I know this is not the HILTON.But for $46 a night, you get what you pay for.Me and my husband live right up the road. We are accustomed to the type of area this is , so we arent really worried about people outside. If we wanted a luxury room. We would go elsewhere. I do think if you guys worked on a couple of small things. Im in room 111 . Theres stickers that can easily be removed on the mirror in the bathroom area. The blow dryer is broken. That can be removed and tossed. The curtains could definitely be hung properly. Just a few small things. Our room doesnt smell bad at all. The bed is clean and no bed bugs. So that for sure is a plus. We stay here twice a month. They give us a small discount for being returning guests and we appreciate that. I hope you guys open the pool. It would definitely help bring in the business. The lobby is nice and clean and the people that take our reservation and who check us in are very nice and polite. I have seen the guy from the office walking the property making sure theres nothing going on. We had a group of about 12 people last time outside. And when it got later everyone went inside. Thank you 😊
The room smelt like cigarettes and pot smell 🤢No coffee maker nor coffee was available in the room; the vanity light was broken and the bathroom exhaust fan wasnt functional.Rude guy next room over kept smoking pot outside our door and it wasnt a pleasant experience. Was told one rate($54) at check-in and then upon renewal for the 2nd day, was told a higher amount .. ($70)For the amounts that are being charged, the rooms and the exterior of the hotel could be remodeled and amenities made available, as the website indicates.....
You definitely get what you pay for. Needed a place to stay for a night and this has to be the most run down, disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Upon entering the room, it smelled like someone just finished smoking a cigarette. The bathroom door had a hole in it, the door handle wasn’t on properly, the toilet seat was broken and there was a panel cut out and replaced above the shower that was growing mold. The baseboards are torn up, there was a tear in the bed sheet, the bottom of the front door looked like it was deteriorated and there’s a broken light fixture. There’s also dirt smudges all over the walls and roaches/bugs making themselves right at home. Not to mention all the homeless people walking around. The cleanliness of this hotel is very questionable. They claim that they strive for a comfortable/pleasant stay for their guests so it’s concerning why they’d allow these issues to continue knowing they’ve had several of the same complaints in the past from previous guests.
I was like how bad can it be right?Just needed a place to put my head down before we continued the second leg of our trip. From the pictures it seemed decent, but Im sure they told all the cockroaches and bugs to hide for the pictures.I walked in the room and there were 2 cocktoaches chilling on the wall, as soon as we turned off the light they all came out to party. I felt one crawl on my arm as I started to doze off and that was the beginning of the 1 hour we stayed there.Right outside of the room it seemed like everyone in Tulsa was meeting to smoke vape pens and talk excessively loud, right outside the door.Seems like theres just homeless people walking around the building, its pretty run down, smells bad, wall paint chipping everywhere, the check in guy has 2 baseball bats right behind the check in area, making us feel extra safe.Idk maybe Im too boogie, but I prefer my room without taking any cockroach or bug home with me.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I found this place on Groupon.Groupon offered me a room for $58.I called and was offered over the phone a room for $48.I thought it was awfully cheap but ok....$48 turned into $58 over the phone but ok ..By the time I paid it went from $38-58-69....I was not to happy. Felt like I got scammed lol....Then when I got to the Hotel it was pretty run down looking building with what appeared to be druggies all around. The room was clean but pretty run down...Was a pretty sketchy place....Dont think I care to stay there again.I am pretty easy going person. If the price has stayed at $48 for what I was getting I would probably considerate for the price. But being quoted $48 and in the end being charged $69 its not remotely worth it.....
Under no circumstances should you stay here. This is a trap house for junkies and thugs. My door was ripped off the hinges while I was in the shower by apparently someone who works at the hotel. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere in USA. Disgusting rooms covered in urine and nearly everything broken. Stay away
Place is falling apart. Room smelled like fish. Was told they had just painted. Roaches found, light fixtures broken, baseboards coming off wall, hole in bathroom ceiling where fan should be. Stayed 5 days/4 nights never once given new towels or toilet paper or trash taken out. Lots of homeless lingering around.
I tripped on the damaged floor, TV didnt work, No one emptied the Trash,Noise outside my door all night, Bullet holes in the wall, 10% of rooms boarded up, Plastic key didnt work, Drive-way and Parking lot extensive pot holes, temporary stairs have become permanent, exterior wall and facia crumbling, canopy over entrance destroyed by vehicle that too high to pass without interference. They wouldnt give me a receipt, but allowed me to take a picture of one. They didnt refund my $30.00 deposit. I can go, on and, on and ,on, and on, and on.. Yes, and how about teh guy in teh Cadillac with the two women-of-the- night who arent working out of the hotel, but certainly stay there.
Avoid at all costs. Security is questionable (doors don’t all lock, front door to reception not only is kept locked but malfunctions), management lectures you about how stupid you are to pay for a room in advance, all rooms smell like smoke, mold and peeling paint in rooms, outside looks like it’s been thru a tornado.I’ve asked for a refund as it was prepaid. We’ll see if Oyo wants to stay in business or not. So far this will drive me away from all Oyo hotels in the future.Thought I’d give something new a try — wish I had read these reviews first.
Howdy,I have stayed at several motels in my life, but this place is nasty. OyO on Sheridan in Tulsa needs to be closed. Two TVs is a joke, with no remotes. The gap in the front door is larger than the Grand Canyon. The shower is disgusting, the toilet could use sanding paper. I’m just waiting for a roach to fall out the smoke detector hole. Cheap is one thing, but public health safety is a real thing. The front desk lady wasn’t nice at all either. Don’t do it, it’s not worth $40 and oyo should be closed. Nasty, Dirty, disgusting, horrible. Who would own a place like this? Looks like the wall has blood on it. 🎈
This is a nice place. The owners are polite and the maid works her but off. If people would respect this place. The owners would not be rude or mean with you.if you pay as your supposed to and respect the rooms .They work hard when people come in and destroy the rooms. Its hard for them to keep repairing replacing tvs microwaves.this is a good location everything is within distance So respect things .So they dont have to work near as hard remember folks it takes alot to run a hotel or motel respect.
Very rude staff. I paid online but when I got to the hotel a $50 deposit was demanded so I told the staff to give me time to contact the service I used to reserve the room because I refuse to pay the deposit. The staff then told me I help you out just leave Id and no deposit. I did agree but once I got to my room there were druggies all over the property, yelling and banging all night, Roaches all over the room, holes in the wall. I felt unsafe all night. Never ever again will I stay here.if I could give negative stars I would
This has to be the most sketchy place I have ever stayed. Graffiti inside the room, giant holes in walls and ceilings covered with duct tape, black mold everywhere in bathroom, no toilet paper, door jam was completely non-existent, greasy floors....it was just gross and needs to be condemned.
Im a 33 yr Combat Vet and have stayed in some sketchy places, but I was nervous about incoming storms and wanted to be closer to the airport. As a middle age white lady I think the front desk clerk found the worst room he had available. I took some relief in knowing the door stopped most of the rounds. Its only got worse.
My son and girlfriend stayed here and they said the shower curtain had mold on it and there was mold on the walls and it smells like cigarettes bad
Save your money do not bother coming here!!! The pictures looked clean so I decided to get a room here and the guy in the front desk went to show us our room it looked nice and nothing wrong until the first night. We started seeing roaches EVERYWHERE! It’s disgusting I feel so dirty being here! Not to mention at night there was banging from another room and screams! I feel so unsafe being around here!
They have great deals on the rooms for a monthly price, but there are a lot of riff Raff people there that like to hang out in the stairwells, thank goodness well be getting into a house soon
All I have to say is run. Very nasty , nothing works, they only provide one towel for3 days. I asked for supplies and they never brought them they allowed loitering in the front and the beggars were screaming and yelling till 3 am every day — like I said RUN
Upon check in the man at the desk said “let me show you the room then you decide if you want to stay here” while headed to room with the man we encountered a woman doing drugs with a needle in her arm. the response from manager was “go back to your room” as we rounded the corner you could tell that was the whole vibe of this place as there were many more of the kind laying around high or exchanging goods if you get the drift. i was traveling with a 3 month old baby and my wife and this place is clearly unsafe. i have contacted oyo twice for a refund and given the run around both times. do not recommend not safe for families. photos taken but not to blast the woman ill post least revealing to prove my case and that i was really there Edit: it won’t let me post the pictures it rejected them 😂
Everything was sticky, dirty, and there was a smell of mold, dirt and sweat. There was a hole in the ceiling, and it was plugged up with a rag. In the night, it started storming, and the rag started dripping. The bathroom door was broken, and wouldnt close properly. There were multiple light switches that were missing covers, thus exposing wires. The bed had trash and dirt on it, and the crown molding had dirt and sludge caked onto it. The artwork in the room had stickers all over it, as well. The parking lot is riddled with craters, and there is a large homeless population near. The homeless situation isnt controlled by the hotel, but the security guard can be. He had no markings or insignia on his clothing stating he was security, and he was threatening a homeless man with a baton. The tenants there were sketch, and made going to and from anywhere unnerving. Our direct neighbor was blaring loud rap music all night, and didnt turn it down at all. There were multiple sections outside our room that had hanging and exposed wires, as well as broken fixtures, outlets, etc. This hotel is not worth your time, and not worth your money. They charged us over $150.00 for one night, because the PGA was in town. Regular price is $51. That should be illegal. The pictures make it look like a swanky hotel with lots of amenities. This is false advertising, and I have photographs confirming the state of the room. The front desk clerk told me the hole in the ceiling was fine, and didnt seem like he cared.Overall, this hotel needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. I will be seeking a full refund.0/5 stars. Avoid at all costs.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The building has literal bullet holes all over the place. Parking lot is full of homeless and addicts. Terrible part of town. Room door barely latched. Bathroom door had no knob. Someone banged on my door at 3am. I thought hotels this bad only existed in movies. A place this dangerous should be illegal. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Kind of a rough area. Prices are good, and the rooms are ok, and the HVAC works well. But the staff is so very rude, i would rather go camping.
Okay so my aunt Denae has complained several times to the motel office and the owner that someone tried breaking into her hotel room twice, and even told them to contact the cops and they didnt want to do anything. As of yesterday someone at 7:51pm tried breaking in again and this time caused the window to break this hotel has gotten worse with Fentanyl being heavy over there and the hotel doesnt care about people trying to break into your hotel room and my aunt has an autistic kid also and its very serious whenever the window breaks last night because someone wants to try to break into her hotel room. So I suggest people not to go to this motel ever unless you want your room broke into.
Dirty, nasty, bedbugs and roachesDo NOT stay here. I was only there for 2 hrs trying to book another room and they denied my refund
One star is far too many, but negative stars arent an option. When we checked in there was puke on the side of the bed; lipstick and bodily fluids on the sheets; mold, blood, and dead bugs on the mattress pad; mold and water damage in the bathroom; and various kinds of bugs, dead and alive, everywhere you looked. When I complained to the front desk, they just said, I had no idea, but as their lobby sign says, No Refunds, No Exchanges. I am currently sitting in the airport lobby overnight, skin still crawling, because this room was too disgusting to stay in.
I have never just left a hotel. I didnt even stick around to try and get a refund. I would have taken pics, but safety was top concern. Never have I tried to stay in a hotel room as bad as this. God only knows what was happening in the room next door and outside our door. Drug dealing, homeless people congregating inside the room. Holes in the walls, no complete light fixtures, shower bar hanging down on one side, the bed was slanting sideways, a partial roll of toilet paper was all there was, the entry door wasnt sealed from the elements, burn holes in the bedspread, with smears of something (likely containing DNA). The window looked like it came off a dilapidated barn...I could write a book. We packed up, left the key by the TV and braved our way through the crowd that had assembled, for some reason, outside our door. This hotel needs to be demolished!
I had a reservation and I drove nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I arrived at the hotel, the neighborhood was questionable, and the hotel was unclean in very poor condition. I stood there. The office was closed and it had a large, black, vicious dog growling behind the glass partition. The office was closed, and I was unable to check in, and after several attempts ringing the bell, knocking on the door, while the dog was viciously growling at me, I had to leave, because there was no one there to let me into check in. And now the manager wants to keep my $457 For the weekly rate that I was scheduled to check in to attend the charity conference. I would not recommend this hotel. The property manager is looking to keep peoples money. I have initiated legal action.
Ive stayed in a ton of discount motels. I know what to expect, but this was the worst yet. When I arrived they didnt know what rooms were occupied and/or clean. I waited 15 minutes while they ran around manually checking to see if there was a room that was non smoking. they eventually found one that was not what I wanted, and instead of 50, they now had to charge me 75. I got the key and went to the room. the key didnt work. went back to office. they came with me to open door. when I went into the bathroom, the toilet seat cover was gone, so no way to use it. I went to get another room (I havent left at this point as I was at the end of a 16 hour day, and didnt have the energy to go elsewhere). finally the got me another room (with a toilet seat). the next morning, when attempting to shave, the ONLY light in the sink area doesnt work. I shaved using my phone flashlight. Dont stay here unless they get new management.
The guy was rude at the front because I booked online for $44 but when I first came in to ask him he told me $70 plus $50 deposit a night. Since I booked for cheaper online he purposely put me in the back where all the trouble was. The room was horrible to say the least. Never again will i stay at any of the OYO in Tulsa. I am including pictures of it..
DO NOT STAY HERE! Extremely unsafe. Locks broken on front doors and doors to connecting rooms. There was A BIG KITCHEN KNIFE STABBED INTO THE DOOR OF THE ROOM! A man was yelling right outside my door about cutting someones throat and there were strung out men hanging out and passed out on the side of the building. I left immediately.
I reserved a room over the phone, then the guy at the front desks argues with me saying I need to be 21+ to rent a room, though over the phone, I was told the age requirement is 18+.After getting the front desk to talk to his manager and have him corrected, he refuses to apologize and calls me Deaf for not understanding him mumbling under his breathe to me.After a terrible encounter with the front desk, I get to my room and find Mold on the windows, no deadbolt lock on the door, dirty towels on the floor, ELECTRODE SHOCK STICKERS for body usage hanging on the light outlet with hair on them, water leaking from under the bed and all over the floor.I then ask for a refund, and the customer service agent hung up 8 times while I was on hold, before they would finally help me with my refund. The entire place is a health hazard with the worst service. I stayed for 30 minutes and it took 3 hours out of my day to get back PARTIALLY my money I paid.
The most disgusting hotel Ive ever been in. First room I was given had cockroaches everywhere and smelled strongly of weed. Asked to be moved and the door pad didnt work to allow entry so they found a 3rd room. More cockroaches everywhere, nasty stuff all over the walls, no outlets or switches had covers on them and there were holes in the walls. Also still smelled like weed. Paid $80 with tax and stayed for 10 minutes and forfeited my money.
Avoid this hotel at all costs! Filthy, smelly, and a bunch of crackheads/homeless people just wandering and walking outside, definitely did not feel safe. Reeked of urine and beer on stairways, just flat disgusting. No its WiFi either. Was in desperate need for a place to stay while power was out due to storm, this was the only place that had a few vacancies. Would not recommend! Stay away from this place!!
Didnt enjoy nothing because they lied about the deposit on the room and check in time they dont have the right to do that to people are paying they are rude and not honest at all
Loud, dirty, maintenance was hammering at 4:00 in the morning. Because someone broke into one of the rooms. Instead of waiting till later in the morning. Decided to board up the window at 4 A.M. lots of screaming in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Took the main office over an hour to get security to deal with it. All in all the worst hotel experience of my entire life!!!!!!
I couldn’t stay there because it wasn’t safe. As soon as I checked into my room there was a drug deal happening in the parking lot (which had broken glass everywhere) and homeless people camping out.I should have known better because the entire motel only had three cars parked in the entire building. I literally spent 5 minutes there and asked for my money back and he said he would but didn’t give me a refund. If You want to send somebody to hell I would suggest this crack motel. Real rating would be a -666
I was traveling alone in a minute I got to the parking lot I can tell it was not a safe place to be. Not only was management in the lobby disgusting but trying just to get to my room was a disaster people in the way not sure if they were homeless or what but it was not safe. When I got to the room it stunk there were stains on the sheets the lights were broken and there was a door leading to the next hotel room with a broken handle and they had just put a chair in front of it thinking that was safe enough. I stayed 20 minutes and decided to sleep in my car the next town over. DON’T GO HERE
I was sitting on the sidewalk until I got ahold of my friend. Some toothless manager came and demanded I tell them the room number because no one is allowed to sit on the sidewalk without having a room. Save your money go anywhere else. My friends room smelled like piss.
Absolutely horrible hotel. They could not honor my online booking request even though I could see it. They said I had to pay separately even though I paid online. They said it was $70 (more than what I booked it for), then after looking, she said no its $90. Then, I was about to leave, and she said wait, wait, I do see $70. The room was in horrible condition. I counted at least 6 cockroaches throughout the room and in the bath tub. The bolt lock for the room was broken. The light switches were completely off and the wires exposed and some of the lights in the hotel room did not work. There were unrepaired holes in the wall. There were noisy neighbors and sketchy people just hanging out there. Would avoid at all costs.
RUN! AVOID! I didn’t stay the night because I didn’t feel safe. First off the pictures online are NOTHING like the room! The bed was a full size when I paid for a queen, there were holes in the walls some that were punched others just open electrical boxes. The mirror was broken, all the fixtures leaked & the toilet was like riding a bucking bull when trying to use it. The tub had burns from what I am choosing to believe was candles. There was a “Doo-Wap” group that was inviting every woman inside their room for a “concert”. Finally I still haven’t gotten my deposit back from 5 days ago. As for the late night staff they all but begged me to check out the room before checking in probably so they wouldn’t have to deal with someone canceling after walking into the mess.
Came after 9pm the front of the hotel structure is unsafe and wrapped in caution tape. Sign on the front door says to go through the side door after 9pm. The side door sign says go through the front door after 9pm. The whole place looked and felt sketchy but because it was late I just wanted to get some rest and proceeded. The clerk was hesitant to open the door for me to even get in. I was upcharged on the room even though I didn’t have an option to pick smoking or non smoking and the rates were said to be all the same and they were not. I finally got to the room there was damage to the mirror and then after I check the bed before I laid down the pillowcases were not at all clean. Blood and other types on things on it. I would not advise to stay here unless you really needed to. When I asked for refund they said I had to call customer service then said I could not receive the upcharge refunded back to me. Was given the turn around. I
I would give this place a zero stars if I could.i walk onto to my room to only be hit in the face by some random wire running across the room. Then after checking the bedding to find out theyre dirty. I went to the front office to ask for a refund due what was discovered. The employee refused to do anything. Only thing they would do is argue about they cleaned it. Then stares we should of checked out the room before I checked in. How do you look at a room before checking in?
Bad area. Lots of shady people hanging around. We were honestly scared our car was going to be stolen. Room needed an update for sure. Bed was broken so we kept rolling to the middle. The shower floor had burn marks, permanent stains, and the wall had a 3 foot long crack in the tile. The nightstand had some kind of weird super glue looking stuff all over the top. Sheets were clean, but the bed skirt had large brown stains on it. Floor was laminate wood and there were big gaps in it. Also needed to be cleaned.
First off - this place has no business calling itself a hotel, it is definitely a motel. Overall it is very outdated and run down. When I arrived, the front desk used the computer to look up my reservation, but then used a paper notebook to figure out what room to give me. After some frustration with my key not working, we discovered (when he opened the door with the master key) that he had tried to put me into a room that someone else was already staying in!The smoke-free lobby and my non-smoking room both reeked of smoke. I had to wash everything, including my backpack, once I got home to get rid of the smell. The room was clean-ish but I wouldnt take a shower there without wearing flip-flops.Overall, the room and entire facility were very run down. Check-in and check-out also took forever. Would not recommend staying here if you can avoid it.
I made a reservation on the phone for this location and I told them Id arrive later after a full day of driving from Nashville. When I arrived at 12:30am exhausted and needing to pee and it was very cold outside, I knocked on the locked office doors and noone was there. I waited for over 40 minutes, calling, knocking, and noone arrived, noone came to the reception desk. I waited outside until a hotel operator at their call station told me they could switch me to another location across town, 3$ cheaper , but would not accept pets which is why I was booking here. I ultimately was tired and cold and gave in to paying 14$ more to stay at the super 8 next door. And sketchy people kept walking up to me making me feel uncomfortable at night. Awful situation they put me in.
We were out of power, my mom was on oxygen and needed air conditioning and Place to plug in her oxygen concentrator so I rented a room for the night. I called the number on google to book a room, I had the guy double check that their pool was open. We checked in at about 4 PM found out their pool is closed due to covid. The first room were were given after a 50.00 deposit on top of the nightly rate was full of cockroaches. I went back to the front desk with a critter in tow so they couldnt say they didnt see anything. We got another room with no cockroaches, but the head board was covered in childrens stickers. The ac was old school but worked. I asked for toilet paper cause the roll in the bathroom was almost out. I also asked for an extra towel and a extra pillow. The evening guy told me that I could have the toilet paper because thats all they are required to supply, but the extra towel and pillow was a no. The tv was nice sized, but you had to search for channels. There were lots of plug ins, USB ports, shelves, a fridge and a microwave. I went out and got dinner when I set it down to close the door and set down my purse a roach was already at my container. When we woke up where they had a little red sash on the bed was a yellow stain, the ac unit was covered in mold, and there was something nasty clogging the drain. Check out was easy and I liked that they checked your room before you left, just didnt like waiting. Ill get my deposit in about 3 days to a week.
Not in a good area in Tulsa. The rooms at first appeared to be okay, however once we moved some pillows and a blanket, there were multiple bugs, not just bed bugs either. We ended up not staying at the hotel. The front desk attendant was nice enough. He didnt give us a hard time and let us check out the rooms first.
This is the nastiest place I have ever seen pulled up to property it was nothing like what was in the pictures, it was very sketchy went to look at the room it had stains on blankets, roof had bad water damage, and the room smelled like an ash tray. The room next to ours had a board over the window so we immediately went back up to the front desk and ask for a full refund the description was no as described. I will never recommend anyone to stay here this place should be closed down my opinion.
Mirror busted. No hot water didnt know if crackheads was going to shoot at our door.
Poor service, the bedroom and bathroom un clean, holes in everywhere. The room is nasty, smell bad, bathtub no drain, bad paint. The lamp broke and doesnt work. The review is 0 star. Poor, poor, poor. We made the worst desicion in our life. Bad and ugly.
Do not stay here. I wish I could give it zero stars. We checked in, made it to our room, warily, walking past transients in the dark/narrow stairway then down the narrow landing. Inside the room was nasty. Ive stayed in seedy places before and everything in my soul was telling me to GET OUT. There was no screen on the filthy window and it was open to the walkway outside. I tried to close it, and it wouldnt even close, much less lock (the latches were broken off). There were **ahem** transactions of several sorts taking place in the parking lot. The window to the office was smashed and broken. I was asked for money TWICE by people on the walkway to the room. There were liquor and beer bottles on the shared landing from where, I dont know. It was not safe. I cannot stress that enough. Not even to mention the nastiness. There was something on the bed skirt and side tables. Just no. And again, Ive stayed in seedy hotels before. Did NOT STAY here. There was zero upkeep to the outside of the building either. A car had clearly bashed into the side of the building on our side, but there were people still in rooms above it and loitering about below. Obvious transients shopping carts in front of the lobby, there were weeds growing everywhere, glass in the parking lot, people milling about our car when we were in our room, etc. It is NOT what it speaks to be on the website. We left. We didnt even ask for a refund. Just noped right on outta there. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. We initially chose it because of the location, close to where we were going to need to be, and the price seemed right and it looked fine on the website. Very misleading. We went and got a room near the airport and were happy to feel safe, even though it was further from where we wanted to be.
This motel was formerly a Red Roof Inn. I was inexplicably charged an additional $.49 upon arrival and not given a receipt. The first room I was shown had hot water streaming in the shower and could not be stopped. The second room had ghastly stains on the wall, toilet paper stuck on the door viewer and in the hole where the bathroom door had struck the wall. The freezer in the fridge was encased in ice. Loud, thumping music resounded through the walls intermittently at all hours of the night.Positive comments include a decent bed and a working heater and plumbing in the second room.
Besides all the people doing drugs everywhere, Ive enjoyed my stay here 🙃
The people that run this hotel are very disrespectful and dont see others as anything but 💲💲💲💲💲!!!! They do not know how to talk to people nor treat them. They will find any reason to charge you extra money every day. They are charging me 60 bucks a day for rent and then 40 bucks extra if I want to have any kind of company/visitors over so 100 bucks a day! I had my rent paid before 9 oclock this morning and they proceed to say its not 60 bucks but 100 bucks every day if I want to have any kind of company/visitors over. What kind of BS is that?! I dont cause any kind of trouble around here and I stay in my room all the time but yet they feel the need to harrass me and treat a good paying customer like this. I dont know what their deal is but they need better people skills cause they cant go around treating people any kind of way they want just to get money out of them. I will be moving from this property tomorrow since my rent has been paid for the day to prevent from being treated this way any longer. Other then that house keeping never comes by to clean the room and switch out the blankets and towels UNLESS you chase them down every morning.
I have no idea why this place asked me for a review. If I could give it negative stars I would. I recently reserved a stay for three nights I stayed one night because I was completely exhausted. But I noticed that there was roaches before I went to sleep but like I said exhausted and when I woke up the next morning I took videos and pictures of all the roaches and the mold in the shower and I immediately tried to get my whole entire refund back but since I had to go to work I only got a partial refund because I got back after check out, So this place says it’s a two star hotel it shouldn’t even have that
I do not know who gave this hotel a 3 star rating. Literally, they had a hole in the wall/rooms because a car ran through it. There where homeless outside asking for money, a person who was drunk/high or 51/50 at the Dennys talking to himself and fighting with the air...not to mention the police presence was thick. To top top it off a druggie came up to my car and let me know she would do me a favor for a few dollars. I got the hell out of there.. I booked through Hotwire.com, not their fault, but when they asked the hotel to cancel/refund due to my safety, the OYO manager said no and the customer service person tried hard to explain that I did not feel safe and they did not care. Whoever owns this place you need to tell people it has a high criminal and drug element. I wish I could post the pictures. IT IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!
Ive been here 5 days pay 64 one day 65 or 66 another 68 the next. And here it is 3:00 in the afternoon and I have still not been able to receive clean sheets or toilet paper or trash bags. And the room has definitely gotten bugs.
Absolutely disgusting this should not be a hotel. Graffiti all over the inside including on the door number outside. A door to the next room secured by only a chair. Broken light fixture coverings, doors, holes outside etc. The location is not good heavy homeless population outside. The dude in the office was extremely rude and taffies that my name on my ID and card weren’t the same and then threw it at me. Horrible GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Horrible service. No toilet paper 2 days in a row. They said they would bring me some, and clean the room. They never did. They didnt make things right eitherWould of stayed another day if they would of kept their word. Also cable wasnt working, and neither was the fridge. Trash place to stay. The lady at the desk called.someone to tell them.i was complaining. Didnt get a apology or anything. Do Not Recommend. Horrible Service.
This was by far the worst place I’ve checked into. I didn’t even stay for 5 minutes and booked another hotel that was clean and safe. This hotel was terrible with mold all over the tub and walls were trashed. There were people just hanging out on the staircase and wouldn’t allow us to go up to our rooms.
Everything was basically fine. There were a few roaches but not an infestation. The housekeeping lady was extremely rude shortly before check out but the front desk people were very nice.
This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Terrible location, rooms are dirty and in terrible conditions, manager (owner?) is unfriendly and disrespectful. I am surprised the property is not condemned. Do not let the pictures fool you. Read all the reviews and believe them! You will regret staying here and probably catch some sort of disease just for setting foot on the property. If I could, I’d give negative 5 stars! 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢
Full of drug dealers and crackheads I would recommend it to a method lab...💯Dont reserve!!...
Felt deceived by Hotwire. Hotwire puts it as 3.5 star hotel. Turns out it is in a shady place not close to a 3.5 star hotel at all. Although the room has fridge, TV and microwave, it doesnt mean it would be a 3.5 star hotel if the location is bad, dirty and broken bathroom lock. At best it could be 2 star hotel. So 2 star for the hotel and 0 star for Hotwire to deceive people.
Very good customer service. Great access to the city, and cheap rates on top of it all. Definitely worth staying in over some of the other places around here, rooms were clean and given the location there was never a lack of security. They have someone patrol periodically to ensure your safety at all times.
Disgusting room. There were feces on the floor and toilet was full. Druggies and no lock on the door. I was unable to get a refund. I didn’t feel safe and I left.
What ever you do don’t stay here. I don’t even understand how this place is still open. Junkies surrounding the building and parking lot.Drug dealers coming up to you to sell. Honestly the building could fall any minute. Foundation is cracked and some pillar don’t even have a base. Bed bugs and roaches, Close this place dowwnnnnnnnnnn
Was told every guest must be 21 years old after making a reservation and didn’t see it anywhere prior to booking or even after. Didn’t find out until after driven 5 hours that we couldn’t stay there and it was midnight. Never one ever heard of needing to be 21 years of age for a hotel it’s usually 18.
Looks nice on the outside but its a roach motel. And I cant say much about many of the Oyo hotels but the two I visited that night but total $#!+holes. At least this one deserves the 1 star. The other was worse
I have been staying with location for several months now. I have got to know the ppl and how this go around there. And I keep going back time after time. And if i need a.little this or that. They alway have worked there hardest to help.make.it work for me and them. Very reasonable rates and the staff is really great.
Owner ran us in at check in, hotel rooms updated and nice, pricing good...Only issue the hotel cant control is naborhood but owner assured us were in good hands. Thanks for awesome stay!!!
Literally was asked to break into my own room bc key wouldn’t work, bugs all over, criminals outside your door all night. STAY AWAY PLEASE
I rent a room at there for one night stay . It just only 1 star . I totally discomfort . The bathroom door is not working . I saw a spider on the bed . The room is uncleaned and all the towels are dirty . I think they don’t wash it .
I purchased the hotel before I got there and and as to my surprise there were roaches in my hotel so I went back and ask the manager to give another room and I got it and within a hour of living in the room roaches was crawling on my bed so I had to sleep in my car and when I ask for my money after sleeping in my car they said o you should of ask last night.
Terrible they were roach infested and I tried to get money money back within 3 minutes of checking in and they said no and kept my room money and my deposit.... hopefully they pay some exterminators with my money because it is awful
Was infested with roaches I instantly asked for my refund and the guy said it’ll go back to your card come to find out no refund was ever even igniciated on top of that I was way over charged and out of $100 and a deposit that I had to wait almost a week to get back worst experience ever If I couldn rate a zero I would most definitely
This is horrible do not go found a syringe in the bed
THIS HOTEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL! We Were So Suprised As This Was A Last Minute Booking and We expected a dirty stay! THANK YOU OYO WE WILL BE BACK!
You charged double $113 per night for 2 nights my brother stayed the place is dirty unkempt and I swear I saw a bedbug and I still havent received my deposit back
The lady at the front desk is very rude and unpleasant and rude to deal with. So much we went to a different hotel.
Would not refund money because we didnt stay there. Dont stay there if you value your life
Lots of people asking you for money and a very unsafe environment. Room smelled so much like smoke I couldn’t handle it and left.
This hotel is the worst hotel Ive been in in my entire life, the nightly rate went up almost $20 and there were cockroaches all over the place the floors were dirty my bathtub had gaps in it that the maintenance man had to come and tell me to turn the shower off while I was in it because it was leaking in the bottom dont come to this place I think Im going to try and talk to my lawyer and demand a refund this is pitiful what a shame
I found a rat in my room and the staffs solution to the problem was to send a sticky trap to my room. Horrible experience!
Maps says its 35$ a night but more like 65$ a night. Other wise rooms clean so I give 3 stars cuz of the miss pricing.
Rooms are clean and the a/c works great! They have done a fantastic job cleaning this place up..
Never stayed here this place is infested with bedbugs and management knows about it still renting out rooms and charging people when I went to let her know that my bed had bed bugs she didnt even care if she said she would call maintenance and not an exterminator would never stay here again
Ok
Scared for my life!
Horrible got charged unauthorized and nobody did anything to correct! Such a scam don’t recommend. It’s worth the extra $20 to stay somewhere else😤
Save your money and stay somewhere else! Bugs scattered everywhere, disgusting environment, in a bad neighborhood, holes in walls, broken TV, evidence of BED BUGS!!!
Bad location drug people not good for people have kids
The room are very clean the people are nice and welcoming the security is very reliable
Stayed three days with my girlfriend, very clean, kind staff in housekeeping and office!

The office lady was very rudeI dont recommend this place at all
#Lilith

Ghetto!!
Photo
Clean
Sucked
Bedbugs from hell
The experience that I and my wife had was not pleasant,The sheets with cigarette burns, a bad smell in the room, the toilet bowl practically detached from the floor, many homeless people walk around and near the rooms.
Dont go, its a dangerous and dirty place. You also pay the reservation and they ask you to pay for the room again when you arrive. If you can, look for another place.dont go
