They are very helpful and know what they are talking about. I have been vaping for a year or so and they were the first shop I went to and I will continue to shop here. Good supply of juices and a wide ranging variety of entry level to advanced gear. Super friendly people and a nice comfortable lounge. Convenient location. Topeka desperately needed a good vape shop like this. I hope these people do well and I am definitely going to be going back many times. They treated me very well. Thanks guys!

Competitive pricing and good selection. The staff said we need ids but my girlfriend didnt have hers so a course I understood she wasnt aloud to touch or purchase anything. But when you tell her she cant speak at all that is totally blown out of proportion. You have a right to talk and if you are going to make someone feel worthless and have no rights, you are not getting my business even though I use to go to American Vapor all the time. Both the manager Jen and her co worker megan are very knowledgeable about the products they offer and was able to help me decide on a perfect setup for me. A very freindly and helpful vape store. The staff is very knowledgeable on many products. this store has over 500 pourable juice flavors and many prebottle brands. they have many discounts available everyday, 30% of for the day before, of and after yourbirthday.

It use to be great going in there. The last few times the staff is more concerned with their friends thats are in there. Not to mention my coils have been below standard. I was just in there Thursday and have already gone though 3 coils because they dont work properly. Sad that Im taking my business to Clearwater Florida t

Im new to vaping. I have been to Alohma 3 times. Once to buy a coil which they didnt have so they got on the phone with other local vape shops and sent me in the right direction. The second time, the associate spent over an hour with me to help me find the right flavor of juice.The third time was tonight. I purchased an AIO device (from another shop) after my first went kaput and did not like the vape I was getting. Mike listened to what I was wanting from my vape, and made a few minor adjustments. I did not spend any money this evening but I will certainly come back because I had a salesman who listened to my wants and needs and answered my questions. Additionally, Mike put words to what features I wanted in a vaping experience that as a novice vaper, I didnt even know...Like that I am looking for a hotter vape.I have been shopping the Topeka vape shops expressing my situation as a beginner vaper and only Alohma associates have made me feel like I wasnt pulling teeth to get information on getting started .Thank you!

Jennifer the manager was excellent, her service was outstanding. I started vaping to stop smoking cigarettes, this store has the best customer service in Topeka by far. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Staff is super knowledgeable and Carries a great line up of products. I havent been to the store in over a year and fund myself wondering why I stopped going. Will definitely make this my main shop again. Thanks guys.
