First time here and had a positive experience. Very clean establishment, and great selection. The employee was very polite, knowledgeable, and overall provided a very positive experience. I will definitely be back.

Ive been coming here for almost 5 years exclusively. They always are nice respectful, and have great products and good recommendations.

Loved the physical location but since they have closed they never updated their online store!

These guys made me feel really comfortable. Its been a long time since I have been updated on Vaping technology. I went in knowing basically nothing, and bought a kit, and they sold me a Drag V2 with batteries, coil packs, extra tanks, a charger etc...I felt like the prices were extremely reasonable for a walk in shop! They gave me budget options as well as high end options. I give these guys 5 stars because they really treated me well and the prices are good. Thanks! Will be back.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was welcoming and professional. Came in fifteen minutes before closing on an emergency juice run and they had no problem taking the time to help me out. Anytime Im in town, Im definitely going to pay then a visit.

Honestly, I don’t know what to say other than the fact that we will never take our business anywhere else but here. The customer service goes above and beyond. We had issue after issue trying to find the right piece, pod, and juice. These guys have gone above and beyond making sure we were happy and our money was well spent. I can’t say enough about this shop, it’s so much more than just any run of the mill vape shop!

Walked two miles to get to these guys because they were the only ones open. Totally worth the walk. Knowledgeable staff. Calm atmosphere. Extensive inventory. Will be using them as my go to shop.

Great shop, great service! It was my first time buying a vape and didnt know much about it. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in and took his time to explain all the differences between them and helped me chose one that was for my liking. This will be my go to store from now on

If I could could put 10 stars, I would. Being kind of new to the vape world, I have been all over town to find different things, liquid, coils, ECT. Every time I went somewhere, they always tried to sell me something I did not have, did not need. I looked on Google and saw the Vape Lodge. So, with no expectations, I visited the Vape Lodge. I walked in and was greeted by Bryan. A very nice young man. I asked him a few questions about what I was looking for. He did not have in stock what I needed, but ordered it right there and then. The order came in as he said it would. The Vape Lodge has made a life time customer. Thank you for not trying to sell me anything I did not need or want. I will tell anyone who will listen about The Vape Lodge. Very professional, honest, and nice.Thank you

These guys are very friendly and always have a large and ever changing selection of both regular and salt nic juices as well as coils, tanks and mods at very fair prices.Ive been a regular at both their Temecula and Menifee shops service and selection at both locations is akways top shelf.Regardless of if you are popping in fast to grab juice and go in under 2 minutes or hang out, vape, and chat for an hour these guys are super friendly and cool dudes to hang out with.Great local vape shop... why buy online when you can support a great local business and make a few new friends at the same time.I Highly recommended Bryan and the entire crew at both Vape Lodge locations.

Customers word of mouth is a great way to promote a business. Unfortunately when a particular hirsute employee decides to argue about something he obviously has no idea about it can unfortunately be a major turn-off for a company. The unfortunate outcome can be a loss of business and revenue. Dont worry Ill pass the word.
