care of myself at the ripe young age of 32. I booked a dermaplaning appt with Meaghan and she literally made me feel so comfortable and important. She explained every single step to me and educated me on things I didn’t know about my own skin. The way that she speaks about her clients and the work she does is truly admirable, you can feel how much she loves what she does and cares for everyone that comes to her table. When I walked out back into natural sunlight I was a little amazed at how smooth and dewy and healthy my face looked! I promise you won’t regret seeing her if you go!

Amazing spa that never disappoints. My boyfriend have been to the old location and now this new one as well. Overall we have been coming here for a few years for massages and have absolutely loved it! The staff is super friendly and the services are so relaxing. Today, I had a facial with Hazel and hands down can say I’ll be back for another. My skin felt and looked rejuvenated. She also had some great tips for my battle with hyperpigmentation.

If you need the best massage of your life then you have came to the right place. Ask for Marcellus he has the most talented hands I have ever felt. I have been getting massages for 15 years now and he has been the best over the past 2 years. I suffer from migraines and neck pain and so I go faithfully once a month to him and he makes me feel amazing after ever visit. Marcellus isn’t just a great massage therapist he is a great human being. Don’t look anywhere else this place is amazing and they have great products to buy when you leave.

Ask for Yuliya when you call for your facial appointment- you will not be disappointed! She’s knowledgeable about a wide array of products and services, and recommends great treatment plans. I’m having great results from nano needling and IPL with her.

Less Caribbean flavor than expected. No Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce. Good Mystique. Not too overwhelming. Subtle flavor. Wood chips bring a great aroma to the main dish. Would definitely be up for a second taste. Parking is ample.

During my first visit, I got a massage and my first ever facial. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman (which was my goal). The masseuse paid special attention to the areas I needed the most work (per my consultation) and the facial was like an extra massage in and of itself. My face has never felt or looked better! I will certainly be returning (with friends!). It was much needed me time.

October 23’: Janice manages this beautiful establishment and reached out after my review of my last experience here. She has always been patient, kind and understanding. She has also always been customer oriented and treated me as such when she spoke with me on the phone. She stressed how my experience was not normal and was apologetic. She coordinated an appointment and scheduled with one of her best masseuse and completely changed how I felt about coming back. Listen! This is hands down the best massage that I have had so far! The therapist Carla focused on the areas that I needed and the pressure was just right! I drove all the way from South Tampa to give this place a try! I will definitely be coming back AT LEAST once a month!! I was experiencing some back pain and decided it was time for a massage. My wife came here and said how awesome it was so I though hey why not. The staff upon entry was very friendly. The facility is extremely clean and the rooms are as well. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I received an hour massage which was 45 then signed up for a monthly massage that’s 39 dollars a visit for 60 minutes. That is an amazing price for an hour massage. The massage was great and the masseuse was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this spa for about 3 years and I came across the best esthetician ever her name is Yuliya. She takes her time explaining the procedures of my facial. She even text me to give me recommendations on skin care products that will work great with my skin. Def recommended.

What can I say about this spa except that it has the most relaxing and tropical atmosphere. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Massage therapists and Aestheticians are absolutely amazing. I have never felt so relaxed from a massage and the eminence facials will have your skin looking beautiful.

Beautifully decorated spa with an island inspired theme throughout.. I had the Crystal Blue Foot Bath with Antasia it was so relaxing, I fell asleep.. My feet were thankful.. I also had a facial with Angela and she made some recommendations on what I could do for hyperpigmentation.. I cannot recommend the spa enough.. Definitely a 5 star experience...

***SPA BLAMES PARTY OF 10 FOR LACKLUSTER EXPERIENCE & OWNER REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AFTER REVIEW OF FACILITY***My ExperienceJanuary 14th was my visit at 10 am (50° outside).First, Absalom was pretty good, with the exception of a cold blanket placed on my back in that VERY COLD ROOM.Disappointments:1. Was told by staff prior to reservation that the facility would provide a complementary cheese tray and wine that was INCLUDED in our $185/person package. We received NOTHING. Thank goodness we brought our own charcuterie trays and wine, as we thought it would be a nice addition to what the facility was supposed to provide....2. Cold as hail in the facility while getting the massage and being ensured by staff that the heat was working and on (mind you, front desk staff were bundled up [inside the facility] like it was negative five degrees while checking us in)...3. Robes were NOT for a woman with curves.4. 1 hour facial was 30 minutes with continuous up-selling of their products and/or other services.5. Placed in very small waiting space (for our party of 10) when there were other rooms within this facility to better accommodate our party...6. Our party was not given enough changing bags to accommodate all of us, and the staff intermittently came into our extremely small parlor to confiscate my bag (and others) to give to additional parties within our group. Make it make sense..As a spa enthusiast, I would not recommend this spa.

This place is so Beautiful! With that being said, my massage was just ok, nothing special.The therapist mentioned she was having an off day so this could have been the reason. Didnt even get water after the massage.The therapist was very nice though, however ,wasnt very organized at all so I felt that I did not get a complete hour massage . I have several gift cards to use so I will definitely go back. I am big on reading and writing reviews so if I have a different experience next time I will update my review. UPDATE...literally minutes after I wrote my review I was contacted by Janeice the manager of Carribean Spa. She had read my review and wanted to know about my experience. I explained to her what happened and she was very apologetic. She wanted me to have a great experience so she gave me a free massage with aromatherapy! Wooow....that is what you call AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dont think I have EVER experienced anything close to it in my life!Carribean Spa now has a client for life! Customer service always rules! Today I had an amazing facial by Julia. Such a great spa nearby and so glad I found it! The facial was relaxing and my skin is glowing and looks amazing! Julia recommended skincare add-ons which I am interested in for next time. She was not pushy at all when I declined. Julia also greeted me with water after my service.The spa is clean and quiet inside and the customer service was great! It was easy to call and make an appointment and I love that they are open until 8p on Saturdays.I bought the mask Julia used on my face because it felt incredible. I cant wait to go back again next month and to try out their massage services!

As this was my first Massage experience, I was a bit nervous to say the least. Immediately upon meeting Marcellus, I knew that I was in good hands and once he got started...word cannot even describe how amazing he was!! I went in not knowing what to expect and came out a member with another appointment booked for two weeks from now. The facility is spotless and the staff is friendly and professional. I now know what those that are close to me are getting for the Holidays this year!

Marcellus is the absolute BEST! I have been going see him for years and with my line of work I am on my feet for long hours and days at a time, he’s the only way I am able to make it through the month. He is mindful to what kind of massage you are looking for and is very professional. The staff all around is always pleasant and courteous.

Went with a friend for a foot massage, was told to be there on time or a few minutes early advice this was important. Got there 15 minutes early and still wasnt seen till 35 min after our schedule time. Also it was extremely hot in the building, when we went back from the foot massage we literally had sweat dripping from our nose. Chairs have massage control but dont work and so dull you can feel the massage.

I received a phenomenal facial from Yulia. Her facial massage, towards the end, was the cherry on top.She has a deep understanding of how to work with facial muscles and of how to care for the skin. I left her with a glowing face and some excellent homecare advice for my daily routine. Highly recommend!

This place is immaculate. The aesthetician (obviously a master due to her depth of knowledge) is amazing, kind and well versed in her field. Her dermo-planing was exquisite...we are lucky to have such great talent in new Tampa! (You will adore Yulia!... she is amazing!)

Shout out to Ebonie for hosting a wellness workshop here at Caribbean Mystique, it was so fun and I enjoyed looking at all the different rooms that were named and themed off different tropical islands. Will be definitely booking with them in the future!

I love this place. This is my go to place when I need a massage. My massage therapist has always been professional and his massage techniques always gets my body feeling 100 times better than when I walked in. Not to mention you cant beat their membership prices, which is a great plus.

I had an amazing spa package done here on my birthday where I traveled to the Dominican Republic and had a 90 minute massage with scrub and hot stones and a lovely facial! Love the decor here and the wine and cheese was a wonderful way to end the trip!

Last year I was planning a surprise birthday weekend for my mother (visiting from Denver, CO) and wanted to pamper her. I came across Caribbean Mystique. I was able to plan a full spa day on a budget for both my mother and I. We received services from massages, facials, eyebrow grooming, manicures, and pedicures.The staff is amazing and I love the island experience that you get when receiving services. My mom still talks about the exceptional experience that we received over a year ago!I am a loyal customer! Kendall is my new masseuse and I will recommend him!

I’ve been here numerous times in the last 2 years since I’ve lived in Tampa and I always thoroughly enjoy every time I’ve gone and gotten a massage. The staff are extremely courteous and accommodating , and professional. I was coming from St.Pete once and ran into traffic and was late to my appointment, but they were still able to accommodate me and give me the full hour massage. Also, I’m too busy to try and coordinate schedules with one particular massage therapist, so I usually call the day before or day of when I’m available, and take whatever massage therapist is open-they’ve all been amazing and hit my major tension areas. Of course not all the massage therapists are the same in terms of quality ,(some use different techniques and apply different pressures) but I am thoroughly satisfied after each massage and feel relaxed and my muscles are no longer tense. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend at least trying them once. They have some pretty good prices, especially if they have a sale or if you’re in healthcare or a first responder. I’m basically waiting for their Black Friday deals to come out this year so I can buy them in bulk like last year.

I have been going to Caribbean Mystique for a few years now. They have great prices and great service. I used to see Gisselle. She is no longer there so I started seeing Alicia and she is wonderful! Alicia is very professional and thorough! Alicia also does Lymphatic massages which are great after surgery or when youre feeling sluggish. Her deep tissue massages are also really good! Everytime I leave I feel so much better! I have been booking WEEKLY appointments! It is my treat to myself! They also take COVID precautions, they make sure to ask you for symptoms, they take your temperature and the massage therapist wears a mask. This is my favorite massage place!

My entire family has been going to Kendall for years. He is amazing. I brought my wife who was anti-massages, she had Kendall while I had Marcellus. Both are great, fun, and made it the best possible experience. We look forward to our monthly visits

Changed their location and up charged me for prepaid gift cards. Old location did not do this. Scheduled a deep tissue massage and got someone who clearly didn’t specialize in this. She tried but she just kept digging her elbow in my hip and glutes. Definitely stick with Marcellus or Kendall for deep tissue.

I was referred to Tampa’s Top Autos because I was looking for a Mustang GT. I was having trouble finding one I really liked. Moe assured me he would help me find one. He definitely came through for me and got it for a great price! It was an easy experience and I will be definitely passing on the referral to others and will definitely buy from them again.

Ive been attending Caribbean mystique for over 2 years. The spa is professional and the best in Florida. Marcellus is the best masseuse!!! Marcellus has the hands of healing. His techniques he uses in his hands he cares for his clients. The front desk is always helpful. They have the best receptionist her name is Janice. She will always make a way to schedule me with Marcellus, an have a delightful voice.

I have had four full body massages so far with Marcellus as my therapist. He has been able to provide great relief after my gym workouts. He is talented, professional and personable and always smiles. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exceptional massage experience. His hands are like magic and melt away muscle pain.

I had an awesome experience at this spa today! I have been living here in Tampa, FL now for 10+ years and have visited many nail salons/spas and this one is on the top of my list. I discovered this spa from a Groupon deal. The customer service and all of the staff was awesome. All the destinations that you visit there while on your Caribbean calypso massage experience is quite tranquil as well. Would definitely be going back :)

Had a wonderful experience at Caribbean Mystique. My masseuse, Alicia, was so precise and attentive. She listened to me and was thorough. It was a girls weekend vacay celebration, with a birthday celebration thrown in and EVERYONE had a great experience!!! All the staff were pleasant and professional. You will not be disappointed!!

By far the BEST spa around hands down! The staff is very friendly and very helpful from the moment I make my appt. (Janice always makes it a point for me to feel welcomed from the moment I walk in) they are always very professional and courteous. The atmosphere is so calming you just dont want to leave. I started coming here in December, and at my second appointment I started seeing Marcellus. I will only book appointments with him from now on! Very professional, listened to exactly what I need, and is amazing at his job. If he ever leaves, I will go where he goes.

Took my wife here for a facial couple of times and she loves it so much that there’s another one scheduled. Yuliya did such an amazing job and so she has a happy client and a returning one at that. The vibe is great and the service I received from the moment I walked into the door till I left can’t be matched anywhere else.

Horrible.. I don’t usually comment but hopefully it will help as a warning for someone else. I was there in November my husband set up a massage and facial for me as a birthday gift. It was the most uncomfortable massage in my adult life. The masseuse a woman (I do not remember the name) told me “turn around I don’t want to look at your breast” in such a rude tone I awkwardly laid on my stomach as to avoid upsetting her and afterwards talked the entire time about her daughters/family members. There is no way that she is a licensed professional I left with negative energy and a migraine and over $100 lighter. Please do your research prior to booking especially if it’s a gift.I have my receipt I am a “ REAL CUSTOMER”. Searching my email name on your database doesn’t take away from the horrible experience. Once again do your research when going somewhere google reviews are not all dishonest

I was having sciatic pain I scheduled an appointment with Camilla and she was terrific. She took her time and really concentrated on affected area. She did not rush or cut time short like other massage places. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

I received a facial and a massage on the 1/3. Everything was amazing. I cant remember the estheticians name who gave me such a wonderful facial (she was amazing)but the Masseuses name was Marcellus. Youll definitely enjoy him.

I had a deep tissue massage by Alisia. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The massage was so good I am going back in two weeks.

G aka Gerrodicka, worked out my biggest issue, my upper mid back. She gave me an amazing massage that worked on decompressing traveling muscle pains She was willing to do Deep tissue, adjust to my needs. Even though I declined the deep tissue, she stretched every muscle in my back that felt stiff 💪

I have had monthly facials with Yuliya for about a year. She is amazing. She really cares about your skin and gives great skin care tips. Her face massage is the best! Try her - you will be glad you did.

I visited here on my 30th birthday to receive a massage and never have I ever left a massage spa completely sore. I was massaged by a male (in which I always use males when receiving a massage) but the male here left huge bruises on my entire back (I have pictures for proof). Before your massage, they ask do you have any concerns & I stated “frequent headaches” therefore I assumed the male masseuse was applying certain pressure to my back because of my concerns so I didn’t stop him during my massage but at the same time he NEVER asked was the pressure ok. Reasonable pricing for $45 for a hour plus I gave him a $15 tip but I will never return here & Ill definitely be contacting corporate due to complete soreness 2 days later & terrible bruising.

It was my first time there. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back very soon. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this spa.

Booked here for a couples massage on our vacation, very clean and friendly staff. Massage therapists are PROFESSIONALS very experienced. One of the top places I’ve ever received a massage from. Very reasonably priced too.

I admit I was nervous on my way in to this place. Its in an office park that is pretty plain on the outside, please dont let that discourage you from going in and getting any services your heart desires. Everyone was so nice to me, and I enjoyed my facial (Izzy was very gentle with my face and it looks so fresh now), my massage (Ron managed to loosen up my knots and was very professional) and my mani-pedi (again with Izzy, who chatted with me the whole time and helped me select a gorgeous polish). I feel bad that we didnt leave a larger tip, but I will make it up when I come back for a longer massage and another facial or mani-pedi.

OMG. This place is awesome. Amanda is a superb massage therapist. Im 63 and large build. She has done a fantastic job in giving me back more flexibility and mobility since Ive been seeing her.

I visited Carribean Mystique after my husband purchased me a living social deal for my birthday. It was for their Tropical Excursion Relaxation Massage, a premium service as described on their website.I arrived to the spa and was greeting promptly by name (I guess they were expecting me!) by Andrea, who was also my therapist for this visit. After filling out the paperwork, she showed me their Sail Away Port where their guests wait for their appointment while enjoying refreshments. She then took me to my room, which was named after an island (unfortuntely I cant remember the name). The ambience was very beachy and relaxing, I really enjoyed the Caribbean theme where each room was a different destination.My massage was wonderful, it was a full body massage followed by a seaweed mud mask on my back with hot towels, a foot scrub (with more hot towels) finished off with a hot stone back massage. Andrea was really professional and had perfect technique.After my massage Andrea greeted me with water and then showed me around the rest of the spa. There is a romantic couples room, facial rooms and a nail room, where they used foot bowls instead of the baths you find most other places (this is because the bowls are more hygienic)After this first visit, I would 100% come back for other services. Their price menu is extremely resonable and Andrea suggested if I see any other deals online (such as the living social) to go ahead and call the spa directly as they will honor the price =)

Today I went in to get a Crystal Blue Foot Therapy. It was absolutely nothing like the description stated. I am a teacher. On my feet all day every day. Decided I was going to get this treatment to finally help my feet from hurting all the time. I went in and there was a bowl of water I put my feet into and it was cold. Then the “reflexology” began. It seriously was the lightest touch I have ever felt. It didn’t feel good- it was very annoying. There was no squeezing or rubbing or holding stress points. It was just like rubbing lotion on lightly for 45 minutes. I couldn’t wait to get out of there! 100.00 later and I could have rubbed lotion on myself and it would have been less annoying! STAY AWAY!
