They had good prices on coils but their selection of vape juice leaves a lot to be desired. Candy King is one of the most popular vape juices and they don’t carry it or at least they didn’t have any when I went there.

Pros: Great customer service, super friendly, tons of tasty flavors and has some really nice glass pieces to suit whatever your needs are.Cons: Only gets a truck once a month so when they run out of your favorite flavors or coils you have to wait for what feels like forever before you can get the goods.

Mostly I come here for juice. They have affordable house made liquids ranging in nicotine content from 0-somewhere in the 50sI can always get the strength I want, the flavor I want, and the blend I want. I love that.They never take forever.It’s usually not super cheap but it’s always a fair price.Been coming here for years and they have often had something on discount that worked for me and I have seen a lot of BOGO deals too.Vape selection: meh, but some awesome affordable options recently. I bought a couple eco nanos recently under $20 a pop and they smoke like an Elf.Looks like they quit selling them, but they still sell the refill pods, major props there for that.Sometimes I come in to replace what I think of as a really common vaping product, been in to replace various models of SMOK vapes and they didn’t have what I wanted, but sometimes they show me a good product I like that becomes my standard till I lose it or run over it with my car or something.Anyways everyone here has been patient friendly and courteous and efficient and they are really good at explaining what all those flavors taste like.Also they make choosing a vape really simple. So I like this place.Also I’ve never had anything weird happen to my financial card after coming here, and never had an employee do anything strange like ask me to cashapp them instead of pay at the register (both have happened at *other places, so I trust Juicy’s and don’t feel comfortable using my card elsewhere!)I can only give four stars cause sometimes they don’t stock the products I want when it seems everywhere else does, which is a pity cause really I would prefer to buy anything here.

Last week I stepped into the premises and spoke with a person that said her name was angel. I asked concerning a certain style of disposable vapes. She was very much not helpful. Rather argumentative when I asked simply if a manager couple possibly place an order for me.

I had great customer service and friendliness. They are quick to find what I need. Briar has been very helpful and kind.

New staff does not know what theyre doing. Store is always dirty and never has product the customer wants. Been forced to go to other vape shops that has the product I am looking for. HR never answers emails or phone calls. Will not recommend and will be letting my other vape buddies know to NOT come here. What a complete joke.

The issue that I understand is the number of deliveries they get throughout the month & theres been many times the reps were asking for certain items & they never seem to show up. I bought a battery from here, and at the time of purchase I was told the item I was buying would be returnable if kept within the 30 day limit. I think okay cool. I bought it for my roommate and once I got home she told me it was the wrong battery. Mind you I don’t live in Topeka, I live about an hour away so I have to return this when I get the chance to go back. A couple weeks go by and I go back to return this item and I’m now being told I can not return this item unless there is something wrong with it. I understand that policy loud and clear. BUT I was not told that at the time of purchasing, if I was told that then I would not have wasted my time driving to Topeka to return this item. In my experience trying to return this item I found the manager to be very rude. When we were trying to explain the issue, the manager seemed to be quite frustrated with the issue brought to their attention and threw a passive aggressive comment about how “you can’t return things you just don’t like”. Which I’ve known people who have returned their items without any issues! The issue is the misinformation and the treatment I have experienced here.

So far I have not had a bad experience. I really enjoy talking with some of the staff. Theyre kind friendly and knowledgeable. If I need something made or Im running low on my usual that I order online they make it work with what they have. Quality and prices are good compared to most in town.

The employees here are fantastic. Went to buy a new kit for my husband but they didnt have what he wanted. Josh was super helpful in finding one that would work for him. I gave him my list of ridiculous necessities for a mod and he came through with the one. I wont go anywhere else, and if Josh isnt there then I might just wait for him to return 😂

Great customer service. Quality juice! I initially came in to pick up a battery charger, unfortunately the one I had wasnt in stock. During my visit I got plenty of insight, and wasnt sold anything I didnt need. Even though they didnt have what I wanted, i decided to buy juice just to show some gratitude for the awesome service. Dakota was able to pick me out a juice I would love, thanks to him learning about my tastes. I wont be shopping for my vape needs anywhere else!!

Ive been a regular customer of Juicys since they opened, they boast competitive pricing on coils and best tasting house juice in town. This place is conveniently located and well stocked.However, depending on the employee, you may leave dissapointed. if you arrive too late (5-10 minutes before the end of their posted hours) dont expect service, some employees, while polite, can be really dismissive and rude.Service Note: If your posted hours are on display, Your lights are still on, and your open sign is running with the doors unlocked, you should probably keep your register running too.All that being said, theyre pretty easy to forgive and fun to work with.

Most unprofessional shop Ive ever been to. I walked in ready to spend money on a new tank. Nobody but the guy working the counter was there. He didnt say welcome or Ill be right with you. I liked around, did see really good prices but when after working to the counter he still didnt say a word. Looked around some more and ended up walking out. Not one thing was said to me or even a show of willingness to help. Biggest mistake walking into that shop.

They have excellent customer service. Every time I have gone there Ive been treated very well. The only problem I have is that in the 24 milligram nicotine they only have a couple of options as far as flavors. Other than that they have a wide variety of choices and they can also mix something for you if you would like. I would say the best thing that I have experienced is really good customer service. Super friendly super receptive and sometimes Ive even called the head and theyve mixed my vape juice and had it ready for me by the time I got there. Very cool!

Seems like some things are not carried to force people to buy new devices. Employee cant explain why but says management is not ordering stock when needed to, ignoring low or out of stock. They also were either misguided or lied about how to attain the parts I needed. I no longer trust the store and will just order online from here on out. I sent an email to the owner via their website but their email address is dead or site is out of date.

Don’t buy from juicy’s vape shop in Topeka. They don’t tell you information about the return policy except you have 30 days to return the item when you buy it, like any return policy. until you go to return it because it doesn’t work for what you bought it for and they finally tell you it can’t be returned unless it’s broken. I’ve even returned things to them before with no problem. I used to think juicy’s was cool and had good service, but today just showed me I never want to go to juicy’s again and deal with rude workers.

This store is going down in no time at all. Poor management and never enough stock. My girlfriend worked here for a short time. Customers would shout, curse, and throw slurs around. Management on most levels would not back up employees. Treat poor customers like misbehaving children by giving them rewards. I know for a fact the store manager (name withheld for reasons, though he knows who he is) pushed a substance called liquid Xanax onto a customer, then deleted his customer profile when he left a bad review about it. Would constantly tell other customers to leave bad reviews about her. Was two faced about lots of things. The only thing I would consider redeemable about this place is Kian the blue haired fellow and its cheap prices. Prices cheap for a reason, house juices burn through coils fast.

I finally found a ejuice store in Topeka that blends thier own! If you are tired of spending too much money on refillable coils try a custom blend. Custom blends are lighter and dont gunk up your coil as quick as heavy commercial juices. This alone helped me justify the slighty higher price they charge. The customer service was simple and great. Product pricing was explained. A big display of available flavors. There is a BOGO sale the first of every month on a select size. There is what I call a tester size bottle that replaced tester bar. Open till so you can still get there after work. Open an account and you will be mailed coupons occassionally. It was my first visit, I am sure I wll return.

We dont actually hate this place. Weve come to know the reps on a first name basis and like them alot. The store prices are very high and we now buy our juice online but in an emergency, we stop in there when we need coils.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I have bought three mods from here now, the first was a Mag mod that broke within two months. I just bought a Wismec reuleaux rx2/3 and it has broke within 1 month. Called and they will not do anything to help me, no return or exchange. This place is a joke and i will always take my business elsewhere. I have never had a bad experience at Vapor World. Please take you business to another store.

I cant stand going to any other shop, but Juicys has done it right.Great selection built only by products they know and trust and all of the workers are very knowledgeable. They are one of the fastest to get in new products, such as the XCube Ultra which just came out and even calling all the other Vape shops, only one of them even knew what it was but said they didnt have it because its too new.There is usually only one or two staff at a time and I would be happier with a few workers that know what theyre doing than a bunch of staff who dont know what theyre doing so I give them slack when they dont answer the phones when busy with customers.Great prices on all their products, yes, buying online is cheaper but when you buy from juicys, you get knowledge on the product, any questions answered, a walkthrough of how to use it, and set you off with even more advice of watching videos on YouTube and really learning about the product. They also dont try to sell you anything you dont need. They wont sell you a big expensive triple 18650 mod if youre trying to use it with a small tank, even if it did mean a bigger sale.Lastly, the shop is always clean, recently redesigned, comfortable atmosphere, and overall just genuine in everything they do.

I bought my last juice a few weeks before my birthday and before I left, the manager at juicy’s (in another town) told me to come back into juicy’s within seven days of my birthday for a free 30 mL juice. I stopped in at the Topeka Juicy’s to grab it and was shot down by the manager, Daniel, because I did not come in on my actual birthday. I was not worth their cost of a 30 mL juice. For someone who exists within the business community, this was a horrible decision on their part and a bad business practice. They lost a customer for what probably cost them three dollars. There are plenty of other stores to choose from in Topeka, so I will not be returning to juicy’s, because of their lack of customer care.

This is one of Topekas newest vape shops that carry Delta 8 and 10 products. They have a great variety of vaping juices, vaping devices, they even have Delta 8 bud, and a nice line of vaping and dabbing products. Be sure to sign up for their awesome rewards program. Hint hint*** If you want to save money, then look for their half price shelf!

I had heard amazing things about this place. I was going to another but i was curious. So the first time i went k was shocked. Every person ive met is amazing. They give you information that you need to know about vaping. Like i didnt know i shouldnt be using 18mg in my vape. Im down to 12 and hoping to get to six.They dont have every vaoe liquid just sitting around infact im pretty sure they mix it all fresh. These people are amazing and i plan to stick with them. Thank you to the staff! You are amazing.

Worst place in town the girls working there have no idea what there doing and are rude and the blonde girl goes to other vape shops for info on vaping how do you run a vape shop and need other stores to help very sad and a waste of time and money and there juice line is terrible with way to much sweetner and way overpriced stay away

Would be helpful if their hours were correct. Store sign says 11-6 on Sundays, but there is nobody here. If your telling people youre open, then be open.

They have a large selection of Vapes And E-liquid (JUICE) Plus tons of flavors.I highly recommend SMOK® brand & AEGIS® GEEK VAPE brand they are the absolute best Brands they carry. And if you need additional atomizers which are the top half of the vapor that screws into your mod they carry a lot of different brands and styles of atomizers.I highly recommend the OWL Atomizer. Owl Atomizers work perfectly with SMOK digital Vapes & SMOK STICK PRINCE, & Aegis Digital GEEK VAPES. As well as any vape that requires a good atomizer tank for that matter.They also carry a lot of coils.I highly recommend the mesh coil which is the thickest cotton coil.when you have a mesh coil with extra thick VG oil it will prevent leaking which they will help you with at Juicys.They will make your Juice as thick as you want it and whatever flavor you want and they will also add sweetener to it. As well as the nicotine level that you want.The staff are very knowledgeable and very nice. If you have any questions or problems with your Vapes. They will help you out.
