Dianna is awesome. All the complaints are about someone who does not work there anymore. Dianna is very professional and gave me the best massage I have ever had.

This was my initial and final visit to this place, and unfortunately, I didnt even receive a massage. When I expressed my desire to pay with my debit card, they insisted on prepayment, which I agreed to. However, what struck me as absurd was their request for a tip upfront before receiving any services; I couldnt go along with that. Tipping should be based on the quality of service provided, not something obligatory. I attempted to explain this to the lady attending to me, but she seemed to have difficulty understanding English, which made the situation even more frustrating. As a result, I decided to leave without getting a massage.

Thank you Diana had a wonderful massage. My right calf was hurting left there with no pain. I hadnt read the reviews until now but I wasnt harassed for a tip. Thank you for a great relaxing massage.

Got a hot stone message for me and my mom. The ladies are so nice. They really worked out the knots we both had from stress. Highly recommended and will be going back soon.

Went on Dec 12, 2022. Diana was incredible. Her technique was the no fluff, deep tissue massage I feel works best. It helped my migraine go away! Im going back to her!!

I have been here twice and Dianna is amazing!I slept wrong about a week ago and every muscle in my back was constantly causing me pain. I couldnt take it anymore yesterday so I came to Serenity and I was able to walk right in. An hour later I could move again without pain and I felt better than I had in a week! She has arms of steel! Her prices are great and she is hands down one the best masseurs Ive ever had!!!

Went in for a 90 minute massage, the lady walked out every time a client came in and my massage would stop. She didn’t even add in the time that she would stop and leave the room. As well as the massage it wasn’t even a massage more like a pinching method. She as well didn’t use any oil or lotion until the end. I don’t like to be rude and leave reviews but I feel like I was cheated out of money.

Excellent massage and have a lot of experience. Just the right amount of pressure to the right sore areas. For such a tiny therapist she was very strong with sharp elbows. Communication is an issue , but she was very sweet. I will return and recommend as the best in Tulare.

THIS was my second experience the old woman charged me more for the massage than the previous one and the massage was exactly the same the time was not an hour and she demanded a good amount of tip just think about the money very bad 😞

Only place I will go for a massage now that I found this hidden gem! Very clean, new and nice inside and out! Very friendly, they listen to where your soreness and pains occur and she focuses on those areas well. I have been to other places and they dont compare to Serenity Massage. Best massage therapists around!

The best massage place! I have tried other massage locations, but nothing compare to this one. I have been a client for over five years and this is by far the best. The prices are a little high, but if you are looking for a great massage come here.

Diana is great she cares about your wellness, she has used Chinese medicine with great results for me. Therapist are Asian, but down let that scare you, its a legit massage only spot.

Clean, professional, excellent massage. I appreciate that I receive a full hour massage unlike some spas that give you 20 mins of music and candles. Best massage I have received!

Worst place to go get a massage they act like they don’t understand you but yet they take ur money with no problem I went in for a 30 minute massage she said it was only 60$ I gave her a 100$ and never got my change back massage wasn’t even 30 mins long all she did was put some heated rocks on my back when I asked for my change she said no understand never going back that’s why they have no customers they rip you off your money lesson learned never going back to this money taker place!!!!!!!!

These ladies harassed me for tips on top of 122.00 dollars they demanded tips for doing their job it’s insane how rude they were I almost felt profiles all I know is that I’m in worse pain than before

Best massage. We did a couples massage and the place is clean and the ladies very professional. We will be back no question about that.

Save your buck..I paid 62 bucks for a oil bath ..Thought I came for a massage …Then demanded tip ..pfft

The truth is that it is of no use from the moment you walk in they are already asking you how much you are going to tip them and giving them a pure massage with their finger prints they dont even rub a nerve or anything when you tip them $10 they get angry and tell you They are running from the place that is not being professional
