Being a menthol cig smoker I didnt want a vape that tasted like Id popped a tic-tac. Their menthol juice is like smoking a menthol cig! Not even close to minty tic-tac flavor. First time coming and I’m extremely happy with the services, prices and products available. Especially since I have an older vape and haven’t found coils anywhere else. Hanna was very helpful and nice, even though it was close to closing time she made sure to I felt welcomed and not rushed. I will definitely be back.

Best quality ejuice Ive ever used. Now... Heres the best part of my whole review... The owner and I are really really not cool with each other. To say this man hates me and I hate him is the most mildly spoken truth there ever has been muttered. So I can say with no Incentive that this place is the best quality ejuice and best prices on the equipment youll find. Every employee is highly knowledgeable and so it doesnt matter who you ask for. Just tell em the boss mans brother in law sent you in there and you should be able to leave a lifetime loyal customer. Lol. Be sure and try the Astro flavor.....or strawberry cream...

Cool place to go. But I only been there 2x it hard to give it a 5 star rating when I have really gone the to often but I will make it my go-to place for my battery operated smoking shopping that for sure very helpful indeed give me time if all goes well I will give it a 5+ stars if possible. Ive been going to Sparkys for about 4 years now, There isnt anything bad I have to say. I tried going to another Vape shop , because it was a bit closer, the staff there felt like you were inconveniencing them, I couldnt seem to find a juice I was crazy about.The workers at Sparkys are very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable. I cant find the unique Yummy flavors any where else like they have.The Staff is AWESOME!!! The Juice is YUMMY!! The prices are GREAT !!!! A friend recommended stopping by this shop and I can see why now. One of the last places still making house juice and they have coils for almost every tank ever made! Danny was extremely helpful with juice selection and I could tell he cared about helping me out! Would 100% recommend this place!

Came in to buy two mods for the wife and I. We met sparky and what an awesome dude. I know buying online is always cheaper but he made it worth while to buy from him. I had an issue with my mod and went in the next day and sparky once again, did right by me. The juices are excellent with a wide variety of flavors. However, Im a firm believer in customer service and that will always make me a loyal customer.

Best juices & flavor Ive tasted anywhere within the city that Ive visited in the past! I was there on 01/26/2023 i do not know her name but she was rude, i entered store even she did not say hi. She just asked which one you want. When i left store she did not say thanks. I usually buy vape from them but today was my last time buy from them. Please guys do not do business with like that rude and disrespectful people.

Love this Vape shop! The woman working there almost every time Ive stopped has gone above and beyond to help. It has been the only place, within a reasonable distance, that has replacement glass for my tank. I break mine way too often but thats another story! Sparkys can be a bit hard to find in that parking lot but worth the effort. The store is clean, well lit, and comfortable. It has a huge selection of mods/accessories and knowledgeable people to help you learn or decide. The customer service makes it a gem, enjoy!

They are the only vape store that carries the elf bar flavor I like. Very sweet employee, Michelle, she helped me with lots of info on what was a good option for me to stop smoking. 😐

Just got two disposables from here, a mango puff bar and a tropical hype bar. Tried both at the counter and both were nasty and seemed old, but I wasnt allowed an exchange. Lady working behind the counter was not friendly either, waited for two minutes before she came out to help me. I dont know about their mods or juices, but if youre looking for a dispo I recommend looking elsewhere.

Best juice flavors in town, My personal favorite is the Pixie Sticks Flavor, it tastes exactly like the real candy and I will buy it every time I get juice whether its one of the flavors I get or the one flavor I get I will always get it. But also their staff is the Friendliest and most accommodating, knowledgeable, outgoing, and helpful Group of people Ive ever dealt with, Ive never left there feeling unhappy or annoyed with any member of their staff. I have left there thinking to myself or talking to a friend about how nice their staff is or how theyve gone out of their way to accommodate or see to it that I was satisfied, I cant express enough how great the staff is, and several times myself and my friends have been offered a free bottle of water while waiting or just while in their store, and on 3 seperate occasions when I was buying a coil or whatever I mentioned that I would have to wait until I got more money before I could get juice and they offered me a 5ml or 10ml bottle of juice to get by a day or so till I got paid and could buy what I wanted, they offered it to me completely free of charge in any flavor and nicotine level and I never even heard any other Vape shop doing something like that. In fact I have been given juice free coils and even free glass tank replacements all free of charge on occasions just to help me out and for that generosity and kindness, I will be a loyal and appreciative customer for life, and I will go out of my way to go to their store over others and Ill happily and proudly recommend them to anyone looking for a Great Vape Shop from a new vape user to a veteran user, in my opinion they are the one and only Vape Shop anyone will need for any reason. They were open! My usual place closes early on Sundays, but Id burnt out my coil, and needed new juice.I was amazed at the selection they have here at Sparkys. Theres more mods and batteries and then Ive seen anywhere else - and they were happy to mix a flavor just for me. Theyre clearly knowledgeable, and got me a replacement coil better than the one Id been using.This place is out of my way, but... Im coming back for sure, I think itll be worth it.

I went here to purchase a $15 e-cigarette. They charged me 111.40 accidentally and said they refunded it the refund will be back in my account immediately. I waited a little while looked in my account it was not refunded immediately. I called my bank and there was no pending credit from them so I reported it fraudulent to my bank. This pretty much wiped my account out. I called them to inform them of this and they told me theyre not going to do anything. I strongly suggest finding a different vape shop.

Love this place. Was introduced by my sister in law and her husband. I will not go anywhere else. Prices are a little high but it is so worth it to me. I absolutely love the flavors that they have. My favorite is the honey pear.

I like coming to sparkys. Its close, theres a good selection of juices and usually I have great experience especially when the guy is working but whenever I come in and the lady with the blonde/white is working I always feel like just leaving and coming back at a different time. Shes rude, unfriendly and very standoff ish. I feel like if Im asking her a question she gets annoyed.. if she doesnt feel like helping then customer service shouldnt be her job. Its not the first time its everytime. I hate leaving reviews like this but she needs an attitude adjustment when shes working with people.

My boyfriend and I love going here and the discounts we recieve. The juice prices are great and lots of flavors to choose from. I really like that they make the juice in house. The only thing id like to see more is better customer service with new mod kits. I know of a couple other vape shops that help put together the kits for customers and explain exactly how to use it. I feel like the customer service here stops once you buy something. Besides that this is my favorite vape shop.

I have been having problems with bad vape - seems like everything on the NW side of town is horrible, this place tastes very good with all of the flavors I have tried and they have had my needed coils every time so far. 5 stars, thank you for being better than the other guys because there would be no where to go without you.

Good products, but quite overpriced. Customer service was nice and responsive but felt very pushy, and forced. Did not like looking for a new purchase. Would go again though, as their selection is massive and has specialty equipment. Also have hard to find devices. In house eliquid selection is also very nice.

I had to stop going here because the guy that was always there, Damian, was always rude and never made my juice right. Also over charged me on everything. Only gave them 3 because Sparky and Tiffani are very nice. But I cant choose a vape shop I can only visit 1 day a week at a specific time.

Heard about this place from an old roommates and they hit the mark on the head! The customer service amazing! The two young women that helped me where and are amazingly knowledgeable about the that eJuice and the products select of vape equipment they have. I wont go anywhere else anymore. Even if I have to drive across town to get to sparkys for more juice I will 🤓😁

I have to say i am so disappointed. I have been going to Sparkys for about a year and have had great service and ok juice. Last week i went in and got my usual of 3 for $30. I can NOT vape any of it. It is very thin and watery....you can smell the flavor in the cherry blast, not the others, but can not taste it.....it just tastes like vaping vegetable oil.

I was there tonight to get a good set of batteries for my rx200. So its Sunday 01-31-2016. It was 5:30 and they were going to close at 6:00 I told them I had money and I wanted to get to them they said that they will keep the shop open till I get there. So I arrived and they gave me a great deal on the mxjo otherwise know as mojo batteries. While I was there I wanted to buy some e-liquid to try them out. So the owner sparky which might I add is my name too took time to assist me and he gave me an awesome deal on the liquid as well I got black jack, berry blast, and astro. I asked which should I try first and sparky said try astro. My god the flavor was amazing and no chemical aftertaste like some other e-liquid makers. Sparky and his coworkers are so nice to me Im going to visit his shop all the time now. Hes got great prices and a lot of inventory like tanks, mod, and coils. And they build great coils for drippers as well. The shop is so clean and comfortable. I very much recommend this shop a whole bunch Im going to get my coils and e-liquid from them on a repetitive basis. 1 the lowest and 10 the highest?? I give a 20. No joke. They are so nice they feel like family. Go try them out please you wont be disappointed. I know I wasn :)

Loved this place and the people were great. Until.....a resent visit caused me not to want to return again. I was in there to replace my current Mod(worn out).. well turns out the lady helping me jacked the prices up from 125.00 to 225.00.. that is 100.00 difference. . What is going on is she stealing. Pocketing money?..what gives? So I called back the next day and confirmed the price of the mod, yup $125.00.So ...... I was told to come in and they would make it right. ... geez.. I dont know...That is just poor and unethical business practices..I really try to support my local businesses...

Paid $275 for two SMOK X Priv Kits. Listed online for $69 each. Felt swindled. Other than that, the customer service is awesome and the e juice is great! Smokey himself when you see him is heavily a veteran supporter.

This place is the best vape store above all the others. Its a cut above. Sparky who owns this place is a good ol boy like myself and is just a regular blue collar guy trying to live comfortable, like the rest of us, and will cut you a deal on a device, ejuice, or anything else you might need. He gives u a cold drink if you need it and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They dont try to bull upselling garbage and helps a guy out if he or she really is in a tight spot financially.

Five stars means one of the best! Coming from a mid-west city where vape and concentrate accessories are bountiful I was surprised at this oasis in the desert, by oasis I mean a place that has everything one could need. The largest flavor selection I have ever seen plus hundreds of mods and atomizers. A knowledgeable and attentive staff coupled with a classy sense of personality has earned the five star rating. Spark it up!

I don’t quite understand the hype, all of their juice that I’ve tried (over 20 flavors of all kinds) all taste way to close to the same. Prices are very reasonable but I’d recommend going somewhere else to get your juice fix.

Great selection on mod and accessories, a little pricy but usually worth it. They almost always have what I am looking for.I usually have a great experience. Not today though. Staff was very rude and disrespectful. My entire experience today was uncomfortable.

Went here for an upgrade and was definitely impressed with the staff and how helpful and friendly they were. I also recieved a free 20ml juice with my purchase. Needless to say, I will most definitely be back.

I walked in just now with my boyfriend and we waited about five minutes noone came to help us we even kept yelling hello is anyone here and we can clearly hear someone in the back room. I got very upset and walked out. It looked really cool in there but if there are no employees then what is the point? My boyfriend went back in to buy what I needed but I can tell you I wont be back. I used to go to freedom smoke but the last month I have been coming to Sparkys and LOVE IT. They always have a smile, polite, helpful and very respectful.

April has great knowledge of old-school and newer RDA S. Very helpful in flavor choices and house blends.

Bought an RTA that was defective, chimney glass cracked and they didnt have any replacements or could even get one.They wouldnt do anything so Im stuck with an ornament...If you dont see Sparky himself your outta luck...
