Everything for your vaping needs. Mods, coils, pods, juice, disposables... etc. The variety of products is quite satisfying. I really like this place. The staff is always friendly and ready to help and answer any questions regarding the products on the shelves.

Great selection of disposable’s and they always have the most up to date selection of mods. Their rewards program isn’t great but it is still nice. Their prices are by far the highest around. 100ml juice is $5-$7 dollars more expensive than other shops in town. If their prices were competitive they could easily be one of the best shops around.

Always been very helpful and has more product information for vape users. One of my favorite locations to shop because of knowledge, experience, and products.

Its the most easily accessible heading East from Wanamaker itll be right after passing Target, on your right (south), right before the first traffic light.. Top Shelf is the best vape shop in town... Wouldnt go anywhere else. Owner is a the nicest dude ever... Has that (somewhat rare these days) customer service mindset of actually caring about the customer and going out of his way to make sure you get what you need at a price you can afford. Top Shelf is top notch!

Has a very good selection, but the reason I give it two stars is the fact that my service was not what I have experienced in other vape stores in Topeka. He did not seem that friendly with me and did not ask me what kind of juices I liked and also did not give my any recommendations of what he likes or other customers like(I have gotten that at other vape stores in Topeka). It seemed like he was acting as if I wasnt even there. The reason I say that is because he helped numerous customers (I was also at the store before them) was friendly to them and did not even say a word to me until after a made a purchase.

Great selection of juices, good prices and, good discount case. The hours of operation are a little short its hard to get in there before closing sometimes.

Rachel, Koby, and Jayme were super friendly! Awesome atmosphere in here and they were able to recommend me to some super good products. If you’re looking for a smoke shop to visit in this small town, look no further. 🤙🏽

The vape cartridges are stored upside down so when you open them to smoke they get clogged and vape juice comes out into your mouth. the quality of the product is not worth the exorbitant amount. the owner has limited knowledge if any of the products he carries and was extremely rude when his point system was messed up. there were several purchases that i did not receive points for. worst smoke shop in topeka.

Has the best selection. I use 0 nic because I quit smoking and this helps when Im around smokers or stressed. They really have the best selection and their staff are all so friendly!

The guy who runs this shop may be a bit off kilt somedays, but he will treat you right. I have always been able to go in and get my flavour of juice and it always be in stock. I usually go in and buy five bottle at a time. No problem, hes always got it. And hes always kind enough to give me a discount for coming back. The parking lot sucks, i agree, but most of topeka is poorly planned as is. The guy is just leasing the space. And please remember, people who work customer service have bad days too. And the customer is not always right. Thats a bit of entitled baloney.

I have a favorite flavor but because Im just here visiting....was worried I wouldnt be get it... However, the gentleman there recommended something comparable and I actually like it better. I was actually on my way to the mall to a store there but this shop showed up closer. I wasnt sure because of some negative ones...but this guy was very nice, informative and I walked out with a new favorite 😀

I’m a low key Delta 8 fan favorite had no idea of all the different molecules how they divide the strand from the actual flower I recommend speaking with Terrian he is like an Encyclopedia of knowledge on this legal adhd alternative treatment If you have back pain or ADHD I suggest going in here and speaking with this gentleman I’m trying out a new supplement based on his emphasis I don’t like medication for pain thumbs up thank you Top Shelf for actually having knowledgeable staff…

I have been in a few times now, Im certainly impressed with the quality of their products and their customer service is amazing. What really surprised me was the price and quality combined. Worth a visit if you are new to vapor or know your stuff.

Ive been in every vape shop that exist in Topeka, and the guy in this one was the most helpful of any of them. Above and beyond all others. This will be my new go to vape shop!

The worker made us feel like idiots. My husband asked like 5 tines for a certain flavor he kept saying no they didn’t have it, yet, we found 4 different brands with the flavor my husband wanted.... right on the counter! I was interested in house blends, and he kept pushing premiums on us. If I wasn’t on my way to get my kids from the bus, and had time, I would have taken my money and service to Topeka vape! Dude has a lot of selection, but customer service sucks!

Went there to get new juice. Owner said all the juices would work in my device so I picked a coffee flavor for $38. The coils cost $4 and used to last for 10 days. Now they only last a day. Took the juice back and he said this juice burns up coils fast. He said I could buy a bunch of coils or buy new juice. No refunds or exchanges. Wow

Nice store but parking lot sucks. I almost got hit pulling out. Either way, I don’t like the high prices here and I think the dude running it lives in the back. Otherwise I bought a mod but I could have saved money by going to the mall. I just thought this would be faster. I’ll stick with better!

I am glad that they show me good juices and deals on their supplies I really like the customer service and the vape juice and cbd juice is so awesome. The guy behind the counter is awesome and he has cbd disposibles i havent tried them but they are an interesting item u should try them. I am so glad to be able to have cbd from u guys u guys are awesome thanks so much and keep up the good customer service. So I am very happy to keep getting vape juice from top shelf they are reasonable and awesome quality. i hope top shelf never closes down and always keeps the awesome customer service. First time ever in a Vape store staff was friendly and helpful. Store was super clean and looked nice. My only complaint isnt with them but just the location can be a pain to get to because of the stop light.

Very friendly staff that are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Always quick to make exchanges or refunds on defective products.

All around bad place. Over priced (found cheaper online). Also, the guy sold me a mod that came from the shelf with scratches on the screen, tried getting a new one from an unopened box, Wouldn’t. Only would give me one on shelf. Then sold me the wrong color of tank. Went back twice to try and get a new one. Finally gave me a different one. Went home and noticed a chip in the glass. I’m just going to return everything and get my money back.

Calls his customers thieves and liars. Overcharges his product and had an app that is supposed to give you points for discounts that doesnt work. I dont recommend this place for your smoke needs what they may be. I say take your business elsewhere!!!

They had a great variety of a lot of different stuff I didnt have time to look around. Even the delta 8 not sure what all the hype is about, why doesnt Kansas have real Medical/recreational cannabis???

The guy that works there is really nice and knows his stuff! Huge selection of mods, e-cigs & vapors galore, plus they carry kratom powder & CBD juices! Most variety Ive seen in Topeka! Plus this shop is immaculately clean! The parking lot is a pain to get in and out of, but trust me, its worth it!

Just tried to buy a battery for a 510 thread cartridge, I asked where they were the man threw his hands in the air and stated they are all batteries! Sweet, so how much is this one? $70 and you need two batteries.... I left, clearly they didnt know what they were selling.

Awesome store! The owner is very knowledgeable about his products. He takes the time to get you the right type of vapor products. Has an excellent taste bar that allows you to taste various flavors of vapor juices. I am impressed👍👍👍👍

All you need for an excellent experience is to have in mind what you are looking for. Weather its just trying different flavors. Or trying to find what may work for you to help you quit smoking. He will go out of his way to help you find the products that will tailor to your needs. I like the selection in the store. I like the owner but sometimes he is on the phone when we come in & does not even try to answer our questions. When he does they are not detailed and for someone who did not know one thing about this subject I needed alot of information & answers to my questions. There are so many products even though they are mostly related to vaping but in different forms and it is so confusing. I need someone who is willing to take the time and cares enough to want to help their customers. I always spend alot of money in this store so with every visit my questions were answered less and less and I ended up buying the wrong things and then I couldnt exchange or return any items. Frustrating.

By far the best prices and most selection in Topeka. I can say over and over again how everything he sells is MSRP or below and he stocks coils for every device possible. Of course everything is genuine, I once tried another store for an e-juice, every time I went back to get more it was more expensive, than found out Top Shelf carried it and they never pull anything like that, Top Shelf vapors is the vape shop you can count on, They are the best in Topeka, period. They also carry a wide variety of CBD products.

These people are charging 37$ for a 100ml bottle and you can get the same bottle and more variety of flavors online starting out at 10$ up to 15$ for the same name brand of juice for a 100ml bottle there charging you two times the price for the same stuff that is robbing there own customer and we are the people that help these businesss be a business and thats how they do us thats so messed up people dont let these vape shops do us like this

Great place over 200 e-juice brands and Flavors, all the new Vaping hardware and supplies and owner very nice, knowledgeable and has been around for several years. Great pricing and my new got to Vapeshop.

Ignorant on kratom products. Has no business selling it. Insulting the leaf, embarrassing himself when talking about it. Shame on this store for disrespecting such a life saving product for so many. If you have no idea what you are selling and unable to inform your customers as to what product it is you are even selling- don’t sell it. It is businesses like this that fuel the DEA’s attempts to ban kratom.
