My massage was amazing as always. When I went to check out front desk person was showing a possible new client the advantages of membership. She paused her speech to check me out. When they were charging me for something I should not be charged for she said she needed more time and went back to client to finish what she was doing. After several minutes I said I was leaving. Front desk attendant was rude. She chose to finish her chat to get someone to sign up before checking me out. I am a member. It is a long chat to sign up a client. They were obviously understaffed. Not sure I will continue to come back to this location. Super unprofessional

This is such an great Massage Envy. I receive my facials from Katherine. She is very knowledgeable and always does a phenomenal job. I leave there with my face feeling so soft and rejuvenated. Katherine’s facial have made such a positive difference over time. I recommend the facial services offered here at Massage Envy and I higher recommend Katherine’s services. 💕

Kiki is sweet funny and her laugh is contagious! Great service and relaxing facial clean glowing skin! I’ll be back to see her again.

I despise this place. I was talked into signing up for a membership, when I went to get a massage one day. The girl who promoted this membership, assured me that I could cancel anytime. This is not true. I have reached out by phone, no answer. I have emailed corporate 3 times, requesting immediate cancellation. They informed me they would inform the local location. It has been weeks and no word but they sure do keep trying to collect those fees.The practices here are predatory and misleading. They make it impossible to cancel the membership and they have an email address that is full and not accepting new mail. Im disgusted at how difficult this process has been and sick with anxiety due to the extreme life changing circumstance that have happened to me, and made worse from the monthly payments being taken from my account. This is not how to win customers at all.

Massage Envy is a calming and relaxing place, and thats because of Sam, the outstanding manager there. She really cares about making everyone feel rejuvenated and healthy. Everyone there was super nice, and they really listened to what I needed. Sam is great at leading her team, making sure theyre all focused on providing the best experience for customers. Going to Massage Envy isnt just about getting a massage for me; its about feeling recharged. Sam and her team know how to make sure every visit is awesome, no cap.

This Massage Envy always takes care of me. The front end staff is always polite and helpful, Angela always makes sure my appointments are scheduled. Joey M is a great massage therapist, he ensures that each session is tailored to my needs. I love to end every visit with an appointment with Katherine! She is a wonderful esthetician and ensure my skincare is on point. She helped me find the right products for me with the PCA skincare line and Im extremely happy with the results.

I had a great experience. I used the birthday gift card someone gave me. I wished they wouldve given me to cover the cost, which I feel was a little on the expensive side. I probably wont go back, not because of the treatment or service, but because I think they are a tad bit pricey

I love this location! Ive been to a handful of Massage Envys, but this one definitely has their operations down on LOCK. Theyre very efficient and are very open and willing to communicate. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. When I came in for my appointment, the manager even came out and introduced herself to me. Its a level of personalization that I had not experienced previously and amazingly refreshing. The massage therapists are all great, but it took me a while to find one I really clicked with. Once I did, I was head over heels. They have a solid referral program too! 10/10 would recommend.

Jessica does a good job. She got my leg feeling much better. She loosened it up and improved my gaite tremendancely. She knows how to relieve your aches and pains. She is an true professional. Takes her work very seriously.

I didn’t really care for the front desk woman. She was very awkward and very pushy with trying to get a sale. I got my massage by Espie and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m currently breastfeeding so certain positions or pressure can be painful so I let her know and she adjusted immediately. She also doesn’t get offended when you speak up about what you like or dislike, instead she thanks you and changes her ways. She was very sweet and I would pick her again if I return in the future.

Jay is amazing! Best deep tissue massage I’ve even had. I’ve never sought out a specific masseuse before, but I’ll be returning for Jay.

I became a member and booked two massages. The first was cancelled 15 minutes before I arrived. They said the therapist was vomiting. The second was cancelled 2 hours beforehand and they said the therapist was also sick. I asked to speak to the manager to cancel my membership, but she never called me. No way to run a business. Plus I can see that they manipulate the reviews in their favor and give a weak response without doing anything. They charge the client if they do not show up, but do nothing when they cancel which is frequent.Don’t go and don’t sign up.

Phoenix (spelling??) is so incredible!!!! That was an amazing massage and a lovely conversation. A kindred spirit! I would highly recommend a massage from Phoenix they are great at what they do and clearly care about their clients. I really appreciated that they explained what they were doing and gave recommendations for continued care as well. 10/10 ⭐️

I started coming to this massage envy over 5 years ago now due to convenience of their location. One of the therapists, Joseph M. Is really the only reason I continue to go even though it is not nearly as close as it previously was. He is amazing at deep tissue massages. Truly a gem to find there.

Jessica was awesome. She did exactly what I was expecting (not to hard, not to soft). Im looking forward to my next appointment in January. May I request Jessica again? I always seem to have a good experience at Massage Envy. Especially the Old Spanish Trail location. They are not considered my “home base”, but they always accommodate me. I have had massages and facials with a majority of their team. They have all been attentive to my needs, courteous, respectful and know when I just need some silence and they respect that as well. Yesterday I had my massage with Fe and she was beyond amazing!! Don’t get me wrong, like I said I have massages with many of their massage therapists and they are all awesome. Fe, just knew all the little things, she is very intuitive to the anatomy of the body. She knew I was a side sleeper, how I hunch over, etc. After leaving my session with her my body felt rejuvenated. Either way, I have had great experiences with Massage Envy on Old Spanish Trail and their staff.

I love the Old Spanish Trail location. I have found some great therapist here over the years. I’m been coming here for about 7-8 years. I look for specialized therapeutic massage and have had great experiences here. I will say that my recent experience with Joseph was great and will definitely be back to see him. Thx Joseph.

By no means was it horrible, but I felt the masseuse lacked in listening skills at the start of the massage. I was running late so I understand things were a little rushed because of me, but I felt the masseuse was more concerned about displaying knowledge than hearing what my main concerns were.Relaxing massage, just not one that alleviated my knots. However, I like a true deep tissue recuperative. Massage here focused on an array of methods such as cupping and lighter massage. I believe if masseuse would have listened a little better they would have understood I was hoping for something more deep tissue.

I know every therapist and every person has a different experience.... but all I can say is Angie (who is my go-to massage therapist) and Melissa (who did my facial) are hands down the best employees Ive ever had experiences with. Ive been going to massage envy for years and I can tell you, these two are cut from a different cloth. They are simply the best. But dont take my word for it, go try for yourself!

These were excellent professionals and were excellent in their work. I received two massages in the past month and they were awesome.This was my first time with a facial and it was refreshing.These are professional people and superior to many other branches which I have visited many ones throughout 7 states in the country! It Wasn’t very good nor relaxing… he didn’t warm up my muscles first ,he just went right in with deep tissue massage and when massage was complete I wasn’t given any water and I waited in waiting area for 5 minutes while the front desk girl and worker talked without any acknowledgment until I had to interrupt there conversation and wasn’t asked anything except “do you want to add a tip” It’s not something I want again ! very disappointed

Once I found the right therapist, every session has been great (took a few). Right pressure and muscle focus, plus matching vibes. Employees are always nice and welcoming.Sometimes the clinic/store is hard to reach via phone, keep trying.

Very friendly front office staff. My massage therapist Angie is the best one Ive seen here. She finds all my problem areas and her technique is superior. She does deep tissue work while at the same time giving you a relaxing massage. I highly recommend her.

Joseph is an EXCELLENT massage therapist!!! I like firm pressure but NOT deep tissue. He was able to adjust to the perfect pressure for me, hes friendly & makes you feel very comfortable. This was my 1st session with him. I will be reserving future sessions with him. I highly recommend him!!

I came in with pain and very limited range of motion in my neck. I left a different person! Myra gave me one of the best therapeutic massages I’ve ever had! She knew exactly what I needed to release the stress and tension in my upper body. Very professional, good communication, and strong hands! If you’re looking for a deep tissue experience that you will love, Myra is the one!

Myra was amazing! I had never had a massage before and so I was inexperienced as to what to expect. She was so sweet and explained everything to me as needed. She asked me about my migraines and suggested we focus on that while still doing a full body massage.I will definitely be going back!

Ive been going to this location for almost a year now. It is always a great experience. Im always greeted with a smile and the people behind the desk are so helpful. Espie, my therapist, is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, skillful, and professional. Whenever I have a specific area that needs attention, she zeros in on the exact way to treat it and I am pain free for days afterward. She also has a fun sense of humor!!

Angie was amazing!! The stretching session helped my neck and shoulder pain… I actually felt relief immediately. Angie explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.

We transferred here from another state and Massage Envy followed us! We like the discounts here. This works especially if you need services more than four times a year. The prices here are $5 cheaper than where we were from and the therapists are great! Myra is wonderful if you need deep tissue work. The receptionists are very friendly and the manager is very accommodating. He submitted the exit form upon my request to my former Massage Envy location. Less work for me!

Amelia has been the very best message therapist I have ever had the privilege to meet. I dont ever want anyone else but this person to work one me. She really is a wonderful therapist I hurt all the time but was surprised to find that after this session I was not feeling any pain for a day and a half. Being pain free means the world to me.

This was a great experience! I normally feel nervous for these kinds of things because of my body type, but Amelia made me feel very comfortable! I was very happy to have her as my therapist. I would highly recommend her/them in the future!

I was please with Myra. She was knowledgeable and professional. I however will never return to Massage Envy. The price listed online is only for your first visit. After that they try to rope you into a one year contract just to get the price you started with. From $65 to $105 for an hour. BTW it’s not an hour. It was 50 minutes. There are many great therapists all over Tucson who provide a full hour and better service in the $60 to $75 range. I went here only because they had an opening. Never again. I was in a lot of pain. But, I would rather go without than to do businesses with anyone with such shady practices.

Service was amazing. Massage was amazing. My therapist Noella listened to concerns of pain in my body and worked great in those areas with deep pressure that I like. I will be going back monthly.Only 4 stars because its not enjoyable getting a massage while wearing a mask!!

Ching was awesome! I told her about a problem area, and she was sure to work on it specifically throughout the massage. Her technique was different than I have experienced from past massages, and I was pleasantly surprised. I will ask for her in the future as one of my favorites.

Went to Massage Envy for help with recovery from shoulder surgery. I was assigned a therapist, Alexandra. She is wonderful. She has helped with pain reduction and increased range of motion in my shoulder and neck ! I would whole heartedly recommend Alexandra !! I overall have found this Massage Envy to be very clean with a professional and friendly staff !!

I have had a couple of massages with this therapist, probably 18 months or so ago. They were fine as I recall. This one, however, was just okay, at best. It seemed rushed in part, I suppose, because her tablet wasnt working and it seemed unclear when the massage started despite the clock in the room. I know i wasnt greeted until after 3:50 and theres always the several minutes of discussion then the period during which the therapist leaves while one gets on the table. Siobhan seemed distracted and the massage lacked a sense of flow. I was distracted by how disappointed I was bu the massage as it was happening. Should I say something? Probaby, but its awkward. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and imagine she was frazzled by taking on my originally scheduled therapists clients. Note: I have had several occasions when my arranged therapist cant work. Is there something going on at the workplace that might explain the seemingly unusual number of rescheduled massages?In short, I was frustrated by my recent session.

The worst massage I have ever had. My wife has had good results with them. However, I had problems putting my shoes on while getting dressed after the massage. Upon leaving the massage room I noticed I was stiffer than when I arrived. So much for a relaxing massage! What a waste of money! I was willing to accept another massage, as stated by the person on the phone, Maybe someone else would fits your needs better, but it was not a replacement but additional charge. Thank you but NO THANKS. Dont you just love throwing your hard earned money away? Will not be returning!!!

Had a massage with Jody or Jimmy according to the text after the appointment and it was probably the best massage Ive ever had. Definitely got knots out in places I didnt know there was any! Would recommend and request again!

Wonderful staff and talented therapist. I love how you can ask for specific things in regards to the type of therapist or bodywork your looking for. Ive been recieving service here for about 7 years and have yet to be disappointed. For those who have never received a massage, remember to not be afraid to speak up about anything. You wont hurt the therapist feelings, they are there to help in anyway possible. And if you ever feel disappointed, let the front desk know so they can rectify the situation.

I paid for a full 60 minute massage. The massage started at 5:47pm and ended at 6:24 Im not great at math but thats only 37 minutes out of the full 60 minutes I paid and tipped for. Very disappointing.

I’ve had massages before but this was my first time ever going back to the same masseuse. Jessica is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her!!

Siobhan was my therapist- she did a really great job addressing the issues I was having with my back. She checked in often on whether or not the pressure was okay for me. She did a great job getting knots out of my muscles by applying even pressure without making my muscles spasm or making me want to cry. The only complaint I have is that the practice needs to allow more time between clients so that we can get a full 60 minute massage and for the LMT not to have to rush to get to their next client. If its a 60 minute massage the client should arrive 10-15 minutes early to discuss concerns for the session and not cut into therapy time- if not they miss out on their time. I did arrive 15 minutes early and felt a bit shorted, again nothing against the therapist because Siobhan was amazing, this just seems to be common practice at massage envy. I will be back and hopefully able to enjoy a full 60 minute massage. I recommend you try them out- especially with all the stress this pandemic can bring. Unwinding and me time is a must. They also offer facials and have obagi products which can be found in many dermatologists and estheticians offices.

After a day in the classroom, nothing beats a relaxing massage at Massage Envy! Always greeted with a smile at the front desk, (you can tell even when masks are worn) and each room is always neat and clean. And Jazzell does such an awesome job of applying the right amount of pressure to the areas that need them the most. I wish I could go everyday!

Joseph is amazing!!He listens to what I need and really is able to help me with therapeutic massage work. He makes sure he provides just the right pressure needed by asking me throughout the service. I always get the 90 minute service to make sure he has enough time to work on the areas I need help with. I can feel that he cares about what he is doing and he genuinely wants to help his customers.In fact I drive the 250 mi round trip every week just to go to this location on 22nd Street and just to see Joseph.I enjoy having a conversation while I am receiving the massage and he is willing to talk with me instead of just work in silence.I have severe anxiety going in public places since getting covid and losing my husband to covid and the whole team has made me feel comfortable and they understand my anxiety and help me through it when I visit. If I am worked up or on the verge of an attack they are calm and reassuring and patient with me.The whole facility is always very clean and they take covid safety seriously which is very important to me.My husband was a therapeutic massage therapist as well and Josephs technique is almost identical to his.Joseph is very professional and caring and I would1 billion% recommend him to anyone. I feel comfortable and in good hands with him. I would also recommend anybody thats having lower back issues or leg issues have a therapeutic massage done and have work done on your glutes and your hips its helped me greatly in the in the past couple weeks and again Joseph is top of the line when it comes to that!!I would recommend getting a membership if you are going to get frequent work done its a great value.Thank you to the entire team at Massage Envy on 22nd St. In Tucson, AZ!!!

My massage therapist, Fe, was amazing! I actually had an appointment but Fe covered for the other person. Fe has magic hands and helped to ease the tension that other massage therapists werent able to do. I will be booking with her again.

Never do business with Massage Envy!I signed a 12 month contract in December 2017. $55 a month for a massage, with massages being transferable to anyone for an additional $10 a month, and unused massages being held in your account until you use them.After 12 month it becomes a month to month transaction with no contract.I changed my credit card number in May, 5 months after my contract expired. At that point I had 9 massages saved up. I had every intention of using them, with a plan to use half for myself and transfer half to my adult son. They no longer allow you to transfer more than one massage to an individual every 6 months. Thats $495 theyve collected for massages I havent received and that they refuse to give me the massages, even for my own personal use, and even though theyre paid for.I tried to schedule my massages in August. They wont allow me to use the massages Ive paid for unless I purchase June and July massages. They wont allow me to transfer massages to my son until I purchase June and July massages. They wont allow me to cancel my account until I purchase June and July massages, so I have another $55 a month accruing, and I have been informed that if I dont pay for the massages theyll report it to the credit bureau as an unpaid debt, ruin my credit, and take me to collections. I requested to speak to the manager weeks ago (all the rule changes were explained as new manager enforcing policies that were not previously enforced). The manager wouldnt speak to me. I was told shed call me; but she did not. I told them to stop trying to charge my debit card. They just tried again yesterday and sent me a text saying my payment failed.I informed them weeks ago that I would post the problem on social media if they failed to correct the problem. They have continued to fail to correct the problem. Every few days they make another attempt to steal money from my bank account in spite of the fact Ive told them not to attempt to take any more money and to close my account.

Absolutely appalling. I had a membership for about 2 years - opened one up in Northridge, CA and had wonderful experiences there. When I moved to Tucson I began going to the Old Spanish Trail location and seeing Jose who did a wonderful deep tissue massage once a month for me. I let my massages accumulate for a few months as my life got really hectic, then I made an appointment during finals week when I was 10 weeks pregnant. I didnt get to see Jose, but informed the man who was my MT that evening that I was expecting and it was uncomfortable to lie flat on my stomach. He told me to position myself in whatever way I like, so I was half on my side with one of my knees up during the entirety of the session. Two months later I came back for another appointment and at this time my bump was beginning to show. The woman at the front desk asked if I was pregnant and when I told her yes, she informed me that I would not be able to get my massage. I asked why not, seeing as I had previously been massaged by so-and-so, and she told me they didnt have any prenatal therapists on hand and that the man who had massaged me last time was not a prenatal therapist either. WHAT?! As a first time mom, I had no idea that it was a risk to get massaged by someone who wasnt licensed and trained in that area - let alone the fact that massage at such an early stage of pregnancy can cause miscarriage. So not only did I drive 45 minutes out of my way to be told that someone in their company had endangered my unborn baby, but the free sugar scrub coupon I acquired from being such a loyal customer and purchasing $150 in gift certificates for friends and family over the holidays expired a few days later and I was offered no type of compensation or even an apology. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Joseph was excellent. He explained how the massage in the hip and lower back responds. He is quite knowledgeable in the medical and scientific aspects of massage therapy. He has a friendly personality. I will see him again.

My therapist Victoria was amazing!

Angelica was more like a physical therapist than a massage Therapist. She listened and understood my lower body issues and gave me exercises to do between sessions. My range of motion was greatly increased and it opened my eyes to the benefits of routine massage therapy.

Myra is an awesome therapist! Shes attentive, responsive, polite and funny. Ill be back next month and will definitely insist on her being my therapist.

I have searched unsuccessfully for two years to find a massage therapist who could meet the standard set by a previous masseuse. My search is over. Joseph was wonderful! My back hasnt felt this good in months. I will be back.

I came 15 min. early to fill out a lot of forms which seemed only a way to keep me there longer to be up sold on their products. I was given a gift card and felt the giver had paid for services I did not receive. I was given a 1 hour massage which took only 35 min. do to constant selling prior to the so-so massage. Then I had a facial which was another hour of CONSTANT talking by the technician who went on and on about costumer testimonials as well as her entire personal and family history and more selling of products. When it came time to leave, the really hard sell began and I was double teamed to join a monthly membership and, of course, buy more products. I was totally stressed by the experience and will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Resa is amazing! She pays attention to what is going on to my muscles and focuses on improving my problem areas. She always adjust pressure to make me feel comfortable. Ive seen many massage therapist at different locations and shes in the topof my list.

Joseph at the Old Spanish Trail location is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Massage for relaxation or for specific therapeutic relief he listens and understands. Try him out if you haven’t found the right massage therapist fit for you!

I had a very good massage with Angie. She found some muscle trouble spots, that I forgot to mention to her, and worked out the tension that caused them. I also appreciated the conversation we had. Would ask for her again.

I see Jeffery at Massage Envy, he is amazing! He is able to find knots in my muscles and work the out. I always feel so much better after seeing Jeffery.

I love that I can utilize my membership at any location. I am very pleased with each Massage Therapist I have encountered. Routine massages help reduce the severe symptoms of chronic pain I deal with. I am grateful to have a membership at Massage Envy.

Ive been a member since 2011- since theyve opened at the Old Spanish Trail location. In the last 5 months, my appointments have had to be rescheduled 4 times. They dont care. However, I know there are other places. Dont spend your money here. When I called to complain, there wasnt a manager to speak with, and wouldnt be for 2 days. (Its a Friday, no one to speak to until Sunday) I am off to look for a new therapist! No recommendations here

Marci is a GEM! She’s a very knowledgeable in skin care and what products you may need. Never pushy, super friendly. If she leaves I will cancel my membership.

I am a member at a Massage Envy in MD where I have always had great experiences at. I drove an hour away to get a massage at this location for 90 minutes. I was desperate, & my back was in agony. I explain to the massage therapist my back was in ridiculous pain, & wanted to spend at least an hour of my massage just on my back. She said she wanted to start me laying face up then would get my back. She poked & stretched my arms around for an HOUR. There was no ACTUAL massaging going on—Just Light poking around under my armpit & my chest. OVER AN HOUR!!! Then finally with 20 minutes left, she had me lay on my stomach to get my back. What did she do? Have my do Superman exercises when it hurt to lift my arm up that way while she just put pressure on my back. I expressed my unhappiness & pain with doing this. She did not rub my back or massage anything. I just got laid on or poked & had my arms or legs stretched out —none of which I wanted & I can do WAY more affectively by myself! So, now I’m still in pain—if not worse. I lost 4 hours out of my day between the drive & the waste of a 90 minutes where absolutely NOTHING was accomplished. The people at the desk were very nice, & expressed their concern for how badly they felt about my LACK of massage. They offered to give me some break in price, but it still came to $70+ in the end & a complete waste of my VERY precious time I could have been doing so much else with. As a member of Massage Envy, I was so extremely disappointed. I just wanted to relax after having one of the most stressful weeks of my life. Instead, I was uncomfortable, in pain, more stressed, & completely unsatisfied. HOW do you waste that much time doing nothing? My legs nor feet were even touched keep in mind. I got better massages & more work done on more areas of my body in 45 minutes by other massage therapists. Horrible! Worst “massage” of my life—mainly because it wasn’t a massage at all. It wasn’t relaxing in the least, nor did it feel good to be poked, stretched, & forced to do exercises while in pain! They’re only getting 2 stars because the staff was so amazing.

Anastasia listened to my reason for coming in and really made sure to take care of the problem. I’ve always had great experiences with all of the staff at Massage Envy. I cannot say the same of other companies.

Ive been seeing Joseph for over a year now and he is always receptive to my needs and is very personable and give great advice on how to reduce injury to my joints or muscles at home!

I absolutely love this location. Ive been to alot of them throughout the country but this place takes the cake. My therapist was Myra, I had her for 90 mins. And she had the right pressure always and great conversation. I have favorites this location for when I make my way back.

I love this Massage Envy! The front office staff is helpful and super personable. Jenn is my regular therapist, and she is great! I have been going here for the last year, and recommend it to others.

Normally I love coming to this Massage Envy location but my experience was sub par this time.The masseuse didn’t listen to me when I asked for pressure change and the receptionists were not very friendly this time. I felt I waisted my money.

First and foremost, for those complaining they didnt receive a full hour massage, that is standard procedure with all massages - anywhere you go; for 1 reason alone: it takes most people an average of 7-10 minutes to undress and redress, and the staff needs time to change the sheets, etc between appts. Thus, each appt would bump the next appt later by 10 minutes each hour all day which equates to major time and money lost. Frustrating, but thats the way massages are, again, anywhere you go. The reviews stating all the complaints almost cost me precious time while Im here visiting my dad from out of state, causing me to travel far out of my way to one of the other locations. However, I took the leap of faith and am glad I did. Ruth and Chealzy (forgive me if misspelled) were very friendly and helpful, and when I arrived I was able to observe multiple staff from receptionists to therapists - ALL WERE FRIENDLY. Perhaps staffing has changed since the derogatory reviews here. I saw Jose, and he was amazing for deep tissue. The only problem is that I had been in extreme discomfort over New Years, while they were closed, so I desperately needed to get in ASAP and he was only available for 1 hour. I usually have a 2 hour session with my therapist at home, and yes, at Massage Envy there. I honestly dont see how anyone can only do 1 hour massages, as 1 1/2 hours are the absolute minimum needed to include a full body massage and do the entire body justice. I will go back to this location any time Im in town.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for approximately 10 years. Since moving to Tucson, I have made 5-6 attempts to transfer my membership here, to no avail. I wanted to add my boyfriend to my account as a gift to him, and was told my home clinic was still in Pennsylvania, and I would have to go there to add him at my current membership rate. So much for loyalty to long-time customers... Not happy!

Allie is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and took her time to work every muscle that I was having pain in. This was my first session with her and Ill definitely book with her again in the future.

Recently Ive been having a lot of back pain and discomfort due to my pregnancy. I was scheduled for a pre-natal massage with Drea and from the initial scheduling to the final goodbye, the staff and therapists were so friendly and helpful. The massage was everything I needed, and Drea gave me some additional tips on how to keep my comfort level at ease during pregnancy while sleeping. I have additional massages scheduled and cant wait for my next one!

Marci is my esthetician. She is always cheerful. Communicates well and professional. She is passionate about the products and providing good service to her clients.

I have had sessons with a few masseurs. Joseph is awesome! He concentrates on my pain points and communicates thru out the 90 minutes! He is the best!

Not a senior friendly place. They pressured my friend into buying a membership she couldn’t afford. As a senior advocate, this is a big “no-no”.

This was my very first massage and Qing was amazing. She made me feel very at ease and made sure to check in enough so that I was comfortable.

Would not recommend. Manager not friendly at all. I was overcharged for a service and the manager would not refund the overage. They just want you to sign up for a membership. They are relentless.

Love to come to this location especially for facials. I highly recommend Maggie as an experienced esthetician. Very excited to hear they have added eyebrow waxing to their menu... cant wait to try.

This was my second appointment with Jeffrey at the Old Spanish Trail location. He is able to find the tender spots and knots and then move your body, so that you dont feel them as he works them out.

Do Not Go here. I went for my first massage ever last February. I was going to school full time and a stay at home mother to two children. Add to that my husband was deployed and you can see that time and my life was very stressful. I thought a good massage was just the thing to lift my spirts. After filling out a ton of paperwork I received a ok massage. I dont have a lot of reference but I really did not get the releif I was looking for. After I was done I went to pay my bill, the clerk said I missed some paperwork on my health forms then proceeded to pitch me on their membership. I said ok, Ill buy a membership. Months later when my debit card changed I got a bill in the mail for $352 and I didnt understand why. When I called to clear it up I was informed I was being charged $44 a month for services I never wanted and was tricked into signing up for. When I asked to speak with a manager the clerk said she would have to call me back. The next day I recieved an automated message to call the salon. What kind of buisness uses a machine to call back a customer with a problem? I was then told by the mannager that thankfully I did not have to pay the full ballance just the payments I missed. I told her I didn not want the program, never used any of the free massages and had been tricked into buying in. Her response is thats too bad but its our company policy. I said fine then I wish to cancel my contract. I was told I cant do that untill my contract is up after a year. Then I said put down a note that I want it canceled at the year and she said I cannot do that either. This company has scammed me out of over $500 this year, refeused to help, and had the rudest customer service, I have ever delt with. As a previous retail mannager I would fire this woman for her poor customer service skills! To think, I thought I was trying to treat myself and ended up paying in the end.
