Great staff, clean and very good price. Have a little problem with the dog barkings and ice machine not working. Plus they dont give you blankets only 2 sheets on each bed. Besides those problems, I stayed for a month and a half because the owner is so understanding and very welcoming. He is very nice and If you ever have a problem with anything he will make it right for you. I would recommend this place for sure.

Stepped in animal feces on my way to check in. Desk clerk rudely explained that it was not his or the motels problem. The area in front of the property is covered in animal feces and is disgusting. I believe that this is a health concern. Tomorrow I calling the EPA to check into this heath threat. OYO properties are disgusting. Please believe the reviews. Never again for me.Update:Got home and not surprised to see that I was covered in bed bug bites. This place is disgustingly. There were also homeless people in the lobby and outside begging for money and cigarettes the toilet was not attached to the floor so every time you flushed urine would leak out on the floor. I could go on and on about how disgusting this place is. OYO should be ashamed

The halls smelled of weed, and were full of trash, the attendants were rude about having to accommodate me since they didnt have the room type i had booked and as a solo female traveler them saying my entire room number out loud had me worried for my safety, when i got to the room there were hole in the wall and roaches, as well as only one pillow on the bed and hole and stain in the comforter and sheets, the room and a smell of urine and the floors were sticky, i had asked for more pillows and sheets at check in at 3pm by 11pm i still had not received them and when i went to check on them they said i couldn’t get them until the next morning since housekeeping had gone home. I was also advertised a breakfast which was closed and pool which was closed, im never making the mistake of booking without reading reviews again, if i had i would have seen the rooms werent as advertised and not have booked.

Do NOT waste your money! The smell in the hallways is terrible. The elevator doesnt work, they have no key cards for your room. Someone has to walk you up the stairs to your room to open for you. People high and doing drugs in the stairwell (scary) situation. Roaches on the walls, furniture in rooms so broken down and filthy even a garbage man wouldnt want to touch. Water leaking from the ceiling. This place is the absolute most disgusting place Ive ever been in! Wish I had taken pictures but we walked in to our room and immediately bolted for our vehicle. Health department should condemn this place!

I usually dont pay much mind to negative reviews of places, but let me be the one to say that every single one Ive read here has been absolutely accurate. If only I had read them beforehand...Alas, I did not.The smells, the weirdness, the filthy rooms, burns in the blankets, shoddy headboards.. if you told me the room had been thrown together right before I walked into it, by people whod never built anything and who had a 5 dollar budget but unlimited access to a dumpster, Id say Well in that case .. actually its still pretty bad.The housekeeping staff, working diligently all day yet somehow nothing is ever cleaned. They may also be surprised to know that some white people do in fact speak Spanish. Perhaps talking about guests right in front of them is not the best customer service.A fun bonus that I havent seen in any reviews is the mysterious construction/remodeling work being done on both sides of every room (unless we just got lucky) well past 10:00 pm every night.If I were a little more prone to believing conspiracies I would absolutely believe that the fourth (top) floor was kept vacant so that members of staff could go up there and watch guests through holes drilled through the floors/ceilings.My favorite experience (so far-- there are sure to be more chart toppers) was coming up on a freshly-spilled soda in the hallway as I left to grab lunch, witnessing the front desk attendant notice it as he walked toward it and then walking away. When I came back through a half an hour later, the only changes were that the ice cubes had melted and the getting-stickier-by-the-second mess had spread further.If anything, the elevator being out of service has been the least of the problems, as Im sure the stairs are doing me some good. The yellow caution tape gives the otherwise uncanny atmosphere a familiar pop of color.If we hadnt been in the desperate situation we were already experiencing and needing (what I thought was) a reasonably priced weekly rate, wed have turned and ran as others have done.From other reviews I can deduce that requesting a refund would likely be a waste of time and energy.

This is one place I advise anyone to stay away from. I checked in and checked out within 5 minutes. Upon entry of my room I noticed blood stains on the floor, mold and dripping water in the entry way and bathroom as well as blood, semen and hair in the sheets and blankets. Steer clear of this place for your own safety.

Being renevated at the moment the new Apt(long term stay) roooms are perfect for the quick notice apt,..no lease, nohigh deposit no bavkground or credit check,, pet friendly.. the owner is one of the most polite,respectful ,and understanding owner Ive ever met...the building is older but unique ...if life has u in a bind or your starting from scratch come chevk out these affordable kitchenettes...they love our furry friends and thier well behaved owners

I checked in on 9/25 and checked on 9/29 I checked out at 4am to catch a flight and was charged an early check out fee bc he said ppl rent by the hour?!?!? The roaches in the room were absolutely disgusting I can’t count how many I killed, not to mention I had at least 3 on my bed. Many more I’m sure as I slept. The elevator didn’t work so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The first floor stairwell smelled like urine so bad and there were a lot of homeless ppl sleeping outside the building. I would not even make my dog sleep there and definitely will not be returning or recommending anyone to stay there. They need to do some serious maintenance on the place and spray for bugs badly.

Dont go here! Roaches and bed bugs. Dirty rooms. The doors dont lock and men watching. Looks like human trafficking.They seem to think they dont need to clean the rooms if you are gonna get kidnapped anyways. I ran and you should too!

I normally dont complain or write hotel reviews but I have to write one on this hotel. The worst place I have stayed at. Not sure how this place is allowed to stay open. Let me count the ways:Upon check in, Tulsa police was arresting someone from the hotel. Also, the entire lobby was caution taped off like a crime scene. Not very welcoming at all. The elevator was broken as well. I got into my room and room was not cleaned at all. The worse was the bathroom not being touch disgusting. And no king size bed which I booked. I then asked to switch to another room which was clean but didnt have a king size which I requested and there was leak in the bathroom ceiling from upstairs bathroom. The front desk informed that they were all booked and thats all they had.I was not able to receive refund my money back as well which I sucked as well! Terrible Terrible experience. This building needs major updating and overhaul on cleaning staff.

I checked in and went to my room and the elevator was broken the stairs had vomit on them and still went into the room where I was greeted with meth on the dresser and a bloody rag in the shower it was so disgusting!

Horrible place! We walked in our room and walked right out! Stains on carpet, smells, yellow sheets, tub is dirty! Hookers and druggies in lobby! Even our dogs ran to the car! This place needs shut down! And good luck getting a refund! It took us over a month and it was such a hassle!

The owners are very friendly, always have a smile on their faces are ready to help make your day a little easier. Housekeepers are exceptionally patient and they do a good job of making everything look great. Air conditioners could be cleaned allowing folks with allergies not to have any flare ups. THE POOL should be up and running… it’s 108 degrees outside and the humidity makes it miserable and the elevators should always be in worrying order. But I love this place!

Even at the cheap price this place is not worth the money. Very run down and unkempt. I stayed for a week while working and it was very regular to have police in the parking lot or lobby. Room smelled clean but very visibly stained and dirty. The sheets had blood stains and burn holes. I asked for new sheets to put on myself and they “couldn’t find any”. So I just went out and bought new sheets and towels.I am used to staying in less then stellar hotels but this was definitely towards the bottom. I have stayed near this location before so next time I will pay the extra $10-20 a night for something better.The only upside is that the front desk staff was always very nice and attentive. Plus you usually always have some sort of drama/entertainment to watch in the parking lot.

Smelly, sticky, and worseThis was not a good experience from the beginning. The sign outside it makes it look as if the place is under construction and not open so we passed it twice thinking we were looking for a different location. The front common area looks like the ceiling fell out. The elevator smells like human urine. The room smelled like cigarettes. There was a large dog on our floor that was barking the entire 15 minutes we were there before we promptly checked out before one of the sketchy characters wandering around the facility decided to try to steal our motorcycle because 3 different men looked like they were casing it as soon as we got there.The only redeeming quality that this place has is that the woman working the front desk is very nice and very patient.

This place is a crack house. Elevators didn’t work, bed sheets had cigarette burns, graffiti on the bed frame, stairwells smelled like piss, the list goes on.

I got very sick before my flight from Washington State, still am. I tried to talk to them at Tulsa Square Hotel Central to let them know what happened but they refused to refund or give me future credit toward a hotel of theirs. I am sick , it wasnt my fault I was heading to the bmx grand nationals and am still sad I have to miss it. Do not use oyo hotel services. They do not care whether you tell the truth or are sick. I will never use them again. Now they will take my 6 nights I paid for and rent my room to someone else. This is who you want to do business with? Run away. Read their reply below. I reached out twice and my booking company did twice as well. We both explained the situation and you didnt care. You wouldnt even partially refund. And We explained way before they put their response below ( see the date I posted) They would do nothing to help or rebook somewhere else. And no it was not fair how you dealt with me, I was so sick I couldnt even get on the flight and was sick for four days. I feel bad for anyone else who books here.

Hotel was disgusting. Room was dirty, bed made you feel dirty just sitting on it. Front lobby all taped off with caution tape, cigarette and weed smell through the entire building. Wife and front desk attendant got confronted by bums smoking in the stairwell asking them what they were doing there and to get out. Knife stabs in the walls. Guy at the front desk was very helpful and made it quick and easy to cancel so we could go elsewhere, he was the only thing decent about this hotel. Would not reccomend to the guy my x-wife cheated on me with.......

The worst place I have stayed at. Not sure how this place is allowed to stay open. Smells like smoke and pot, heaters are held to the wall by zip ties. Some of the room windows are broken. TV did not work sink leaked on to the floor. Pretty sure it’s a shelter for the homeless. Front desk has no clue what is going on. We got Catfished. All the pictures on the site must be from 10 years ago.

Worst place ever. Please do not book here. Everything is so dirty. Elevator broken. Crime scene tape seen around. Some guy with 2 pit bulls letting his dogs walk around saying he was a usual and his dogs were nice, meanwhile I have 3 children terrified of them. Working elevator smelled like urine. Rooms smells liked smoke and pot. Overall, I’m not sure how this place is allowed to be open. Worst experience ever, we left immediately after booking elsewhere. Front staff was nice enough to refund us back our money.

Can we werent there for more than thirty minutes when I found something on the bed that resembled a bed bug that had probably been dead for a little while as well as A baby bed bug crawling underneath the sheets that were on the bed.At full force. Note to the Clarion in the near future. After you hopefully get this issue under control. The fact that its like a 110° is tunisive. Walk in the front door is probably not good for the breathing and spreadings. OK bugs so you might need to check all floors of your hotel. When we requested a refund the receptionist was a little inconsiderate I want to say Didnt coms or nothing.

Everyone is extra great. Love my room and the atmosphere. Totally recomend

I was attacked by a dog in the hallway and the staff did nothing. The other person was not removed and the dog was allowed to stay. The dog was an aggressive breed and over the weight limit. Manager would not return my calls and customer service was no help. My lawyer is filing a lawsuit against the business now

Do not stay here, nothing like pictures on line. Place reaked of old cigarette smoke and the carpet looked like it had been used as an ash tray. Also caught someone breaking into my room with a key and when questioned; said that he thought he had left something in there and that his brother worked there and gave him the key. As he left, I noticed he had a stack of room keys; so Im positive the front desk clerk is part of this; filing a complaint with corporate.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BEDUGS!! They upped the room charges during the storm when people were desperate for lodging. They scammed me out of 200 dollars for a one night stay. Broken elevators, stair wells smelled like urine, run down and disgusting place. Pictures are misleading

Hotel smelled of cigarettes and marajuana. Tv was missing power cords. Carpet stains. No breakfast as advertised. The pictures when booking looked nice. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Honestly, these owners are doing well, with what theyve been equipped with, and still, its been a ton more than most of the places Ive had a night or two at!! Rome are nice enough. Spacious, big bed balcony. But the pool is never open and the elevator is out. So good luck if your on 3rd or 4th floor

Turned the light on when I walked into the room and 10 roaches scattered. Ended up sleeping in my car, whole place smells like urine

Its a fair place the people that work here are wonderful... And the rooms are clean no bugs of any kind... But the activity that takes place here is crazy and dont get me wrong the workers try their best to get it at a minimal its more the location which isnt there fault as for what I can say of the motel its self its a good motel for a decent price.

The manager has been harassing my girlfriend and demanding that she pays $10 for each guest she invites over for a policy that doesn’t exist even the call center has never heard of it and her workers have tried it bust down the door to see who’s in the room and this only happens when I’m at work so if your planning on staying at this location go find a different place to stay they are absolutely the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They have good extended stay rates.

OK needs work but the workers are awesome.

Well I absolutely love ALL the staff members and the Owners but my ONLY one complaint is that the maids here are VERY RUDE.

Rooms with big playing service was great location not so much lot of cops lot of harassment from them
