I had a phenomenal experience with Christopher today. He is an amazing masseuse and did exactly what I had asked for. I have been a massage envy member since 2005 and Christophers one of the best massages I have had. Highly recommend him! The location is a great one with comfortable rooms, lots of availability and excellent staff up front.

I had a massage by Cindy she is very good! After my massage with her I became a member. I have arthritis in my neck and she is so good that I feel so much better after coming to see her. She is very concerned about taking care of your needs. I highly recommend Cindy! Thank you, Cindy!

After a friend gifted me a massage here about 2-years ago & loved it so much that i joined the monthly membership fee which covers 1-hr massage of choice & is way cheaper than most other massage places ive been to over the years. I let my hrs build up sometimes so i can do 90-minutes which is what i prefer. I have tried several different masseuse there & have never been disappointed but i do have a favorite (Adrien). 👍😊👍

My recent experience with Envys facial cleansing left me less than satisfied. Upon booking, I expressed my desire for a deep clean due to my recent move to Temecula, and the administrator recommended the 60-minute normal facial. The session started well, but it took an unexpected turn when the esthetician stopped extracting my acne, citing time constraints for applying the mask. This was surprising and a departure from my positive experiences at other facilities. In previous spas, they took their time to ensure a thorough cleaning, often providing a mirror for feedback. Despite the session being advertised as 60 minutes, it unfortunately lasted only 50 min, and I was informed I was done without seeing the results. Regrettably, I feel a sense of disappointment and hesitate to recommend this place for facial treatments. :((

Purchased a $180 gift card for my wife. I was told that it was valid for a 90 minute massage or facial. When she booked her appointment and went I for her service, the individual suggested she get a microdermabrasion instead of a facial, which she accepted thinking it would still be 90 minutes. The service ended up lasting about 25 minutes. Feel as though this is very poor communication and possibly a bait and switch. We will never return to Massage Envy again. Beware of their tactics.

I absolutely love this location! I visit here twice a month for full hour massages. The employees here are SO friendly and guide you the moment you come into the door until you leave. Really giving you the VIP experience. Their services range from massages to stretching and so much more! Jenn is absolutely the BEST! She seeks to build a healthy relationship alway greeting you with a BIG smile and making sure to address all your concerns. Professional and friendly. And let’s admit it, we all need some self love. ❤️

The massage was ok. The therapist was friendly and did an ok job. However the morning of the appointment, got a call 25mins prior to the appointment from them but they hung up in the middle of the conversation (could be a technical issue) but they never attempted to call back. I had to call back, no apology or whatsoever, only to find out my therapist called out so they booked me with a different one which is okay. Got in on time but the service was cut short (I had a 60min body massage). Started at 9:10 ish and finished at 9:50 so like 40 minutes? Also they never massaged the legs so I don’t know if that’s part of the body massage at this place. Anyway not worth the money.

The therapists are great but they definitely vary in technique. Some dont seem to want to spend time on certain areas where others spend too much. My main concern is the fact that they keep charging your card after your membership is up when you dont notify them that you want to cancel. I thought one year membership meant one year. Because I had not used all of my sessions I was put on the catch-up plan and you have to make sure to schedule a session before your next billing date otherwise you get charged again. I find this unacceptable. If I have sessions accrued I should not be charged since I have told them I did not want to renew my membership. I am only using what I have accrued. Other than that, they are a well kept store with friendly therapists.

I recently came here for a facial and I had the best experience! I saw Michaela and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She assessed my skin and treated me with exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and even made recommendations for skin care products and taught me about them. My skin has never looked better, I will definitely be back to see her!

This massage envy location is top notch. The ladies at the front desk were not too chatty but very courteous, which created an air of professionalism. The overall experience was great! I had a wonderful facial session with Beth! She far exceeded my expectations in every way...It felt like I got a combo deal...massage and facial all in one! Unlike my experience in the past, she stayed in the room with me the whole time even while I had the mask on...She used the time to beautifully massage my neck, shoulder and arms. Beth was simply exceptional in the delivery of spectacular facial and I am so thrilled. She takes the wellbeing of her clients seriously because she took the time to educate me on the recommended after care products and routine. My face is glowing beautifully and I cannot wait to go back!

I made my appointment weeks in advance for a birthday celebration and the day of was told the therapist had canceled and they were not able to get anyone else. We are vacationing here and this was extremely poor customer service since I booked 4 services and only 3 of our party was able to get their service. I never received a call or communication about the cancellation. Very disappointing and bad business.

Its not everyday I leave a review - be it good, bad or indifferent. However, after todays visit and experience with Stephanie, I felt compelled to do so. Stephanie was able to effortlessly gravitate to the areas in which I hold tension and stress. She truly is a master of her craft and genuinely cares. I whole heartedly recommend Stephanie and endorse services rendered!

Got a hour and half massage for my husband who was extremely satisfied. Although booking appointment with front staff was easy and pleasant over the phone, when we arrived we learned the person didnt properly tell us of the specials they were offering. Which in our case, I was told 49.99 for 1/2 hour, which really she meant to to tell us 49.99 for 1 hour, and 74.99 for 1 hour and 1/2. Of course I agreed to the 74.99, but had I been properly informed I wouldve saved money and been fine with the 1hour. Never the less it was a misunderstanding that were able to get over, however as I was pointing out the misunderstanding to the lady who booked my appt for my husband, another front lady interrupts and states its already booked! Not very tactful in my opinion and very rude Heidi. So at this point I just wanted to share my reason for trying this massage envy after hearing so many horror stories attached to the name, it was because of the reviews. They were amazing when speaking about the massage therapists, although I bumped into one that was negative, it was referring to the front end staff, I now wonder if Heidi had anything to do with that one?.

I made an appt with Angela for deep tissue. No one can ever really get to the knots in my back and she nailed it. It was painful because I could feel the knots loosening which is exactly what I asked for. It’s a day later as I write this and I feel great. I would def recommend her.

Never on time, always cut the service short, yet charge full price. Why?? They have good people, but short their customers.Definitely watch out with this place. You get shorted EVERY TIME!

Great staff and a clean relaxing environment. I have gotten several massages here and have been very satisfied. You have to schedule at least a week out to get a good deep tissue massage. two of the deep tissue massages that I have gotten were not deep.

I enjoy being greeted by the young ladies at the desk. They make the check-in process so much easier. That allows you to be even more relaxed and ready for your service. My esthetician, Elly is a Miracle Worker who regularly attends classes. Im amazed at the improvement of my skin. Its an investment that keeps on giving.

Finished a round at Redhawk and decided to walk in to this clinic. Luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to get one of the best deep tissue massages ever! I will definitely come back!

Im always happy with my massages in Temecula and Murrieta. They have done a great job with COVID and have been so happy to be able to come back. Very relaxing and love getting relief

Drove out to Pechanga to play a round of golf and afterwards I pulled back muscle. I have been a member with massage envy for 2 years now and was so glad to see one near by. I was able to walk in on very short notice appointment and was able to get a massage which I desperately needed! Great convenience!

Very professional service. Great atmosphere and they wait outside the room with a glass of water to help you clear your system after the massage. Highly recommend

There are a few Massage Therapists there that have been massaging full time for 10-20 years! You might have to schedule with these Therapists far in advance because they are very popular.

I had Rebecca today and she did a great job. The massage felt great and relaxing.

I have had two experiences here, both of which were massages and both appointments went smoothly and to my full satisfaction.
