Total Image Salon & Day Spa

I cannot speak highly enough of this salon. Had not been happy with my hair color for quite a while. Came in to see Brock about 6 months ago. He totally got my hair color perfect! He really listens to you and gets you the results you want. And the rest of the staff is so nice too. They all seem like they really know what they are doing. I highly recommend any of them.

Ashely always does an amazing job. She’s THE BEST. I highly recommend Total Images! They were fantastic, getting my daughter, her bridesmaids, & me “wedding ready”.

I recently went there for a hair appointment to get foil balayage and a trim and had a great experience. Alexis did my hair exactly like I wanted and helped me pick the right shade and tone for me. I left feeling so good about my hair! Also the receptionist was very nice and offered me coffee or water as soon as I arrived. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated with lots of plants everywhere. I’m so glad I found such a nice salon!

I went for my first visit to Total Image Salon & Day Spa with Macey. I was wanting a HUGE change with my hair. I showed Macey a picture and she did some magic! I cannot say enough how awesome she was! I will definitely be going to Macey for years to come!

I have been going to Kaley every 4 weeks for 7 years. My hair is healthy, beautiful and shiny because she ROCKS. The salon is like family!! Everyone is nice, professional and personable.Can’t imagine going anywhere else💙💙

I’m so glad I found Ashley to cut my hair. I’m always seen on time, and she gets me in and out the door in a reasonable amount of time! She knows what I like and what I don’t like, and makes good suggestions. She also has me using Aveda products, which are a great fit for my hair. Love her!

Highly recommend Total Image Salon!! I’ve been going there for over 8 years! All the people there are so kind and very talented! Kaley does my hair and she is great! I’ve also had massages, waxing, and makeup done there as well by others! Definitely check them out, you won’t regret it!

I got a massage with Makayla and it was heavenly! She was very respectful and this being my first time she said every move that she was going to make so it wasn’t a surprise. Would definitely recommend getting a massage here.

They fit my daughter in law in last minute for her bridal hair and makeup after we had issues with another salon we had booked. They did a great job. The bride looked beautiful!

The ladies here were amazing! They got me in on a fairly short notice and were able to do my nails, hair, and make-up for my wedding yesterday! They were super nice and even though I didnt know exactly what I wanted they pulled it off flawlessly!! I wish I would have had the stylist send me the pictures she took so I could post them here. I loved it all!

Very friendly and warm environment. Brock cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, and was able to frame it to compliment my facial shape. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Been going here for many years. Started off with Terri, but now I go to Destiny. Shes so talented, & very fun to talk with as well. She does great work. I always get compliments on my hair! Ive been to several other stylists when I cant get in to see Destiny & they are great too. Had deep-tissue massages here in the past & found it helpful for back issues. Enjoyed several great pedicures too. All the front desk staff are very sweet & personable. Great selection of terrific Aveda products at good prices (for Aveda). Price of services is less than other Aveda salons Ive gone to in the past. Highly recommend!

Went in for a manicure and a facial, after 6 weeks of chemo and radiation treatments. Relaxing facial, but the steam machine is in need of replacement. The manicure was exactly what was needed.

I received a gift card for an hour massage. Thank you Sophie and Ryan! Cassie was The Best Masseuse Ive ever been to. An hour massage felt like 1 1/2 hours. She was so thorough. Soothed every spot and spent more time on trouble areas. Wish I could see her every week. Thanks Cassie!

Katie is an absolute doll, my daughter and I both love her and refuse to see anyone else, shes the absolute sweetest and really knows her color.

Update: One of the owners went out of their way to have a conversation with me and explain the situation further. He also let me know that their receptionist will be reimbursed. All is well now that I understand better and appreciate this communication.Had a massage done, which was great. The issue was in the fact that I tried to use a gift card purchased a few years ago that was no longer valid. Worried this may happen, I had checked the website and facebook page ahead of time, with nothing about this on either. It was as I was standing there they said “Write that down, we need to post that somewhere” It was explained, after the fact that this was because when the new owners took over they decided no gift cards purchased before January of 2020 were going to be accepted, a month after mine was purchased. They were able to see the purchase date on the computer, they could have let it slide because there was only a month difference or offered me a discount or free something next time, but all I got (from who I assume was a manager) was “It’s out of my hands, I can’t call the owners to ask since they’re out of town.” The very sweet receptionist (Caris? Karis?) was insistent on paying for half out of her own pocket! I am very grateful for her.

Every experience here has been fabulous!! Color, wax, facial, massage, lash extensions etc! Professional service with friendly and on trend staff! Kaley and staff for the win!

Absolutely loved this place, just wish I would have found it years ago! Staff is very friendly and very informative as to the products theyre using and what they do! My stylist was amazing and will definitely be back! This will be my home salon in Ohio for sure and Im VERY picky on who touches my hair!

This salon got 5 stars for many reasons. Clean, All Aveda products, hair stylist young and older so style is available for all ages! The receptionist is amazingly kind, not to mention all the services they offer. The massage therapist is one of the best! You won’t regret a visit!You know it’s the place where the vibe is of calm, peace, and zen, and most of all love and care at class act level!

This place had amazing customer service. There was a booking mistake and I was booked on the wrong day. The manager was extremely helpful and made room for me. She could have said sorry we dont have time but she made it work. She could tell how busy I was and that I really needed that appointment. She didnt make it my problem to reschedule. I will definitely be back!

I love absolutely everything about this salon. Kaley is the best. I always love my cut and color and she is awesome with nail art. A massage by Cassie can’t be beat. All of the staff is professional and nice.

This salon might be great at hair, and they do a lovely salt scrub, hand massage and parafin dip, but it is not the best for regular polish. They dont dry each layer and simply said it would take a long time for the polish to dry. I dont get my nails done often enough to know that a long time is hours. I sat at the salon a good while then drove to the location of my daughters upcoming wedding reception where I ironed tablecloths and folded fabric napkins. My nails look like they were done about four days ago. The bride had to go to another salon and get hers totally redone.

Friendly, phenomenal staff. I really appreciate the quick response to my phone message; this shows that you guys truly care about your customers’ satisfaction.

My hair stylist is a professional, she is excellent at what she does. When I come out I have pride in how I look and always feel beautiful! Staff are very courteous and friendly and always helpful. The best that I have found.

I have been going to Total Image Salon for over 30 years, and utilize many of the services offered.. It is a friendly, relaxing, professional environment. We are lucky in our town to benefit from Terri’s vision to open an Aveda Spa with their wonderful services and products.

Kylee shaped/waxed and tinted my eyebrows last week and I am extremely happy with the results!

Worst eyebrow waxing. I did go once before and it was okay but this time they screwed up so bad and I would not even call it waxing as both of them were not identical and also had skin cuts so bad over the eye lid that it hurt opening the eyes

(Troy location)Dont ever get waxed here! Had a botched, horrible Brazilian wax experience recently done at this salon by a young and totally inexperienced aesthetician. They were rude and inconsiderate about the issue when I asked to speak to the manager. No alternative options were offered to me.
