Born and raised in Tucson. In my 54 years this was my first time actually booking a room. Spent plenty of time in the bar and dancing in the 80s and 90s though. Clean rooms awesome staff. Thanks so much. The whole experience was amazing. Will definitely recommend.

This is a classic old time hotel with a great vibe. Treat yourself to drinks at the bar and a wonderful meal. The restaurant food is outstanding. We had the ribs, pork schnitzel, and the gnocchi stuffed chicken. All were delicious.Afterwards, we shared the Basque Cheesecake and the Coconut Cream pie. Yummy! Our server, Keith, was excellent. He made great suggestions and was super accommodating. Service with a smile😊.We certainly recommend visiting the Hotel Congress.

This was my first experience actually renting a room here at The Congress. I frequented the bars and Cup Cafe when I lived here and it was always a good time. The rooms are old school but clean and depending on which days you stay it can be noisy or quiet. We were here Monday to Saturday and in a room that gave us access to the cactus garden. It was comfortable and quiet until we hit Friday night. We knew going in it was possibly going to be loud and Friday was loud indeed only because of the Playground Club across the street 😂 Just be aware of that. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was superb and helpful. Thank you for the experience. ‘I’ll be damned!’ 👍😎

I never left a Yelp review before but my terrible experience at Hotel Congress warrants it. I stayed here for years with touring bands that were playing Tucson. Friendly staff, great bar and restaurant, and cool bands always. The culture here has shifted. It’s a tourist trap now. Everyone I have encountered at the front desk has been straight up rude. There’s 5 people having drinks on the patio right now at 11pm, and the DJ is spinning crap hip hop with bass that is rattling the walls of our waaaay to expensive hotel room. DO NOT COME HERE. Save your money and spend it on some worthwhile culture and a hotel that cares about its guests.

Cool old hotel with different areas to spend a Friday night in. I have to say that the outdoor stage and patio have a DJ on Fridays that just ruins the vibe. There’s barely ever anyone out there because the music sucks. Could be such a great spot! Please get a new DJ, read the room. 90s r&b. Watch!

I decided to stay here at the last minute while attending a workshop in Tuscan. This is a very lively hotel in downtown Tuscan. I was concerned about the reviews complaining about the noise. Even the hotel employee warned me about the noise as I checked in. But honestly, it was not a problem at all. I enjoyed my stay and had a great night sleep. Although I was by myself, I enjoyed myself. There was a show going on and a concert, both quite entertaining.

Family was exited to eat at this place but we were rejected due to having drinks from Scented Leaf, we told the manager is ok to leave them at the lobby but he refused, you either drink it or you guys cant get in at the restaurant. Well I hope we can tried in the future again, now this time not carrying anything with us.

When they say you can pay more for quieter rooms, thats a lie. Stay here at your own risk, you will not get any sleep the entire time. Between the late night music and the loud people filtering down the hallways at all hours of the morning, sleep was 100% impossible. I wish I had never believed them when they said I could pay extra for the cactus garden rooms which were quieter. They took my money gladly and scammed me out of 2 nights of rest. Over the phone during booking, it was not made clear to me that my room would be loud regardless, and I mean LOUD. The person had me believing that I could get a quiet room. Just tell people if they want to sleep, go somewhere else. The lack of sleep made it impossible for me to enjoy my time in Tuscon or be rested enough to travel home. I had to find another hotel before I left just to get a few hours of sleep. Its especially bad for people with chronic illness who need rest. If you plan on some kind of meth-fueled no sleep bender, I am sure it would be a fun spot. Person who checked me in seemed like they wished no one had even booked a room. They sighed when they saw me like they were so tired of seeing guests enter (there was an event so a lot of guests to check in) asked if I had ever stayed here before, and when I said no, they sighed and said of course then proceeded to give me a run down of rules like I was being admitted to a correctional facility. I get it they were tired of doing their job on a busy day, but I was tired and excited to arrive and not happy that I was being treated as a huge inconvenience and a pest. The rest of the front desk people all weekend were very kind and accommodating.

The hotel is over 100 years old. I loved the decor throughout the hotel and the history of it. I was warned before arriving that it is a Loud Hotel as they stated in my reservation confirmation. And it was! The entertainment on the main floor. The first night that I was there anyway. I used ear plugs but didnt need them the second night. Very awesome building and surrounding area! They put people in the rooms along the back side of the hotel with the crazy loud DJ. The music throbs into the room via the window. I was in room 210. They know they have a problem. Why not get double-pane windows and discount those rooms? Or lower the volume or move the speakers away from the building. The music did not have to be that loud for the folks there. I dont even see that many people out there. With taxes, the small room with the small vintage full-sized bed (if you are over 59, you might find it short), was about $200. That buys more elsewhere. It is quieter IN the hallway and on the other side of the hotel.Unfortunately, the bathroom is too small to sleep in.I expected club noise and train and city street noise, which I heard right away and was fine with. I lived for 11 years in an old house with train tracks in my back yard. But when the DJ started at 10 pm on a Thursday night, it was SURREAL.I stayed here in the mid-1990s, and was looking forward to doing so again. But it is just too damn loud. And the front desk is reticent to move you. (Really? I know it is not full.) She called after me after I walked away after 15 minutes. I cant stand there and listen to her claims that all the rooms are just as noisy, when I walked around the halls and see that the other side just has usual city noise, not this DJ throb. I should have invited her to the room so she could see how crazy her comments sound. She said you will receive an email warning when you book online. (Really? How about a popup warning BEFORE you key in your credit card then?) But I was a walk-in, so there was no email.I was told there were cheaper rooms here at the hotel that are noisy---but I said Id take the regular priced quieter room. I now suspect the cheaper rooms are above the jazz club, which would have worked fine.I am blasting a white noise video on Youtube right now.I am shopping now for another room in town. There are two hotels nearby. They probably have double-pane windows. Im even wondering if I can put the seat down in my car. I am on a sleep deficit with a sinus cold threatening.

“What do you want?”“I’d like to check in.”“Of course you want to check in.”The desk clerk turns his back to me, says, “You’re gonna have to wait.” Picks up the phone and confirms, somewhat rudely, that he’ll book a room for the caller. These are not the gentle pleasantries of days past, when Al Perry ran the desk.So I wait. After awhile he gets back to me and explains a litany of dos and don’ts. Like how they could lose their liquor license if I do something stupid, and nobody wants that. I get it, people come here to party. They are young and need scolding. Yet I’m almost 60 and came to enjoy the history, the downtown vibe and memories of when my friends made this place cool. When he’s almost done checking me in, a group of people arrive and the admonitions start all over, louder this time. I ask to get my key and get shushed.I’ve stayed overnight at Hotel Congress throughout the decades, even back when it was godawful hot (swamp cooling). Things were pretty great, until now. Something seems terribly wrong.Words of advice, to the Hotel and Tucson as a whole:Don’t let what happened to Portland happen to you.Tattoos don’t make you hip.Vintage does not make you hip.Kindness is cool.

The temp bars are now permanent as are the food trucks. They dont seem to promote hocho concerts because they are full without the extra advertising. Coco Montoya, Reverend Horton Heat, all great. As a person who has been coming here for 20-years, there’s been an unfortunate rapid decline in customer service skills relating to the staff and management. If you really pay attention to the details, it’s not hard to figure out through observation that employees just aren’t as happy as they used to be, which reflects upon the overall customer experience of this once amazing establishment. Packed bars with one visibly stressed out bartender trying to make it, unkind security, poor business processes, and management who just don’t care about making what’s right right are just a few of the unfortunate knocks we’ve noticed. My husband and I are crushed….we don’t really want to go back, even after having so many wonderful memories there. I hope they can get it together again one day, because HC is a really cool, eclectic historical Tucson experience. The music is wonderful!! Smh.

Firstly, the parking is rough, with the lot being a bit of a hike, and parking meters scarce or out of order, a valet would be nice. The only positive about the room is that it was clean. Didnt get much sleep, with the street noise and bars below, and there is no TV or coffee maker in-room. The TV in the communal lounge was not working. There is no elevator so you will have to get dressed and run up and down the stairs for your first cup of coffee. Is this to evoke charm from a bygone era or cost-cutting of basic modern amenities? I think the latter. The interior design is beautiful but Id rather admire it and find somewhere else to sleep.

I would give this place a 5 star if there wasn’t loud techno music until 1:47am. I took this video to show how loud it was. We were warned by the kind gentleman at the desk, but we brushed it off because I thought my heavy duty earplugs would help. He told us it would be loud until 2:00am, so on a Thursday night they cut it short. What dropped it down a star is the person playing techno had a song at 1:40am with a ton of b-words and the n-word. It was our anniversary, and I looked at switching hotels at 1:15am, but decided to stick it out. The service is great! The people are really nice. The full size bed is small, but a 3.5/5 for comfort. I wouldn’t stay here again only because of the late music. I’m surprised they play so late given there was only less than 20 people outside. I would think the money they get from it from 12-2am isn’t worth not having a full hotel. We were thinking about staying two night, but we will checkout tomorrow. Great service, clean, and friendly people.

Its night 1 of 8 and I already feel compelled to leave a review to keep people aware of what they are signing up for with the Hotel Congress.First, Ill be fair and give kudos where they are due. Hotel Congress is a time capsule with an incredible aesthetic that kind of captivates the mind the moment you see the big neon sign. I love the overall vibe of the hotel and the spirit it exudes. That said, there are a litany of problems that make this a difficult stay for people who might be traveling for work or prioritize rest and relaxation when they travel.1. The noise level is absolutely unreasonable. Im not talking about the clubs across the street and down the block -- thats to be expected in a college town and if you came to Tucson expecting an experience equivalent to a retirement facility, thats on you. However, the venues in the Hotel Congress play music that is ENTIRELY too loud. I stayed in room 235 and directly under me there was, no lie or exaggeration, a live heavy metal concert going on. I can deal with street noise and music from adjacent clubs and bars...but having a heavy metal concert in a building where people are staying the night? Absolutely ridiculous. The desk person will warn you about this (while telling you they wont refund you for the noise), but they downplay how loud it actually gets. I had a friend call me during the show that was being played below my room and I had to call him back because he couldnt hear me and I couldnt hear him.2. They walk this weird line of modernity and historic and pick and choose what suits them depending upon the customer complaint. There are only 3 electrical outlets in my room equipped with two 120-volt plugs each. Of those 6 plugs, 3 of them are already taken up by furniture and lighting in the room. When I took this up with them and asked if they had a power strip I could use to charge my camera equipment for my work the next day, they informed me that the building is a historic structure and therefore could not be modified electrically to add more plugs. Thats funny to me coming from a hotel that also claims they are a high-noise environment and provide that warning to keep any requests for a refund at bay all while hosting a metal concert...in a historic building.3. The bathroom is a nightmare and not in the fun spooky way. The shower head is mounted for somebody who is under 55 and the water pressure is abysmal. Additionally, there is very little space in the bathroom. I dont actually put that on the hotel itself because, again, I understand its a historic site...but come on. We cant have our cake and eat it too.4. Finally, there is no television in the room. Not a huge minus because I have a tablet and a laptop to keep me entertained, but on top of all of the other shortcomings, this was kind of just a cherry on top of the bullshit sundae. If you are planning a trip to Tucson anytime soon and you value sleep and relaxation, skip the Hotel Congress. This place is a shitshow of hypocrisy and unnecessary volume. In reality Hotel Congress should just stop renting rooms out. All theyre doing at this point is pissing people off as they spend money for an experience that leaves you disappointed and extremely tired from a lack of quality sleep.P.S. - Your in-room snack prices are bullshit too.

Called to make a hotel reservation and the girl on the phone was very rude.I asked about a package they were advertising and she knew less about it than I did saying she didn’t know if they had any events left when the last one is this weekend. She then said they are pretty booked so it depends what days I want to stay over - gave her my dates (tomorrow for 1 night). She then said it depends on what type of room I want since they have very limited availability but then listed multiple types of room available.I said I’d like to book it and she told me they’re busy right now so she can’t help me and I could either wait on hold or call later. I was on my lunch break so I said I’d wait and she sounded frustrated saying it could be over 20 minutes which I said was fine since again - I’m on my lunch break and might not be able to call later. After a couple of minutes of waiting she came back, again with a very rude tone, saying I can’t stay on hold because I’m blocking their phone line and that she’d take my name and call back later. It really seems like they don’t want me to book with them since every step of the way she presented me with some sort of obstacle. She was rude and impatient with every response. I understand if it’s busy, I’ve worked in customer service and know how it can get, but for someone whose job is hospitality her tone was unacceptable. There was a nice way to handle that and she chose to be rude. How would I have known that you don’t have a phone system that can handle multiple calls? Or even that the extension provided to make a hotel reservation goes to someone who has other responsibilities?I really wanted to stay here, but I’m going to look at other options now. So disappointing.

Most of the noise in our room to come from the bar across the street, not from the hotels bar. Still, the location is great. The vibe is fun. The restaurant is excellent

Out of all the nightclubs around, this is one of my favorite ones. Theres no charge to get it anymore, there are two dance floors (one is inside and the other one is outside), two bathrooms, and they have three main bars. The issue is that each bar only has two bartenders so getting a drink can sometimes take a while depending on how busy they are. The music has a nice variety between dance floors, plenty of space to dance around without being too crowded, and overall this is a safe and fun place.

Nice and stinky, Tucson.Congress is awesome and cool, unless its summer.Lumpy sprung mattresses on creaky wobbly old frames. No AC. Nice window to open but it just directs all the outside sound inside with perfect compression. The old tap room is a splendid treasure. Too bad the jukebox is not operating. If yer lucky, you could get a room where Mae West or John Wayne or Merle Haggard or Glen Campbell slept. 8t will have a plaque.Besides being super creaky and claustrophobic, some of the hallways upstairs have ghosts {according to legend}.I believe one story has to do with a working lady being thrown out of an upstairs hallway window. The bathrooms are super cool art deco mosaic in classic subway checkerboard. The AM replica radio is a treasure. Phone just rings deskWatch out for those ghosts. And also... dont buy the acid the guy near the patio is trying to sell. Its obviously fake.Tucson is nice and strange. But old downtown smells like pee and is full of crufty wooks.Happy spring.❤️🍄🤖👽🌵🦧

Lovely historic hotel in downtown Tucson. We fined outside which was perfect on the day we visited. The silverware comes wrapped in cloth napkins, the food is served on nice plates and the waitstaff are well trained and personable. The food was delicious. We had breakfast foods and the small potatoes were super delicious. The only was filled with cheese, mushrooms and sausage. The only disappointing thing was the toast which was cold by the time it got to me. We enjoyed coconut cream pie after our main course and it was the second best that I have ever had in life. The crust was crunchy, filling was thick and creamy and the whipped cream was stiff and creamy. It was worth $8.

Then just when u thought you could fall asleep there was a ruckus in the hallway, drunks returning to their rooms at 2:30 a.m., knocking on our door, screaming, then u could hear one of them throwing up on the door and walls and rug of our room outside. Very nice to experience huh? There was no hotel security making sure everything was peaceful. When we told the front desk, her response was, “Oh, thank you for letting us know, with a nice smile! The second night, we stayed in a larger room on the side that is near the outdoor bar/music venue. I believe if there had been a performance going on, it would have been crazy loud when we were trying to sleep, but it was nice and quiet when we went.Being an older property, the bathrooms are older, and smaller than what most people may be used to in a hotel. They did seem to keep the place clean.Overall, Im gonna give it 3 stars, because I enjoy some quiet when Im trying to sleep. The staff, though, are excellent. Thats what initially sold us in staying. Everything about Hotel Congress is superb. Three of us stayed the night before Thanksgiving on our way from LA to El Paso. The historic nature of the hotel and the multitude of historic elements that are intact is astounding. From a cultural point of view, a huge thank you to the hoteliers for saving and maintaining this building. The lobby and public spaces are a feast for the eyes and the service found there was friendly and prompt. Great cocktails, great live music, and an overall great vibe with a variety of locals and tourists mixing and milling about. The rooms are purposefully bare, which is appreciated- no teddy bears and rocking chairs, just clean, classic vintage/antique pieces highlighted by luxurious bedding, chic window coverings, and one of the best historic bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel. Housekeeping does a great job; so great that I left them a tip- something I have possibly never done in my life. We were in one of the club rooms at the front of the hotel and you do hear music, vehicles, and people outside. Fortunately, we live in the present and we all have access to white noise applications on our phones, which we used to sleep without any trouble whatsoever. Watching the patrons spill out of the theater across the street was a highlight of the stay, if you enjoy people-watching.Check in and check out was seamless and fast. The entire hotel, including the restrooms in the public areas was spotlessly clean. The little brochure about the hotels history was appreciated. We enjoyed some fabulous restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We actually plan to ride the Amtrak out from LA and stay for a long weekend at the Hotel Congress to explore more of Tucson- its right across the street from the train depot.Very highly recommended, and again a huge thank you for preserving this building and her interior. It was great in 1919 and its great now!

The rooms are paid for up front and you are not able to get a refund unless you cancel before. On top of that there was a 150$ fee in order to get your keys for the stay and that was not mentioned on the website or pre booking. When they mention that it is very loud I was not expecting to hear the bar that was right below my room until 2:30 am. It sounded like the dj was in my room. Everything was vibrating and it was louder than I expected. So when booking pray you don’t get the room above the bar. It’s a great hotel if you plan on staying out late but my bf had a mma fight right across the street luckily he’s a heavy sleeper and it didn’t affect him. My friends room was quite compared to mine. When I came back in the night I was stopped by a lady who asked what room I was in and I had a few drinks so I stuttered as i was trying to remember saying my room number and she proceeded to tell me they don’t have any 200’s and I was literally baffled as my friends were also staying in another room couple numbers down from me and she let them in. I walked straight to the front desk gave my last name and grabbed my key. Being strict on a no outside drinks inside they should provide water. My bf had a gallon of water and she proceeded to say he can’t have it which I proceeded to explain that they should fill up their water dispenser as it was completely empty… she did not fill it up. For it being a historic hotel I wouldn’t imagine it to be a rave club itself.

A truly historic experience, good parts and bad. The noise wasnt even an issue for me, but even my expectations were surpassed because it was so loud. Its a good thing I like Bad Bunny! The main issue was how many issues that need addressing are overlooked because of history. Lack of outlets, lack of/inconsistent water pressure and temperature, dated lighting, etc. Maybe Im spoiled from traveling in Japan, where there are traditional hotels that are hundreds and sometimes even thousands of years old, yet still have modern amenities. A great place to stay in downtown Tucson. Its a historic hotel, so the rooms are pretty small and the shower pressure/temperature could be better, but you have to expect that for an older building. The club is great, so its a convenient place to party all night and then walk right up to your room. Because they have a bar on site, there are some rules about not taking alcohol up to your room which can be a minor inconvenience. The on-site restaurant has good food but every time weve eaten there, the service has been extremely slow. The location is outstanding for enjoying a night downtown - you can walk to so many different bars, breweries, and restaurants from here.

This food is horrible!!!! This is not the place. Every bite disgusting. Cafe fries. An appetizer was the best thing and. The drinks are good. Cocktails are actually really good but wouldn’t eat here if every restaurant in a 30mins radius was closed except for them.

Booked this hotel for one night in town since I was seeing a concert. This hotel is an amazing historic building and the inside reflects that. The room I chose was a Catus Garden room which is reccomended for the least noisy area. Theres a night club beneath, across the street, and beside the hotel so if youre a light sleeper or not out to party definitely ask for the cactus garden rooms! The room was very clean and super interesting. There is no TV in order to keep with the old style, the bathroom is rather small, but its totally worth it. The price was right and it was super cool for a two day trip. The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful, and very friendly as we came and went from the hotel. They offered parking validation for the garage nearby as well. The room was just big enough for 2 people for a short stay for sure. If you like historical buildings and want the best access to the Rialto theatre and some of the best bars and tea shops down town you should check this place out!

Classic Tucson locale for many timeless reasons. Great food served dripping in ambiance & unique and captivating lobby filled with fun things to view. An absolute if youve got first time visitors and a non-brainer to escape from suburban homes and national chains.

Our first impression with this wonderful old hotel was completelyruined by a shocking display of irrational, defensive, rude and obstructive behaviour by the receptionist. We arrived late afternoon on Monday 17th April 2023.There was an issue over the number of rooms booked, but instead of trying to find a friendly and reasonable solution to the problem, she argued every point suggesting that if we needed another room wed have to pay for it there and then!Following a lot of confrontational behaviour we checked the paperwork and it was correct, so the issue was resolved. But her behaviour was both aggressive and completely unnecessary, and left us feeling upset and unsettled. It spoilt the rest of our stay.

Super cute and cozy, stayed in room 240. Front desk staff was very attentive and nice. If you dont want noise, dont stay at this hotel!!! Bring your ear plugs if youre not out late with the crowd. I want to a concert at the Rialto which is directly across the street. Super convenient. Had such a nice time here. Everyone was very friendly. They have parking on 6th and Congress and the underground parking for $6 a day. You can go in and out as many times as you like. They also have a cute cafe, called the Cup Cafe. The breakfast was super good and affordable. The only negative for me would be that the shower drained very slowly. The water filled up to my ankles. Not sure if it is because it is an older hotel or it needed to be fixed. I did let the front desk staff know when I checked out.

Sadly, I was quite disappointed with breakfast at the Cup Cafe after wanting to go there for a long time. Our food was lukewarm yet the French toast was burnt. They replaced it with lukewarm squashed toast. The quiche was strange with steak and potatoes that day and again lukewarm. The omelets passing by looked good. I might try again with different choices as maybe it was just a bad morning, as had seen great reviews on it. It was a charming historic building though.

First time here, after we walked a friend to the Amtrak train station. It had a very friendly vibe as soon as we stepped though the doors. We didnt order any mixed drinks just beer on Tap, but the atmosphere was very enjoyable.

Beautiful venue and hotel with wonderful attentive staff, and a very pandemic-conscientious team. Handicap accessibility to upstairs hotel rooms (elevator) is not available and would earn the fifth star. Lack of elevator presented a significant challenge for disabled guests. The bars, entertainment, and service are top notch.

If you love the beauty of restored, historic hotels, THIS is the place for you. I was pleasantly surprised: clean and comfortable furnishings, on-site bar and restaurant, and friendly, professional staff. We were within walking distance of the convention center and felt very safe in the Tucson DT area at night. If youre going to check out Arizona, dont forget to put this on your list.Looking forward to another visit!

The food here was beyond delicious. It was full and i understand why. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation, but that was okay. This is a place where you linger over dinner. It is expensive but well worth the price. Big portions and a very nice menu.

I come here for their shows which are pretty creative. But if you hit the bar you have to order the Harry Potter shot. The bartender we had there was awesome and Ill never forget that shot because it was an experience! The food is great as well!

Went to one of their Sunday cookout deals. Had never been so I didnt know what to expect. The whole thing was a little confusing as I didnt know the restaurant was closed and the food truck was the only option. Also, the front desk and the back area are like two separate entities which I also didnt know. That being said it was a nice environment and the music was great!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The bars are amazing. However you can stay at the AC Hotel down the street and visit the bar. Front desk staff over charged us for late checkout. When I disputed it they argued that I had agreed in my paperwork. My wife spoke to the manager and she agreed to reduce so we would leave. The bill wasnt reduced. Showers barely have hot water, rooms dont get very cool. Again neat place to visit. But I will Never EVER stay here again after the treatment from the manager on Sunday. This is what I get for supporting Tucson local business. Could have stayed for free at the Marriott property with my points and gotten a free late check out from them.

I visited Hotel Congress for a professional conference. Dinner was served family style, which is unusual for these events, but the food seemed to be very fresh and more interesting than the standard conference fare. Service from the waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The bar serves a nice selection of lovely local wines which was a pleasant surprise. Parking is a problem. The downtown area is chaotic for anyone unused to narrow, crowded, one-way streets that are furthers clogged with construction and a random streetcar. It was horribly frustrating attempting to find my way through the downtown maze to find reasonably close parking. I would up hiking in from some distance in heels. 5 stars for the hotel. 1 for the parking situation outside the hotel.

Old timey hotel with a modern flavor of diverse music, dancing and amazing food. The rooms are quaint and still have a lot of the old fashioned amenities. The food at the cafe downstairs is excellent. They have live bands and club nights, so if you hate noise, this is not the place for you. Definitely a place to visit if you stay in Tucson. Also dog friendly!!

I stayed at Hotel Congress in Tucson for one night on the way from LA to Houston. It’s a really beautiful and historic place for a really good price. However, I did run into some issues. First of all, I was not aware that they charged a $125 deposit until I got there. Not sure they’ve even returned it yet. Then, I was harassed by a male guest staying at the hotel. I would have brushed this off as a one-off but he did it in front of one of the front desk workers and he said nothing!!! It was a bit uncomfortable if you’re a single female traveler. Although the club was closed when I was there, I still had a problem with noise because of the train tracks nearby. Only stay here if you really are a deep sleeper. I thought I could handle the noise but could not.

Hotel itself was cool to check out. Staff was all awesome and friendly. Shower water was constantly going from cold to hot with water pressure drop, like when someone else would turn water on. It would be an OK stay for so.eone who was going to party until 3am, but no way to sleep here for those needing to go to bed before midnight. The clubs are very loud downstairs, sounds like its in your room. Even after it stops you still hear cats racing and people yelling on street all night.

As other reviewers have said the hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely, however this is not a hotel for SLEEPING. Id recommend having a drink or staying if you dont plan on being well rested the next day. The music from the outdoor plaza is so loud it sounds like it is being played beside each bed.
