I have to send my Caucasian friends in to buy things for me to be treated as a customer , I was told by the man behind the counter with glasses to my face other people dont have to comply with state law because he knows them when I entered the clerk was apprehensive & acted if I was there to steal or harm him then proceeded to demand an ID. A Caucasian customer went in after me so I waited outside & asked if he had the same line of questioning as me the man replied no not at all , never asked a thing I immediately entered the store where I asked the clerk why no other customers have to go through interrogations to make a purchase ; which is when the clerk made the statement above... my first & last time here for sure the video is of the patron I talked to after he made his purchase as I know this will be considered fake , or paid for by a rival business owner

Friendly stafff Good Variety. However was suggested the “CutLeaf” Brand Pre Rolls and sorry but they’re Traaash… No matter how hard I was persuaded it’s just Mid… Personally feel “Dream” Pre rolls hit harder but none were available

Not quite sure about the negative reviews but I came here and received excellent customer service by a young tall guy 27 years old. Very personable and gave great pointers for many things.Product is working well. Theres defective products anywhere you go now days. Its not the store. Ive been to different smoke shops and have received defective products. Very annoying but dont be so quick to blame the shop. Its the manufacturers that happens to be your favorite smoke device continue making defective products. Smoke shops like this one for instance are mostly local family ran businesses. They cant afford to compensate every defective product from manufacturers. Otherwise, they may not be in business to begin with.Sure, they can use it as tax write offs but thats not enough. So, cut a little slack.My product is working great (elfbar) and Im satisficed and I will return. Thanks.

Bought 2 kilo x esco bars for a friend and a couple of days ago. Mine died after not even 2 days.. I came in to let the employee there know and she was not very personable at all.. very poor customer service experience. If she would have had a better attitud and was nice it would have been fine. Ive been to other smoke shops that were a lot more accommodating and understanding..wont be returning here.

I’ve been a customer here for a long time, but will never be returning after today. They constantly have defective products, which I over looked since it may be a brand issue vs. store. Today, I bought a vape that kept auto firing after I left, causing the vape to get extremely hot. I went back to tell them about the issue, to which the clerk told me there is nothing they can do. (No suprise) I purchased another vape from a different brand, and had the exact same problem 30 mins after leaving. They don’t care about customer satisfaction over this continuous defect problem and will continue to lose loyal customers over this.

Allen is an outstanding worker. He deserves a raise immediately. He helps me out every time I come in the store.

Gave u guys multiple chances and one too many dollars. THEY SELL FAKE VAPES- 7000 hits my a**- legit dies in a day or 2! Employee opens the vape for you to hit before you leave- I did this once and the vape came straight from the package burnt😂what a joke. Figure out where to get your vapes, I’ll never come back.
