Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My very first time getting a massage here I was visiting tamekula so new to the area. I paid $79 yet I get more service for when I usually pay $60 so it wasn’t really a massage there was lotion applied, and that was it! not like any other massages that I usually get where there is hot oil that’s applied on your back also, crack my back and massage my arms lower legs and feet. Also using hot stones. I did have pressure points that was taken care of that was nice I feel a bit better. Other than that it was quick and wasn’t satisfying at all. I will not be returning at all

Great massage. They actually massage with the pressure requested. The therapist seemed focused on the task. You dont have to suffer through a bunch of chemical fragrances here, though they do use aromatherapy upon request.

We have enjoyed this location for years (even before the name/company change), but this last experience was EXCEPTIONAL. I was told to ask for an appointment with Hector and ask for the therapeutic muscles release technique -- he must have magic hands because I have not felt that refreshed and amazing from a massage experience in years! 6/5 would go back and also recommend him to everyone I know.

I enjoyed the Sauna and massage. I got Jessica and she was great! She made sure to check in with me to see if I needed to adjust or if there was too much pressure. The sauna before hand really relaxed my muscles, so I recommend doing the sauna prior to the massage. Also, I felt very welcomed when I got there by the staff; they were very friendly.The only downfall is there was a schedule mixup and the walls arent soundproof. It is the reason for the 4 stars. I would still recommend this place regardless. 🙂

Michael was great! Id like to call him Muscle Master Michael, he really knew what he was doing and took care of a lot of knots I had. Super respectful staff. I would highly recommend them if you need a real massage.

Hand and Stone is a lot more expensive than Massage Green was. I had a gift certificate that a friend purchased for me just before the switch and I had to pay the difference in cost. That sucks because if they would have told her they were switching we may have done things differently. That made me unlikely to return even if the membership price increased significantly. My massage therapist, Amy, was amazing. I did request someone else when I booked and they never acknowledged the switch. That was unprofessional, but it wasn’t Amy’s fault and she did such a great job. It’s clean, the massage therapists are great, and is a nice place. But, it is much more expensive and a gift certificate bought while they were massage green will not be honored in complete. Instead it’s just a dollar amount toward its new cost. Place itself- good, cost-not so much.

Great body massage received by Stephanie, shes so skilled n knowledge! This was my first time in this place, and after having a knee replacement, I tripped my foot n was having problems with sciatica n knees. After massage i felt so pain free n my body more agile n could walk without limping!! Im coming back for more. At least once a month because at the age of 70. We really need it!😁😍😍

Zero stars. I had high expectations as the reviews are mostly good. Do not book here if you’re looking for a relaxing massage. My husband and I were looking forward to coming here for massages this morning. 20 minutes before our appointment, Martha the massage therapist cancelled and they didn’t have another massage therapist to cover the cancellation. Big disappointment. I highly suggest you book somewhere else like Massage Envy. I’ve been getting massages for about 10 years and never had a therapist cancel 20 minutes prior. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They ask you come in 15 minutes prior to the appointment to fill out paperwork. If we would’ve cancelled 20 minutes prior they would’ve charge 50% of the service cost.

Bethany and staff are super friendly and always answer my questions and concerns. Just dont be late they hate that. The infrared sauna, massage then float is my preferred routine. Much love and thanks to this place its helping get all the toxins from chemotherapy out of my body.

My mom and I went for an early Mother’s Day massage. We each got a 90 minute massage with some add ons. Coming from Massage Envy, this place was much better! The therapists we had (Elizabeth and Lauren) did such an amazing job with our massages. They were professional and knew what they were doing without asking. It was the best massage experience I had ever had and I definitely found my new go to spa!

My first time getting a massage here and it won’t be the last. HECTOR is AWESOME! Very focused, amazing deep tissue with focus on the worst muscle knots 🪢 that I think he has encountered 🤭. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I plan on looking into the wellness program.

I had been going to massage green for years and when it rebranded to hand and stone, they lost my business in less than a month. When they rebranded, the new staff failed to mention to me that the family plan no longer existed. When I had finished my hour massage (which was supposed to be an hour and a half - the second time they messed this up) the receptionist told me I didn’t have a membership because of there no longer being a family plan and I had to pay for a non-member hour massage (came out to $144). When I told her that nobody mentioned this to me, she gave no solution and told me I just had to pay that price. My family and I will not be going back

Today was my 1st time at Massage Green Spa in Temecula and it was amazing from beginning to end. Super clean with such a relaxing ambience. My daughter and her boyfriend gifted me a full spa day which included the infrared sauna which was so relaxing. Followed by an amazing massage by Edwin.. he was kind, gentle and really relaxed my muscles. Then the last part was my amazing facial with Cheyanne (hope I’m spelling your name right) she was super sweet, gentle and my face feels so hydrated and plump! Can’t forget their super nice receptionist who made me feel very welcomed. I give this place infinity stars. Highly recommend! Will definitely be retuning.

Massage Green Spa is fantastic! All the ladies in there are super nice and friendly customer service! It was my first time about 2 weeks ago- I did a facial which was VERY NICE and soothing.Yesterday the 6th I did a full body massage for 60 mins with Katherine. She did an amazing job! I felt super relaxed when I went home! Especially thank you to Rachel front desk. She made me feel welcomed and not as nervous!I will have to come back again! And I will! Thank you ladies! :) you can trust these people! They do great work! 👏👏👏

Today I received a full body massage from Crystal and she was phenomenal! From the start, she asked me where I had tension and I told her my shoulders. I’ve never had someone put so much attention to an area to get every single knot out. My shoulders feel lighter today than they have in years, and really the entire massage was wonderful and very relaxing. Thank you Crystal!

I came in today for a sauna and stretch treatment followed by a massage with Crystal. It was heaven. I have fibromyalgia and issues with my hips and shoulders. Crystal helped with all of that. She is amazing . I would recommend her anytime. Mind you I drove from Riverside to see Crystal. I read some of the reviews where they stated that the front office staff was rude. Well I have to say I did not experience that at all. I am very happy with both the front office staff and of course with Crystal that I have already booked another appointment in two weeks.

I was at massage green spa for a 1hr massage. I really enjoyed it and liked it. The place looks nice and clean. Edwyn did a really good job with a combination of a relaxing massage and therapeutic at the same time. That really helped me with all my muscles in tension. I really recommend it. Love it.

I loved this place, the infrared sauna help me relieve my arthritis & injured left knee due to spontaneous osteonecrosis. Staffs are very friendly like Valentina, Jennifer & Tammy, their Manager. They make you feel at home. My experience with their massage therapist named Ashley is great! Highly recommended.

Expensive but worth it when you have the time. The infrared sauna is clean and warm, nice and quiet. Feels like a mini vacation, when I get a promotion Im going to consider a membership because its so relaxing.

Went to get a prenatal massage and it was horrible. Not a massage at all, didn’t have the correct equipment. Felt like someone was just applying lotion and not actually massaging. Also they have a policy that you must leave your card info just in case you cancel after a certain time they can charge your card, the full fee $69, I felt forced to have to stay during the massage because they were going to have my card charged regardless. There was a simple apology, sorry you weren’t satisfied. That’s it. Never going back. I’ve been to several different places to get massages, this was by far the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t waste your time and money, especially if you are pregnant and really need a good massage. They also lacked communicating of what their covid standards were and again didn’t have the right equipment to massage a pregnant person.

Ive been going to massage green for years. Crystal is awesome. I would recommend her. The new receptionist Valentina is not very nice. I requested to speak to manager and from our conversation I dont think Valentina told her. If the manager had called me like I requested, my negative conversation with Valentina could have been avoided.

The customer service is so terrible. They are not professional at all. I tried to book several appointments only to be cancelled on each time. I was discriminated against and when i finally did get an appointment i got fungus this place is so unsanitary. I called at 8pm and they did not answer my phone calls.

I got the best massage of my life tonight from Alyssa. Ive only had a handful, but theres always something I wish was different. Tonights was perfect and Ill be going back!

So, I called to cancel appointment for 1/20/23 at 5pm for a sauna and a massage (i was gonna reschedule fyi! cuz i have other appointments). I bought a deal on groupon which is worth a 100 dollars almost and the person who I called at 1/18/23 at 8pm scheduled and made me tell her my voucher number. So when I was about to cancel it today (1/19 at 3pm) the person told me someone already used my voucher and they cannot provide me the service that I was suppose to have. Like its my birthday gift for myself and I wanted to try a first time experience. Like how can i not used it if I MYSELF WAS NOT THERE TO BEGIN WITH!? Theres no proof that they gave me and confirmation about the appointment NOR a gesture of any professionalism about this problem and just gave me an answer I dont know. I even told her who I called and never even bother to ask that person who made the appointment and asked the voucher to begin with. LIKE IM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! LIKE DONT EVEN GO HERE! THEYLL STEAL YOUR MONEY BEHIND YOUR BACK!

The new receptionist is INCREDIBLY rude, I came in at 2:02 was supposed to be there at 2:00 and she began to yell at me for being late by 2 minutes. She was so unfriendly to the other guests in there and made it clear she was not happy to be there and hated her job. I believe it was Valentina with curly hair. After my service she was yelling at me for gratuity and asking where it was, as I was looking in my purse she kept repeating asking where the tip was for the woman who gave me a facial as I kept looking she continued to yell as if I didn’t hear her and kept repeating gratuity in my face. I walked out of the door to grab some money out of my car for a tip and she looked me up and down and yelled woooooow she was like okay be like that and when I came back in to give the 40$ tip she had stormed out of the room. I will never be coming back after this, so unprofessional. The facial was great the front staff are terrible.

Would not recommend going to this place. We were going to be spending out 9 th wedding anniversary in Temecula and wanted it to be special. We decided to book a couples massage and sauna and confirmed when booking that we would be able to enjoy the massage and sauna together in the same room. We were looking forward to this for weeks and were very let down and it ruined our anniversary . When we arrived they took me into the back and my husband was left in the waiting room.. when he inquired why he was not getting a massage they said that they only had one therapist and could not do two.. They did not let us know ahead of time that they did not have enough staff to accommodate what they have booked. I am passed off that my husband had to wait in the car while I was inside because of there poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Such a great experience! My husband got me a groupon for the facial, massage and sona! He did great but they staff did amazing! The front desk gal Danielle was so extremely helpful and so sweet! Such a great vibe when you walk in! Amazing rooms! Very clean and relaxing! Gwen did a phenomenal job on my massage! She hit all the right places and went above and beyond! Best massage Ive had! Olivia did my facial and that was by far the best Ive had as well! The cleaning of poors was my biggest fear lol but it only felt very satisfying! She was so sweet & extremely amazing with her facial! I will most definitely be back! I wouldnt do business any where else but here! Again amazing staff! Amazing atmosphere! Amazing over all! I hurt my shoulder and my chiropractor recommended a massage. I signed up online for an appointment at 6pm the same day. I know I made this appointment because at the end, it required me to put in my credit card along with a stern warning about not showing up and being charged. When I showed up they had my credit card but not my appointment. My shoulder hurts so bad and I was looking forward to the relief so I couldnt even talk to the woman at the front I was so upset. She tried to get me to to reschedule but I am certainly not interested.

My husband and I had our very first couples massage here and it was amazing! We were relaxed and calm as soon as we walked in. The soothing environment made a long work and vacation week disappear. The massages were excellent as well.

My husband and I had the sauna and couples message by two different ladies but they both made us feel comfortable and very relaxed...really enjoyed them. Massage Green is a nice place to go to relieve some negative energy throughout your body and/or mind.

Robert was professional, friendly and attentive. Robert made sure to ask me how intense I wanted my massage and checked with me at appropriate times to ensure I was ok with the pressure.Front office was attentive, courteous and professional.Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Worst experience….if you go here and don’t cancel they charge you anyway…and they will not have no bar into giving your money back just rude hangs ups on unhappy customers and managers have no care to be there for their customers…I simply was busy and was unable to call and cancel…worst experience ever be careful when you book appointments here……I guess it don’t matter how you get it just as long as you get huh Rachel..

Best massage Ive had in years, great staff, Martha is a gifted masseuse. Entry and foyer clean, well designed. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been going here for over a year. People are friendly and the masseuses here are experienced. Only gripe is if you want to freeze or cancel membership, you will lose all pre paid massages, so i will have to use them all up if i want to cancel.

This place is fabulous. All of their therapists are professional and very nice.We have monthly membership, so I go every month. Great deal.

If you are thinking about joining please be careful. I joined last year, have not been able to go as often as I wished. I asked the last time if I could bring in a friend and transfer a massage to her, I was told I could do that. I went in today to make an appt, but, also to cancel because I need accupunture more, I was told I would lose all my accumulated massages I had not used if I cancelled. This was never explained to me! also, today I was told you cannot transfer massage to anyone who does not live in your home. There is only one massage therpist that I really liked and she only worked on Tuesday, I cancelled losing all seven massages I PAID FOR!! Ridiculous! I would never recommend them to anyone, so please read, ask questions! Clarify! I would not go back if they PAID ME!

This is the second time that I had an appointment that they dont know what happened to. I drove down here for my appointment and walk in and they have no record of my appointment. Im very upset and was really looking forward to my massage with Crystal.

1st timer for float tank and Sauna. Recieved this as a present and whoa nelly! This is one of those experiences you never thought u needed till you did it. Float tank is amazing, super relaxing. Complete disconnect from the world, nuff said. The sauna was private and worth doing, great way to detoxify. Lay back and let ur body do what it knows to do. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!!

You pay for a 60 minute massage but receive 45. It happened with two of us. Facials were nice.

I felt like my 1 hour prenatal massage was rushed. And also the employee didnt care about what she was doing. I didnt feel welcome and sorry to say but I feel like she was so fake with the whole time.

I love their facial and it is special and different they will use the multiple hot towels on ur face and after done I feel my face is so shiny .I will advice put a cream after it and help u lock ur moisture

Very disappointed !!! Call at 10 am to make same day message at 4 pm. They did not tell me what location I had call and I assumed it was clinton keith where i went the last time . I had the location wrong. Explaining the situation they still charged me for the message . Each location has it own policy so nothing i could do . Very disappointed. They said you can not cancel within 24 hrs no exemptions 😡

The interior is warm and peaceful, the receptionist was welcoming and nice. the therapist was annoying she tried to sell her own services on the side. not relaxing and did not want a pg13 sales pitch...beware of Kandace
