Went in for a hydrafacial for the first time yesterday. My skin feels amazing and Ive already gotten compliments on my skin! Jessica is so sweet and I love that she also gives me helpful tips on how to take care of my skin concerns. Everyone was so welcoming and overall I had an amazing experience. I will definitely be going back for more facials with Jessica!

I had such a wonderful hydrafacial and dermaplaning with Jessica on my first visit. She was so detailed in explaining the overall sequence of treatment. Then described benefits, what sensations I may experience and level of tingling/vacuuming etc. She is a fantastic communicator and sooo good at her job! I felt comfortable and informed during the whole process. I inquired about the dermaplaning during our session, she answered all my questions and shared her experience too! Had a chemical peel done at the spa it was a great experience and fantastic turnout. Consultation beforehand was very informative. Just one thing I wish they had reminded me to wear a button up shirts not to mess up my dress and easy to get in and out of the cloths. Other than that love the staff great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. Thank you!! Will definitely go back for other treatments too.

She takes the time to really understand your skin and sets up a plan that’s beneficial to you. I have been on the hunt for a good aesthetician for years and have never found one. Can’t praise Valerie enough for her beautiful work on my eyebrow tattooing. I expected to come out swollen, disfigured, and bloody with scabs on my brows but did not. I was so pleasantly surprised. Valerie tattooed my brows on Friday and by Sunday I could go out in public. I received many compliments on her beautiful work. Thank you Valerie. I think you’re wonderful.

The staff was so nice and I loved the office! Went in to get some broken blood vessels removed and they were able to take care of me on my same consultation appointment! I got one treatment of lazor on them. Unfortunately it didn’t help the appearance that much. Once I let them know they were so kind to bring me back in and do a different treatment plan. Nancy was wonderful and so helpful.

I’ve been seeing Jeramie for a few years now. She is very conservative with treatments which I appreciate. Not only is she a great injector and insanely smart and knowledgeable about her craft but also her personality is amazing and I always enjoy our time together as well as the results.

Their office is very professional and clean. All of the staff are very pleasant. I have not had any issues with any of my treatments. My skin looks so much better from my first visit. Everyone I received treatments from were amazing.

Loved my first lymphatic drainage massage. Katie is my therapist. And I am so happy I found her. Not only is she good as a therapist, she is big on sharing knowledge as part of treatment plan. Why four and not 5 stars? Katie is booked and only one person with only 24 hours a day like the rest of us. I prefer early morning for therapy and willing to continue with my sessions in the afternoons with Katie no matter her availability it’s worth it. BTW Jessica is the cherry on top. She is such a pleasure to speak with as she patiently works with patients making sure everything is confirmed and taken care of. I am looking forward to next my visitsPJ new and happy patient.

I am very fair-skinned and always get a little nervous for botox because I’m sure I’ll bruise but she is so good I’ve never had that issue with her. She listens and respects your opinion. I cant say enough good things about all my experiences at The Spa, from the front desk workers (Sahara is a gem) to the nurses to the aestheticians. The are all amazing and kind and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. All the nurses are great but Michelle has been injecting me since the start and always does exactly what I want and knows my face and that I’m a big baby with pain so she does everything she can to make sure it’s as painless as possible. Co2 laser was preformed with such little results, I don’t see it. I had no sluffing or peeling and was light pink for 2 days. Resurfacing was all I wanted. I did my research and chose this place for results. Saddens me that they turned it around on me by saying my skin was in to good of shape to get results…saddens me even more when she said the doctor didn’t recommend the CO2. She was in the room with me when he did..what the doctor said however was that it won’t fix elasticity but will resurface, shrink pores, even texture and give me brighter skin. Which is what the website says.I’m 53.My before and after pics don’t lie.The co2 is not worth the money at this location. Might be why the service isn’t listed to leave a review?

I’ve been coming to Stephanie for Botox for the last two years. At 1st I was scared because I didn’t want to appear overly done. Stephanie was patient with me and calmed my nerves by explaining the process & her expertise with the different patient preferences. She does such a wonderful job and her bedside manner is the best! Michelle Florez is absolutely fantastic. She is an expert at what she does. She explains exactly everything to you clearly and precisely. She is very knowledgeable and takes what she does with pride. I have never had a negative experience the 6 years that i have been coming to the spa. Besides being an expert she is very professional, uplifting, positive and honest. I saw Nancy to get filler for the first time. She was so thorough about talking to me about what I was looking for, how to achieve my results, providing options. We settled on a plan of a combo of Kybella and filler and Im already excited about the results. Also she is fantastic about giving injections - there is no pain!

I loved The Spa at South Bay Plastic Surgeons! This is a true medical spa- the results in my skin are truly amazing. I had tiny little red veins around my nose and they were zapped away with a laser. My eyebrows have been disappearing and now they beautifully frame my face and tattooing them was the best decision Ive ever made. Im so glad I went here as the results are so natural but it took ten years off! Also, I got great advice on products and have notice an amazing improvement in my skin tone and trxture which I did not expect after only a few weeks of use. I will go back for BOTOX and some other things as they are true medical professionals and their expertise is obvious.

Dr Whitney Burrell brought me to South Bay and introduced me to Michele Florez RN at The Spa. Michele is a miracle worker! I trust her explicitly. She has done Botox and filler for me for a few years and recently did threads to improve my sagging neck. Immediate, amazing results! We’re going to try a couple of other things along with facials when Covid restrictions are lifted. I can’t wait!

A beautiful and professional location! I went to Jeremie for my services. I needed a little bit of a refresh. I’m 50 and this year of lockdown and stress has done my appearance no favors. Jeremie helped to erase those forehead frown lines and those telling crows feet. She also recommended a Series of peels that were not a lot of down time but packed a ton of punch. It Smoothed all that dry rough skin and mask-acne. I feel like me but just “better and less stressed” looking. And Lawrd above did I need that! Thank you Jeremie!

Michelle Florez is fabulous! I was a very late starter to getting anything done on my face. I was terrified because Im very sensitive to chemicals and I really cant handle pain. I also am not a fan of the look of over done plastic surgery or over injected faces. No frozen face or big lips wanted by me. But I also wanted to look my best, and also as natural as Possible, and with as little pain and down time as possible. Microneedling with stem cells is amazing! Michelle listens and is very careful to do what I am comfortable with. She is extremely professional, patient, honest and really experienced. On top of that she is a true artist. It’s Obvious by the beautiful and careful work she does. I even had a pretty bad aliergic reaction (to products after a treatment I think I’m allergic to retinol) one time and the way Michelle handled it and checked on me, made me confident that I would be coming back to her no matter what. I could not Recommend her more highly if you want anything cosmetic done to your face. And the spa itself is very nice, very well run and I am a very happy client. Thanks to Michelie!
