Bought a $7 coil that was defective right out of the box and was told, too bad, all sales are final. He said he would take 70 cents off if I choose to buy another. The new girl behind the counter was very polite and professional though and did her best to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately the manager doesn’t care about their customers as much as she does.

Love this place. Everything is cheaper than the Marley’s down the street. Nearly eveything. I suggest driving the extra mile to go to this one. The other one on US19 is a joke, they must not think people will notice higher prices / difference in customer service.

This place is great. Reasonably priced goods and awesome people. Cant ask for moreI decided to edit my first review. Still a great place 2yrs later. I bought an item on impulse that ended up not working the way I wanted it to. They dont do returns for obvious reasons and couldve said sorry about your luck, but they helped me out with a great price on a new setup that works perfectly.

I came to the shop to buy a scale in person, hoping to get a little educated because I didnt know what to look for and the service there was just what I needed. Julie was very patient, and an absolute joy to talk to. The scale works beautifully better than my previous one, great for new customers!

Karrie is the absolute best!! Not only was she incredibly sweet with the best customer service, but she was very knowledgeable. I was unsure of what Kratom was or what type to try and she explained it very simply and easily and gave me a tasty recommendation, I love it! Pretty and smart, and hilarious too. She’s great at conversation and easy to talk to, gonna come back for sure and grab me a vape too 😊😊

I don’t normally wright google reviews but I had such a good visit at your store today. I’ve been buying my CBD from here for the past few months because this is the only smoke shop around I like. Julie was super helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She gave me a lot of info today that I wasn’t fully aware of. It’s nice to see a store sell for your need , not for the dollar amount. This store was great! TREVER was the absolute best!! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He genuinely seems to care about his customers and he had the most welcoming personality! Couldn’t have had better customer service!

Ive been going here every few months for a couple years now. The most recent time I went in, I got a $20 pipe the size of a lighter. Anything bigger than that costs way more. I got one anyways. Went home that same day and went on Etsy and bought a really sweet glass pipe for $34 the size of my open hand. Ill keep that cheap $20 pipe from here in a draw somewhere. They better do something quick because I know where Im making my next purchase.

If you live in Tarpon this is the smoke shop to go to and show some love! I got the chance to meet the owner/operator and he was a great guy! DO NOT BUY VAPE FROM THIS STORE. They are really bad with inventory and never have coils for the devices they sell. I bought a RPM 80 from them and five times in a row they said their waiting to get them in. Then their order comes in, and the weird girl that seems stoned and on another planet tells me me, “ oh they must have forgot to order those.” All racks were filled meaning the don’t even stock them anymore. Horrible business. Go to Palm harbor Store instead or buy online. You will waste your time here.

Intentionally directed me to the wrong product knowing all sales final. Now i have a titanium nail when I needed a enail , I told the lady at the counter my quartz dish broke and I needed a titanium dish and she sold me a product claiming that it would fit my needs. She denied my return even though it was within 20 minutes of purchase and cant even get to use the product, would not recommend anyone to go here for anything to do with enails.The law states you must give me a return, I did not pick the wrong size, you sold me the wrong product intentionally.{Even if you have an All Sales Final policy and post it conspicuously, you cannot apply it to all cases. Stores must allow returns or refunds in the following situations:If the item is defective,If the item does not match its description, orIf the item fails to perform as described.If you face any of these situations, you may have to honor the refund or return request.}

Never coming back to tarpon store. Everything is overpriced compared to Clearwater and Palm Harbor. The Wild Hemp hemp-ettes are $10 at Clearwater but since they were out of stock I called Tarpon, which had them. I get there and they’re telling me THEY’RE $15!!!!! And they won’t prove match on CBD. Lost my business.
