Best smoke shop in town! The customer service at the shop they go on and beyond the call of duty. If you have special request, they’ll do everything possible to accommodate in finding your products that you request. It’s conveniently located and parking is fabulous.

I bought a cookies pen here for $27 on Sunday because that was the best one they have because the other one was bad . The pen only lasted till Thursday before it killed itself. Wasnt that even good of a pen anyways the piece that holds the cart fell of constantly and the wire ended up falling apart entirely.Save your money and go somewhere else.

Over priced.. but that’s ok.. I bought this cigarette tobacco I get home trying it and it’s dry/taste is horrible..she won’t take it back with very aggressive attitude, her reason was I don’t know you..!!! Then found out that you can tell the date that it was made from the bar code below.. I’ll let you have fun with that one..

I went here for the first time to buy more kratom. She said it would be $45 but my card was charged $68. That was only for 300 capsules and the one down near my house sells the exact same brand for 500 capsules for $65 so I would not have bought them. 🙄 I don’t recommend this place at all. I’m sure that I wasn’t the first person they did this too.***Update, I asked for the price of the 150 capsule bottle and you said it was the same price. I said $45 for half of the capsules, no way. You LITERALLY said $45 to me and charged my card $68***DO NOT GO HERE. You cannot even see what they are typing in until you have to press your PIN code. That’s stealing.

I purchased a product only to find out after I got home and opened the package it was expired by several weeks! I immediately tried to return or exchange and was told that they don’t take opened products, but it was expired! The store owner said Exp 12/1/2022 didn’t mean it was expired. She said it meant that is when the manufacturer issued it and it could remain on the shelf for longer. She showed me other containers on the shelf with the same expiration date (obviously not selling.) I called the manufacturer who told me the store owner lied to me and that in fact the product was expired. The manufacturer offered to replace it for free as long as I ship the expired product back to them. Anyone who shops at this store always check expiration dates! I asked for a refund and was concerned about getting sick. She refused.

This family run smoke shop is amazing! The mother and daughter are always so sweet and super helpful! They work hard to make sure their costumers leave happy! the shop is always kept clean and the products are easy to find! not to mention the best prices!!

The only thing I don’t like is that on most of the pieces don’t have any price tags on them. It seems to me that they can charge people different prices u moved here from San Diego and the smoke shops down there all had price tags on most things but especially the glass pieces.They do have pretty good selection and the owner is helpful.!

Great shop! Super happy I decided to stop in this place a month or so ago. I have come here quite a few times now and every time I come in there are plenty of new items added, which is pretty cool. It is a family-run business and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the customer service and professionalism, all smiles which is refreshing

They are always very friendly and helpful. Low prices, decent selection, and a comfortable atmosphere. Ive been in here twice for glass pieces, and will keep going anytime I need something new.

I am new to the area and this morning, I came into town around 8 a.m. and needed to stop for some supplies. I found several local shops, all of which claimed to be open at 8 or 8:30a.m. I called a few and got no answer. I figured they were busy opening their shop for the day so i just showed up to see for myself. As I soon found out, every single shop was closed with bar gates/ lights out. After the 5th smoke shop I drove to, all were closed, I made one last call to Smoke Shop Vail Ranch. This is where the 5 stars were earned. My call was answered immediately I showed up to the shop and within minutes my morning turned from frustrated anxiety to loyal patron. This shop deserves a look and no one can honestly beat how early this place opens. Great experience and im going to be returning later this week. Honestly no Need for me to bother with any of the other local shops that have not produced the items I look for in a smoke shop, Im sure if I need something special this shop can locate it for me. Thanks for being open when you say you are open. Not one other shop within 20 miles can operate with this kind of integrity!

The owner is very nice and friendly; I bought two items and she gave me a $5 discount on a $20 item, making my total cost only $19! Will be going back there for my smoking/vaping needs, and definitely recommend for others to shop there.

I called a couple minutes ago saying that the product I had bought YESTERDAY did not work anymore after 1 use. I asked what were my options and the lady who is always working there basically told me too bad because there was nothing she was able to do. She was rude and definitely did not care about anything I was speaking to her about. She was not able to switch out the product or even a refund, she did nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Customer Service is great, and so is their selection of products. I like their prices. Yes I am a penny pincher so I have compared this place to gas stations and other smoke shops. This one is my favorite.

Couldn’t find the right coils for my vape tank anywhere in town. They ordered the coils I needed and they came within just a couple of days. Super helpful people working here!

Extremely rude I was practically rushed to make my choice and was then pretty much ignored for other customers even though I was first. during my purchase the cashier didn’t say one word to me at all not even a have a nice day or a smile for the amount I spend you would think customer service would be a priority safe to say I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I go in here every other day or so,I dont spend much, I buy cigars a buck or 2.but I am a regular.i bought a pack a 5 pack of cigars and every one was split and dried out.i went back a day or two later and bought more cigars and showed the m them pack I previously bought was no go good and asked for a 99cent replacement. They said no. They lost a customer over 99cents! Stupid!

A while ago I gave a one star rating over a pack of dry cigars, since then they have gone above and beyond what is necessary to earn this 5 stars.Super helpful always a nice greeting and they show that they appreciate my business. THANKS LADIES!!!

We bought overpriced juul pods and turns out their counterfeit. Bent connections, dark liquid, tampered with clips, and corroded coil. The juul doesn’t even register the pod half the time. Extremely disgusted and disappointed.
