Stopped in tonight to grab some flower. We were greeted by their dope staff who took great care of us. The inventory manager had a great personality and was very helpful. Open until 9pm can’t beat that in Tampa.

If Willy Wonka ran a cannabis dispensary, it would be Cookies! The service was top notch, and the staffs attention to detail was as crisp as a fresh, sundried bud. I picked up the Lemonchello strain, and let me tell you, the aroma and flavor are like a citrusy carnival for your nostrils and taste buds. My herniated disc felt like it was on a holiday; the pain just poofed away!The store itself is a spacious wonderland. It’s so big and empty that you could probably host a yoga retreat, a TED Talk, or even a roller disco night without bumping into a single person. I had the pleasure of meeting Reginald and Jordan, who I swear must have a PhD in Cannabisology. These guys know their terpenes better than I know my own family. They were like a wizards of weed, guiding me through strains that spark creativity without turning me into a couch dwelling, snack devouring monster.I left with a bag so full of bud it felt like I robbed a leprechaun. You get a serious bang for your buck here! I’ll definitely be back, maybe even to host a seminar on the finer points of puffing.

First time here!! Very welcome and warm experience. Told me about the buy one, get one 50% off and gave me a great recommendation as well! Very awesome. Maybe close your doors at 845pm for people that arrive at 855 checkout then you’re unable to dispense. As the experts I would think that would be up front. When I pay and can’t leave with my meds that’s totally unacceptable. On top of the unempathetic treatment from Cesar C. He has always been very personable, he’s been promoted and now has forgotten how he use to serve the people frok the flowery to now cookies. If I did not pay before 9 this review would not be here but the fact you guys took my money and attempted to say come back in morning like I didn’t come from Brandon or have to work tomorrow is unacceptable. Got a refund in cash idk if I’ll be back w based on that experience and waste of my time.

A little pricier than most places, but to me that just means I’m for sure gonna like what I get. I haven’t gotten anything there that I don’t like. They’ll tell you first time patients get 20% off their entire order first time but then when you check your receipt they applied it to a singular item on my order (a hoodie). Then when I called in and asked they stated well if there’s membership pricing there using that as a promo instead. But they don’t tell you that in store. 20% off your entire order is just that, whether there’s promos or not that’s how every other dispensary works. I overpaid by about $100.

Aside from their customer service being great, I paid $125 for 14g of smalls labeled as “Smediums”. Lol That’s after a $25 discount and this was their top tier lol This place is all west coast hype. Carts are terrible and incredibly overpriced, bud is decent but no where near the quality you’d expect for these prices. Everybody here in Florida are getting completely waxed by companies like this. The quality is better in other states than in Florida 10x over. Can’t wait to see what companies like this will charge for recreation. Will not be back.

No, I do not think I am the guru of dispensaries, but quite frankly I am tired of paying inflated prices for literal garbage flower/product. I can’t control how they operate and how they do certain things but I am going to control where my money goes, and keep this about this amazing company.The bud table is my favorite, because here you can interact with the flower, you can see what it looks like and when you twist it you can smell the terpenes and the other profile elements of the flower.Variety, the level of variety is mind numbing sometimes, on one hand I have my favorites but on the other I want to be adventurous and try other strains and hybrids. This collection of flower is safe for any level of user and I appreciate the attention to detail of the table, the levels of thc and terpenes being labeled on the table is something I enjoy reading as I wait, I have begun to truly appreciate the quality of flowerI wouldn’t be able to make those decisions without the help of the most educated and informed staff I’ve ever met. The time they take to explain the process of how rosin is made or how the strains are made is an endless vault of information on what these products are, and how to use them for the greater benefit to the users needs. All the staff have first hand experience and knowledge with the flower and the concentratesDid I mention the staff??Literally everyone is fantastic, friendly, funny, stylish, sweet, knowledgeable, caring, positive, beautiful, kind, easy to talk to, happy to help, and the list goes on. This is the main reason I come back.The products, I touched on it briefly but my god the flower is impeccable, the gummies are delicious, EVER SINGLE FLAVOR, yes even dragon fruit *don’t look at me*. The rosin is clean and flavorful, they have figured out how to do this and make it takes so damn good. I am not a vaper by choice, as I do prefer flower, but if I am in a pinch I will pick up a disposable and have no issues.The flowerThe amount of heavy hitters on this table is ridiculous, to name a few of my personal favorites: *ahem*1. Cherry MellowJust my top three, but outside of maybe two, you will definitely be able to find something that rocks your socks off or helps with pain.. whichever, and not to mention there are other strains I haven’t even touched yet, strains like, That Badu, OG Pluto, Banana Bread, Hawaiian Rain, with new drops coming through all the time. I can’t even keep up, and I love it.I have been a returning customer because the product is so good in comparison to any other company, and I can say this, being my experience, the other company flower it has been awful for flavor, I don’t know if I’ve been spoiled by Cookies or what but I’ll tell you other places, their flower gives me headaches and is not a pleasure to smoke with and often times leaves me frustrated and in pain because now I have a headache or it lasts for 10 mins, it kinda leaves you bitter about the whole concept of medicinal cannabis. This leads me to Cookies ability to produce the best flower that there is. Tastes amazing, clean, smooth, beautiful exhale, delicious aroma, the buds are gorgeous, I mean Mary Jane golly gee, I am under her spell.Ooops sorry…I had to roll another blunt, my badFor the conclusion to my review, I will say, you must try it, they have different ways to reward you for the first three visits, plus a points system for your next purchases. The envelope packaging can be a bit much as far as being discreet but I do appreciate that if you needed to you can reuse them, but I am sure the packaging in the future will be better.So for the love of what ever you find holy in your life…go to the bakery and pick up some banana bread and cherry mellow, you won’t be disappointed. All of the bud tenders greeted me with positive energy, ty provided great descriptions/ recommendations as a manager in cannabis it felt very nice to see another company in the area striving to achieve the same kind of positive customer service that my store strives for too! Came In on 420 waited an hour in line to participate in their promos and came at 10am which was only an hour after opening. Waited all this time to be told they were out of the products I was looking for and promotions werent usable anymore. Never coming back here and terrible customer service. Left empty handed after 1 hour wait. Terrible experience

In town for a musical convention and left my meds home. Located Cookies via search and was pleased to see they were open past 8 pm. Most others close by then. I was immediately greeted by Michael who took my info and gave a great description of Cookies and their products. He was extremely helpful and I checked out in no time. Cookies in Florida doesnt live up to the standards of Cookies on Melrose or in La Mesa. Spending $650 at Tampa Cookies may not deliver the experience you expect. The .5 gram live resin carts are darker than Wesley Snipes and taste earthy. Additionally, the 8ths might not match up to whats shown in stores and advertised online. Completely different product than what I thought I was buying. While Cookies/@berner415 excels in marketing, this feels like a bait-and-switch on loyal customers. I recommend exploring other options, as the products here may disappoint.I can confidently say as someone who has smoked different strains from Cookies in California and Colorado (Cookies collab w/ Wolfpack cannabis) the Florida flower and vapes are NOT true representations of how Cookies products should be.This was a terrible experience in all, and a waste of money.

The bud is grown at a low fl quality been to co myself tried strains from cookies multiple times thought itd be good here. Drove 2 hours and granted it is better than most the fl dispos they do have its not up to the quality it could be. Potency on paper is there but when you smoke it seems like every other dispo quality unimpressive and i love cookies just not the fl grows. If you want dank go to jungleboys well worth the drive had 2 oz sealed from them could smell it the whole car ride back cant say the same for cookies😑 oh ya update look into it yourself there suing cookies there technically only liscense with them so thatd be why i didnt see berner show up or even mention these two that popped up out of no where just the miami one was legitimately berner style grow real cookies wont disappoint. Probably why all the bags are the generic white bags too
