Great selection of juice and hardware, but their service is AMAZING!! I was here on vacation, and just wanted a new tank and a Florida juice. Great place for the vape crowd!I have been going here for 6 months now and Ive NEVER had a bad experience. I purchased a brand new mod with my Christmas bonus. After a few visits I got some coils that were not working as I liked. I returned the remaing coils and they gave me new ones. They always take the time to let me try the flavors. The choices are many and they are very helpful with the flavors and the mods. They have a great rewards program that has saved me a good deal of money. Great folks and you can tell they care about what they are doing. Definitely give them a try!

Fantastic! Didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need, was very attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable about the products getting me setup with a device that is perfect for my lifestyle. I was looking for a vape shop that could help me with my questions, and have a wide selection. I googled and took a shot driving from Seminole Heights to South Tampa; definitely worth the trip! A family owned shop; everyone was so very helpful. While I might be able to get somewhat cheaper prices online, you dont always know what youre getting, and their assistance was invaluable. I will definitely be back!

Love this place. Everyone i spoke to, and i had a ton of questions, were all very well informed on all products they had. Very wide range of different style devices. I left there knowing a lot more than when i walked in. Almost a month later and i am still very satisfied with my purchase. Very Friendly and Welcoming Environment. I bought my first very first kit from them about 2 weeks ago. They were very helpful, able to answer all of my questions. Had a wide selection of juices. I will definitely keep going back.

In these 3 months I have been completely sold on this establishment. Family ran, passionate, precise, and overall nice people with one of the coolest dogs behind the counter with them much of the time.Before moving to Tampa I was a regular at Vapors Unlimited in Zephyrhills and thought they were knowledgeable and went out of their way to take care of me often. I say that to let you know South Tampa Vape has been my regular store for a few months since moving to the area, and I have to say Im impressed. The store I frequented before didnt have a way to test flavors besides taking a dab on your finger, and South Tampa Vape has cartridges for every flavor, with always charged mods for sampling (not to mention flavors organized by styles instead of brands, and people behind the counter know more than you could ask about their assortments.) Knowledgeable about everything vape, and obviously a passion, more than once I have been urged to purchase something cheaper than I was looking at, instead of up-selling they push you to get quality manufacturing and ingredients.Also there was one time I just bought a 60 oz bottle of fluid and when I went to fill up I may have squeezed too hard, cap came off and spilled half the bottle all over myself and their counter/floor. Gave me a new full bottle, a 30 oz sample I was looking at before (I didnt pay or even ask for it), paper towels for myself and would not let me lift a finger to clean even though it was near closing time at 9pm.All these things are great and deserve a top notch review alone, but after this occurrence today I had to write a great review for them. 2 weeks earlier I purchased a new mod recommended to me after repeated trips of abuse, falls, and water damage from me doing tree work. It was actually cheaper than what I was looking at, and the Dad was using it himself (by the way, I can say hands down he was right). Fast forward, morning comes and unplugged my mod and when I went to hit it I realized it had not charged whatsoever. I went to work not being able to get it to charge all day and afterwards I road to the store to ask them about it and see if they could help. I was informed that ports arent the best option for consistent charging and told that in some cases it could be doing damage if I only charged using that method. She swapped out my batteries for her fully charged ones and was even willing to take the risk that my battery is where the problem the whole time. I asked the price on the charger and told them I was getting paid in a few hours and would have to come back, she said here take the charger with you and just come back and pay us after you get paid. I was shocked, and try to give her my ID to hold or anyting that would make her more comfortable. She wouldnt accept any of it and I walked out of the store with two brand new looking and fully charged batteries and a battery charging system.My hats off, you dont see stuff like this often, especially when it comes to money (and Im not a particularly memorable or profitable shopper, not known by name or anything).If you have any vaping needs, or have any questions to have answered, be it technical or not, this is a place for your recurring business. If they dont know something they will find out, and if they dont have something in store Im sure they can get it for you. Nice people, relaxed and family feel I almost never see anywhere. Sold me a burnt disposable vape. When I asked for a refund since they had no other options the person working there was clearly upset. He wiped the vape off and confirmed it was burnt. Told me I had to talk to the owner on Monday. I told him I had work and asked him to call the owner to figure this out now since they have no other disposable vape products that I could exchange them for. He called the owner and was spending a good amount of time explaining a simple situation. I said I could talk to him if it would help speed up the process. The person working told me I will not talk to him and was clearly irate about me cutting him off. My wife is sick and waiting for me at home, I said if this takes any longer I can just chargeback on my card if you wont give the refund. He then threatened me and told me to write a bad review and get the F out of his store. He also threw out the vape I was trying to return. Will never go here again and will be telling everyone I know to stay away.

Awesome mom and pop vape shop. I learn something new about vaping everytime i go in. The family runs the shop, and i have had several awesome experiences there. Bad horrible service and the purchase was a gift 3rd time I have been in there ....Family owned and operated I think there crooks to be clowns I wouldnt reconedmed them for a kit specially a expensive horrible words cant describe the feeling.Well you left out the fact that I was in the store previously with your sister couple of weeks prior and had a great experience and Michael says well you dont come in and I remember all my customers I said I dont have time to be hanging out in my own shop ..... Great place, knowledgeable staff, but I have gone in there twice now during their posted OPEN hours and the place is locked with no one answering the phone. If youre closed after 5pm on a weekend, thats fine, just tell us so we dont waste the trip out here.

An actual mom and pop vape shop. A mom dad son and daughter run the shop. And they all seem to know how to make regulars feel like family. And if you are new to gaping they dont talk down to you and make you feel l like an outsider like a lot of shops do.

Good juice at a good price aldo the only place I know of with a reward program. Each time you visit and spend a certain amount of money you get a stamp on a card. Once you get enough stamps you get 25$ in store credit. Its also right by my house so I can walk if I need to.
