Thank you guys for being so patient with me! Lol..very friendly..they are knowledgeable and helpful..this is the only vape store I visit!

Selection and prices are amazing. The pan in here tonight was great and helped me pick out some products. I’m super excited to try these and we will be back!

This was my first time at this vape shop. I did not catch the young mans name that was working, but he was very kind and helpful. They have a huge selection of juice, and the price range was not near as bad as I thought it might be, even for the premium juice. It had a very nice atmosphere, with a nice little lounge. I will definitely be returning!

I have been going to this store since early 2018 and the level of customer service I have received from this business is extraordinary. They really know how to take care of anyone who walks into their shop. Shaun, Chris, Dakota, and Charlie are all amazing at their jobs. Anytime I have an issue or need anything for my vape, they take care of me. I have never received the same type of treatment from any other vape shop let alone local business in this area. They have a rewards system that I highly recommend, and their Monster Berry Ice house juice is my absolute favorite. I will continue to go to them as long as I’m in the area and vaping.

Best Vape Shop in Topeka! Awesome customer service! They have a great selection of juice and supplies. If they dont have it, they will get it for you! The store is nicely set up and the lounge makes you want to just hang out! I highly recommend The Vapor Rail!

I would have given zero stars if I could but since I had to give a star rating before being able to give a true review, they got one star.So here’s my review.They have no sense of keeping their word. I went in last night bought not one but TWO mods. I’m from Wichita and told the guy that and he said that because I am from Wichita he was going to give me my receipt and that if I needed to bring it back They would refund my money I asked him three times are you sure and he said yes each time, then told me he was giving me my receipt because if I needed to come back then I could return it. Now the mod I bought for me hasn’t been taken out of the box, and I called today because I was going back on Sunday and was going to make sure I didn’t drive all that way for nothing. I was blantantly told no they don’t do refunds or returns at all unless it was a manufacture defect.Well that wasn’t what I was told last night! How are people to keep coming back if someone refuses to keep their word? This is not how you do things. I’m sorry but last night I was all for giving a 5 star because I thought this place was the best because they were going to keep their word but I’m seeing their word means nothing. And that really disappoints me .

Shawn and the rest of the crew were very helpful. There are couches, a place to change coils, and a karaoke machine. Great selection and friendly staff. Beginners and veteran vapers alike will feel welcome here. Best vape bar in Topeka.

My guy gets his juice here. Its convenient location and good parking. Theres several wifi to connect to since Sprint is right next door. Also the Vapor Rail has good hours and open Sunday and late @ night.

Great place to stop and shop, wish they would have had a few more mods but the juice selection is good. Will be stopping in more often when we are that way. And the gentleman that was working tonight was very helpful

Love this place, and the employees. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need, and they know what theyre talking about. Down to help out in anyway they can. Also have great prices, and an awesome points system. Save up points to get discounts on products.

Wish I could put zero stars!! I’ve spent quite a bit of money in here...Last week,I bought a pack of pods for my ops1,Which one was defective..returned it and they refused to do ANYTHING for the situation.. I won’t be back!!..So I guess I’ll lose the 400 points too!!
