Tarpon springs tobacco and vapor

Everytime I go the prices are different on Delta 8 and 10 products. This new sales person sold me a $30 CBD vape when I asked for a delt 8 or 10. Essentially selling me garbage that doesnt medicate me. First 2 times I went, awesome. Last 2 times were terrible. So I came back 8 months later to buy a oil rig. The banger shatters the first day. So I go back and buy another banger. Fractures on first try. Seems like bad glass quality and I called and ask for some help because thats 2 in a row in two days. The lady just said it was my fault and she wasnt going to help. Great service! Im never buying anything here again. Failed the second and third chance.

Normally my to go spot but I stoped in on 3/11/23 and wasn’t even greeted by the young man who was laying all the back on a chair. Stood there for a minute until he rudely announced “you better be paying with cash. Come back tomorrow.” Hope you guys bring back your regular employees since I’ve never been treated poorly by any of them.

I notice new products every time I visit, as well as an impressive on hand inventory of the popular products (must haves). The store owner Naban(Nathan) treats each customer with the attention to detail and respect that they deserve. If ever a smoke shop felt like home, this is the one. The atmosphere is uplifting and the conversation is intelligent. Along with the experience comes impressive pricing and loyalty rewards for vape customers. The location is also very accessible (Walmart plaza) with plenty of parking and short wait times. This store is so cool never let me down but got to say the new manger rasool made this smoke shop look clean and packed it with a lot of stuff we can buy, never been this nice Nate you was cool but rasool is better

One of the best shops out there!

Very inviting vibe when you walk in and see the very nice man at the counter (owner) He greets you with his smiling eyes acknowledging your entrance, if he’s busy and it’s pleasant for me to witness this type of customer service, when it’s my turn he quickly identifies with what I want and he goes along with whatever mood I’m in (usually nervous but friendly) at very affordable prices.

Walked in to get a coil. Guy started asking me about a movie he was watching. Then after we talked about that, I told him exactly what I needed and ended up with the wrong coil. Looked like a nice place but staff wasnt very knowledgeable.

Was outside this place waiting with a few others for about an hour and no one still showed up. No need in calling either because no voicemail created or answered. This seems to be a continuous thing with this place.

Stopped by at 09:30 to pick up some supplies, door was locked and no one answered the phone. Might have the wrong hours on Google Maps.
