I was ready to book another massage while having this one! I had back & shoulder pain & I felt so much better afterwards. She asked how much pressure I liked & it was perfect.The front staff were polite & helpful. Overall, the lobby and massage rooms were clean. Will come again! 😊❤🙌

Today I had a massage & facial for the first time in my life and it was wonderful. Linda is a great massage therapist. Theresa did my facial and she was also great. I left feeling very relaxed and my skin is glowing. They have a wonderful line of organic skin care products that I’m going to start using regularly. Would recommend Rubs at Houghton when you want to be pampered.

Everyone who works here is always super nice. They also know their staff and who can accommodate individuals injuries. After two neck surgeries, they recommended someone who could help me out.

This location is absolutely wonderful! Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. My daughter absolutely enjoyed her facial. Which was complementary from the CEO/COO after a really bad experience at another location. They truly care about their customers and do make it a wonderful spa day!! Thank you so very much!!!

I have been going to Rita Ranch Rubs for many years now. If you haven’t gone in a while, check them out again. They have really stepped up their game. I’ve seen several therapists recently, and every one of them was a wow experience. The front desk staff is incredibly professional and helpful. The muscle melt option is a game changer for aches and pains. Can’t wait to go again.

I tore my intercostal muscle twice a year ago and my doctor recommended massage therapy. I was scared it would hurt but Jessica relieved so much tension and pain I have been dealing with! After one 50 minute massage I’ve regained so much more range of motion without cramping up or worrying about tears!!! She has magical hands, I told her she has the hands of angel as a joke but in all seriousness my body released itself of so much physical/emotional trauma because of her. Had to sign up for the membership when the massage was over because the benefits showed itself. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Jessica and the Rubs team!

There arent enough words in the English language to describe the quality of people they hire. Ive never had a bad experience here but once in 5 years. Theyre all so kind and they listen to whats really hurting and then they follow through!

Always prompt, professional with making appointments and following up. They have a variety of massage therapists to fit my requests.

Every massage Ive had here has been great. The office staff is so nice and helpful and I like that there are weekly/monthly specials.

I have had Vivian a couples times for massages and she is amazing! I just love coming here, it’s so relaxing and has reasonable prices. The front desk staff are always so nice and helpful. I will come back time and time again!

Updated review:I am still visiting Cheyenne for my massages and she is still off the charts amazing... but this updated review is for the facial I just got a couple of weeks ago.WOW. I had totally forgotten how amazing facials were. She used Eminence products on me that smelled fabulous and made my skin feel hydrated and fantastic. She also does an upper body massage (arms/shoulders) that felt wonderful. I will be a repeat customer in the facial arena.___________________________________________________Love this Rubs. The location is nice, very contemporary and well decorated. The staff at the front reception area is always super nice and welcoming. The little waiting room is comfortable, smells great and has a tranquil vibe to it.I have been coming in here on and off for a number of years and while some of the massage therapists cycle in/out ... I have never had a bad massage here, particularly for the price.The rooms are very comfortable, clean and relaxing with some nice zen music playing.I do recommend this location, and Rubs. If you just are looking for a relaxation massage save ten bucks and get the classic massage vs. the signature massage. The difference is that the signature massage therapists apparently have more experience and time in which is great if you have problem areas but I dont and have been happy with both types.

I go here regularly for couples massages with my husband. The therapists are always very professional and great communicators with checking in about the pressure. They also debrief with you after regarding anything they found such as increased tension in varying areas and what you can do to combat that day to day. Facility is always clean and front desk staff is friendly. Love this little oasis!

As an anniversary gift we got Our first time ever couples massage... while our massages were good and the massage therapists were sweet, (which is why I gave more than 1 star) but customer service front desk WAS NOT! The receptionist was not friendly, not welcoming and tbh not really professional in my opinion. Me and my husband arent the wealthiest looking I guess, but common we arent looking like bums! We didnt think we would get the judgy looks like we did. We werent dressed in rags, we know how to dress! We just dont seem to have the same style that fits their Rita Ranch style apparently. We tried to shrug it off after our check in but our check out and paying process was awkward and weird. We had a mid aged woman at check in and mid age guy at check out, although the girl was still up there. I hope they read this and understand you are the reason we will go somewhere else next time, and not recommend this specific place. Never judge a book by its cover because we were definitely trying it out, so we can find a place and get massages more often.

If you are pregnant dont try to go here. I was sent away once and almost a second time. Manager did comp the massage, but massage therapist wasnt told I was pregnant and the massage was awkward- like she didnt really want to work on me. Staff was courteous, but the visit left me feeling like I didnt want to go back.

Jessica is the massage therapist I see. Shes awesome and I would highly recommend her especially if you want deep tissue massage. The prices for massage are very reasonable as compared to other massage studios in Tucson.

My massage therapist, Heather, was amazing! She was patient, rhythmic, spiritual, calming and listens to what you need. She addressed all of my concerns - and then some! She used hot towels on my tight areas before massaging me. I left there feeling relaxed, relieved and in much less pain than when I arrived.My best friend had a massage from Jeff and felt that it was not great. She said his hands were very shaky and his arms were very hairy, which he used to massage her.

Great massages. Friendly staff. Slightly more expensive than other spots around town, but the quality is better. $10 cheaper per hour and its five stars for me. Couples massages are great as well... I wish 4.5 stars was an option.

Truly depends on who you get as to whether you will have a good experience or a great one. Front office staff will try and match you up with a masseuse depending on how much pressure you like. I recommend Annette for sure, very experienced and lots of different techniques depending on what you need.

I have been coming to Rubs for over 20 years. Staff is great, the therapists are all good and you have to keep in mind that depending on how you like your body worked on, thats how you find the person for you. If you dont like one massage, get another with a different person cuz maybe their technique is different.

These ladies so far have been very hospitable, professional and welcoming. My home site is closer but I travel here for personal reasons. Amanda gives amazing healing massages. Thank you.

An amazing massage with Annette who already knew just the right amount of pressure to apply to my muscles ! I would certainly recommend this facility for hill climbers and hikers. Lovely experience 💙

Rachel gives excellent deep tissue massages! I work a lot on my feet and sometimes I have extended periods at a desk that throws my back all out of wack. But I have never left this rubs being unsatisfied. Will be back often.

I was there for my bday the other day and I had made an appointment for their ONE HOUR FACIAL ONE HOUR MASSAGE and THIRTY MINUTE MINT FOOT SCRUB special. I got there on time (430) for my appointment but I didnt really start till 448 so I should be done 718 but I was done by 650. 25 minutes less than I expected. The one who did me was nice and great but I think they need to make preparing the room for the next client affect the client time. They need to have time alotted for preparing so it doesnt eat up the time for the nest client. And they need to follow what their ad says. Im just disappointed that I finished 25 minutes earlier. I would go back but If the ad says 2.5 hours it should be done as its advertised.

I absolutely love Rubs is Rita Ranch! The Massage therapists are great! The reception staff always work very hard to accommodate you even same day appointments.
