If youre 40+ dont do business here.I was disrespected when I asked information about a product.The millennial did not care to assist me in any way.Get this!! I spent $100. at a nearby smoke shop.Some young people do not know that old people have cash to spend.We are retired while those spiteful folks have to spend their Sunday behind a counter

I cant say enough great things about this customer service that was provided for me. I purchased a vaporizer setup and some juice and brought the thing home and it wouldnt turn on and wont charge. With one phone call. Call. I was told to return to the store so it could be replaced. When I got back to the store I was greeted. Kindly and provided a replacement vaporizer immediately. I cant say enough about how nice it is to be treated this well. This is a quality that is disappearing in most of our small businesses. And they came with aces. I would definitely be happy to do business with them next time in town.

Stopped in yesterday (Monday evening) and though business was ostensibly slow (feels like most smoke shops appear to have slow business but they must be making money since they stay open even through pandemics!), it was small and well organized. It wasnt overwhelming like most smoke shops and moreover, Elisa, who appeared out of no where, like a rabbit out of hat, was super friendly and accommodating.She helped me find exactly what I needed as far as e-juice goes and even though the shop didnt carry my Vaporesso Target 200 coils, she went out of her way to make sure shed ask the owners to stock them. I really appreciated that. Its the little things that make the big differences and Ill be going there for all my vape needs from now on.Huge shout out to Discount Smoke and Elisa!!! Give that lady a raise!!!
