Of the three OYO hotels Ive stayed at in Tulsa, this one was BY FAR the NICEST. The rooms were just OK--AC worked great, but the room needed painting on a lot of the trim and areas. The bathroom hardware and plumbing wasnt great, but worked well enough to get clean, etc. The overhead fan lamp was super dim, but I suppose we could have asked for a higher wattage bulb. The staff was very helpful, especially housekeeping--a sweet older couple. If youre looking for multiple nights with no frills for a GREAT price, I recommend it.
Staff was lovey and kind, this is a hidden gem. Outdated but clean, friendly environment, they do have smoking and non smoking which you can definitely tell there is smoking in the building but our non smoking room smelled clean and no staining or lingering smoke from the hall. Like stated, it is outdated and the carpet has seen better days but our experience was great, we would stay again. The atrium is stunning and well maintained, it is full of various plants some being 40 years old, a wonderful surprise.
Staff and manager excellent the room was amazing the lobby was like a garden, really beautiful only issue was no security cameras pointed at our vehicle and we had someone break in. Otherwise we would have stayed 2 more days
I was very pleased with my room. The room was clean and although the furniture had some scratches on it, who cares? Although the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, my room was smoke free and had no smell. I wasnt too happy that they advertise a pool online, but didnt have an operational pool. I had stayed at 3 hotels all priced about the same time frame ($67 with the taxes) and this one was my personal FAVORITE. I disagree with all the bad comments because I have nothing to complain about. If I wanted Marriott or Hilton, I wouldve gone there (and subsequently, paid the much higher price as well). Would 100% stay again.
We had a few issues with check in and when we finally got to our room. It was completely visibly used as there was toilet paper in the toilet and the beds were used. We went to the front desk and they moved us to another room that was falling apart. This is terrible especially since it cost $140 a night. The entire hotel is falling apart.
My rooms had mold on the bathroom. Dealings very personal stains on The linens rooms were completely dirty. Staff was unhelpful and the property made me pay more than I was supposed to when i got there. They also refuse to refund me my money about checking when I bring up all the issues theyre very unprofessional. The hotel is unhealthy. I do not suggest anyone staying there. If they wanted to remain healthy in their life. I am experiencing respiratory issues from my stay at that hotel. The staff just acted like gangsters and I feel like I was robbed. 2 do not I repeat, do not stay at this hotel.II as a smoker also feel. Discriminated against, they had to switch one of my rooms to a non-smoking room. And the non-smoking room was way nicer than the room that I had purchased as a smoking room. All the furniture was falling apart. And the room in general was just nasty as a result of my stay there. I will be speaking to a lawyer to Seek legal retribution against the hotel.
The room was very dirty! Never was clean. Found 1 bed bug on me. Complained to the front desk we didnt even stay one night and got out of there. Would not refund money either!
The rooms are clean and a great value. The prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly. The hotel is run by a very nice family and there is a beautiful courtyard inside the lobby full of live trees and plants. Worth a stop if you’re passing through Tulsa.
Oyo is the worst service. At check in I was told any one that walked in the front door to visit me would be an extra charge to the room because of violent people in the past?!?!? I decided not to check in and stay. They said to late we already checked you in and no refund! Marriott and Hilton which is 5 star hotels to you 1 star hotel have never charged for guest. I will never make a reservation through oyo again. 300 for a room I didnt check into or stay at for 3 nights. I paid 150 for 2 nights at Marriott! Got a better deal!
Boarded up rooms and broken interior windows that have not been fixed/lots of maintenance issues. Examples, non smoking room had filthy sink and counter top and cigarette burn marks. Bathroom door looks like it was off a house with the lock still included. No bottoms in the drains, tub looks nasty. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors so they should place people further apart for that reason but dont. I checked for bed bugs (I am licensed) no bed bugs was the best part of the stay. But the floor at the head of the bed looks like it has not been cleaned since the place was opened. I will not stay here again, ever!! I left in the middle of the night on Saturday because I could not get quiet sleep or feel clean or respected so there was no point. I drove 8 hrs home with no sleep. The Person at the desk coming in was rude and the one going out was rude. At least they are consistent. Last time my stay was at the Ramada, it was maybe 20.00 more but way worth it vs this hole in the wall from hell.
My room was clean and well maintained. The room was very spacious and had a fridge, microwave, desk, ceiling fan, etc. The structure/ facility of the room was not in excellent condition. My water faucets were difficult to turn on and sprayed water at odd angles (rather than a normal & straight line of water). There was no fan in the bathroom. There were stains on the light shades, furniture, and sheets (looked like a spill of something such as paint - nothing weird). However, none of this prevented me from the purpose of my stay: a place to sleep and shower. Definitely not the nicest, but it was functional and served the purpose. There was ice & vending on the first floor. The interior was neat with the trees and plants inside. The front desk staff was extremely nice & helpful. The facility had cameras visible and made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The budget was just right and met my expectations at that price point. Overall it’s not too bad.
These guys are horrible. I DO NOT recommend using them at all!! They do not Abide by their policy, They like to interrupt you and do not like to let you talk, They are very rude, and they like to scream and holler at you if they dont like what you have to say. I tried booking a room and I checked in and I paid them Plus the deposit fee. I had to leave to go to the store did not even enter the Room I left right after I paid. I then got a phone call that my Grandma was in the hospital so I had to rush up there and was with her for hours. I contacted them and informed them What was going on and that? I did not enter the room and I had not been there that I needed to cancel it. They would not refund Me any of my money and told me I could get out. I seriously do not recommend these guys at all. Very, very bad hospitality.
My wife died here. She was a recovering addict. After being given something that turned out to be to be something else. She fell asleep and never woke up. Yes this place is quiet etc. But that is for a reason. So many drugs are sold out of almost every OYO location. It is disgusting. This one has so many cameras, they simply turn a blind eye. Other people have died here. TULSA IS NOT SAFE due to the FENTANYL EPIDEMIC. ESPECIALLY if you plan on staying at a hotel. Even the nicest hotels, WILL HAVE people smoking meth and other highly illicit drugs.
The room was aged but clean. Not many amenities, but if you want a place to sleep at a good price, this worked for me.
Such a great place for the price! The staff was so friendly, the room was huge and spacious! The bed was so comfy and the foyer full of huge plants made my heart so happy! I loved waking up to them!
What a great option!! Right around the corner from my aunt’s condo and centrally located for dining and shopping. It’s an older, refurbished hotel and no frills. But the rooms are large and comfortable and the rate is quite affordable. The desk hospitality was very positive. I went back for a second unplanned night! Let me know what you think of the courtyard. I felt like I was in New Orléans!
The lady at night was amazing. The day crew the owners were awful. I got a call at 3:15 am from a person asking for somebody that stayed there previously. The owner connected the call to my room. Couldnt go back to sleep. Asked for a late checkout told I would have to pay. Would not stay here again.
The staff is very helpful and polite. Great place to stay.
It was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. There was no ventilation in the room. It had a heat and air unit, but, no electrical outlets to plug it in to. The room was smelly and there was roaches scurrying out when we started the microwave. We chose the room for location close to a medical facility where my husband had surgery the next morning. This hotel was horrible! When I notified staff upon check out, she was flippant and defensive. We will not be using this facility ever again!
OYO, if you look it up is a world wide Indian owned hotel chain and it means On Your Own. I must say it lives up to its claim. It should really be called BYO-Bring Your Own! This outfit is far cheaper then its cheap price. And because its Indian-owned you can be sure the only bargain in this hotel is strictly for the owner. Most of this experience is poor with a few notable exceptions which for the cheap price and if you are staying only a couple of nights might be a consideration. First the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The sheets actually smelled laundry fresh and crisp. Since the most important aspect of an overnight stay is the bed this cheapo place might be a consideration. The cable TV was decent to operate. The channels were ok. The air system was acceptable, (wall unit and noisy). The shower was good and hot, ( after I found out the hot and cold positions were reversed). The towels are smaller and thinner then the more expensive chains. The soap slivers were just that-breakable slivers. There were no tissues, as in Kleenex, no shampoo, nor conditioner. You may take a shower, but not a bath as there is no stopper to hold the water, no stopper in the sink either so make sure you dont have your jewelry nearby. There is an iron and a board, but turn on every light in the place so can see what you have to iron. This is third world, honey, complete with 40 watt bulbs and ancient carpet. Also, I want to say I love Indian food, but after a long day of travel, the smell of curry is the last thing I want to hit my face when I walk in the lobby of a hotel I cant tell you how many hotels Ive gone into wth this problem. I do have to say while I could smell the curry here upon entering it was not as heavy and asphyxiating as some places. The owner and son were most pleasant. I had no issue with them. The only breakfast they had, (which was no breakfast) was coffee with powder creamer. So, it is a clean, an old worn down place with a comfortable bed and dim lights. There are others on a budget as the parking lot was full and we had to park in the back and come through the back door left open with a rug. I was grateful we could get in through the back, but felt uncomfortable for the lack of security. I was glad I was not on the first floor.
My shower head in room 208 was literally taped to the wall with cockroaches stuck to the inside of the tape. Looked like at least one had been stuck there for a fat minute, but the other looked fresh. My ice bucket hadnt been cleaned between guests as it had what looked like urine stains, though surely was soda, at least I hope... regardless I took no chances and cleaned it myself. I overheard the front desk person mention that rooms are cleaned on Mondays which is disconcerting, as they should be cleaned after each guest... will only let me post one picture and since the roaches are most concerning thats the one I will post, but I took pics of many disturbing things while there in case they tried to keep my deposit for any reason...
Ive stayed here several times and my overall stay I cant complain at all, but the bed was HORRIBLE! Very uncomfortable and my husband ended up sleeping in the chair. We had a smoking room so Im sure its a popular room but that bed needs to GO!!!
The lady who works in the evening was amazing at her job. Didnt care for the $50 deposit, and them checking my room so I could leave and get my deposit back. Bed was hard. It was clean.Rooms are dated
Very bad. Room and bedding dirty. A draft blew through our French doors that opened up to the run down pool that had just enough water in it to float some trash. Suite with a recliner only, ripped. Also pillow shortage. Will not go back. Do not recommend.
Customer service was great , room was large and clean . 👌
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. There was no AC in the front lobby so it was sweltering while we waited to be allowed to check in. We drove for over 9 hours and just wanted to sit down. We were told we’d get an early check in fee. After waiting in the horrible conditions in the lobby, we just asked to check in. We were charged a 10 dollar fee to check in less than an hour early. On the website it says if you check in less than an hour early you don’t get charged a fee. I wish I could attach the pictures I took. Holes in the walls, furniture, sheets, everything. Stains on everything. I took pictures of everything and sent them to corporate. I was told since I did not complain to the property manager and “completed my stay” (meaning I didn’t check out of this disgusting place early and get charged a fee), I would not be receiving a refund. I will never come back to any OYO property ever again. Disgusting place.
I traveled from Dallas TX to visit my family. We stayed at this hotel which will never happen again. The staff treated us like outsiders or homeless poor people. We were accused of having visitors in our room illegally. As if we were doing drugs or running an illegal business. Ive never been profiled and treated this way at an establishment where I spent money for a stay. The room was a bit outdated, bathroom door was not hinged properly on wall, carpet had burns in it. The staff treated my family and I as if we werent guest in their hotel. Never again will I stay at this location.
I didn’t even get to make it pas the booking process before I decided if I wanted to stay there. I was about to pay for my room for two weeks when I realized the policy said no internet access . I decided to call the hotel and ask if the room im about to purchase had Wi-Fi or if they had Wi-Fi I could pay extra for, the man then informed me the room I was about to purchase (king suite)did in fact have Wi-Fi , but before I purchase through a third party he can give me a better discounted price so he asked for my information and what the booking website I was using was offering. I told him the price and he was in fact able to give me a lower price 40$ cheaper.then before giving my card information he told me a total that was 80$ more then originally what the website was going to give me, told me taxes . I then said I’m sorry I will just book through the third party website because with taxes included it was still cheaper then he had offered he then asked for what site I was using i informed him bookings and hopper were both cheaper then what he offered. He the. Said if I decided to book with those third party I would be charged the difference of thier correct price when I got to check in
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!!! My partner and I decided to book this hotel for 3 days for the rocklahoma festival, which was a complete mistake. We now regret not camping which would’ve been a safer option at this point. We noticed when packing up there was a bug crawling on our pillow, upon further examination we discovered it was a bed bug. We pulled our sheets off the bed to reveal more hiding away which was even more disgusting, then checking our personal belongings such as clothing and blankets we noticed they were crawling around on those as well. My partner went down to the front desk with said pillow we first found the bug crawling on and he told her “people bring the bugs , we shut down the room and clean it.” Which is completely wrong, if you have an infestation of bed bugs you have to shut down your ENTIRE HOTEL. We wanted our money back because now we’re faced with the expenses of making sure we don’t take this home, but we were refused by the man at the front desk. We had plans for our last day in Tulsa and now they’re being spent at a laundromat drenching our clothes in 99% alcohol and bed bug spray so we don’t take these home. Not to mention the interior of my partners car is ruined from how much spray we had to use to insure we wouldn’t be transporting these bugs home as well. I’ve thrown away a purse, shoes, and so many other items as well and the Oyo townhouse here in Tulsa does not care what so ever. They took no accountability for their hotels bug infestation as well as accommodating us for this inconvenience. So unless you want to come on vacation to lose everything you brought and feel completely disgusting because of being eaten by bugs, don’t stay here !!!
Dont do it! ID GIVE ZERO STARS if possible. Rudest, most power tripping desk lady apparently has authority to kick you out for nothing. I dont owe them any money but her and the owners nephew came and knocked on my door asking when Ill be paying for tomorrow night and future nights. When I disagreed with her about what Ive been paying nightly which had been $70 except for the new years holiday weekend it was $78 she kicked me out. Why they are knocking on my door today when Im paid through the night I dont know but.... you can do better. And its outdated the towels are sandpaper. The housekeepers are amazing though they get 10☆
It was a very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff was very pleasant; not to mention honest. We had left our wallet in one of the nightstand drawers after we checked out. When we called to let staff know we were on our way back to get it, she personally checked the nightstand while keeping me on the phone while she searched, retrieved the wallet and kept it safe with her once we made it back.
The lady at the front desk was AMAZING!!! Made it feel like I was staying with family and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. Gave great advice on places to see and visit while I was in town. I am very upset with myself that I do not remember her name! She was that awesome!
The staff was rude. The room was poorly furnished. The carpeting looked like it might cause seizures. At booking I was told a price if I decided to stay another night, but when I opted for that night they charged me $20 extra.
Great place. Easy to get in and out fast. Great prices!
We arrived at 7.15 pm to find the front desk person had given away our room! There was a gun show on in town and they were busy as were all the other hotels in the area. We had requested a delux junior suite NO SMOKING, of which we had proof. She said they only had one room left a smoking jacuzzi suite(we found out the following morning they no longer let this because of its condition). It was disgusting, really smelly, cigarette burns in the bathroom, on the dirty carpet, and the jacuzzi was actually in the bedroom not the bathroom, it had cigarette burns all over it and was disgusting. The bed cover had something stuck to it. When we complained she offered us an air sprayer. We couldn’t get a room anywhere else and we were up early, and away, after listing our complaints with the morning front desk (Amber) who was appalled we’d been given this room. We booked through Booking.com and will be asking for a refund. If I could have given no stars I would have.
This was a last minute reservation on our way to Tulsa From Texas. We looked at several places during our trip and decided to give this place a try despite some of the negative feedback other people were posting. Upon arriving we were greeted by very delightful people who were ready to help us with completing our reservation. I must say I was very impressed with the location as well as the maintenance of the building and most importantly the staff. Very clean and very large room. I don’t know what the other previous customers were complaining about. This place is great, and I wouldn’t just take my wife and newborn child with me to just anywhere. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a family.
Absolutely everything, positive energy with all the lovely garden in lobby.Upon check in , greeted graciously, truly welcoming .I travel visiting family in this country. My room , excellent, quiet and spacious . I am so fortunate to have found this brilliant hotel, staying here whenever I visit Tulsa.Thank You so very much
I visited OYO townhouse Tulsa for the first time a week ago. For the price, I was impressed. Usually it I would say it to myself, Well you get what you pay for. I thought the lobby was quite nice with live plants, it felt fresh inside. I expected a tiny room because I was alone and stayed as inexpensively as I could, but my room had plenty of space! My room had a decent multi-directional – wall mounted television. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I did not observe anything creepy or dirty (such as strange stains) 👍
For the mininal cost of the room Im giving it a 4 star rating. There is nothing fancy, but for the price it is definitely worth it. Yes its outdated but the room we stayed in was quiet, cool, and clean. Beds were fine. If you rate your stay on the quality of towels, go pay more somewhere else. Saw lots of negative reviews, but for the price and service we would stay there again. Oh, and the ladies at checkin and checkout were very cordial.
Required a $100 deposit for incidentals only to have their cleaning staff steal my septum ring. The blow dryer didnt work, and the mattress was sagging. It was incredibly firm too. The hotel has potential to be phenomenal, but chooses to be trashy instead.
The facility was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly. Front desk was helpful and genuinely interested in my comfort. I was very pleased with my stay. If you go, one of the best restaurants is just next door: The Silver Skillet: fabulous!
Awful hotel!! I’ve Never had such an awful stay somewhere and I travel a lot & I’ve also never personally ran into BED BUGS personally until I stayed here!! Nasty , my towels they provided were still dirty from whoever used them last and I lost a lot of personal items due to finding the BED BUGS. I even took pictures and showed them and brought one of the bugs down on my pillow case ! The manager was NOT concerned at ALL. Sounded normal for them bc it happens “when people bring them sometimes” WHEN I ASKED FOR A RENFUND NOT EVEN A FULL RENFUND JUST SOMETHING HE REFUSED !! This is and Absolutely awful experience ! I’m a house keeper so I went to strip my beds for the housekeepers and that is when I found them crawling!
Got there took forever to check in, the man working the desk seemed bothered he had to work, the lobby was hot like they didnt have air conditioning, the man asked if I smoked to which I replied I do but I will go outside( I had my kids with me and I don’t smoke around them anyways) he then insisted I get a smoking room, I say okay whatever after some back and fourth we go up i seen a roach within the first 30 minutes, bathroom was dirty, bed had stains, paper thin walls, we decide to leave and come back at bed time after some rest, we come back sleep and wake up around 830am we are getting ready and getting things together to go and my youngest who is two hit her head on the sink, she of course cries and before I can calm her down I hear a knock, it was a woman From the front desk and she immediately is scolding me saying she’s way to loud people are trying to sleep you guys are going to have to go, I say okay so you refund my money, she says no you stayed the night if she’s crying you need to take her outside, so carry my crying toddler through the building and down three floors? Made no sense only would disturb more people, and I could understand if there was multiple times she had cried but we DID stay the night with no issue but she didn’t even ask if we were okay upon me opening the door, didn’t give me a chance to explain she had hit her head nothing just immediately telling me to leave, that on top of the roaches and how dirty it was, plus the furniture was old and musty and half the channels on the tv didn’t work
First off, the hotel was quiet and the decor was nice, bed was comfortable had clean towels room was a nice size looked like a apartment. Is local to everything within driving distance . Have fresh coffee every morning and they are very accommodating .
I ordered two rooms through tickets at work. This is how they looked when we walked in. This is two different rooms. When we asked the front desk lady to switch rooms, she refused. She started raising her voice at my wife stating that she was new and has no one she could call to help her. She could not refund us as well and I had to have her sign the checkout paper because she checked us out at 11am even though we were there for all of 10 minutes. Currently working with health officials to inspect the hotel and tickets at work to have the hotel removed from their site and get a refund. Horrible experience! I cant state that enough. Do not stay here.
The rooms was disgusting. Out of date TV ceiling in the bathroom falling down, urin on the walls, baseboard disgusting, toilet dont flush, dresser draws hanging out. The shower curtain looked as if it never has been washed. It had dirt and mold on it and around the tub. I have never been in such a nasty hotel. I dont ever write reviews unless its a good one because it hurts the business but this hotel should be shut down. It looks nice outside but the inside is very unsanitary. I would never lay in their bed. I can guarantee you They dont wash their sheet. I wouldve did better sleeping under a bridge. I rate them a 0 🌟
Always a great stay and property is peaceful and quiet.
This hotel was booked by my employer. It is run down and dated. After staying one night I informed the desk to NOT go into my room. When I returned after work my key didn’t work. I got a new key and when I entered the room they had cleaned it. They also removed my toiletries and soda from the fridge. Do not stay here. After talking to the desk about my things they refused to replace them. Again do not stay here.
It was good hotel for me! The beds were comfortable. It was quite. I will definitely be going here again if I go back.
I decided to stay at this motel so I could get some laundry done before we had to be back on the road in the morning and the jerks wouldn’t let me do my laundry til 8am and by that time I’d already be leaving. Also, no shampoo/conditioner, extra blankets, breakfast, coffee, and it smells like mothballs. Now for pros, the lobby is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are decent and they do come with a mini fridge and microwave.
HORRIBLE experience. Staff was nice but the online photos were a false advertisement of the hotel. The first room we were given had dirty sheets and had not been cleaned. Not to mention there was broken furniture and damage to the room. The second room we were given as a replacement also had damage to the room and trash from the previous guest throughout. We took photos upon arrival to make sure we wouldnt be charged for the existing damage when we left. I have never felt the need to do this before. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Electrical outlets were almost falling out of the wall, my charger wouldnt even stay in. Curtains were broken and had to be maneuvered around to ensure they were closed and no one could see in the windows. A lot of the lightbulbs were burned out. Ceiling fan pull was a piece of string tied on that promptly fell off while trying to adjust. The app stated that the hotel was scrubbed clean and had enhanced covid-19 procedures. There was about an inch gap underneath our door, which allows for outside air from the lobby/common areas into our personal room. Which is a HUGE health/safety concern in the middle of a pandemic. It also meant hearing noise in the lobby and common areas, including a man yelling HELLO?! over and over (trying to get assistance at the front desk Im assuming) in the morning while we were trying to sleep. They were also not enforcing the common area mask policy, as there were guests walking around with no mask on or even near them almost every time we had to leave our room.I could have gone to a better, safer hotel for the same price or cheaper.Save your money and go somewhere else!
This place dont look anything like the pictures. The guy at the front desk said they were taken years ago. The room didnt look anything like the pictures. It was supposed to have a couch instead it had a really old recliner that was really dirty. I paid for the premium room too, it was NOT SO PREMIUM. This place is a joke. I would have rather got a regular hotel and been happier for the money.
Wish I could give them negative stars. The lady at the front desk was way rude. She lucky I didn’t punch her in her mouth. I checked in and 5 minutes later she ask me to leave because I failed to mention one of the people staying in my room was a female
I was here from Texas because my father was gravely ill in a local hospital. The staff were kind and accommodating. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the lobby full of plants & trees which was the perfect spot to visit with family during this difficult time.
Entire building smells like marijuana. No coffee/tea maker in room, one chair in 2 bed room, cheap/flat pillows, uncomfortable beds. Do not recommend.
Awful. Got bit by bed bugs. Holes on carpet, restroom ceiling had mold and falling. Lamp shades were ripped. Funky smell and the manager was very short answered. He said he had people stay and pay $70 a night no problem. Yeah, well that’s them. I will NEVER EVER EVER stay there again. Ever!
No pool, no breakfast and coffee wasnt to great, rooms arent the best. The sitting area was neat the way they had all the plants and tables set up. Needs a lot of updating. The older lady that checked us in was very nice though!!
The hotel smelled of marijuana because it is located next to a dispensary. The rooms were a nice size with a desk, mini fridge, microwave, and a recliner. However, the room smelled musty. We went to Wal-Mart and bought some air freshener for the room. We stayed there for a night because my youngest son had surgery the next morning at a hospital near the hotel.
I chose this hotel online because of good location, the pictures looked good, “hot breakfast,” and “$65.” When I booked, I was charged $90. The hotel had an interesting lobby with huge plants and small trees, but smelled like cigarette smoke. The lady at the counter was pleasant. The room: 1st impression was “not too bad, room had a king bed, couch, mini fridge, microwave, an old TV (no big deal. We weren’t going to watch TV anyway).” The room was dusty: the baseboards, the carpet in the corners and along the baseboards, the fake plants, the vent in the bathroom was THICK with black dust; the tub was stained; the curtains were wrinkled, didn’t close completely, and were falling off the hooks. I had to shower because we were at the Chili Bowl but when I was IN the shower, I learned that there were NO toiletries. Even the worst hotels provide toiletries! This hotel room was not worth the money. At least I got a discount. If you walk in and book, it’s $113 a night: for a dirty room without toiletries and falsely advertised hot breakfast. The hotel owner should consider that the Chili Bowl is a major annual event that brings in spectators from all over, including international guests, Hooters (a major sponsor and our main restaurant choice) is right next door AND all the other hotels have no vacancy. Why does this hotel have vacancy??? Hmmm. I will book in advance with a better hotel next year and the following years to avoid this business.
Never again. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. For starters, after a long ride in the car they took forever checking me in. My three year old sat there crying because she had to use the restroom. After a good while, the guy at the front desk finally told us there was a room open where she could go. She peed all over herself. While I was scurrying around trying to clean her up, she left her toys in the lobby. Instead of putting them behind the desk, he took them upstairs and set them in a chair for another guest to grab. Thankfully we were able to get them back. The next day, I was unable to leave the parking lot because another guest blocked me in. I walked into the lobby and told the front desk, whoever is in the white truck needs to move it. He replied, demanding anything from me is not smart. They do not even have guests sign for the make and model of their vehicle. The staff is as ignorant and rude as I have ever seen. Do not spend money on a room to be treated like crap.
Was a bit more rundown than I was expecting based on reviews. Good news is I didnt find any bedbugs inspecting the mattresses but saw enough stains on those that I didnt want to look very long. Upon leaving got onto elevator with someone else checking out who asked “so how were your lovely accommodations?” and we both started laughing. He said well at least there werent any gunshots so theres that.
Extremely cheap hotel. When you first walk in you are wowed by the plants in the atrium. That is the only nice thing about the hotel. The quality of everything is poor. Hard pillows, hard FULL size beds, really rough towels, the bathroom tub doesnt drain properly so youre standing in a bath by the time you are done showering. The fridge doesnt even fit in the spot so it is sticking out in the room. We will not return to an OYO hotel.
Housekeeping came banging on the door at 9am(!) The desk clerk was rude and stupid, wouldnt give me a receipt, wouldnt give me wifi password, had to ask again and again. Youre lucky if you can actually find someone at the desk. Management is pathetic and will chase you down the hall if you complain. Trust the bad reviews, this place smells bad, looks filthy, and the employees are hateful and incompetent. That stupid fountain gurgles and bubbles all night long, creating the worst sleeping environment Ive ever heard. Id have been better off with traffic noises than to have to listen to it. The carpets are disgusting, the hallway trash can literally has a sign over it saying not to throw trash in it.The rooms smell very bad, and the towels had brown marks on them.Believe the bad reviews. This place is horrible. Its not even worth saving a few bucks. Id have gladly given an extra ten bucks to not stay here.
Staff is very friendly. And helpful.. when checked in room air conditioning was not working and they immediately switched to another room . Room is clean and love the atrium .. wish there was a breakfast in cluded as most hotels do offer .. last hotel they didnt have breakfast bar open but did offer a bag breakfast with a sausage biscuit apple juice. But I would definitely recommend this hotel
Room was dirty and trash. There were holes in the wall and mold in the ceiling. We asked front desk about changing rooms and she said all of the rooms were like that. They spring a deposit on you that you didnt know about last minute. If I saw the room before they had my money I would not have stayed.Keep your money and go some where else. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was my only choice.
We loved it! The staff was so nice and made us feel so welcome. We loved our room ! It was very clean and huge! It made us feel like we were in an apartment instead of a motel room. Booked for another night!
I wouldnt even leave 1 star for these people. I booked through priceline and I had a coupon. So I received My room for 9 dollars cheaper than the hotel rate. They wouldnt accept my booking and told me my confirmation number was fake. Worst customer service I even seen in my life
Lets start with 1970s analog microwave. The mini fridge with mold and barely chilled The broken mirror in the bathroom. The mold in the caulking of the tub. The toilet bowl stains. The, what I can only assume is, blood puddle stain on the carpet. The sign on the elevator telling u the vending machine is next to the elevator...to get to the elevator you will first see the vending machine... TV in my room did not work. The mattress felt like box springs. yeah not a lot to brag about for OYO. Definitely Avoid unless you want to see a literal crime scene from 1978.Oh and if u have a friend come by and hang out they will charge u extra per person... just fyi
By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed..musty, moldy, room unclean. Got very sick staying there and left first thing in the morning of our scheduled four day stay…had to sleep in our clothes because we were afraid to even open our suitcase
Its cheap so you get exactly what you pay for. Customer service is rude af. I seen a roach in the bathroom. Took the comforter off the bed because it looks nasty. Center of hotel looks nice though. TVs are super old. I will NEVER get a room here again. And wish I could leave zero stars ! Ive never stayed at a hotel with roaches.
The evening staff at the Sheridan location was helpful. Morning staff was less than pleasant, rude. No soap no shampoo no breakfast.definitely not worth the price. Holes in walls. Dirty floors. Dirty walls. Ill never be here again. Ever! Check in at your own risk.
This place is disgusting!!! The sheets and pillows were dirty. Bathroom the same. And it all smelled like stale cigarettes. They also refuse to give refunds even tho youve spent like 10 mins in the room. The owner is also rude. Keep your money!!!! Doors dont lock. Its dangerous. To many creeps. Stay away from this place.
My 100$ deposit was stolen due to damage towels that were only due to the facilities toilet malfunctioning. Had the cops show up just to laugh themselves about how blatant the theft was and state it was a civil matter. Was told I could not speak to a manager til thursday 5 days later could not even talk to them over phone. Bottom line people have 0 shame and are willing to get over on you anyway they can. If you do book pay with card so that you may contest it.
Extremely poor service and I felt that I got robbed/tricked. I booked a hotel online for two days knowing that I would be checking in late on the first day. I had called and made sure to have them leave notes stating that we could check-in the morning and not to give the room away. When we arrived, they gave the room away and even though we bought two days worth. they made us pay again for a day that we have already reserved.... Unreal.
I Booked This Hotel for 10 Days. When I Checked In It Seemed Nice, but at Night is When All the Roaches Would Come Out. Also, the Bedsheets Were Stained and There Was Plenty of Drama Going On Outside the Other Rooms. I Left Early and Was Refused a Refund for the Remaining Days. I Escalated the Concern and Was Denied, Denied, Denied. I Am So Disappointed in This Hotel!!!
Rooms were large.... very nice for the price, quite area. The vending machines were a lil iffy sometimes would take money then wouldnt. The lady overnight was rude, other than that it was a pretty good stay
Absolutely horrible place. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Staff is horrible the place smells of black mold. No clean towels and no breakfast. Also they advertise a pool that is empty. Beds are horrible. No sheets. Toilets and bathtub were all backed up. I will not be revisiting!! The lady at the front desk was disrespectful to my underage neice. Using words an adult should not be using towards children!!
Boutique hotel? What a joke! This place is disgusting! The entire place smells like stale cigarettes even though every room I saw said it was non-smoking. There was no remote for the tiny tv in the room. Their idea of a honeymoon suite was putting some paper hearts on the walls. We booked the room because there was a jacuzzi tub in the room but we were honestly afraid we were going to end up with lice, crabs, or bedbugs! The only ice machine in the hotel was broken and they werent even apologetic about it being broken! Their full hot breakfast consisted of waffles and cold cereal, which we were too disgusted to even try to eat. This place is a dump and Ill never stay there again!
I was being generous with ONE star. The staff was rude. Old pinched face Bob I named him. Literally graffiti in one of the rooms. My family and I rented three rooms traveling from Vegas. Stayed one night only. Headed for the hills the next day. I liked the large rooms though. Overall, old hotel that needs upgrading. Deffinetly not presidential.
It was about 1 or 2 week stay everything was okay...I was in a smoking-junior family suite-i was solo unless babysitting and everything was pretty cool...Quiet Convient Stores and Shipping and Eating in the area...I would recommend staying here as well as me coming back...Ask for Kelly..! Shes Amazing..!
This place is disgusting- it didnt look bad on the outside but coming inside the bad feeling got worse and worse looking around at the place. Since I t was late and everywhere else was booked, we figured wed just stay the night here. BIG MISTAKE. As soon as we walk in, the room smells like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks- the bathroom is filthy and theres a crushed up cockroach in the mini fridge. Walked out as soon as we walked in and their personnel claim theyre unable to issue a refund because their owner (who was there when we checked in minutes before) was at home in his apartment sleeping. Dont make the same mistake other people have made checking in here- sleep in your car if theres nowhere else in the area you can stay :/
I had an amazing experience, good nights rest
Ok for the price. I liked that they charge extra for additional guests as it seemed to keep the noise down and discourages hourly type guests. Facility itself could use so fixing up, for sure, but I would go back again. Hopefully it will be renovated in the near future. Kind of a neat building interior. Could be a nice play with a little TLC.
For the price you cant beat it. Large suite rooms and peace and quiet. Check in was easy and the lady at the front was sweet and polite. My guest couldnt believe the price I paid for my room per night. Overall will be staying here again when I am back in the area.
The hotel and rooms could really use a good makeover and update. Other than that it was okay. I believe I paid a little more than it was worth it. Plus I could smell pot smoke when I left my room.
This is the most disgusting hotel Ive ever ever ever stayed at It doesnt even deserve one star. Its filthy! My husband requested an extra blanket that smelled like rotten asparagus no fitted sheets for the bed. Turn the fan on dust flew everywhere. No coffee just a coffee maker. Website says free breakfast lol was none at all. Went to check out to find a note saying no-one was there. Curtains falling off rack not covering the windows. Red Cross above door drawn with a pen. Toilet would not flush. Barley any water pressure for a shower. Paint peeling off the wall. Massive gap between shower head and wall. The room smelled like mold. Bed side tables missing drawers. I mean you want to run a hotel at least fix it up. I will never recoment this place to anyone and maybe update pictures to show what you really are. Not worth the money I could have stayed in a motel 6 that was cheaper and looked better. Dont let the name fool you.
The customer service rep was rude not helpful and yelled at my wife about our deposit money.Room smelled like a smoking dead cat. The website is all lies and made to look like its not, get this they said that my room was remodeled. So we left to aloft 5 stars
This hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly, Sunny does an awesome job on taking care of us. This is why I continue to use this hotel.
I was recently in tulsa and I used priceline to book a stay here. When I got to the hotel I was surprised by a 100 deposit and I had to pay for the room here at the hotel I had no idea and was not informed. I was sitting in the lobby dealing with priceline to find out booking.com was who I had to talk to. I did that only to find that oyo hotel was given an email to see if they would allow me to cancel my stay booking.com said it was well within the time frame and didnt see why there would be a problem but oyo hotel charged me with a no show $37.50 for what reason I just couldnt believe it. I was there less than 15 minutes after I booked and stayed in the lobby until I dealt with all the people I could. Even the lady in the lobby working told me I did everything I could and she even told me pretty much what to say but oyo hotel still charged me for a no show. Very disappointing and alittle angry 😡
No keycards necessary to get into building from exits. Fire alarm disconnected from fire exits. Hotter than a Saturday night special in lobby area. Some staff are super freaking nosey but all are very polite. If you make noise or are kind of load, be advised that you may as well be out in the lobby while you are in your room. Pool is a long time abandoned. Did I mention the secret areas? Conspiracies and aliens? Oh well, Ill save that for the next review. Oh! One more thing, the crazy chick that you are strangely attracted to... She is telling the truth no matter how weird or obvious it gets. Just trust her. She has something to teach you.
Worst ever. A man that works there picked up money I had dropped and I watched him do it. And told me over and over he hadnt seen anything. Asked to review cameras and was told they do not record.
Ive stayed here almost every other weekend and its one of the cleaner hotel they are remodeling putting new carpet and so far it looks nice love the atmosphere and the staff .. I feel like Im walking into Jurassic Park when Im there... Love it
Room was clean, huge, and had a cool layout. There was a fridge and microwave. The lobby and in door courtyard we’re unique and cool. I would definitely stay here again.
Woke up around 5 in the morning to huge bed bugs all over the bed and we had huge welps all over our body. Oyo refused to refund my money because we didnt complain until 5 in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE!
If you are on a low budget this is a very budget friendly hotel. Rooms are $40/night with a $100 deposit for each room. Cash is accepted for deposit or you can add it to your charge/debit. Room design is nice. No extras at all. Free wifi and tv. Parking. Smoking and non- smoking rooms. Staff are friendly. There is nothing townhouse about this hotel, so dont let the name fool you. The rooms are entered from inside the hotel, it has 3 floirs and one elevator.
Customer Service: The gentleman was sitting in the lounge texting when we walked in and we stood at the counter for 1-2 mins before he got up and went around. On his way around he got a phone call and politely asked if we wouldnt mind holding for a few mins. It took about 10 mins to get us booked for a room while he was having a conversation with us and the person on the phone.Appearance: The fountain was tipped over and there was a big block from where the overhead area used to be that was partly rooted and tossed to the side. The lawn was high looked as if it hadnt been cut in 2 weeks.Atmosphere: On my way in and out, I saw a promiscuously dressed woman with at least 5 different guys throughout my 2 days there. They were the gangsterish type, sagging, and whatnot. At one time 2 of them stood in the entrance of the hotel blocking the majority of the doorway making it quite awkward for people trying to enter or leave.Rooms and building: I would really love for someone to buy this place out, fire everyone and redo everything. Walls are chipped, paint is falling off, metal in the walls are exposed, the railings are horribly painted and its being worn down, the greenery is dead and brown, and the ceiling is hideous. I closed the door in the bathroom of my room and there were dry brown splashes all over the door. The shower was full of crack and uneven attempts at patching them up with moulding.Customer Service: Wed paid for 3 nights and paid the dog fee on the first night. When we were leaving a different receptionist asked for my id as we were leaving and said that she was charging us twice more for dog fees for each day.Final thoughts: I used to really love and frequent this place years ago. Now, however, everyone up to the owner needs to be kicked out to seek excellence elsewhere. The building has to be considerably close to having areas that could be considered too much of a hazard to be in operation. The prostitutes need to go.
There was herpes written on the wall in room , the owner didnt want to run the air conditioner in the summer so it was hot as balls in the lobby the poor lady working was just rolling sweat, the pool was broken. It was just a horrible experience all together. It really gave that jungle vibe with the humidity and plants. Plus there is nothing presidential about this place.
In my opinion, this is a five start townhouse motel . Nice big, big, very big rooms, help staff is very friendly. The tv here works alot better then most places and the real trees in the common area are neat.It does not have usb plugs and the shower is a little slick but that should be expected and the carpet is sticky wet feeling so wear flip flops.
The man called the police on me and my guest, refused to give my money back and threw me out during a tornado warning with sirens and evacuations in progress. His reason for throwing me out was I had alcohol in my room that I carried to the lobby during the storm. THE BOTTLE WAS A PRESANT FOR MY SON AND HADNT EVER BEEN OPENED AND WAS GIFT WRAPPED. I Had not had a drink at all....I dont drink. This man tried to keep my bottle and my lugage
Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Torn blankets. Ripped cushions on the couch. Mattress was hard as a rock. Dropped our luggage off and went to dinner. The moment we got back to the room and sat on the bed I could tell I would be in pain. Went to the desk and asked for even a partial refund if we packed up. Needless to say the service is in par with the quality of the room. Don’t stay here.
I love it there! Quiet, clean, comfortable bed and the staff is always really nice. The plants in the lobby are beautiful as well if you appreciate that sort of thing 😊
Rooms are largeStaff is receptive to things you needPrices are really unbeatable compared to larger placesAnd the place has good energy Ive been using this specific hotel for a few years when Im in the area great place !
Earlier last week my wife stopped there to pick up some friends so they could do laundry in our home.I was out of town so she stopped along the way to pick up my guitar from the shop for me.Apparently as she was loading their laundry into her vehicle, she set my guitar on some type of shelf or display case that was sitting in the back parking lot. Yep, you guessed it, she left it.I wasnt too upset when I asked the receptionist over the phone if a guitar had been turned in earlier in the week and was told that none had been. That just isnt our world anymore.I stopped at Quiktrip just west of Memorial approximately a mile from the store and as I paid for my drink, I was telling the cashier about my wife leaving the guitar.I heard a voice behind me say Was it a Taylor guitar and as I turned around he described the guitar case and its contents. As it turns out, his nephew had stayed at the motel earlier that week and his girlfriend found a guitar sitting on a display case in that back parking lot. He said I know for a fact his girlfriend turned it into the office because I was there. He put me in touch with the girlfriend who agreed to ride up there with me. When I returned, the receptionist told me she had to check with housekeeping to see if it was in storage.I said Well cant you check with them now and was told its a different shift to come back on monday. I am unable to make it today so I will more than likely be returning tomorrow with Tulsa Police Department.
The room was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time.
They charge $10.00 per child, never heard of this at any hotel. This is absolutely crazy!!!!! What should be a room for 55.00 comes out to 85.00 the rooms are not the best. For 85.00 I can stay at the Marriott and with my kids for free plus its clean and updated. Im a single mom trying to budget but will never come here again!!!!!
No words to describe - I am a continuous non stop world traveler visiting my hometown of Tulsa and Oyo exceeded all expectations in every category -- and this is absolutely not a paid review.Jesse Lee Vint III
Not well kept and the employees were not friendly. There was a pool listed online but not one utilized at the location. We were not given enough supplies and when we requested more they declined. We were only given two towels for 3 people. When we asked for an additional we were told we would have to wait until we turned in the other two.
Pretty lobby. Was in a bad room at first but changed me to a decent one later thanks to nathan the front desk guy. He was very helpful with resolving the problem i had. They charged me $10-15 extra a night for having my young child with me.no free breakfast..no coffee...
I wish there was an option for no stars. No amenities, no breakfast, rude staff, room was dirty, towels smelled sour. I tried to complain they told me to wait til the morning when the manager got there, he said I waited too long to complain otherwise I would have been given a full refund. My card keys didnt work when I left and tried to return to my room, even had the front desk reset them twice and still wouldnt work.
They have to many hidden fees. They dont tell you its a hundred dollars deposit till you get their. I checked in at 4:30 a.m in the morning Sunday and they wanted me out at 11:00 a.m sunday the same day or pay another $45 dollars to leave the next day monday plus $17 because I have a exsta guest and the guy at the front desk told me the fee was for insurance purposes ....with all the extra things they charge what is the purpose of a contract
First of all they wouldnt clean my hotel room i had to take my own trash out and get my own towels. I tried calling to get my belongings back in my room and they didnt answer there phones. Most of the employees are rude.
Nice clean room, did the lysol wipe test, came back nothing. Very friendly Staff. And accommodating, next stay Ill ask for an extended.
This was a terrible place the bed was infested with bed bugs and the front desk lady wouldnt even look at the pictures and got and attitude when we asked for a refund and told us the manager was on vacation and we would have to wait
Wont let me file a complaint refuses to even listen to what his staff memeber did last night other than to tell me i was in the wrong can u hear whats being said she was yelling at me in front of a 2 year old screaming at me to get off the wall i wasnt aware that it was such an issue to be completely belittling by your worker in front of my child everyone ik will no that this hotels employees clearly have no regard for children i am utterly ashamed that this is what the world has come to
Great rooms! Extremely clean! No Bugs! Friendly staff! Definitely recommend this place! Really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!
If I could give negative stars I would and I didnt even get past the checking in they wouldnt even let me stay there with my registered service animal/emotional support animal stay bc I only had their registration information on my phone which any other hotel is perfectly fine with me emailing them the info no issues anywhere but here I recommend you look anywhere else but here to stay it also skekks like a nursing home as well
Room is filthy, dirty underwear from a previous occupant. Ceiling fan is about to fall from the ceiling. Light bulbs are burned out. Im seriously hesitant to sit on any of the furniture its so dirty and old looking. We def wont stay here again.
Its a very great comfortable spot to relax and have a getaway and a piece of mind quiet peaceful and the service is amazing
Had a good experience here they had a check in early fee we didnt know about but we worked it out nice people here and rooms were spacy it was good place for me and my family
Carpet in the room was dirty, needed vacuuming. Door to bathroom is coming apart. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke all the time.
Clean room, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, one of the best no frills places Ive stayed,
This is the nastiest place Ive ever been. There is no AC when you walk in. The guy that checked us in urged us to call the health dept to complain but later denied us a refund and even threatened to use a taser on us before we left. The phone did not work. The television did not work. There was some sort of bugs in the room that I took video of. We paid $74 for a 45 minute stay! Ill be calling first thing in the morning demanding a refund at the least! This place should be SHUT DOWN!!!
The staff is extremely rude. We had friends meet us at the hotel prior to going out to dinner and the hotel charged them $10 each just to enter the hotel, even though they werent staying. The ownership and management clearly do not like Americans.
Ill give it 4 stars, I mean it is quite possibly the cheapest hotel in tulsa, and you get what you pay for, but the room is very spacious, the weekly rates arent too outrageous, although not discounted at all for booking a week versus a day, and the lobby is gorgeous. Close by to plenty of things.
We booked at the wedding location and canceled this reservation to stay at one of the other locations owned by the same company abs wad all charged a $58 cancelation fee.
I was charged extra for a run down dirty room
I always stay here when in a bind during our relocation due to cleanliness ease of access as well as surrounding items of convenience not to mention Sonny is always most friendly
The rooms were horrible we are regular paying customers and this place was horrible the room was filthy and the towels looked like someone had used them the night before the bathtub still had dirty water and hair in it and there was cockroaches everywhere! I will never go back to this place again or any Oyo Townhouses!
The door stuck every time I used it and there was a smell in the room. Was glad I had my Lysol with me. Price and location was good though.
The rooms need some work and to be thoroughly cleaned. The staff is awesome though and their service is awesome.
We went back in the summer and their A/C wasent working and they didn’t even tell us before we booked the hotel. It was extremely hot and towels were dirty the rooms stunk horrible experience
The place smells horrible the rooms are in very poor condition air conditioning does not work the bed sheets are dirty I do not recommend this place at all
This was by far the worse room.we have ever stayed in ..the bathroom was so disgusting that we didnt even use it . There were hateful notes posted everywhere..terrible unsafe vibes ..the staff checked our room before we could check out.
The manager yall have to understand is so nice and just in his ways and u just have to over look him just ask him for one of the women to speak to hes a nice man just short and quiet bc thats the person he is give him a chance
Bed bugs!! Horrible service,if you need anything good luck reaching the front desk, dirty, out of date and funky smell!! If you like these things this is the place or you..
Nice place rooms are really large and affordable but management is a tad rude. Enjoyed my stay though. Budget friendly and they take cash.
Ive stayed at this Oyo location on several occasions and it is very welcoming, as per the staff and spacious room accommodations. The other Oyo locations in the Tulsa area, I would not visit.
Worst hotel ive ever been too the owner is crazy and tries to search through ur room. Rooms r dirty and no housekeeping would have rather slept in my car then in this bug infested hotel
They will keep your money and say that you didnt pay. Web site says that there is 24 hour check in. They dont. Extremely rude staff. Do not go here! I had a nightmare of an experience with this place.
Its really not a very up to date motel the staff and management staff are rude and hateful to us and also rude and disrespect to our guest. If anyone comes to visit us at any point in time they want for them and or us to pay 15.00 per person they are always harassing us and them as well and we feel like we are children and not adults
What I like best about this hotel is Wendy. Wendy is the best!! Very personable, shes funny & makes u feel welcomed.
Tulsas hidden gem super cheap and super clean. Staff is extremely helpful and nice as can be. They are located next to a bunch of restaurants too. When ever I come to tulsa I know where Im staying.
Love this place. Always accommodating. Easy to work with. Manny is always helpful
The room was disgusting. Dirty, old used furniture. I should have slept in my car.
I made a reservation using booking.com and at the last minute I had to cancel my reservation at 2:00 pm. My cancellation policy for this reservation was free cancellation if cancelled before 6:00 pm. I was charged a cancellation fee even after I received an email stating my cancellation was free and no fees incurred. Oyo customer service is horrible
The room I have was not the room that was advertised on the website this room was filthy, scared to take a shower, towels are sour, floor is dirty, blankets from 10 years ago no new furniture, same furniture from the last people that owned the company, obviously nothings changed here just the name, stay away
The lady that works the front desk at night was a delight! She went above and beyond her job description to accommodate our stay.
My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff Miss Wendy who checked me in to the young lady that helped me with my TV this morning was absolutely wonderful I will stay there again great staff
Lobby broken ac... told me cleaning every other day but they cleaned every day the week. Which is good but front desk guy lied saying every other day so what else would they lie about
The woman that works the night shift was immediately rude to me and tried to tell me and my 15 year old daughter to leave before I had even gotten a word out she was rude and very unprofessional
Dirty dirty DIRTY! WORST HOTEL I STAYED IN. WE HAD TO GO TO ROSS BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY. WATER IS COLD. THE HEATER IS BROKEN. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. WOULDNT GIVE A STAR IF I COULD. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!
OK so the hotel is old and run down but in a great location you get what you pay for, staff was nice rooms are big, clean no pool coffee at front desk just in town for wedding and trip to the casino
Nice, and very large rooms. Though they could use a little maintenance and updating. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It has very poor customer service horrible experience here they also messed up my reservation and said i had only booked the room for myself and if i wanted my child to stay here with me id have to pay for him or he will have to removed from the premises and my bf also when i had made reservation for the family so i would never recommend thia place to no one they would not redund or accommodate us in any way for pur inconveniences
Smell was over powering and the hotel room was stuffy..not very comfortable...it took over 7 min for the desk clerk to appear for check in then they wanted a 100 deposit...when I asked why that was not disclosed before I paid the clerk insisted that it was even though I showed her it wasnt...I wont go back... no truth in advertising
Very nice very clean very beautiful I love all the plants reminds me very much of a 1920s hotel with the decorations very very happy with this place and the rates are very reasonable and close to the hospital
Very Nice place, looks a lil janky on the outside but very nice lobby and rooms, But Warning it is very humid in the lobby because the plants there are real, but my room was very clean, But there was a hole in the wall but over all nice place
Awesome Price ,Excellent Staff clean Room no bugs whatsoever only going towars elevator smell a little cigarette
Hot too hot hot day mid day came in wanted to go back outside to cool down... Its late July so yeas its hot and TVs old and small.
Wish I could rate 0 stars for one Wendy at the desk was prejudice and secondly the room was very dirty with cracks in the tub top to bottom paint peeling and roachs crawling on the walls and it smelled like cigarettes I wouldnt even let my pet stay in nothing like this health department should definitely shut them down
Second rate hotel with torn carpet, patched unpainted walls, missing base boards. No toiletries, no coffee pot, thin small towels. Spend your money somewhere else.
Omg I will never recommend this hotel the worst stay of my life was Woking up 3 times by loud noise an cussing kids running around by themselves rooms are not good couch was torn microwaves was old an TV was old shower barley works there pool was dirty there was no breakfast false information bad business the worst hotel no hot tub no amenities sucks.
Disgusting! Not at all as pictured. Run down. Rude staff. Looks like you fill find a needle in your sheets. DO NOT come here unless you need a safe place to smoke crack. Geezzuusss!!
Very great staff, rooms where phenomenal! Definitely will be back soon’
Good cheap motel. Our electricity went out while staying but there was a big storm so not their fault but it got soooo hot while staying cause of no electricity.
Staff was wonderful, the lobby was hit as hell, rooms were nice
I didnt deal with them in person but over the phone they are very rude. They will talk over you as well as pick up the phone say hello then instantly place you back hold
Our room had horrible bed bugs, would not offer refund for myself and my 7 month old daughter
A friend and I went there to pick up another friend to take him to dinner. The counter clerk actually tried to tell me that my friend could not have guests. Ho stupid is that! I will never stay there
The hotel is a little run down but the staff were friendly and the room was spacious.
Major updates needed, you could tell it was an old establishment. Night staff was nice other than that, meh!
Been great so far clean rooms and no bugs or problems.
Room was clean, but beds and pillows were uncomfortable and hotel was in the middle of renovations
Everything was good. Nice place to stay for cheaper motel.
Affordable and very cozy
Over priced and run down. Air condition in the lobby didnt work and the pool was empty. Wouldnt recommend staying here
Beautiful stay staff helpful as usual they always look after me 2nd time staying there
Really enjoyed the stay. Short notice booking was not an issue.
Horrible customer service. I wouldnt even wanna give this place 1 star
I love this place they create rooms for people even if you have a big family just go to that place
Bed bugs and roaches are a main problem.
They charged me to have a visitor up to my room. Horrible hotel.
Wonderful
For all the (hidden prices) we were expecting way better amenities.
Bed bugs, rude workers, dusty furniture. I would put .5 stars but I cant
Dont stay here, Im packing up my husband and my things NOW, they have bed bugs!😱horrible.
Quiet and spacious. Staff was helpful
Entire motel stunk! Room was made up but not clean.
The room was disgusting. You get what you pay for.
Its been 17 days and I have yet to receive my deposit back
Pretty cool hotel. They are in the process of renovating.
Website lies room was more than dou le than listed and took was rundown
