Dont go here unless you want the hardest bed youve ever slept on and roaches EVERYWHERE... In the fridge. The shower. Coming out of holes in the walls. Twice I saw something scurry across the floor from under my bed to behind the AC that was WAY too big and fast to be a roach... I never was quick enough to see but positive it was a mouse... The towels they left in my room were dirty and had clearly been used then folded and put back. I asked the day shift and night shift clerk for toilet paper my first day there and for the next three days because my room was out and ended up having to go buy my own because nobody ever brought me any and I got tired of having to shower every time I had to go to the bathroom. Is it more hygienic that way? Yeah. But its annoying. The smoke detectors in every room have dead or near dead batteries making them beep loudly and constantly. I asked them to change the battery in my room because Im a light sleeper and need to be rested for work. No dice. Asked for a battery to change it myself. Not a chance. He told me to just unplug it from the wall. Did that stop the beeping even after removing the battery? Absolutely not. It took me three minutes to figure out how to make it stop... This place is a roach infested fire trap...
First off location. Looks run down and homeless people all around.Secondly the service, when I arrived I had to wait over 20mins to check in because the staff had left the property. After finally being able to get inside to the front desk I was still unable to check in because I didnt have $100 cash, they dont take debit or credit. So the overall the check in process took over an hour. Also when I asked if I could have a 1st level room I was told there were none available even tho I had looked and show a room ready because the window curtains we open.Thirdly the Room. I walked in and immediately saw stains on the bed, walls, and tv. The wardrobe is broken, theres no remote for the TV, the towels werent folded but they were dirty and roaches already in the tub.Now with that being said I urge you to NOT stay here. Theres a best Western up the road for like 5 extra dollars on priceline. The service is horrible, the location is ghetto, and the rooms are extremely poor, and just so its clear I am writing this review well I am still in my room after check in. If I could I wouldve left but its non-refundable so I had no choice but definitely never again.
Place is in a bad area. There’s a hotel on the other side of the parking lot that has rules that make me think drug deals go on there.I stayed in November 2023. There were no non-smoking rooms available except one that they couldn’t make a key card. We took it but had to make sure someone stayed in the room at all times to avoid being locked out.The lobby looked like it was an old Super 8 motel with the branding found on the carpets. Did not feel very clean or welcoming. Additionally, there was a required cash deposit for the room. (See photo for evidence.) they would not allow credit card to be used for deposit. None of this was mentioned when booked online. They suggested I use the ATM next door at the gas station if I didn’t have enough cash for the deposit. (When I checked out my deposit was returned, but was concerned I wouldn’t be getting that back.)The room itself had an uncomfortable bed and a shower curtain that needed repaired. I booked this hotel for its low cost and good reviews, but I would not recommend it to anyone.
Had the misfortune of almost staying there for work and it was terrible. There were cockroaches everywhere, random illegal activities going on everywhere and the service was doing a good job trying to stay on top of things but it was just too too much. Consider yourself warned
If I could rate negative 5 I would. Absolutely filthy hotel. Requires a cash deposit even though if you call and make a reservation they will lie to you about it and then tell you it isn’t their problem. Checked me in to a room where the AC was literally laying in pieces. Did not work at all. Trash all over the floor. I booked a non smoking room but they put me in a smoking room. Bedding was filthy and had cigarette burns all in it. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. After I checked in and realized how bad it was I checked right out immediately but was told no refunds. They stole my money and are a terrible business. Run and hide from this hotel!
I reserved my room a week early. I thought I was getting a decent room for a reasonable price.When I arrived they didnt have the king size bed room that I reserved. I was charged extra for a so called up grade to 2 queen beds. I had to give them a cash deposit because the didnt take credit or debit cards.The room was ridiculous. There were stains and cigarette burns on the pillow cases, sheets and comforters. The towels were dirty and the tv had no remote. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they could not refund my money. I asked for clean towels and sheets. The manager told me that she would come check the room. I left to get something to eat. When I returned the manager had never was gone and nothing was done to the room.Later that night when I tried to take a shower but couldnt because the water did not work. I was forced to use the sink to wash up.Needless to say that this was the worst place ever to stay. If you are ever in Tulsa Oklahoma, I high recommend that you dont stay at the OKO.
My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The service was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. I cant wait to return and experience the wonderful hospitality of this hotel once again.
I stayed at the oyo near the sky hotel on North Garnet Road I have nothing good to say about that place. They had roches everywhere I had cracks in the ceiling and the bathroom had mold so did the ceiling and the walls had water damage to it .the carpet smelled bad the bed where uncomfortable and had stained on them . They would not fix the AC so I had to it a carpet cleaner to get the standing water out of the carpet that was making me sick . Then when they say that your ok to have a referater and your cooking top and the other appliances are ok but when your power goes off they get up set because the manager has to go and turn it back on but he would not turn it on until the next day but you still have to bug him about turning it on so the 3rd time it happened we went down there and told them to turn the power back on they would not . So we had to call the police to tell them that the manger did not want to turn our power on but the manger is a whole nother story . He is so shady that even his employees has nothing g good to say about him but when the manger comes to you with all his employees they are all two faces . I would stay clear of this place.
Check in thru priceline arrived at hotel checking walked into the room and it was nasty. Liquor bottles every where.dirty clothes. Bed bugs roaches. Went back to office he got us another room it was also infested with bugs. We decided to change hotel gentle man advised just to call priceline and get refund. Did the process sent all the pictures when priceline called hotel they told them we stated. So I went back to hotel and the manager was very rude yelled at me and told me she could find reservation to come back and talk to own. So I went back and the owner was not there but the guy who checked us in was and he called the manager to the office she walked in the office with a pistol on her shirt and was very rude. The gentle man verified we did not stay and that the room was not clean what so ever. she still refused to help she yelled and screamed at me and told me to leave the premises or she was going to call the cops and have me removed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even a dog. The customer is very poor. She finally told me that I could talk to the owner when he is there. I had to ask 5 times for his name and when he would be there and if she could kindly write it down for me and really got mad and cussing at me. While all that was going on I was calling priceline bc the gentle man that was there that night could verify we didnt stay the manager told him he better not verify that info. With anyone. Asked why not because they both just told me that my name was not in their system. She told me to leave. No wonder why this hotel price is so cheap. Bad customer service, unsanitary, looks like nothing but drugs are ran in and out of it. It should be shut down.
My friends came to visit from out of state, and I am so embarrassed and sorry that they stayed here. They sent me photos from their room and its absolutely disgusting to say the very least. No top lock on the front door and a nice big gap between the door and door frame... the room was obviously not cleaned after the previous guests because there was food still in the fridge, as well as food and grease IN the bed/sheets. Mold growing on the walls/outlets. Hole in door, & broken faucet to bath. All of this AFTER they were upgraded at an additional fee, because OYO didnt have the room my friends originally booked.
Rooms are filthy, smelly, old and outdated. Person on the phone and at the desk were rude. Your 100.00 deposit must be in cash and they dont let you know till you arrive. If I could leave less than a one, I would. There wasnt a single roll of toilet paper and the man at the desk had to go to another location to retrieve a roll. There were multiple bugs in the bathroom as well!!!!!@
I flew in from Florida and ubered to the hotel and I should have left right away.First you have to pay a cash deposit but nowhere is that stated when you book. Then I had to pay an up-charge for the room because the one I booked wasn’t available. Rooms are trashy and dirty BUT it was just for a night so I thought it would be okay WRONGGGG. I discovered bed bugs after 2am and I spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund. The staff is nice enough but the people they rent long term rooms to are hookers and drug dealers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!!!!!!!
I hardly write bad reviews. But, its unbelievable! Not worth even a 1 star 🤢. 1). They charged a lot more than the quoted price over the phone. 2). The room looks like someone had broken in as the security latch was broken & no soap or shampoo. I went down stairs let receptionist Anardy know & all she said Oh yeah, we know, its ok like is Ok?. 3). As Im getting settled in, there were tiny Roaches everywhere. 4). I had reserved for 2 days & they still asked us to leave at 11am & recheck in at 3pm (with no receipt) as I had paid already for the 2nd day. As Im trying to check in at 3pm like the Manager Hardy said, they still dont have rooms available, yet. To keep waiting outside (no waiting benches & super Hot) as the receptionist had to go somewhere & locks the place. Comes back & still doesnt let me wait inside as she takes another customer & locks the door after him. 5) So why they book people & take their payments then???This place looks very high on crime, dirty & people doing drugs every where, smoking weed outside & the windows dont stop the smoke. Not safe for kids 🤦♀️ or to be near to an airport to make the environment better.Refuse to refund your money by not answering the 3rd Party call. Unbelievably the worst place we have ever been to.

Very affordable pricing. It was an easy choice of where to stay and with 24hour office assistance. Convenient access to the highway and nearby restaurants/grocery. Great customer service experience by all staff members!
I booked this place with customer service without seeing the hotel, I was just trying to get a friend somewhere to stay for a week, but 2 days before check in I drove by it and could not believe my eyes. It was awful, run down and in the worst condition. Once you’ve booked, you can’t get back on the phone with them as they want you to use their chat option and that wouldn’t even work because they make it impossible and they also make it impossible to show up and cancel as whoever was sitting there said I’d have to contact customer service which is what I had been trying to do! DO NOT for simply you safety and most likely bed bugs, book this hotel. It is scary.
Called number their website went to a Georgia area code with Indian sounding person. They took my reservation and sent a payment link which being tired and stupid I paid for 3 nights in advance then after I got a Lyft ride from the airport to the hotel the clerk had no rooms whatsoever and wasnt interested in the fact a 3rd party booking service had taken my money.And I paid for multiple nights in advance so all that money is inaccessible until they refund it or I finish the credit card dispute process. Dont ever trust these clowns or give then a dime because youll have no money and nowhere to sleep.Its disgraceful the state even allows these people to operate a hotel.
Booked a room here online. Had to pay extra when arriving for an invalid reason. Also paid $50 deposit. Finally got the card get the room. When checking the room I realized tv was broke! I asked to be switched rooms she said none were available. Asked to get refunded and she said I had to do it through the site I booked. I booked off OYO. She said they aren’t all connected. Asked to see the owner and she said he wouldn’t be here until 7. Asked to speak to the owner she would not let me. The lady at the front desk was no help and did not care at all! She was rude and very unhelpful!! When I said I don’t want to pay for a room without a tv her response. “TV is not a necessity” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL. Very trashy and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Avoid this company.We paid, in full, for our accommodation, before leaving for USA. Arrived at hotel and turned away because we could not pay the security deposit in cash. OYO never stated it could only be paid in cash, and would not accept credit card or our currency.We were left stranded, after 10pm without somewhere to stay in a country we had never visited before.OYO, when we appealed for a full refund, stated their conditions and ignored the fact they did not specify the security deposit must be paid by cash only.Ive emailed twice to appeal their decision to not reimburse us. Their initial reply alleged we refused to pay the security deposit, which was not true.Still waiting a reply to my second appeal.OYOs phone number in their emails was a fake, even th hotel itself ended up ringing OYO using a different number as they did not recognise the number on OYOs emails to me. OYO spoke with the hotel and were surprised that payment of the security deposit could not be paid by credit card.We were not supported by OYO who have taken money for accommodation paid in full but refused to allow us to stay.What an awful experience OYO. We were treated unfairly, unreasonably and dishonestly.Would still like a full refund for accommodation that OYO refused us even though fully paid, failure to disclose security deposit could only be paid by cash.
This place deserves zero start who ever I spoke with to issue a refund refused to do so when I was within my rights of a refund she also refused to give me the call reference number. I will never recommend or use oyo again. Hands down the worst customer support service ever.

I can give negative rating if available...I booked a room with Priceline and went to the hotel to check in at the time check in they are saying the room I booked is not available and I need to pay $15+ extra per day. I was discussing with front desk he is saying we are not sure how they are showing room is available as of now we dont have the room I was booked.. I reached out to Priceline they are trying to reach hotel and from hotel no one is responding almost we waited in 3 hours still no response...Finally different front desk guy came and he answered the call and responded to Priceline team about the room not available and I need pay extra amount... Priceline support informed me we will cancel your booking we got confirmation over phone... As per Priceline they asked me to wait 24 cancellation confirmation I said ok and left from hotel.. after 3 days when I was checking with Priceline the OYO hotel is responded to email saying they had of records I was checked in and checked out and I am not sure how is it possible...OYO hotel is doing fraud or Priceline is providing wrong info to me... I am waiting for Priceline to send an email with details.
We broke down on the side of the road. Its a good from the service we must stop at the wrong hotel saying name No toilet Seat TV was broken, no remote crack screen.Turn the water on Water was hot but you thought it was raining roackiss but −1040° wind chill factor.We didnt have a choice. The price went higher and higher every day. $75 a day VS the $39.
Should be called the Oh-No Motel. They lie, cheat, and steal. Go up there anytime to meet the front desk people. Do not rent a room here until you do. Look at it first. Roaches galore. I only stayed a week out of the month I paid for. I didnt have towels, the toilet overflowed, and they never fixed the door that was kicked in prior to me staying there. Then they kept my pet deposit, which I was originally told was a deposit, then later told it was a fee. Not to mention all the late night visitors buying and selling drugs .. simply not safe at all.Oh, and by the way, they requested I leave a review, and I left there 3 weeks ago. So Ive had plenty of time to cool down from my horrendous experience.
I gave this place a try and wish i never did. Checked in and room has a lot of mystery stains. I could have handled that went to the bathroom and there were roaches in the tub. I documented that left to grab dinner come back sit down on my bed and low and behold freaking bed bugs. Overnight guy Mike was very nice about it but his manager would not allow us to change rooms nor would he refund our 200 dollars that we paid. I was not staying in a room with bed bugs. I have called there customer service number three times now and at 4 minutes 30 seconds each time their system keeps hanging up on me. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Worst hotel experience. Upon arrival after a long day, I was disappointed by the front desk staff who seemed more interested in hanging out with his skater friend outside than helping me. He informed me when I arrived that I would need to use cash to pay the required deposit. The front entry was filthy…and he had personal food items all over the counter. I told him I wasn’t comfortable leaving a cash deposit. He said, no problem- he would cancel my room. I clarified that I would not be charged for the stay and he did a couple things on the computer and confirmed it would be cancelled and not charged.I received an email today stating my stay was canceled due to not showing up and I was charged the full amount. After 15-20 minutes of trying to navigate customer service to speak to someone the lady I finally spoke to was rude, short with me and said she couldn’t refund the money.I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this chain to anyone. Very disappointing.

Ive waited over a month to get my sink fixed, waited over 2 weeks for toilet paper and fresh towels. Ive talked to manager and got nothing but excuses. I just put my trash out like every else does. He just came banging on my door demanding I take my trash to dumpster. Very rude.
Stopped here to rest during a cross country road-trip, do not be fooled by the photos online. Upon getting to our room we were mortified by what we found, brought our concerns to the front desk and were told they couldn’t do anything about it as we booked directly through Oyo. The GM was rude and unhelpful as could be. Contacted Oyo for assistance and they were of no help whatsoever. The room was so disgusting that they would likely be shut down if the health department was aware of the conditions and I plan to make them aware as it’s obviously of no concern to the location staff or Oyo.
This was the most horrible and unnecessary experience I have ever encountered. They room was atrocious and smelled horrible. The check in guy was the biggest jackass this side of creation. After refusing to stay in such conditions they had the audacity to have a no refund sign and tried to force us to stay there. It was only after my husband refused to leave the lobby and sue them that they finally after 2hrs gave us back a portion of our money. The experience ruined my trip and my perception of the city, if we didnt spend the day driving, we would have surely gone back home. Firstly we arrived and the front desk clerk argued with us about the room we reserved, stating we didn’t reserve it with the hotel but a third party, and he didn’t have the room we reserved. Then he tried to put us in a double bed room, and again arguing that we didn’t pay him for the room. We asked about coffee or breakfast, but he stated they didn’t have that in the morning as stated. We also requested a ride to the airport after reading in the description that there was a 24 hr shuttle, well that also fell through, since I guess not like any other hotel, you have to reserve the ride 25 hrs in advance. Well, then we also reserved a parking space for a week and paid for it, that was not available either. I checked where I was told to park and all spots were filled. The front counter service person again made an excuse, told me to park my vehicle wherever in the lot. Not what I wanted to hear concerning my new truck. Also, make sure you have money with you, when we checked in we had to hand the hotel a 50 dollar bill as a deposit, and when we checked out, they walked in our room and check to get our money back. Now, the room, burned carpet, roaches, broken towel holder, burned shower curtain, black mold, bleached carpet, if it wasn’t for the fact that we were leaving at 4 am, and three hrs of sleep, we would have left. Honestly, we should receive a refund for all the items we paid for we didn’t use. We ended up parking at the airport since we couldn’t get a shuttle ride at 4 am.
Any positive reviews on this place were probably written by the staff, their friends and families. I dont stay in lots of hotels, but this was easily the worst place I have rented. You can book and pay online but when you arrive they make you put up $50-$100 deposit in cash only, to be returned when you check out. ( hopefully )I accepted this rather unusual request and checked in. Oh look, the sign says breakfast between 6:00 and 9:30!The room was worn, in minor disrepair and dated, but after lifting the sheets and mattress and watching for any movement, which there was none, it appeared to be reasonably clean.The random and very finicky tempurature fluctuations from BOTH the sink and shower was an indication of other experiences to come.I pulled the covers down and noticed that while reasonably clean, the sheet was stained in an unsettling manner. I pulled that top sheet off and noticed it had another top sheet on top of the blanket. I went to swap it out and noticed it was covering a stain on the blanket!!Oh well, at least the sheet above and below me were clean.There was no phone or coffee service in the room and the soap and hair shampoo was very minimally effective.In the morning I went to the front office to grab something to eat only to be informed that they do not serve breakfast. But the sign says....!Nope. Okay then, where is your coffee?Nope.Returned to the room that evening and the bed was made and a new towel and washcloth, oh wait, that looks more like a commercial kitchen cleaning rag with its permanently stained grey color....No new soap or hair shampoo nor was the trash emptied.Sadly this remained the condition of the room for the next three nights.Upon checkout there was a bit of a conflict with the front counter staff when I went to pick up my deposit.I was told to wait in the office while she went to check out the room. I told her I was going with her so she didnt just happen to find some damage.She ordered me to stay there which I didnt but I stood by my vehicle and insisted she keep the door open so I could watch her.To end, DONT GO HERE!!I mentioned to my friend who I was helping about it and he had the exact same problem at another OYO location.Serious language barrier with the staff from a large country that doesnt eat cows didnt help, and it seems the company policy is spend as little as absolutely possible to make as much money as possible.
The owner doesnt allow more than one guest and apparently after 7pm its considered night time and nobody is allowed on property unless theyve paid an unknown fee. Even after that customer offered services to the company out of strictly courtesy. Would not recommend until they perform arbitration regarding that. Pathetic.
If you don’t like dirty room and a lot of flys and cockroaches I don’t recommend staying here
Found two random bugs that definitely appeared to be bed bugs an hour after checking in. Asked to be moved cuz I was freaked out. Wouldn’t move me. The carpet was sticky and gross. Would not recommend at all. And now I’m worried I’m gonna bring bugs home 😭
The indian old male that works in the morning hours is RACIST against BLACK PEOPLE, rude, lazy, irresponsible and unprofessional!!!!!! He got mad because I paid online which is cheaper than the office. He gave me a FILTHY room with a NON working AC. The sheets/pillows was NASTY. The WHOLE room was FILTHY/NASTY SO NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN. Horrible customer service from the top managements to the bottom. The toilet is old and FILTHY so is everything else in the bathroom period. The place needs to be TORN DOWN PERIOD...... NEVER STAY HERE PLEASE!!!!!!!! SMGDH
Hey so I booked a room 2 28 24 to 3 4 24 and they told me over the phone it would be a two bedroom but when we arrived they switched it and were going to give me a no ac no TV no fridge no microwave huge blood stained one bed bed bug infested room they already gave me last week I requested a refund the very day I book the room the told me to wait 24 to 48 hours for my refund here Iam 4 days later begging for my refund and if I were a betting man id bet theyre trying to not to give me my refund of it disgusting
Negative 5 if I could. This place has roaches bleach stains as big as bodies sink was about to fall of the wall. The ceiling was peeling about from all the mildew. The room smelled of mildew and musty smell. They charged me 50.00 deposit like I could actually hurt that place. They did give deposit back though, after checking the room.. The owner was decked out in all kinds of gold bracelets and necklaces so you can tell what he puts his money into. Definitely not motel. The bed was hard box spring. They shouldve paid us to stay there to be honest. This place is AWFUL!!!!!
I’ll be honest, i did not feel safe here. It looks nice but under the hood it’s a mess. Had a non-smoking room but it smelled of smoking. Not sure if it’s because someone smoked or from the adjacent rooms. The pictures look nice but it covers up the damage that some rooms have whether that’s Water, smoke, or physical damage. The room I was in had water damage on the ceiling and the bathroom door was wanting to fall off it’s hinges. The parking was confusing and seemed to be connected to a big vehicle lot with almost no lighting. Lastly, the sign-in takes forever and did not include the accommodations that were made by corporate. I think this was a staff issue since other OYO locations have better ratings.I will never come to this location again nor recommend it to anyone. It is cheep but does not feel safe and secure. Not even as an emergency bed for families visiting loved ones in the hospital.
Upon Making My Last Comment, I Have Been Asked To leave The Motel Due To TO MANY OCCUPANCTS HOWEVER Prior To This Incident He Was Well Aware & Had No Issue Renting the Room to us and allowing us all to stay there!!! When I was asked To Leave The Motel I Thought I would be Reimbursed for the Extra $140 I paid for my husband to stay I was wrong I 2as never offered my money back for the week I am now unable to stay.. WORST MOTEL IVE EVER HAD ANY INTERACTION WITH! THIS MOTEL IS A DISGRACE TO ANY AND ALL OYO LOCATIONS!!
I checked in paid $70 plus a deposit of $50 to have no running water in the shower. Front desk offered no help just told to wait until morning at 730am called customer service still recieved no help
The room was okay and not dirty really, but the man who runs this hotel is an awful person ☺️ he was extremely rude and slow, many people were trying to book their rooms, we had to wait until 6 pm to get in our room even though check in was at 3 pm and we arrived at FOUR and were still told the room wasn’t ready. When we got there at 5:45 he had to go “check the room” and then we finally got in the room after 6. Knocked on our door many times to tell us not to smoke as we were in the non smoking room and were not smoking. Overall the room and price was good, but the customer service not so much.
Horrible horrible experience. Was supposed to be here for 11 days, stayed for 6. They upcharged us on everything, and wouldnt let us get our money back for nights we didnt stay. Was without power almost the entire time and eventually, they wouldnt turn it back on. INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! They refuse to make people comply with leash laws, so we were attacked by dogs multiple times without consequence. Wifi does not work, neither do microwave. Holes in walls as if it were gutted. We came in to the floor on one side absolutely soaked, they said it was shampooed. It definitely wasnt. 0/10 would rather kill myself than Stay here again.
I would never ever ever stay in a place like this again it was beyond infested by roaches, bed begs. Checked in to room 215 first pulled the blanket back and roaches went everywhere, the next room was 112 and it was bed bug infested, we immediately left, slept in our cars for a little bit with a 3 year old, then about 3am had to pay full price for another room somewhere else and they said we couldn’t be refunded, the Health Department was called. I pray they close this place down it’s very unfair to the families that have experienced it!
This was the most disgusting room I have ever been in. Nasty beds, nasty carpets. Filthy, gross. I did not want to touch anything. Stains on the blankets. The Bed was likely from a landfill. 100 different types of bugs including cockroaches. They insisted I go get them $50 cash for a Security Deposit like I could make that trash heap worse. They would not put it on my card and made me go to an ATM before check in. And they lied to corporate charged me on their own system and told OYO that I cancelled. I know that because when I called to complain I was told that my reservation was marked a No-Show. I only wish I was a no show.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The Manager canceled our rooms, told us he had no more available, but then told priceline he never said any of that. Charged us for 3 rooms for a week that we didnt stay in. I have 3 witnesses to back this up. Completely garbage hotel.
Where do I start.. roaches everywhere, and not the kind that scatter when you cut on the light. The bed might as well have been a mattress on the floor with just sheets (bloody stain covered sheets at that) but no cover/comforter. Bed bugs. No remote to the TV. No door for the bathroom. Blood stains also on the shower curtain. The curtains in the room have burn marks on them. There were blood splatters all over the floor. Water damage on the ceiling. Just dont do it..
Bed bugs! So many bed bugs! And cockroaches. And the shower didn’t work. I wish this was fake, but this was seriously the worst overnight stay I’ve ever experienced. Now I have anxiety that we brought bed bugs home. Seriously so many bed bugs. If I had known I would have slept in my car first. I should have asked for my money back. They couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Avoid this place at all costs.*Update: I followed up with the reply below, and in recompense they offered a 40% discount for my next stay - which is absurd because I was serious when I said they couldnt pay me to stay there again. Im never stepping foot in an OYO again. The hotel is cheap and the managers are even cheaper. No one should pay a cent to stay in such an infestation of cockroaches and bed bugs.
Booked yesterday morning, 1 bed, smoking, microwave and mini fridge. Arrived and was given nonsmoking. Moved to different room. No microwave and the toilet didnt flush, even the plunger wouldnt work. Was told microwave wasnt guaranteed, but when I booked online it was part of the deal. Only 2 of the 5 lights worked and the TV was so old the remote would only change the channels. If you tried to turn volume up or down, manually, you never knew what it would do.0 stars.
I would give a 0 we did not stay we left it was so disgusting and dirty. They will not give a refund saying the room was clean and the had roaches and moldy food in the microwave. I wouldnt give my dog a bath in the tub. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.
I was kicked out due to not paying the pet fee for my service animial... The lady at the desk at night time was super nice and helpfull. The indian dude, the main boss was very very rude. I am almost sure i was bit by bed bugs. I would not recommend nor stay there again. Someone that lives above the office has a dog that would not stop barking they have a big deck area blocked off as there yard.

Ill never go back. The heater wasnt working and the owner said they dont move people to different rooms. Charged me $64 a night and it was worth about $10 per night. Horrible place to stay. Couldnt get my money back or get moved to a room with a working heater. The guy working must live there because he said his heater has never worked. Ay $64 a night for a single room you should be able to get the heaters fixed. Dont ever stay there.
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM ONLINE. Apparently this branch has no idea how to complete a reservation that was started online, and will refuse to give you a room at all if you do. Also, as you might expect from their reasonable price, its a very run-down, nasty motel. There were about 12 flies in my room, the carpet was grimy - couldnt walk across the room without my feet getting yucky. Stains on the sheets, a hole in the wall, lots of stains in the bathroom (though they were not as obvious, since the light in the bathroom was broken. Also the ceiling was falling in). Neighbors were screaming obscenities. The staff were pretty nice, excepting the if-you-booked-online-then-I-cant-help-you thing.
The bathroom ceiling had black mold ALL over it, as well as the in front of the front door. To the point my boyfriend and I noticed if we left the door open, out noses got stuffy. When we closed it, we could breathe again. We saw roaches, and there were no blankets on the beds only sheets. We didnt get the room we paid for, and we asked for a non smoking room and got smoking. I know its a cheap price but, the mold and roaches were the main thing for me. The mold can make someone sick and no one wants to take roaches home if they crawl in your bags.

There was black tape patching the holes in the curtains..the door wouldnt lock right...bed bugs..roaches...no remote to tv...NO BIBLE..not even a blanket... ceiling tiles ripped up..no bathroom door..no microwave..no refrigerator. .one light! Me and my husband paid $70 for one night to stay at this hotel .. we were literally in the room no more than 10 minutes and he had already killed 6 roaches looked behind the refrigerator and there was a bug thing full of roaches. We were not the only guest in the lobby asking for a refund which the lady refused to do wanted to put us in another room .but who in their right mind would want to stay in a hotel where ur first room was full of roaches??
BED BUGS !!!!!! I was put in room 112 I checked one bed saw nothing. After showing I sat on the other bed. I got up when I returned. 1 big on and a baby one was on the pillow. I took pictures and got management. They had moved on the bed and another baby came from the head board She saw them and said no refund because I took a shower. I paid $60 for ashower.NOT GOOD
They just had the parking lot fixed! so there are no potholes bumbs or crators that mess your vehcile up at this place! they Sppray biweekly dor roaches and other bugs inaide and outside of all roomsthey did have roaches still do have somw but with them cinatantly spraying like they are should take care of that! Workers are always available you can almost always get a room here even though they stay pretty full. Housekeeping is polite but get job done dont play. Does not have any type of breakfast not all rooms have microwaves or refrigerators. There are people registered as living here in several rooms but theyre not actually the people stay in rooms shown. Some towels and bedding do have small to med size stains even after taken by housekeeping and washed. The washers and dryers here for guests do not work at all! Pop machines are empty but have pop in office for sale.
WHY WAS IT POOR!?! Where do I begin! When we arrived I went to check in and pay . The girl at the front desk gave me a really bad vibe. I could only speculate she was on drugs. Her eyes were glossed over, she was trembling and had track marks up her arms, toothless and just dirty looking. She checked me in and I went down to the room. When I opened the door it reeked of urine and vomit. My wife was walking our dog, comes in and says to me that we were not staying there that she had just had a run in with a women with a cleopatra haircut in a pink bunny suit smoking crack. We went to the office to inform them we would not be staying there and we wanted our money back. They said we had to go through booking company and booking company said we had to go through the hotel. Im not playing with these people. I will get our money back or I will be taking them to court! Dont stay here guys. Its the nastiest place Ive ever seen and management are very shady. Cops have to know whats going on in this dump! We were immediately concerned upon arrival.
Total s—hole. No working air conditioning on a 99 degree day. Pepper smell of bug spray and still had roaches. “Clean towels” were stained and nasty. Outside window was plexiglass and duct tape. After 4-5 hours maintenance shows up and says yeah- air doesn’t work. Didn’t stay. Was told to leave cause they didn’t like MY attitude.
Called and made reservation. Arrived but No reservation; OYO Booking sent our credit card money to another OYO 5 miles away. Could not correct. Gave us big run around. Room was a disaster. Indian clerk had English far too hard to understand. OYO= Only Your Oink.
Bed bugs was the first thing i seen when I walked in.
The room smelled like trash, the bed was a king size with only 3 HARD pillows.. The bathroom was super tiny...cant shut the door and use the rest room.. The room service IS RUDE and cant understand anything you say. Breakfast is a joke.. Dont even waste your time or money. The sink is stopped up and the shower doesnt run full shower mode. I have never had such a horrible experience in a Suite. I hope this helps the next passing travelers... Do not stay here!!! WASTE OF MONEY!
1 star bc 0 is not an option. Do NOT stay here. This was an ACCEPTABLE pet friendly room. After declining 2 others on his list. I dont even want to know what they looked like if this was the acceptable one. The room smelled of piss. Mold on the pillow cases, bedding stained, huge roaches, and the shower didnt work. Went back to the front desk and they said yes they were aware of the damages.Needless to say. We found more sanitary lodging elsewhere.
No it had roaches I found a bed bug in my room I stayed in room 128 and the lady in the front office had to like she didnt know whos the one that was checked us in shes the one that checked us we paid for two nights and only got our deposit back
Absolutely horrible , so we arrived and immediately the guy helping us was rude mean nasty i dont know what his deal was but I needed the room so I let it go. We wanted a non smoking room so we got our keys and went to check out the room originally staying there for three night and ended up staying for like 10 minutes . Room smelled disgusting stains on the floor and sheets. Waste of money if there was zero stars I would give it zero , just horrible worst thing Ive experienced in my life if any one asked me about how that place is I would just say sleep in your car because its better than the inn.

This hotel SUCKS! I made a reservation a month in advance, and then when I arrived after driving for 12 hours, they wouldnt check me into the room because I didnt have a $100 CASH deposit. No where in my booking did it say I needed a cash deposit. They said they couldnt put the deposit on my card because their machine was down. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. They didnt have an ATM machine and couldnt even point me in the right direction for one. They left me and my 16-year-old daughter to figure out accommodations at 11pm in a town wed never been to before. On top of all that, they wanted to charge me 100% of the room price because I didnt cancel in time according to their cancelation policy. BUYER BEWARE: Dont waste your time or money with this place!!! Thankfully, the Country Inn next door had a room, was in MUCH better condition, and their front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Needed a room for the night while traveling to AZ. The prices looked affordable. Got the room, and immediately was concerned. People all out in the lot loud looking suspect. Go in the room, the light switch on the wall didnt work and there were roaches crawling on the wall. We informed front desk and they gave us another room. That one was no better. Room smelled of urine, carpet filthy, roaches as well. The positive thing about it was they did refund us our money...
This is the SECOND time that this hotel has lied to my family when they booked rooms here. Room was booked. Hotel was called and the booking was confirmed, but when my family got here, after driving FROM ARKANSAS, they were told they were full and couldnt get a room. At this point, we will be contacting the BBB. Not to mention the other things that is wrong with the hotel. They charge $50 extra per person if you want to have someone there after 11PM. We have receipts from when it happened.DO NOT STAY HERE!
The is by far the worst hotel. Prison has better rooms! The ac is out the windows will not open the only way to get some air is leaving your door open. The toilet wont flush and the shower dont hardly work. Smells are horrible so now thats how they keep prices so cheap 😭 the fire department should shut this place down bc somebody gonna get hurt one day

Jamie the manager is absolutely amazing, clean rooms, very friendly staff, the property is in the process of being renovated its a bit run down looking but the room was clean and smelled clean. Very quiet I work overnights so manager made sure I will not be woken up. Reasonable rates unfortunately nothing relatively close to grab a bite to eat unless you travel a mile or more to get anything. However 5 stars just for the professionalism, speediness of check in, cleanliness of room, and how friendly manager and owner are.
This hotel is absolutely VILE. Spent $90 to stay less than a day (5 to 6 hours to be exact due to tourism and work) and had to evacuate because the room, bed and microwave were INFESTED with live roaches! Not to mention unknown disgusting smears of who knows what on the bathroom walls and walls near the bed. And blood looking stains on the sheets. We took pictures and left immediately after we found the roaches in the bed. The manager is a rude, condescending woman who doesnt care about the roaches and filth Only continuously and callously blamed ME!! HOW INSULTING!! AND tried to claim that me and my husband were rude to her staff. 100% not true. Im disgusted by the quality of this hotel, the manager and her -lack of- customer service. She refused to give me her superior or a way to contact them. We are in contact with the health department and The BBB in hopes of getting a refund. Do NOT go to this hotel. You WILL regret it if you do. Choose one of the others in the area!!!
The hotel or motel itself looks like they are fixing it up. With that said there is some defects but they appear to be fixing it. Mayne just came under new management etc? Who, knows. But as for the quality of customer service. The manager went above and beyond to assist me. I had some Deltas as for booking in because of a new system but my key did not work as well. He walked/ fast walked jogged to get the issue resolved. They kept apologizeing as it was a few things but thats life sometimes it happens. But they are really nice people. I didnt see any bugs. Just one dead one but as I said the building is old and they are fixing it but still very clean for the age. Its not perfect but it is great for sleeping after a long day. For the price as well it is great. All you need is a clean bed and hot water to sleep and they offer that. I couldnt be more happy with the customer service as well. Thankyou

Booked a room a week in advance, checked on the reservation the day of staying and everything was good. 5 hour drive to get there and was told there were no available rooms. Given a number to call and it was for a cancelation, without giving me a refund. The lobby smelled awful, the clerk was not helpful at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.

Stayed there for a week. The manager, Jaimie is awesome! She is very professional, friendly & goes above & beyond to make you happy. The new owners are working diligently to improve all aspects of the business. We didnt have any major issues during our stay. I would stay there again.

We walked into our room, looked around for 5 minutes, and immediately left. Filthy carpets, stains all over the duvee, and mold throughout the bathroom ceiling. Fight broke out in the parking lot while we were walking to our room. DO NOT STAY HERE
We are still here until we find a home for our family. 245 for two beds is a great price. Our only deal is we are a family and get room service twice a week. Yet if more toilet paper or something is needed kindly go to office and ask, they are very polite about it. Only deal is there is no room phone but from what I heard they are slowly trying to change things as a new owner has taken it over from when I was here last year

The clerk replied housekeeping is closed. Housekeeping is closed? No apology, no offer of a different room, nothing. This hotel is dirty,, the staff is rude, and amenities are non-existent. I would never stay there again.
This place is simply horrible. Dirty carpet,dirty everything. Roaches were terrible . To save 16 bucks was the worst mistake I ever made. Parking lot full of trash ,cars with busted out windows. The breakfast area was dirty and big sign not allowed to take items to room. Not even a simple cup of coffee to watch the news on there 30 year old tv. I wish they had a corporate but Im sure all independent owned.
They need a major renovation. The front door doesnt even open or close properly. The front lobby is a storage area. The safety latch to my room is broken. The a/c needs clean. Not a good place.
I stay in one of the rooms this hotel is by far one of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed at the front desk is very friendly I have no complaints at all.
I cant say enough about the manager Jaimie. Im mobility impaired and she was so helpful to me and made things so much easier for me. I sure appreciated her helping me like she did. If I were the owners Id be so proud to have her in charge. The room was very comfortable and clean and Ill stay here anytime Im in Tulsa from now on.
Switched rooms twice, card wouldnt unlock any of our room doors, people banging on room doors all around us, fighting & arguing till after 5am! Lights by bed didnt work, carpet was disgusting had stains, burn holes & sticky spots, counter with sink separating from wall with baby cockroaches in crack, toilet & tub I had to clean myself, towels & wash clothes had every color stain on them, the tv stain kept going in & out & so did wifi, beds were ok but had to use pillows from extra bed but ac was very cold perfect in fact & security/front desk clerk was awesome.
Went to pick up my service animal from trainers and meet other people with animals for help. The staff came to the room and accused of a fighting our dogs. So me and the young man leave, then they asked my wife if we were having a fight because someone heard a woman screaming help. Now I dont know what kind of people we are around and hope our trip get better. Talk to you after check out.

The staff is very friendly and I feel sorry they have to work at this place! The room was run down, walls dirty with holes, chair was so filthy I had to put a towel down before I even sat down. The trash cans outside were swarming with flies and had flies in the room. Noisy, rude guest outside and in the parking lot most of the night. I would not stop here again!
Staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. My rooms were always clean. I never had any problems although its in a rough area. Its been a couple years since I was there, I hear its worse now.

Completely aweful!! My boyfriend and i, stayed here with some friends over Valentines weekend. It was SO horrible! Our room was heated with a space heater. The actual heat didnt work and the door was very drafty. The toilet didnt flush and was full, no plunger😒 Front desk wouldnt change out rooms. Maintenance came in and said theyd be right back. We didnt see him again. Full toilet all night. Thank God we ha friends staying in another room! But thent in our friends room, the TV didnt work and they said someone partied all night with blaring music and people yelling. Then in morning, some man pounded on our door at 10:45 telling us to get out when checkout wasnt till eleven!! Rude people. Terrible service!!
Horrible we could not find the receipt for our deposit and instead of being human and knowing we were the ones that left the deposit money and left the room very clean they refused to give me my money back!
**DO NOT STAY HERE**Probably the worst place Ive ever stayed and Ive stayed in a lot of places. I had to request a new room twice. The first rooms door had been damaged badly from being previously broken into with a pry bar and would not latch. You could see the damage clearly from all the bent metal. It also had trash in the bins and a big wad of cushion laying on the floor that had fallen out of the bed. When I went to tell the front desk about the door, the man acted annoyed that I was complaining and just said ok without offering me a room that had a secure door. So I had to demand firmly that I wanted a new room . He complied reluctantly.The second room had the same issue but at least would latch. However even if I didnt mind the door that flimsy like a soda can from being broken into, the room still smelled strongly of animal urine and the carpet had bad stains all over the room from it. It also had ripped carpet and a dirty toilet seat. Nothing had ever been washed, not even the gang symbols written in colored marker that could have easily been removed from the wall and light fixtures.The third and final room had stained up carpet and holes in the walls like the rest but, no smell and at least the door was solid so I stayed in this room as I felt lucky to have it. However, I watched roaches crawling all over the refrigerator and microwave while I tried to eat a meal. Killing them one after another they kept coming so I gave up.The parking lot is full of trash and there are nasty drugged out looking people just standing around near the doors and in the lot.As I was sitting in my car trying to book my next stay, this older cleaning woman walked by my car and intentionally spat next to my car. She could have spit anywhere out of site but instead leaned over and spat in an obvious way that showed her anger that I had made three rooms for her to clean.If you have any class at all, you will absolutely loath this place. It should be less than ten dollars per night and come with a disclaimer or be shut down.
We stay there for 4 night and 5 days. The staff is some friendly and very nice. We enjoyed. Our time there.We had a dead battery on our truck. Norman ( I think that was his name Im very bad at names). He stop what he was doing to come jump us. We are very very thankful. The building need some TLC. The next time we are in Tulsa Oklahoma. We will stay there. Again the staff is so friendly and happy to go the extra mile for you. Love it.
If i could give this negative stars, I would.First off - this says theres an airport shuttle - which is the only reason I booked it.. THERES NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE.There was mold, old food, stains on the floors, walls, doors...DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down.

Arrive for check in and the room we reserved hadnt been cleaned. Ok, thats fine. Got a new room and go to it. Keys dont work because the lock is broken. Get another room and new keys. Dont even need keys as the handle is broken and you literally push the door open. Door jam looks like it been pried open. Makes sense since there were 3 police cars in the lot. Walk into our smoke smelling non-smoking room. Stains on pillows and towels. Walk towards the bathroom and the door has been kicked in and is held together with duct tape. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Promptly leave to get a refund. Front desk says they will find us another room. No thank you. Just want my money back.
Worst motel ever I get here its late I drove a ways. Front desk lady says she isnt checking me in shes quitting so I sit outside wait for ever. Do not go here. I was here literally less than 2/minutes! Picked up the phone and roaches came out. Then suddenly you see roaches on the floor coming from idk tf where but DAAAAAAAAAAMN! Went to the front desk and explained the situation but they said there were no more rooms available. I got a refund and left. Like wow, it took longer to check in than what I was in the room for. Plus I had my baby with me and like man, whew that was close. Im glad roaches didnt get on or in my baby or our things. The guy st the front counter was nice though. But still, why doesnt this company fix this issue? Do they not care?
You know that feeling when you step in a place and youre skin crawls, and everything tells you to get out? Well, welcome to Americas Best Value Inn Tulsa edition. The first thing we did when we got there was lock the car, as multiple people just stood outside eyeing us. Slept on top of the covers, as the sheets under held patches of hair and yellow stains. continental breakfast included bread and cereal, nothing more. One star is for the hospitality of the manager, who was just fine. The other star is just for the experience, you will never complain about a 3 star again if you stay here.
If your power goes out, they will not turn it back on until they feel like it no remotes, a/c barely works, and millions of roaches, the bathroom ceiling is peeling off, sink hanging on by a thread. dont come here
The staff was very nice and helpful. Didnt know there was two oyos on the same street. Got upset because they charged my card 45 for a no-show. I stayed there for two days and still got charged extra.

The place is ran down and the rooms are painted over black mold and the sinks are glue back together and the maker mangerment are the worst people around very rude and dont care and my room was broke into and my stuff stolen and if I could post pics of it all I would just dont stay here and oyo Ive stay a few places with you always good to help but with this one i ask fir a refund and havent got one yet and wa only in my room maybe three hours tops and went to front desk several times fir help and didnt get nothing but people being rude

Where to even begin!! Sheets were filthy, towels looked like they could walk by themselves, cockroaches everywhere, & my husband cut himself on a razorblade that obviously had been used for drugs. When we informed the front desk, we were told that the owner wanted us off his property!! I wouldnt trust these people with a stray cat!!!!
Fire alarm ripped out of the wall, bathroom light didnt work but dont worry you can still see the bugs, and a bed sheet so stained you pray its been washed. O travel a lot and this was the worst, sketchiest hotel Ive ever been in.
Would give zero star if possible.Had booked the room few days in advance with Hotels.com and when we showed up there were no rooms left. Said there was a plumbing issue. I believe they should at least informed us of the problem when we call earlier that day asking about early check in. Also the attendant at the counter didnt even want to help reserve a room at another location saying that they where not conected. But funny thing is when you call the number to the other Oyo we stayed at it goes to the same customer service as Tulsa international airport. Wont ever return to either.. total $#!+ holes.

First of all key card wouldnt open the door got another one this time the door would not lock, Shady characters walking around ask for my money to be put back on my card.I Guarantee you the property doesnt look like the picture.
Good prices.. love the weekly/monthly rates. Rooms are mediocre.. not very clean, but bug free! The indoor rooms are nice, though.. no straight access to the outside, which makes it much safer.. nice heated pool area!!
This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Had to put a $20 cash deposit down on the room. Was never told why the next morning checked out at 6am and was charged $2 for a wash cloth that was never provided. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to believe that and she responded with its only $2. Needless to say I will never stay there again.
Chris at the front desk was by far the rudest employee Ive ever encountered at a hotel. And I stay in hotels 3 nights a wk for work. Even if this hotel was a 5 star place(its not) Chriss attitude alone brings it down to a 1. I mean we all hate our jobs but Jesus christ man... All you have to do is put a front on for 60 seconds and Id be checked in and done with. Aside from that the TV was ancient there where cigarette burns in my non smoking sheets and the door wouldnt lock.
First impressions are a lot and from that point only, I could not stay at this location. Run down, dirty and unsafe was exactly what I felt like when I was on the property. I didnt even exit my vehicle so there than what I stated , I could not give any other information.
The staff is the greatest. The rooms are clean. The motel is peaceful. There is a feeling of comfort when you walk through the doors. The coffee is perfect as well as the b breakfast.Thank you for your kindness.
Bed bugs room 117.....no joke my son and I were bit up on the 12-13. Room appearance looked normal . Called and let office know and they said thanks for letting us know. Also the picture above of the rooms is not actual room. Sorry for the bad post but bed bugs are a serious matter.
Roach infested!! Do NOT stay here. The a.c unit did not cool the whole room, it needs a MAJOR REMODEL & NEW CLEANING LADY. Spend the extra money & go elsewhere. Definitely will NOT recommend staying here.You get what you pay for.

Went to the room they gave us there was blood on the sheets turn around and went back out told the guy at the desk I want my money back I was leaving that was gross refused to return my money took me down to another room I looked around in it and thought maybe I could stay there he turned around and lefted we shut the door and it doesnt even shut tight theres an inch Gap all the way around the door my son went to take a shower the floor was sticky the shower head didnt work the tub wouldnt drain that was it went to office got our deposit back and left. I would have to say this place is the worst place Ive ever been in my life and also the picture they show of the motel I dont know where they got it cuz it aint the one out there
Are car got broken into and they stole all are kids toys and tried stealing our car. Its kinda sad people are like that all i got to say is this place is dangerous i allmost didnt make it out alive they had people walking around with hoods on all hours of nite i couldnt even sleep cuz of it. Some of the people that walk around there go around shinning flash lights in the windows of the rooms and act like they are a badass and wanna fight .
If I could give this place a negative 5 stats I would. We dropped 600 for 2 weeks and the lights dontvwork..the heater is a fire hazzard..theres holes in the ceiling and roaches. Trash all over outside. I think I would be hard pressed to find someplace worse than this. And of course their policy is no refund. If you wanna stay in a roach infested trash heap this is the place for you.
Its ok. Quite and calm for most part but no service everyday if you bundled 3 days or a week or monthly. Wish I wouldve known that before throwing my towel on the floor.
The Price is good and the employees are friendly. But the rooms arent great. The walls are falling apart. And the room i had gotten had trash from the previous users in it. And idk if theres room service, but they arent good at thier job. I will not be using this place again.
I wouldnt be surprised if someone was renting these rooms out by the hour. Sheets were unwashed. Beds and linens smelled like old body odor when first walking in. Garbage piling up under beds. At best, youll walk away from your experience here with some kind of fungus.

Something Funny.. Have to have $50.00.. in Cash for room.. put the room on your card.. but not deposit.. just left the best western with a couple because they wouldnt take cash.. These people was nice enough to finish our Deposit until morning.. Freezing Rain.. put a cash machine in your lobby or use the card that room is paid with.
Disgusting there was roaches all over the wall and even in the bed we where only in the room for a few minutes.The man at the front desk was more interested in his phone then helping.
I gave a woman s ride and that were she said she live then she asked if I wanted a date for two hours for thirty dollars. By now Im sure you know what she is when I dropped her off she tried to have me robbed and my truck stolen. I would never get a room there it look like they should all be condemn and leveled out

How awful this experience was I booked to nights through priceline had the room paid for $109 total price when we arrived we were told they didnt have any rooms available and were overbooked gave us a number to call the couple behind us said we need a room we walked out to call the number and noticed them filling out paperwork and handed a key the number we called sent us to a another oyo hotel and we had to pay $250 for two nights what a rip off never again will we stay at a oyo hotel the just lost my business permently
I woke up to bedbugs in my bed. And management refused to do anything about it. Badically argued with me , calling me a lier as if i placed it there. Totally offended and will make it my project of informing everybody not to stay there.
This place is infested with roaches. As soon as I stepped in the room the scent of bug spray was poignant. Later in the night they started making their appearance.
When I walked In and tried to turn on the lights it didnt even work I had to turn on the lamp and roaches everywhere and I was like nope Im leaving bad hotel DO NOT RECOMMEND

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I had booked a room hours before/ paid for the room. Got there later that night from town, lady said I didn’t pay for the room, when I had received a conformation code for the room and the money came out of my bank account. I asked for a refund and she refused one. So I left. Worst hotel I have ever booked, and the lady had such a bad attitude.
First room they gave us had crumbs in the sheets and stains all over the carpet and drapes. Second room wreaks of mildew. A value is not how I would describe the experience.
Im reading reviews that give this hotel great reviews, im going to guess its the employees leaving it themselfs... which they might want to spend more time cleaning the hotel...When we first pulled up the hotel looked very dingy from the outside, plastic on the windows...When we walked in our room it was very hot and smelled like cat pee or pee in general... The room was very small and looked dirty...When going to the bathroom you could barely open the door because the toilet was right there the bathroom was so small and there where live black bugs on the floor.... many live bugs crawling around and the tub looked gross.Even if your just looking for a place to stay or a bed, I would look else where unless this was your last resort.... and then i would prob stay in my car....
Very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and will meet all your needs. If I ever had to stay in a motel again, definitely would choose them.
We booked the hotel a few weeks in advance for 70$ when we came in we went to pull up our reservation only for it to have an email saying the hotel cancelled our room due to it being over booked and that no charge would occur however when checking the bank statements we had been charged for the room and cancellation.

The clerk didnt hear me when I said I had a dog and after he saw we had a dog we were moved to a pet friendly room and pay $10.00 more. The room was a downgrade. The bed wasnt as nice the room needed some things replaced and the room smelled of smoke.

Super discreet hotel had a great time met a friend there nice rooms really fun for an adult get together Im sure their family friendly too it was nice and quiet and seen private and safe

This place is the biggest dump of a hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were cigarette butts on the floor, an empty condom box beside the tv stand, & on the inside of the door there were racial slurs wrote in sharpie. There were holes & cigarette burns in the comforter.
Awful and disgusting!! came in from Texas other hotel messed up our reservation and late only place to stay for a night..dirty bed bug infestation left way before 11:00 oclock check out put it on our card very disappointing !! WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE!!

Did not mention there was a cash deposit of 50 to 100 anywhere on the website. I barely had enough money on my debit card and had to go to an atm about a mile away to get the money.
Place has old tube tvs. Cig holes in covers, no smoke detector. People were probably living there weekly slamming doors fighting outside till real late. Terrible stay

This hotel meets basic needs for an overnighter for the most part; however, the handles on for the tub/shower were broke and didnt work. They do provide a shuttle to/from airport.

I believe the hotel needs to be checked because I went through 2 different room and it was chaotic, the bed was not even made, the bathroom was dirty and looked rough to even think about using it and the second room is insane water is running itself, the carpets isn’t vacuum properly and the fridge is dirty can’t even put my food in it because I feel like it will be contaminated and maybe when the owner fix everything I might recommend it but as of right now would not recommend this hotel even if it mean saving some money, I rather spend more and receive clean area to sleep in. The drawer is broken, heat doesn’t work so I have to use portable heater in my room like hell!
