I had an awesome experience recently at Cookies dispensary on Fletcher in Tampa. The staff were super chill and friendly, especially my budtender Christina V. She was super knowledgeable about all the products and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for.The vibe at Cookies is super chill and laid-back. Its the perfect place to browse their selection of flower, edibles, and concentrates without feeling rushed. I was super stoked to see theyve got all the latest Puffco products and accessories too, including the brand new Flourish color ways and the 3DXL chambers.I ended up picking up an eighth of Pueo flower and Cereal Milk flower. The Pueo had a beautiful frosty look to it, and the smell was incredible. The effects were exactly what I was looking for, super relaxing and euphoric. The Cereal Milk was just as good, with a sweet and creamy taste and a very balanced effect. Crazy to think Cereal Milk is just a different phenotype of the legendary Gary Peyton flower.I also grabbed a 2 gram bucket of Tier 3 Gas Tank Gumdrop Full Spectrum Live Rosin. This stuff was impressive. It had a super potent flavor and aroma, and the effects were intense. Just a dab or two was all I needed to feel completely medicated. Dont sleep on T3, it may look a bit darker than other Rosin, but those extra medicinal properties that are present in the full spectrum really add to the entourage effect.The store manager Sam, also informed me they have an amazing wake and bake sale during the first 2 business hours they are open. You can get 25% off all products, which is a great way to save some money on your meds. Plus, they have a loyalty program called Cookie Dough that gives you coupons and additional savings that you can stack with other sales. Thanks Sam!Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Cookies dispensary on Fletcher in Tampa. So I go back to Cookies Fletcher to spend and qualify for a free eighth and BOOM their computer systems crashed. Stood in line 2 hours and the staff were very nice and friendly with getting everyone’s purchases completed and although it was a long wait the staff took care of everyone and I really appreciated Sam the manager for all his help and making the situation better. First time visitor, I cannot think of the gentleman‘s name that had checked me in, but he had a really cool Yu-Gi-Oh card hanging from his neck. That Gentleman was awesome. Made the on boarding process really fast. Christina was also great. Gave great information pertaining to discounts And seemed very knowledgeable about the product will be here again

My second time stopping by a Cookies location and this place is my new favorite. Special deals if you make it in between 9-11 during the week and all the employees were really informative and polite. Ken and Kevin checked me out made sure to apply all discounts I could and Tina and Payton(sorry if I misspelled) were very polite with checking me in and greeting me at the door. I ran into Kevin a couple years back & I was just absolutely impressed by how knowledgeable and compassionate he was. Never knew much of what a terpene was - and had a 100’s of bud tenders prior to Kev. I Moved closer to Tampa and when I visited Cookies on Fletcher, there he was - The man, the myth, the legend In rare form! Kev should be running the joint ! Walked in to him educating a customer, as he ran over to greet me, apologizing for wait. This guy is a gem, Cookies!Then there’s a “manager” there that I never see working. Beware of the dreads and hat being impersonal. Both, The 2 times I have visited this location, she was out in a car and then walks in while I’m waiting. Obviously Her absolute right, but definitely Deja Vu. I’m sure she spends a lot of time out there, not coincidence. So, Last time I wanted to return an inoperable Dual-Chamber vape I got from Dale Mabry Cookies, she came right in tightening her belt, having a problem. Acted like it was coming out of her own check and had to chime in with associate helping me. No customer service skills. She was just hovering over transaction and made it weird and I didn’t want to come back. Finally decided to again months later, AND lo and behold, here she comes in from car as I’m waiting to be greeted. Like clockwork. Doesn’t say a word to me again waking in past me. Kevin did ! Then proceeds to have an investigation in my phone behind counter about a discount, I even took a screenshot of for a price discrepancy. Truth be told, Kev should be her manager, as he completely took control over situation and I left without a bad taste again this time. Who knows if manager is getting too high in car, doesn’t like to work or both. One thing is for certain, Kevin will get you right!

Cookies Tampa Fletcher location did not disappoint. Very nice showroom. Atmosphere was welcoming. Mary was also very quick to assist so I was in and out after checking out their products . I’ll definitely be returning. Thanks Cookies

Im a new medical marijuana patient and from the minute I walked in the door this dispensary was inviting and very organized I was greeted promptly and treated very respectfully. My budtender Kenneth was awesome very knowledgeable on the products and even gave me a good suggestion on what to try on my next visit will definitely be coming back and recommending this fine establishment to any and all medical users.

I love how Kenneth and others have great energy when you walk in through the door. Im a picky concentrate-loving gal cos it works best. i enjoy that the staff is willing to help me find what i need. I recommend the flower over some of the wax (if youre picky like me), the vapes are a great alternative if youre looking to maintain the feel and inhalation consistency youre used to from other concentrates.

First time I ever came in to this place Kenny Utley helped me. As soon as he approached he told me about the wake and bake in the morning & all the discounts and coupons going on. Every dispensary I’ve gone to (in my experience )I’ve had to ask they don’t openly offer to tell you about any discounts but Kenny sure tf did. I appreciate that. Everyone loves a coupon bro. Went for the early bird FTD and was able to get a puffco proxy with all extra attachments and a quarter of their top shelf for less than the price of the proxy itself. I knew I wanted zero gravity but wasn’t sure what else so I took a recommendation from the budtender Hayley for bazooka 161. Over 4% terps it is beautiful! Thank you for that! I’ll be back to use my second time discount and early bird plus points for a puffco peak pro.

Cookies dispensary has what you need! Their stuff is a little expensive but not bad and the quality is on point. I bought their bazooka 161 and the second I tore off the seal my whole car stank! Didn’t even open up the bag! Worth every penny.

Im a disabled veteran and appreciate knowing what I ingest medically. Stella, AJ and Hayley surpassed every dispensary Ive visited since becoming a patient.
