My name is Brandon but my artist handle is @301yung. I come here on a weekly basis and I have been coming here daily since I moved here in 2021. I love their staff, their attention to detail when it comes to their product knowledge and the dedication to upholding that standard. Every staff member new and old has been a delight and an overall nice fit to the vibe and aesthetic of the shop. I love all the products they provide from the incense I grab every occasion, from the fronto leafs, to their THC-A & Delta-8 products. Ive been to a lot of smoke shops in Tampa and most have disappointed me.. Art of Smoke is actually fantastic. The pricing is reasonable, the staff is friendly/knowledgeable, the location is nice, and the shop itself is very clean/organized. I highly recommend checking them out.

Jay is awesome. Unfortunately i won’t shop here again. Pricing is reasonable for about 5 seconds before they let you know they have to add on an up charge amount to the price originally quoted. Didn’t say why an up charge amount was imposed after asking. Had what I needed locally so that’s appreciated but not the extra tax I was blindsided with.

My main shop for sure, Ryan and Jocelyn are always amazing to deal with and go the extra mile to make sure to try and answer as many questions as possible. Great prices, great products. Definitely can’t go wrong.

I’ve been shopping here for over a year and a half buying products regularly. Then all of a sudden this new guy shows up who says he’s the night time manager and refuses to sell products to me. Every other associate at the store sells products to me but him, very unprofessional and disrespectful. This guy needs to be taught some customer service and how to properly run a store.

Jay always has the BEST recommendations. I come in once a week to pick up vapes for me and my husband, and since hes the one working on the day I come in, I get to talk to him about whats new and whats good.Even aside from my continually great customer service experience, this is above and beyond our favorite shop. The prices are the best, everything is always well stocked, the shop itself is cute and clean, and theres always a ton of variety for whatever youre into. Weve been spoiled by having this place nearby and never go anywhere else.

It’s a good smoke shop but don’t say you’re open at 10 when it’s 10:15 and you have 3 people standing outside wondering why y’all aren’t open when you are supposed to be. May not be a business major but I’m pretty sure it isn’t good practice to have your store closed during operating hours, just a thought.

Ive always received great customer service. Josh is very knowledgeable on all the products. Josh will take the time to demonstrate a product. My left wrist is fractured due to a drunk driver hitting me. Josh demonstrated to me how to use the rolling machine with one hand. I cant say enough good things about this business always professional and courteous.

I’ve been shopping at Art of Smoke for almost 8 years now. I’ve always found amazing glass pieces there! Everything is always at such a great price too. And of course the workers are always really awesome! Like yesterday I went with my fiancé and we had a fantastic conversation with Josh and Harris about some of their glass pieces and also the best of the best with the Star Wars movies! This smoke shop will definitely make you feel like part of the family. I’ll always recommend this place!

Ive came to the shop a few times in need of little things here and there always gotten a great hook up, i came in the other night and Josh helped me with a new nectar collector, and a great new set up. Very helpful and i even got some of the piece water for my water pieces, its such a big difference. Definitely a recommended go to place, i will always keep coming back for my sesh needs.

Bought a small accessory from Art of Smoke, theyre right around the corner and super convenient. Got home and noticed the piece had a small hairline crack in it. I brought it back and the gentleman swapped it out for one of greater value due to us discovering all of the same accessories I had purchased earlier were cracked. Purchased “Puffco” atomizer from this store, that causes the light on my puffco to flash indicating a short circuit. Meaning I purchased a defective or possibly counterfeit product, the product I purchased was not sealed leading me to believe it may have been tampered with. I attempted to return the item and they refuse to resolve the issue. I was able to acquire a new atomizer and it’s works perfectly. Soooo shame on ArtofSmoke for not making this right for a customer! Along with being extremely rude and disrespectful! I Would not recommend this store or any affiliated stores. SMHREPLY TO SHOP COMMENT-The response below, to my first comment is very similar to how I was treated when I visited the store. I was blamed for this issue and forced to try and resolve it for myself. Combative, argumentative, and not taking accountability are words that come to mind. It would have saved us both sometime if you would have made this right and handled the warranty with Puffco. It would have been easier to keep me as a loyal customer, than try to convince the world that you are right and not the Customer…… **Warning**Just make sure you know who you are doing business with, if you absolutely have to visit this store. Just stopped by tonight for a new coil. The girl at the counter helped me right away and she was nice. The experience and expertise demonstrated tonight was on par with a convenience store/gas station selling Phillip Morris.I asked for a coil for my device and requested the higher resistance of the two options your shop carries. After a few minutes of googling, salesperson reached in a bin and began comparing against resources. Then reached in a similar bin and offered both as a solution... because they will both work...Do yall remember what vaping is all about? Personalization. I aint going to some gas station for a cheap fix. Id rather spend more time driving further to a decent vape shop than waste money on something I explicitly dont want.Other associate helped me because associate A was trying to read coil inside of pod with a flashlight rather than just getting a paper towel and pulling it out.While being helped by associate A, theother was pushing product that has been selling well (while the passed few months supply has been limited) and I havent had my favorite brands in stock for almost a year. I think the convenience is no longer worth my time here. there are another 2 shops that are just as close to my house.

This shop has a huge selection of product. They have more disposable vapes and vape juices than most places I’ve been to. Their vape device selection can be real limited but as far as I can tell it’s cause their stock just get bought out so fast. They got a massive selection of pipes and wraps as well. Service is kind of here or there, depends on who is working at the time. The owner has been nice the couple times I’ve seen him and he was always down to answer any questions I had!I do wanna say tho, if you come in and PJ is working you’ll have a great time, the dude is super nice and super helpful and always was down to chat while I shopped and gave me the BEST recommendations on flavors from any vape shop I’ve ever been to, if PJ says it’s fire, it’s fire.

Stopped in here while randomly while driving, and man am i glad I did. The place is fantastic. Not creepy druggy feel to it like other smokes and the staff is amazingly friendly. They carry the full line of flavors for Fumari. They also have AF and haze as well. Their prices are not bad either.

I just left art of smoke after buying just a couple items. The issue of this transaction was the fact I simply asked a couple questions about product while looking around while the one person working (a man at 2:09 pm on my receipt) helped me. At first he seemed helpful but quickly seemed aggravated with my questions. Next when I finished and returned to looking he started to talk with a customer about random weed related things and medicinal weed. So when he finally finished and came back to get what I needed he was somewhat nasty in letting me know that I needed to hurry because during his time talking with this woman a line had started behind me. So basically he takes it out on me. Not sure if I will return here but probably not.
