Ok no robot here. Ive put in a few orders and they got here in two days. Then I had an issue with something and it was taken care of right away. The people are very nice. The prices are a little high for what I get which is the BREEZE but the customer service is worth a couple extra dollars. I will definitely keep ordering from here. I also believe theres a point system that can get you free stuff

This place used to be the best hands down. You have to drive out of your way to come here. Now I drive out of my way to avoid it.They had consistent buisnes of tone of 120ml of their mixed flavors.They cut down to premixed bottles of salt and freebase. Not only were the flavors cut by 85%, but the quality is atrocious. No way that is the same flavor mix you used before. Dont buy their brand liquid, it is awful.They have a great selection of coils and disposables. Normal prices, if you look it is cheaper elsewhere.I understand these are corporate decisions but it is basically a wild bills without tobacco.Thats fine for most. It just is not what it used to be.

Place my orders to ship to Iowa and they always ship it right away and they arrive within 2 days after purchasing! Great prices and great company! Will always buy from this shop!

Really good experience. Alex helped us, he was very helpful. He was on point with anything and everything we asked. He had really good suggestions and he was also very nice and polite. He even stayed at least 20 minutes past closing time to make sure everything was taken care of. He made sure that we knew how to use the new products we bought!! Donovan and Mark were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took additional time to explain differences between juices both pro and con. They do have a proprietary juice (house) on site and mix while watching.I went with their Michigans Finest and I am blown away at the flavor burst and smoothness. It makes for a very rewarding experience.The are located in a highly accessible stretch if Rochester Rd for either north or south bound traffic.Their rewards program is worth signing up with as it will most certainly add up to savings.I highly recommend them and will definitely be return customer!

Wow. Ive been to a lot of vape shops but this one was different. The employees just give off such a friendly and outgoing vibe that you dont get from many other vape shops around here. Valentino helped me find a grinder I actually appreciated and he even gave me a really good deal on it. He gave me a good deal on the bowl I got too. I thought it was worth leaving a review. Definitely check this shop out, the staff know what theyre talking about when it comes to smoke/vape supplies.

This location is the best vape shop Ive visited in Oakland, Genesee, & Macomb Counties hands down. They have a great selection of products, competitive prices, a great rewards program, and the best customer service. Donovan, Mark & Mike are real assets to this company; they are exceptionally friendly and professional, always greeting and welcoming me like an old friend. Theyve patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, showed me how to use new products, demod new products, made recommendations, etc. Just an all around great experience. I wont go to any other vape shop.

Do not recommend, go to any other smoke shop if you can. Sold me a defective item and when I told them about it for an exchange or refund they told me they can’t do either when they sold me an item that doesn’t work. I won’t be back ever and advise anybody else to go to any other smoke shop.

This is one of the best vape shops Ive been to! They are always willing to help and work very hard! They are always very friendly and joke around with you, they have tons of different kinds of juice, and they can even make different flavors for you.

I went to a vape shop on Rochester and south Blvd, and that one was really bad, so I decided to come to this vape shoppe on Rochester and big beaver, and I love it. One of the people who work here, Valentino, he is a great guy, he’s always willing to provide for his customers, and help them find whatever they need. The vape shoppe overall is a great vape shoppe that I would recommend to everyone. They have great devices, great prices, and great quality.

Great shop. Been coming here for years and they just newly renovated it which is a must see. Huge selection of liquids including in-house made juices. You can mix flavors, add menthol, or just get it by itself and that’s why this is the only shop I goto. Val gives great customer service. Best vape shop in town

All the employees are great, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when something goes wrong with their product. Had a faulty mod that stopped working the 2nd day and he replaced it despite the power being out in Troy, good thing I kept the receipt! I go to this store frequently now.

The vapor shoppe has many great house and premium juices, as well as a great staff that will mix up some flavors for you. The prices and rewards system are good and there are many mods to choose from. Definitely better than other vape shops around

The Flavors are immaculate. My favorite part about this particular vape shop is that you could try all the flavors before you purchase your exclusive favorite flavor of the week! They also allow you to mix up to two different flavors together in any size bottle. It is my favorite vape shop for many reasons, the employers are always nice and helpful... but the flavors are even sweeter!

The people here really know their stuff. They will hook you up with what you need. When I go here I dont feel like theyre trying to sell me something. Ive been to a few vape shops. I always return to this one. Best prices in town.

I am a veteran smoker and a true vaper. These guys are ligit, these knock off reviews that say another place on the bottom is some bs. I dont mind giving anyone bad reviews, but this place has GREAT service, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of vape products. I spent 400 in their and it was my first time in. Their prices compete with other stores, but if you are looking for a CHEAP vape store, this is not a CHEAP store, this is a high end, good prices wide variety vape shop. I dont mind paying more for something if the service was great. The Korean guy their was super friendly and that dark haired FOB guy was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right mod and coils. Much love!!

Love this place. Went in there didnt know a thing about vapes, but the friendly staff helped me find out which vape was best for me. Came back a few other times for the vape juice and they were always nice.

The Arctic Dolphin i purchased 2 WEEKS AGO literally BLEW UP! LAST NIGHT! I thought maybe its a operator error. NO The Vapor Shoppe sold me KNOCK OFF LG batteries they over heated and my mod exploded. and on top of that the kid sold me a 30 ml bottle of fluid that was supposed to be 3 mg and this fluid is at least 6mg it gets me light headed when NO other juice does that to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VAPE SHOP! i just spent 150$ here and 2 weeks later my mod blows up. THANK GOD i placed my mod inside a charging bag or i would probably have been seriously hurt. Just drive a mile up the road to MR. VAPOR

They let you try all of the flavors. They have them sitting out in display. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. They will also custom make any flavor you ask for as well as modify the intensity of vg or nicotine to your preference. Only vape shop I hit up.

If your looking to buy tanks and mods I would not come to this place. There costs are a little higher than other shops. I recently went in here to purchase a Sigelei Fuchai 213w and SmokT8 tank.First, the Mod i bought the Sigelei was floor model and was not made aware of this. The Smok T8 tank had a crack in the glass of an opened box. Lastly, was charged for Samsung batterys and received knock offs. Stay away from this place. Such a bad way to sped $200.
