Vida Bodywork - Jessica Cordova LMT

Jessica is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. I am not naturally comfortable with being touched, but her intuitive style was immediately comforting to me. While I have had trouble relaxing my body with prior practitioners, I fall completely asleep almost every time I’m on Jessica’s table. I also love that she takes time to talk to me about my aches and pains in order to focus on specific areas or try out different techniques such as cupping and hot stones. I recommend Jessica to everyone I know, she truly is so incredibly good at her job!

Jessica is incredible! The space is so lovely, and warm, and calming. It feels like I’ve stepped into a magically peaceful little bubble every time I’m there. And the massages are so restorative and relaxing! I exercise a lot, and Jessica knows how to target my sore muscles, even with stretching my legs after a run. I highly recommend you treat yourself to a session with Jessica. I promise, you’ll feeling brand new!

Jessica is amazing. You can have a massage anywhere, but finding someone who cares enough to listen to whats going on in your life (and body) and can tailor their services to your needs is rare. Its not hyperbole to say that Jessica helps me be a better human through her work. Im so grateful to have found her.

The work Jessica does is incredible! She will usually ask if I feel any tension in a particular part of my body and pays special attention to those areas to really help soothe my muscles. Not to mention, her office space is welcoming and calming. I wish I lived closer to get a massage more often!
