Zero Stars if I could. Extremely overpriced and very poor customer service, I purchased vape juice and they charged me $25 for a 2.5 fl oz. Bottle of juice that I can buy anywhere else for $10 - $12. I will not be a return customer. Do yourself a favor and go to Wild Bills or Beatle Juice if you want to save money and treated with respect.

I rarely ever shop here because they charge premium prices for normal juice. All because theyre juice comes with nicotine already added to it because of the change in the laws.

I absolutely love all the staff great customer service and knowledgeable. Always can answer a question and they take the time to make you feel comfortable.

If I could leave a 0 stars I would.. where to start. The employees act like youre bothering them when you come in. Last year I went there and we were going through different vape juice. I paid and walked away from the register. Got about 3 feet to the door and realized I left my wallet on the counter. Nobody else was in the store except myself and the guy working. Walked back to the register and wallet was gone. The guy would not help me look for it and started showing body language of being guilty. I just pulled my card out and paid for my stuff so I had my wallet at the register. I left my phone number and name with the guy working in hopes to at least get my identification back. I went back to the store every single day for over a week asking about it. I will never go back to this store. The lady was very rude and refused to watch cameras from the previous day also. I know if one of my employees was ever accused of theft I would be watching the cameras immediately. I am pretty sure the guy still works there too.

I drive all the way across town to get my vapes just because the employees are awesome! They are always in a good mood and very helpful!! Customer service is outstanding and they have a huge selection and deals!!

They never have anything I actually want in stock. Theres a couple guys there that are friendly but the ladies that are always there are rude and have never worn masks through this whole ordeal. I just order my stuff online now. Its less convenient but I can find what i need and not deal with that

I was sold the wrong $25 bottle of juice because it was in the wrong spot on the Shelf and they would not replace it I even had to pay extra for them to add nicotine to the wrong bottle the worker grabbed I took it back to exchange it and was told they cant do anything I would not shop here the prices are extremely higher than any other local vape shop and there is another vape shop very close I would recommend not shopping here as they will rip you off as you can see the other reviews

These guys know their products. One actually fixed my coils free of charge. Low prices and fast service will have me coming back. Always helpful and funny. Thanks guys!

I would rather give ZERO stars. Been going here a few years every week spending $60+ every time BUT THE FEMALE WORKER IS RUDE. never had an issue with the guys that work there. I WILL TAKE my business elsewhere. Rolling your eyes at customers and being rude AF lost a loyal customer and any future business. There are plenty of other vape centers that treat customers well.

Got there at 9 when they said they opened. Stood out in the cold for 7 minutes waiting. The lady came up to the door and told us we cant open until the computer comes up. Thats what I was doing when you were pulling on the door and calling. We checked the door when we first got there and never called. Pretty sure sure just wanted to make us feel bad about having to wait it in the cold. If you know you need to wait for the computer to come up, then get there early enough to turn it on before you open.

They knowingly sell discontinued vapes that are faulty. Smh. And then wont exchange even when you have receipt and just bought it. Way to care about long time customers. If vapes are a risk? Who should pay for it? The business selling it! Otherwise you just took money for nothing. Something can work in the store and stop working the same day. Lost my business and anyone else I can warn. I found a new vape store that exchanges if need be.

I first walked in looking for a vape pen to have fun with and enjoy on the weekends with my friends. I was set up with a highly rated vape mod at a reasonable price and given a free bottle of juice to start me off. Although I ended up with mixed feelings about the mod, the staff answered all of my questions about the mod I purchased ( I asked a LOT of questions) on my second visit. They were extremely nice and respectful; I have never received better service any where in my entire life. They also gave me a second bottle of free juice that tastes AMAZING! Whether you are just getting your first vape pen like me or are an experienced vapor, I strongly recommend coming here!!!!

Spotty selection but you cant beat the 20% Off Wednesdays if you can actually find what youre looking for. Employees are very nice. If youre buying Juul pods or Juul compatible pods, check them before you leave. They often sell old product that is literally un-vapable.

Many of you, myself included, used to have absolutely horrible experiences there with a certain rude, loud, guest service representative. However, since shes been gone and its mainly Jake & Nikki, Ive had wonderful guest service with both. Always. They both go the extra mile in helping you try new flavors that match your palate profile. Jake is definitely the guy to talk to about vape technology, advancements and advocacy. Nikki is the Pro on everything else in the store from top to bottom. They both will also call the Monroe St (Vape/Glass/CBD only) Shop should they be out of something. Ive been to, every other vape shop in Toledo. There isnt a single shop that compares to the juice and mod selection at either Vape Super Center. My only complaint would be about the Monroe St. Location. Its become very unprofessional, messy, workers are always sitting down & eating. No hand washing/sanitizer before helping you. No masks. Guy there all the time ALWAYS smells like Marijuana and takes forever to count your money back, too stoned. Also refused to give me my 1500 5 star rewards points, approved by mgmt up until a certain date, but he just kept saying we dont honor that anymore. So now Im screwed out of a loyal, hard earned mod. I wont shop at Monroe St ever again, unless its a dire emergency. I used to be Anti-Vapors (their competition) . Now I stop there frequently for coils, etc.

Yes I like to hear store its tobacco prices are reasonable yet whenever I pick me up a pack of cigarettes I go there right near Target and Kroger internet is convenient for me and yeah I recommend friends to shop there and get their tobacco products

Very disappointed because I have bought 3 Vapor Max and didnt work and they only replaced one. The bad part about it is I opened them up in front of them to prove my point cause Im tired of being cheated out of my money. 😡

Cashier rude and unhelpful. Made me carry the bottle out and refused to sell it to my boyfriend who was very clearly of age (being 26) Didnt even stock the proper coil for his vape. Save your time and money and take the trip up to temperence to himalaya vape

I love this place just spent thousand dollars in this place over like a year and they reward you for spending money so I got a new Vape some batteries and coils for basically nothing but theyre awesome rewards program

They have a lot of stuff but I only get my tanks and coils here. They are not very friendly. I asked two different people the same question and they both gave me a different answer. Not really helpful either.
