VAPORS Quit Smoking Center

My husband and I went in here today after having 2 bad experiences at our regular location. I read the other good reviews online and was looking for something with better prices and variety. We got exactly what we were looking for! The guy working at the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. When we had told him the flavors we were looking for he not only told us all the kinds he thought we would like but also told us about his favorites too! We didn’t feel like a bother with all of our questions. We were also told about Tuesday’s being their discount days and that they have a referral program too. This is definitely our new spot and plan on being back very soon!

Ive been a customer of this place since it first opened and its the one place I always come back too. They release a new flavor every Friday, so its never just the same old stuff like some other vape shops. Everyone is very knowledgeable and never too pushy on sales and its just a nice experience every time. Im not at this location much anymore since they opened up the location in Holland (which is closer to me), but I stop in every now and again to chat with Lucas and Megan.

Absolutely outstanding staff. So helpful. Got me everything I needed helped me save as many dollars as possible. Everyone comes here. Last time I was in here two different people came in because they were treated so poorly at Vape super Center. And that’s exactly why I came. And I’m so glad I did. I will never spend another dollar at Vape super Center. Their attitudes are awful they don’t treat their customers well. And now they don’t even actually have nicotine in their juices. This is the place if you want good service in expensive product and a good vibe. They also have a place for their customers to chill and hang out and you want to because of the good energy! Austin is great!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.I dont understand the one horrible negative review thats on here. If you read the extremely long negative review, COMPLETELY IGNORE IT.I went in as a first time buyer and the staff was more than ready to get me started. They hooked me up with an Aspire CF MOD with an Atlantis tank and so far it has been fantastic.They had an extensive of information to give me as a first time buyer. I didnt feel uncomfortable or stupid being in there knowing only a little about vaping. Plus they let me try their flavors and I was impressed with the quality of their products.I definitely recommend VAPORS. Great staff, great shop, great quality juice.Edit: Its been a few years since Ive lived in Toledo but recently ordered their Red Bull flavored juice Vapor Bull, still one of my favorites!!

Ive went to pretty much every Vape Shop in Toledo now, to get a feel for them all. So far, Vapors is one of my favorites. Ive been going here for a little over a year now, and they have always found something that is for me. Their prices are phenomenal, deals year round and some great devices for all different types of Vapors. I highly recommend you stop in. The employees are friendly and will always make something work out FOR YOU.

Excellent, welcoming, helpful, and very friendly staff. I am somewhat a regular here and drive out of my way past other MUCH closer vape shops to give them my business and support. Excellent prices, one of the few vape stores Ive been to that actually has good house e-juice, and they are so cheap. Dont even acknowledge the negative reviews. Those people clearly dont know what they are talking about. Anyone whos worked in retail know your always going to get those people coming in that are narcissistic and feel entitled to everything.

Went to Monroe St location Friday. I always buy 8 breezes at a time all with nicotine. I’ve commented several times in my many visits why bother smoking it if it doesn’t have nicotine! Sales girl sells me 2 with 0 nicotine! Her fault she was to of given me the larger cherry lemon with nicotine. Tried to exchange the unopened 2 that we’re wrong and she tells me there is a no return policy!! She made the error and could of made the store $10 more had she given me the correct ones!! What a waste of my $20 won’t be back!! I’ll pay more to get better service!!!!

I️ visited this location today not noticing they were closing at 6, so I️ called on my way and the gentleman said it was okay as long as I️ made it by 6. I️ literally got there a few minutes before close though I️ hate being that person! Anthony was so kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store. He hooked me up with the perfect vape along with some great tasting juices! It’s so refreshing to see someone that is actually passionate and enjoys what they do. Thanks so much Anthony, I️ will now be a loyal customer!!

Best ever. Great staff. Best eliquids I have ever tried. I do not write reviews. But this is such a great place. I am so happy. I have not had a cigarette in over 15 days. I am on my way. Quit Smoking. Get in to see these people. They really care and it shows. I tried the other shops around. I did not like the shops that have you mix your own eliquid. The taste and quality was not what I wanted. But the e-liquids here at this vapors on Monroe St. has some great tasting eliquid. And it is a huge store with a large selection. Thanks Vapors!

I stopped smoking a year and half ago with the help from the staff at VAPORS. They were very helpful in getting me started with a good starter kit and when I thought it was time to move up to something newer and better they were there again for me and still are to this day when I stop by to get my favorite e-liquid or to try something new that they have. A great place to shop and the prices are always good.VAPORS ROCKS!!!!!! Thank you for everything and keep up the good work....

Love the choices and availability of e-liquids. The fact that there is a multitude of organic liquids to choose from is a bonus! There needs to be more stores in the Toledo area to choose from, Ive already discussed this with a very pleasant employee, lol. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is now my to go to place for e-cigarette supplies!

Forget just coming to Vapors for James, he’ll be the only reason I even visit Ohio anymore. 😂 I was very fortunate in meeting such an outstanding guy. He had an infectious attitude that you could see all the customers fed off of. He’s without a doubt a huge asset to your store and helped me w every need I had to attempt to quit smoking cigarettes. I look forward to coming back and having him fix my coils! (And getting me to spend more 🤑)

The best thing about this shop, to me, is how interested the they were in giving us the most information they could about their store. Too often I walk into vape shops where Im just looking aimlessly at a bunch of stuff, and I get the vibe that they prefer to help people that already know so much about vaping. We got to see, taste, touch, even sample products. There wasnt a question that went unanswered, and we were never rushed. This is the vape shop I will be returning to.

Went to the Monroe St. store to get hooked up with something to quit smoking with. Walked out with a couple different flavors and a mod/tanks that work 10x better than those pen deals. Ive greatly reduced my smoking in 2 weeks now. The variety of flavors is a lil overwhelming but the staff there made it user friendly. I will definitely be going back and have referred a friend of mine who was also greatly impressed.

They are very knowledgeable and they had what nobody else had! I NEEDED a replacement piece of glass for my big beast tank and they are the only ones who had it in town😍 they had great deals on grab bags it was so cute and they were only five bucks it was an awesome store they had everything and were so knowledgeable Im changing from my current store to this one love it love it love it 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💙💚💛💜❤

Some people are saying the staff isnt knowledgeable that simply isnt true, I was a newbie I knew nothing. I left Vapors with a nice mod and enough knowledge to get started. I also want to add I didnt see any knockoff products. The staff isnt pushy or quiet and Ive never gotten the car salesman treatment. I dont know any vape shop owners. Nor do I have any prejudices against them I simply want to tell the truth about this shop. Its a awesome place that Ill always come to over and over again. The literally only thing id change is I wish they still carried my favorite flavor juice. But jeeze ppl theres umpteen billion of them i dont fault them for that nor do i expect them to carry it just for me. Ppl take this vape shop rivalry too far. Chill out ppl like what shop they like for their own reasons. Thats no reason to lie and bash this shop for the sake of buisness.

I like that they have lots of options for liquids & they are fda approved. However, the first time I went in there, just to buy a charger, the girl ended up selling me a new unit. Im not happy with what she sold me & I didnt get the charger. That is my fault for being happy about the upgrade so I forgot but the pen doesnt have a good hit & gets hot too quickly that it shuts off. You cant return them. Also, they are not that helpful. They act like you should know what youre doing & want. Their website isnt useful either.

My husband bought an expensive mod from this store with a warranty that broke in 2 weeks, where the coil attaches it just spins like its stripped. Tried to get the warranty done and they wont honor it because there is one little scratch on the top which has nothing to do with what what is wrong with it. The guy working in the store just messed with the mod for 45 minutes and told him sorry about his luck. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!RE to owner: I do not have the same last name as my husband, its under Casey Bortles. Wow. I really like all the flavors. They are spot on in taste. I also like the fact that they are lab made in the USA, natural and organic ! And you can try them all for free too. The staff is so friendly. A really nice vape shop. Good location to. I have not had a cigarette since I have been in there! Best Vape shop I have seen.

I really like this store, employees always helpful and so super patient with me since I never know what to ask for and me using my thingamajing language doesnt compute to most people lol. Anyway, I bought cute little Panda VooPoo. The first one quit working about 3 weeks after I bought, so back to Vapors I go; and even though I got nice friendly service, I was thinking i would get offered a discount on replacement, Ibut NO, full price. Well, i think its been 2 weeks and now this one quit also, but in a different way than the first one. I will be back at Vapors promptly at 10:00 when they open and I only hope this unit is just replaced with same or a product similar in price. I will not be leaving without a new mod and also will not be paying any more $$. This is my only option before my other personality comes out and I have to go postal

I was getting my CBD/non-THC tincture via mail order, but not anymore. Vapors not only had a better blend with a higher concentration, it was half the cost. Support your local economy! Thank you

Best ever. Great staff. Best advise I have ever gotten. I do not write reviews. But this is such a great place. I am so happy. I have not had a cigarette in over 15 days. I am on my way. Quit Smoking. Get in to see these people. They really care and it shows. I tried the other places and products around, none worked. Get in here and give them and this a try.

I typed their address in my gps because I wanted to see how long it would take to get their and I was simply SHOCKED to see this place with such a low rating...I can tell you first hand, I love this place. I went to a few other shops in town looking for something to assist in quitting smoking. Other shops werent helpful talking like I caped for years... I didnt know what a mod or anything else like rdas etc. This place took the time to explain EVERYTHING...They have good juice compared to other house brands in the area. I live their blueberry pancake, muffin man and Apple pie...I would recommend anyone to this place!

Honestly, This is one of the Best if not THE BEST vape shop ive ever been to. Ive been to two different locations and they where both very welcoming due to the nature of the store, The feel of walking in and the Employees always welcomed me with open arms :) 5 stars from me!

Worst e-liquid in town by far! They make many claims about their juice, but to someone who is used to the good stuff, this sucks! Too many other places around town to get great products from to waist my money here.

Best vape shop Ive been to in Toledo. Cheapest prices on liquids. Cheapest prices on rigs. Month long sale specials. Try unlimited flavors for free. Largest selection of flavors. They sign you up for a free rewards program. I was prompted to post this review after visiting Avail vapors on Talmadge and Word of Mouth on McCord. Vapors definitely beats them in every category.

My husband has been going to Vapors on monroe st. since they opened! He was formerly a cigarette smoker and hasnt had one for about a year and half! When we first went in I of course had a TON of questions. I grilled the poor guy for nearly an hour about everything and anything that I could think of. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions honestly and accurately. He took the time to explain all the ingredients and all the hardware and how to use and refill/replace everything. He definitely sold me which in turn sold my hubby lol. Like I said he has been going there since then! They know him by name now and they are friendly and casual everytime we go there. While they are more than happy to show us new things that come in, we never feel like they are being pushy or urging us to buy things we dont want. We recommend them to everyone!

Most of the products were overpriced clones (claimed these were authentic tobecco) Most of the clones were priced more than the authentic ones at other stores. They also tried to claim that their house juice was 100% VG, this is impossible for any juice due to the fact that flavorings are PG. Also even the labs that produce VG never claim it is 100%. I will never return because these are terrible business ethics that give the industry a bad name.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of the liquid I smoke is in a 3 nicotine and it seems like they never have the flavors I want in a 3. They just tell me to buy a 0 and 6 and mix them which would cost me more to do. Other than that I would recommend.

Now this is a Nice Vape Shop. They have everything. A big store. Lots of products. Nice staff. Cool Vaping Bar. You can try all the like 200 flavors for free. All natural ORGANIC E-Liquids. 100% VG too ! And they taste GREAT ! Love your store. Keep up the good work!

I visit all of the local vape shops and often like many of them, but not only do these guys work hard as car salesmen, their reviews on here are very inaccurate and most likely fake. Almost every vape shop in Toledo allows you to try liquids before you buy...especially Revolver who created that concept. Everyone knows that is true and when you walk in you can see all of the sample bottles on display right up front. I have seen this vape shop writing fake negative reviews on all of Toledos vape shop pages, its easy to see when it is the same guy writing the same thing about each of them. They also hijack each companies Facebook posts with their own spam. Why do you think they are the only local vape shop to disable ratings on their social media? They dont want customers to know the truth. They are the least transparent in the industry and will force sell to you. They also constantly harass Smoke Revolt, a local shop that is also very good! They make claims about their liquid being the safest but they are barely a year into the industry. I know for a fact that Revolver has been around since 2009, has spent many years and massive amounts of money on a lab separate from their shops, and they have shown video and pictures to back this up. They are also one of the only shops in the US to work directly with the manufacturers of their products, rather than buy from middle man wholesalers like VAPORS does. Revolver actually cares about this and you can see that Revolver is listed as official vendors of their products on the manufacturer websites, VAPORS is not. I have heard from too many people, and have experienced myself first hand, that these people are liars and scammers. The owner originally approached Revolver to open a franchise and they turned him down because he was extremely shady and only cared about money and not quality or customers. He then came in and took pictures and videos of their shops so he could copy their original concept. If you want to know the best shops in Toledo to visit for all of your vaping needs.... Visit Revolver or Smoke Revolt only! Dont trust these shady guys.

New to the vaping scene and read reviews and chose Vapors as the place I wanted to get started. Im glad I did. Its a very welcoming place and the staff were great answering all my dumb questions. Ill be back for more juice soon! Thanks!!

Wow. What a nice Vape Shop. Lots of products to choose from. I tasted many of the e-liquids. All of them were great in taste and price. The staff treated me like family. This is now my only vape shop.

I enjoy the fact that you can try all their flavors before you buy them. I originally started e-cigs with Revolver, but I switched to VAPORS now because of that. Also, what swayed my decision is their prices are better and their products last a lot longer.

Best in price, selection and customer service! They know what they carry and whats in them because they have their own lab to make most of their vape fluids! Vapors is the ONLY place Ill be getting my vaping supplies from now on!

Owner is very petty and takes the domain names of other vape shops so they will be directed to buy from his products. He has also been caught stealing trademarked eliquid names & trying to pass them off as his. The owner also bragged on his personal facebook page about how he opened up a new shop across the street from another vape shop and that outta piss them off. I will never support a business that runs off petty SPITE when there are so many local family owned businesses that actually CARE about you quitting smoking rather than pissing off your rivals and making some money. He also claims his juice is 100% VG but I highly doubt this to be true as its very hard to find flavored oils without PG & if you can its going to be ethyl alcohol based. 100% VG is never really 100% VG if its flavored. So you decide. Everything I said is true I have no reason to lie, you can fact check these things for yourself. But, I thought Id clarify that because he will comment on this like every other bad review and claim that Im a liar or a friend of one of his rivals. Look him up on clerk of courts. I cant make THAT up.

The best one is the Monroe St store. I have been a customer for a long time and I have visited every store. Some more than once. They just seem to be really nice and take time with everyone.

Bought a delta 8 preroll only to learn the highest amount of d8 in there was 3.5% which is essentially Hemp. I just bought a hemp preroll for 7 dollars. I walked back in to address this, and was told that the highest legal amount. Thats not true, d8 is legal in any concentration. If you want better quality as well as better prices for both CBD and D8. See CBD4REAL. I feel cheated and lied to.

I came in here for the first time and I was VERY disappointed. The person who was working was not very friendly, very dull no personality what so ever no customer service skills whatsoever. I wont be back. I like to come into a place and feel comfortable definitely not the case.

Awful. Generic. The staff had no idea what they were talking about. I asked why the liquid contains alcohol and I could not get a straight answer which worried me to say the least. I am not very knowledgeable- I will admit, however I wanted to be educated. I asked if I could speak the the lab tech with the PHD as I read on their site; but of course, this mystery person was not available. I will be looking into other electronic cigarette shops.

Not very happy with the service :( I walked in and waited very patiently until it was my turn, then another couple came in and sat next to me. The guy saw I was there before them and came over and said alright I can help who was next looking at the other couple so I said it was me. The whole time I had to keep repeating myself on which flavor I wanted to try because he thought he could multi task and help the other customers too, my friend had to step in to ask him for me to try a flavor too. Just thought my first experience wouldve been better!! I ended up not getting any liquid, got my 2 atomizers and left to go to smoke revolt to get my liquid. Maybe Ill try VAPORS again soon.

Vape Super Center is so much better.There in house juice isnt good at all.Tastes...... Not that good at all .Horrible is a little too harsh. I would pay the extra 5$ to get brand name juice

Lots of Vape shops around, but the staff here is what makes the difference. I love the amount of time they spent helping me choose just the right e-cig. Great selection of flavors too!

I’m from the Sandusky area, and I was up here for school. Stopped to grab a set of 18650s and a coil, and it was like I never even left the Sandusky Vapors. Kind, knowledgeable staff, and awesome store. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area

Sold me a bad vape i bought 2 and one didnt work didnt have time to take it back yesterday they wont replace it today wont be back same day return policy... I even tipped the girl and she remembered me.

Very unprofessional, went and bought a disposable cartridge that ended up no fitting my thin pen, tired to return it the next day with everything still with it (the rubber covers and what not) they refused to return the cartridge but instead offered me 20% off stuff I didnt want or need.
