The young guy behind the counter is so rude I walked out. This guy has no business working in any job dealing with customer service. The company definitely lost money today because of him.

This is one of the very few pleasant errands that I run. The staff is awesome and I think they are the owners as well. Austin has helped me incredibly, especially when I knew nothing. Its a great store and they will help answer any questions you have. I got a free lanyard from the store and I absolutely love it! As long as Im living in this area, this is the vape store I will continue to go to.

Honestly this is my go to shop for juice. Austin has good recommendations for juices and the selection is also very good. Very pleasant store to shop at and I like how they are always getting some new flavors in and replacing non sellers and trying out new things. The prices for everything are also much better than most stores.

Found this shop online after my rig told me “no mas”. Guy at the shop was super knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service!

Horrible experience. Was told during purchase 10 days ago, if the vape was in any way defective, I had 30 days to return it. I am currently 5 1/2 hours away for the next 90 days and asked if i could ship the defective unit back to them was just told over the phone, that no, there was nothing they could do to help.

Having a shop in town is very helpful and convenient. All of my visits have been quick and pleasant. The staff is very knowledgeable, and always have advice and suggestions when Im not entirely sure what Im looking for.

Says open untill 6pm it’s 4:40pm and they are closed drove 15 + miles for nothing If you could update your business hours, I’d really appreciate it!

Online it says they’re open 10am-5pm on the door it says 9am-6pm. I came at 10am on a Monday, it was closed.. i came back at 11am still closed… I tried calling the phone number provided on Google & Facebook both are out of service. If you’re like me & just passing through the town for a couple of nights I would recommend going to the vape shop in Show Low instead at least they’re punctual & won’t waste your time.
