Always a friendly welcome when you enter. The store is kept very clean and well organized. They keep a good amount of stocked items for all types of vaping and a lot of glassware for herbs. Prices are comparable to all other local vape shops. Even better, they have a good point system for discounts and 20% off on Wednesdays.

I used to love this place until yesterday. The manager got upset we changed our coil there even tho EVERYONE expects to do that with the experts there, because it hurts the glass! Then he wouldnt sell me coils for a different model (my Nord) just because I didnt have it with me! I am truly surprised and sadly wont be back. I used to drive from Holland here because of selection and service

I stopped in once late night because they have some of the best hours of any of the vape stores, and man i am so glad i did.These guys are the best. They have the best prices, a great loyalty program, and are constantly providing the best customer service.Vapes stores are a dime a dozen, but this one is the cream of the crop.

Having been vaping for years I can honestly say these guys are the best in the market. Not only are they friendly but knowledgeable. They are not pushy or quick to sell you overpriced products. Store is clean and inviting. I have been to just about every vape store in the area and without a doubt this is the best of Toledo. And no I’m not friends with the staff or owner just an independent who gives credit where it’s due.

The employee was super nice & chill, knew exactly what I was looking for. They had everything I was looking for. Coils were kinda pricey compared to online but thats to be expected when you need it now & cant wait for shipping 😅 everything else price was spot on with online prices. Okay service. Felt like the workers were kind of passive in helping me decide which product I needed. Very honest opinions about their products when I asked though, which I appreciated. Their juices are good as well. No real tutorial was given on the product I bought which left me clicking around on the internet for longer than it was necessary

NOT Recommended. Known for selling sub-par and Fake (Clone) Products. Fake Breeze E-Cigs and Old Expired E-Liquids. High Prices and Poor Customer Service. Often out of stock on core products.

The guy who took care of me here was awesome. Super friendly and answered all of my questions without any complaints. He even recommended a juice I ended up really liking (Heisenberg). He mixed the nicotine in and even took a heat lamp to it to make sure it dispersed through the juice properly (if you havent been to a vape store recently, most of them sell nicotine separately now to save you money because of the new tax imposed in Ohio).

Ok prices, you have to add your own nicotine to juice and they are continually out of stock of common items, especially atomizers. Staff is friendly, but hard to shop there when they never have anything

Just came in today for my first time to make the switch from cigarettes. When I first walked in I was greeted by super helpful and friendly staff that guided me to the right choice for a starter kit (a k3 kit) and they showed me how to get it all set up. Great experience, will be back next week to get some different juices! Also one of the guys in there said that this shops prices are much lower than other stores, so thats a plus

This, as far as I know anyways... Is THE ONLY Vape store that LITERALLY GIVES YOU 24hrs to exchange non~working/defective vapes. My suggestion... Try the Vape BEFORE you leave the store! The team here is wonderful. They might not always have a juice I have had in the past (which is not often at all) but everytime I leave with a new better bottle of juice. They teach me how to use my unit and give me tips on everything. Ive been a loyal customer for years and even today I learned something new from them. Id like to point out that Justin and Tim are their biggest assets to this team as they always make sure I leave with everything I need and remember my preferences when helping me get something new.

The staff is always very helpful and ready to answer any questions I may have. Ive never had a bad experience here. They always give 100% effort. They even were able to track down a tank I needed thats hard to find!

Still not patient with their customers, I havent been there in a while but the only things that has changed was the physical looks of the place. The employees dont have patients with people that are specific to what they like.

I will never go back to vape super center again. They gave me the wrong coils for my vape. I didnt notice until I got home and opened one single coil package. I go back to return my coils. (After the employee told me I could exchange the coils that wasnt open). And they wont do it. So basically everyone is not treated the same. Your service is based on your relationship with the employee. Better relationship better perks. Instead of treat all customers equally. Ive spent hundreds of dollars there and Ill never go back.

They are over price and they won’t accept the warranty they gave u. I bought a vape on mar10. I went there on Mar16. And they said it was my mistake. Btw I didn’t touch my vape a lot and i have my receipt. But they were unhelpful to help me or get my problem solved. IF IS THERE ANY ZERO, I WILL GIVE THEM THAT.

This is the best vape store in town. They have any flavor you want!! After you buy something they take the time to show you how yo use the device. There is also a point system so you can get money off after a certain amount of purchases.

Awesome staff. Cool place to come and get what you need. They have just about everything you could be looking for. Staff knows all there products very well. They can also recommend you juice that you might like. They let you sample juice befor you buy. If you are looking to get into vaping they can help you and give you a rundown on how everything works. If you have been vaping for a while and are looking for a place you can get the latest mods and accessories come here and get it. They also have all of there juices listed on a tablet. It can tell you what they have in stock in what sizes what nicotine strength and how much it costs. Overall this place is the best place in town. Its always clean and if you just want a place you can hangout and get to know they staff you can also do that. This has to be one of the best vaping stores i have ever been to ever. You have to come down and check the place out. Oh and if you didnt already sign up for there five star rewards system. Every time you buy something enter your phone number and build up points for some amazing rewards.

The husband made the switch from cigarettes to vaping back in November so we popped over to get a vaping mod. Justin spent a good half hour with us going through all different vaping choices. The guys that work at the shop give consistently great customer service, spending as much time with with a customer thats needed to ensure theyre buying the best product for their needs.

I wish I didnt have to drive across town for this place because its almost 7.00 cheaper for my menthol liquid I use to mix in everything as a menthol smoker.But it almost costs me that in gas so unless Im over by the mall its not worth the trip.Its nice though and they have a decent selection with helpful employees.

So, I was reading some of these negative reviews, and Im starting to wonder if they are talking about the same place? Reason I am thinking this is because my experience with these guys has been nothing but positive. A mistake was made by a co-worker when my mom and I went in for her CBD gummies, and they corrected the issue. Didnt give attitude or anything. They were really professional. Mistakes happen...no big deal. My husband took my mod in on a few different occasions due to the mod no longer working, and they did whatever it took to get me back up and vaping again. I dont see or understand the negativity that these ppl have. I havent experienced it. When I have gone in by myself even...I have had nothing but positive experiences. Helpful with different flavors and nicotine lvls. Really wonder if these ppl are even talking about the same place who have these negative comments. Maybe they should double check the facility first. Lol.

VSC is my first choice for vape shops in the area...the selection hands down is better then any other shop and to top it off the customer service is very on point. Tim and Lisa are very knowledgeable about the vaping industry and very helpful with any question you may have.. from the beginner to experienced vapor they have something for everyone.

This shop has CLONES. They pass them off as originals. They are NOT. Many of there Tanks are also Fake. They Lie and will Not take Any Returns! I got a mod and a tank here. I had problems with them. They would not fix it or take it back. And after I contacted the manufacture I was told that these were fake. Also this shop does Not have any E-Liquids other then high priced premiums that you can get at other vape shops for the same price or cheaper! Staff is not knowledgeable and they are not friendly. NO Parking. Parking is a real pain. Also if you are a real vaper you will Not even stop in here as this shop is owned by a tobacco company. This shop is owned by Tobacco Haven ! There just in it for the money. They do Not care about you!

Im very new to vaping, and I dont know much about it. I went into Vape Super Center to learn about my ecig, and Lisa was more than helpful. She walked me through the different parts of my ecig and explained how to use it properly. She taught me how to fill different tanks and the difference between coils. She also helped me find a new flavor, and Im very picky! She and the guy with the afro were ridiculously helpful! If youre new to vaping or know what youre doing, I highly suggest going to this shop!

Decent slection, prices are OK, but the staff REALLY need training. Not rude, just have the personality of a small woodland creature.

Only vape store to carry my juice. And if your on a budget they have lots of juice even in 6nic for 6 to 12$ not the baby bottles either. Staff is polite and not pushy. My go to for my vaping needs!!!

No money back so dont even ask. I worked at a vape shop for two years and we always gave money back. My brother bought a tank here for his friend that vapes and that friend ended up finding his old tank so when my brother tried to return the UNOPENED tank with the plastic still on it they refused. I mean, can you say money hungry? Thats absolutely ridiculous. I would understand if it was opened but it was not. So now my brother is out $40 & he doesnt even vape so store credit would be useless. I will never come back to this shop.
