Jerald does amazing always focusing on my most problematic areas and using the right massage techniques to ensure I leave feeling so much better physically and improving my mentality because of it. Definitely recommend if you can use a medium to hard pressure on your muscles. My neck and back always do so much better after massages.

Taegan is amazing! This was my first experience of getting a massage and he made it as comfortable and relaxing as possible. He really focuses on areas that you need the most but also finds places you didn’t even know you had knots in! I will definitely be coming back to see him.

Zachary was the absolute BEST! I was hoping for a relaxing but firm massage and he provided just what I wanted and needed. Because of him, I will be exploring a membership with Massage Envy in Topeka!

Check in was quick and easy. Les is the best massage therapist I have seen in a very very long time! Very kind and would check in to make sure pressure was not too much or too little. I will absolutely be scheduling with him every time!

Jose is amazing! It was my first time in a long time getting a massage and he did such an amazing job! I felt so comfortable and relaxed and he was able to get a lot of knots out, will definitely be back.

It was a very good massage and I scheduled another with Jessica. The only disappointment was the lack of communications b fore and after the massage. I expected her to communicate any issues she noted and all she did was tell me to dress and come out. Very little communication before as well. Hopefully the interaction for the next massage will improve. I’ll ensure I set expectations before the massage next visit with Jessica.

Jerald was fabulous. The right pressure in all areas I needed. Took his time. He is definitely my favorite.

She was really good, my shoulder, back and neck felt immediately better, just what I needed, and we dont realize the stress we are carrying at times, until we have a professional take care of us. First time for me getting a massage at a massage place. I’ve never liked the idea or have been comfortable with it. I was a little weary with there being no females to do the prenatal massages, but it was a good experience and I was impressed with Taegan cuz I could tell he is good at what he does. My only complaint is I felt a bit unnerved being rushed through the whole membership/sign up process. The girl seemed to be in a hurry to get it over with, rushing through explaining things as if they’ve done it a hundred times before. Please be more present with new clients, and take your time so people will understand more clearly.

Sage did a wonderful job; she always made sure I was comfortable and varied the pressure as requested. Go check her out! I left relaxed, free of tension.

Seans massage was perfect for me. First, he listed to my concerns. Second, he was gentle enough. He did not cause me any pain. Third, he was honest and willing to recommend others to help with stretching and things he did not do.

This spa is luxurious! Itselt was soft spoken, kind and made sure I was comfortable. My facial was calming & relaxing with her gentle touch. I will definitely book with her again!

Zack did a great job with my massage and I felt a lot better after. This next comment should not be a knock on him as it’s more a facility problem. That is why I didn’t give lower stars because I don’t want him to get docked for this.The room I was in had a super wobbly massage table so I felt like I was on a cruise ship the entire massage being knocked around. It made it impossible to relax. I rarely treat myself to a massage so it’s frustrating when a business doesn’t keep up with their equipment maintenance.

Zach is the best at his craft! Always very pleasant and is passionate about what he does. As i am a former athlete and a guy that still stays extremely active, he is an integral piece of the puzzle that helps me function at the level I desire! Props to Zach!

My overall experience was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a moment to unwind and just be in the present and each person I interacted with made sure that was possible. I came in a little frantic because I was running late and they didnt miss a beat welcoming me and letting me know what was happening next and what they needed from me. Just by their interaction with me, I was able to calm down.Jose was my therapist and he was kind and patient with me the whole way through. I have already scheduled my next appointment!

Had a massage for the first time in YEARS and Dezarae was absolutely amazing. Right amount of pressure as not to hurt my already injured back. And she has such beautiful vibes ❤️ Definitely recommend her!

Mikaela performed amazingly during my 60 min massage and I would recommend her for now on. I did not get the exfoliated foot rub that I ordered, but the front desk was nice to take it off.

I’d give zero stars if i could. My review got deleted so i can only assume the company doesn’t ‘accept’ bad reviews on their page.My massage was absolutely horrible. if you’re paying nearly 100 dollars, you’d expect it to be even the slightest bit of relaxing.being a month and a half post partum, i wanted a good massage. Instead it was just the girl rubbing oil all over me. My hair was completely greased up in oil from the ‘head massage’. It was just her pumping an enormous amount of massage into her hand and spreading it all over my hair. I asked if she could go harder because the only thing she was doing was legitimately rubbing oil on me. I didn’t feel any bit of relief whatsoever, no pressure, nothing. i was just getting oil spread on me for 40 minutes. And no, the hour long massage isn’t an hour. I went in the room and my massage started ten minutes late, and she finished 15 minutes early. I definitely got robbed of my time i paid for. My massage was about thirty minutes when i paid for an hour. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for about 6 years now. Les is a great therapist who always listens to you and does the best job of relieving you of all your aches and pains!

First time here. My daughter’s gave me a gift certificate. My first impression was like I was in a movie, in a fancy spa. Here’s why…I was greeted at the opening of the door by an impeccably dressed young man,(I didn’t catch his name unfortunately),who invited me in out of the frigid cold, offered, and made for me, hot tea.He was so incredibly polite and efficient as he made every client feel special as they entered. I hope this company knows how incredibly important this young man is to them.My massage therapist was Taegan and he was incredible as well. He was very professional, and I could tell he had been doing this for awhile. As he worked, he could feel the areas that needed more attention.My overall experience is a 5.

The massage I received from Sean was great! His firm/deep pressure is what my neck and shoulders have been needing. I gave 4 stars only because my appointment started nearly 10 minutes late. After I checked in, I was told to sit in the waiting area. When it was about 10 minutes past my appointment time, a gentleman came to me and rushed through an intake form on their iPad. I’m assuming the woman who checked me in was supposed to have me fill it out but must have forgotten. In any case, my massage was wonderful and I still received the full session time despite starting a little late.

Jerald was amazing! This was the first time I had ever been there I popped in to see if they had an opening. Hes probably in the top three best masseuses Ive ever had. The only reason Im only doing four stars is their cost is significantly more than the other people I have gone to for a massage. That is the only reason I probably wont go back.

I highly recommend both Jessica and Sage. Jessica does a fantastic job and makes me feel comfortable enough to relax while she rubs the tension build-up out of my neck and back. Tired of migraines once or twice per month that required prescription meds to get rid of, I took a chance on scheduling a 1 hour massage once a month, and am happy to report I have been migraine free since my third massage! Am really looking forward to my 5th just before Christmas! If the one hour massage is more time than you can afford to spend, I seriously can’t recommend the 30 min stress and tension relief session with Sage enough. Went in feeling rough and left feeling like I might actually survive😂

A very clean, comfortable, and organized facility. Very professional. No complaints at all. I may have to try out a few therapists to find my favorite, but nice place and its got the job done. Im seriously thinking of the membership for self-care maintenance.

I’ve been going to Sage for my massages for several years. She is the best! She knows where all my problem spots are and I always leave feeling she has worked on all the areas where I’m feeling tension and pain. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage. We also do a half hour of stretching before the massage and that is just what my body needs.

Zach was a mind reader and totally provided the best massage ever!

I have scheduled twice at this location, as this is the only location closest to me (1 hour drive). Both appointments I was called 2 hours prior to scheduled time being told staff member wont be in today or we need to cancel and reschedule with no reasoning. This is extremely frustrating. I was also told upon being cancelled, after asking for a same day appointment with another staff member that they couldnt do same day appointments. I love Massage Envy but this location has been disappointing and I havent even had the chance to visit yet.

Les has been my massage therapist since the 2nd half of my pregnancy over 2 years ago now. Hes great! I always feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards.

Zac was very thorough and did a great deep tissue massage. He carefully avoided areas that are too tender for me to be massaged on due to fibromyalgia he was very mindful of this. I already booked my next appointment.

Taegan always gives a wonderful massage, he is very personable, and passionate about focusing on his clients needs/wellbeing. Most of time he incorporates stretches targeted at your specific trouble areas and provides helpful at home tips. He keeps an open mind and isnt hesitant to try a new method or strategy on different target areas he finds to bring a more individual approach to those on his table providing a more specific muscle tension relief. Taegan creates a comfortable atmosphere for his clients to be able to get the optimum experience they are individually searching for. Time and time again, I have never left disappointed. His massages not only feel amazing in the moment, but leave you feeling a difference in the days/weeks to follow. He is a real gem.

Sean is an amazing therapist, I had 1 session left when I moved to Topeka, I did the 1 year trial back in Nebraska, had multiple therapists cancel during my times sessions and was so hard to get in with another therapist, plus had a hard time finding a good one, and with my crazy hours at work to get right back in, was saying I’m done!!! Had Sean twice now, and I usually don’t like filling out surveys, but he has gifted hands now thinking about rejoining again.

Jessica listened well to what problems I was having and did a great job focusing on those areas. I want deep pressure and she did that well. Thank you!

My first two experiences here were not worth writing a review. The third time, however, is a different story. My appointment time was noon and once seated in the waiting area, I was promptly greeted by my therapist, Cassie. After evaluating my needs for the service, she did exactly what I requested which was a relaxing massage. She was very attentive and professional and I highly recommend her.

Massage Envy is beyond amazing! After my first massage there I was hooked! I bought a membership that same day. And I never buy memberships to places. I also have never considered dropping my membership since!The membership is so worth getting especially if you need or like massages frequently! It has saved me alot of money$$The best thing about this place is you dont have to be with the same massage therapist every time. They have a variety of therapist that can offer specialized techniques, pressure, and their essential oils. Their oils smell so good I got some for my home oil diffuser. Which also seems to help.The first thing that made me book this appointment was that they had online scheduling. I was in severe pain all night and I knew I needed a massage asap! I booked the appointment at about 4am and had a massage right at 10am when they opened.**I have wanted to write another review about this place for a while.My massage this week by Deserae inspired me to write this. I have had so many massages over the years and this by far was the best experience! She KNEW exactly 💯 what I needed! She even gave me the best scalp massage! I wish I could have that kind of scalp massage everyday when I wake up and before I go to sleep! It almost made me cry cuz she really listened to what I needed! My massages that I usually get leave me sore for days but my massage from Deserae left me relaxed, refreshed, and felt great the next day too. I will be seeing her alot more often!Thank you Deserae...you were meant to be a/my massage therapist!!!🤩💆‍♀️They also offer stretching which is really nice once in a while for me.Thank you front desk ladies!! They are ALL awesome too! Very sweet, welcoming, helpful, and they get me taken care of every time!

Love this location! The membership is an awesome value, the entire facility is always clean, and Taegan and the front desk staff are always fabulous.

Taegen does an amazing job finding the knots and working them out. He keeps me on the golf course!! 5+ stars!!

Horrible experience with management. I asked multiple times to transfer home locations and credits after moving out of state. They refused to transfer my credits and I am now out nearly $800. Awful customer service for a loyal customer of 3 years. Do not recommend.

Brittany is the best deep tissue that I have ever experienced. I have been getting massages for over 30 years.

Canceled last minute did offer a substitute but was not comfortable with substitute. Did offer to reschedule but with no discount. Just frustrating when you have something scheduled and they cancel same day with no monetary compensation after youve changed your whole day around and moved clients on your schedule around.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled again and again. Inconsistent and inaccurate information relayed to me every time I call regarding my account. All this place wants is your money for over priced and below average massages. Do not sign up for any membership there. Go to a local massage therapist were there is no pressure to sign up for a membership. Apparently this place needs money more than they need happy customers. BUYER BEWARE!

The staff are amazing! The store is very calm, relaxing and spotless. I cant remember the last time I just relaxed and freed my mind of everything. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

I always enjoy a good massage, and Taegan does a great job working out the knots in my upper back.

A good place to go for relaxation but not for easing soreness or stiffness, in my experience. I went in to get a knot in my shoulder worked out, but two weeks later Im still having the same issues and am now looking into seeing a chiropractor. I have gotten a much less expensive massage for my shoulder pain before that was more effective and more educational for continuing treatment/stretches at home. I was pretty disappointed in that, but I did feel very welcomed, relaxed, and cared for.

Sara is the best massage artist. She is so attentive and makes sure the pressure is just right.

Brittany did a great job for a firm/deep tissue massage. I had a lot of bound up tension & could immediately tell when it was released
