I was in need of a new device today because I had misplaced my other one and I came in thinking Id just stick to my ole reliable Suorin brand. Once I came in and told Bryan what Ive stuck with since 2019 he recommended the next best thing that is not only very similar but the refillable pods hold even more juice and it was on S A L E. Couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase he suggested along with his knowledge on all things on the market had me sold. Someone get Bryan a cape because this guy is a hero!🙌

This is my go to vape shop and has been for the LONGEST! Mark and all the other guys ALWAYS give me 5 star treat when I come in, they treat me like family. Not to mention they’re all super knowledgeable about all of their products, which is nice. You can ask them about what you’re getting and they’ll always shoot you straight and always have the facts. Also, they have the best prices around, trust me I’ve done my shopping around and I’ve done my research. They are the BEST!

I just moved to Tulsa and found this place as it’s close to my home. The employees are super kind and the store has a great selection of items. I went recently and Joshua was both helpful and quick! Highly recommend this place!

Brian and Mark were by far the kindest employees I’ve ever met in this industry. They were both very informative and were super knowledgeable of the products they were selling. I had recently quit going to my former vape shop ( wolf voice Main Street broken arrow ) because I was not pleased with the service nor taste of the elf bars I was buying from them. It wasn’t worth the cheaper price in the end. My friend chayton informed me about J vapes and claimed they were the best around and boy was he right. They recommended me the blue razz berry cotton candy after I described my pallet profile and I’m now convinced this is my new favorite flavor and new FAVORITE VAPE SPOT!!! They were able to provide me with the full experience / service I’ve been desperately looking for. I will be a forever regular at this lovely place and you’d be a fool if you weren’t too. EXCELLENT SERVICE ❤️

These guys have great selection and always good service. I was very happy to find them open today when their power was out due to storms.

Their juice is the smoothest. And they have such a great selection. When I came in the guys was like “What flavor do you want?” And I was like “Something good for the summer? Like cucumber or something?” And he was super patient as I tested out different flavors. I finally settled in Iced Up Chocolate. It’s great. I mix it with a chick flavor I already had, and sometimes a caramel or coffee flavor and it blends so well. Love this store!

The guy at the counter was really kinda rude. I came in to buy a coil and he informed me I needed to buy the entire box. I explained the store I normally go to (only on this side of town due to work) sells them individually and before i finished talking he cuts me off, very rudely, and let’s me know they will be the 1st to close their doors when the FDA comes down.I still have no idea what he meant. Would NOT recommend and will NEVER be back!

Ive been going here since it opened. Zack is a amazing guy. They have over 85 different flavors juice. Amazing selection of devices. Everything is high quality, or what some may call premium. I honestly havent been to another store since Ive been there.

My favorite vape shop in Tulsa. The customer service here is always amazing, always willing to make suggestions and recommendations. I do wish they carried more popular vape juice brands, but their selection is still decent. Great options for disposable vapes as well.

Having been a JVapes customer for more than a year, I figured it was time I wrote a review.JVapes has a fantastic, quality selection of juices, mods, and coils, and their team members are always happy to explain the pros and cons of their products to customers. Theyre polite, personable, knowledgeable, and happy to help newcomers and veterans alike through any issues they might be having.Their store is clean, professional, and well organized. The store hours and location makes JVapes one of Tulsas most logical, consistent, and convenient choices.I can be a bit picky when it comes to purchasing new coils and juices, which makes it exceptionally difficult to find a reliable vape shop. JVapes has met all of my needs and theyve been pretty darn awesome to me. They are, without a shadow of a doubt, one of Tulsas best vape shops.

First time i ever felt that i needed to review something. Havent even opened my bottle yet and have to give credit to the amazing customer service the man working today, provided.(10/10/2020/3:20PM). I didnt get his name, but he was the only one there when we came in, so im sure youd know who im talking about.Definitely a complete 180 from the last few times ive been there. Funny how one employee can totally change the face of a business and what you think of them. Whatever your name is, keep up the good work, bro.

I bought a vape rig from J Vapes and within less than a month it failed from having a defective battery. Far from exchanging and making good on the garbage Id been sold, I was offered a 20% discount on a new one that would also not be guaranteed because of the pandemic. Basically they sold me damaged goods and refused to honor their return policy. I have been a customer of this store for years, but I wont be back and I suggest others find similar businesses that actually care about their customers.Addendum: I called corporate and they absolutely made good on this, calling the store and instructing them to make the exchange. I had intended to change the review score, but the brand new store manager was so rude when I came back for the exchange, the one star rating stands and Ill take my business elsewhere. I would use another J Vapes, but this location needs work!

If you are going to advertised best sellers on your website then for the love of everything, be certain your stocked up so when a customer comes through the door for one, you actually have it! Low inventory once in a while is understandable but continously having no stock is unacceptable and bad for business....

Ive had nothing but horrible luck with vapes! I wanted for so long to love vaping but all of the ones Id tried leaked. Horribly. All the juice just gone. I went in here a few days ago and got one that did the same thing. Leaked. I was very disappointed but called the staff and they told me that it happens once in a while.I went back in the next day and decided to try a different one. I fully expected it to do as the others have done (just based on my luck) but I have been soooooo happy with it!Zach and Brandon were amazing and helpful as were the ladies. They new exactly what they were talking about and made sure that I was as happy vaping as I had always wanted to be. This is the only store I will ever go to and I will recommend it to everyone.LOVE LOVE LOVE! And thank you!!

I took my grandson to jvapes they had always been friendly and help with me in the past, but this visit ended me from ever returning. They were rude once they found he was in US Army Reserve. As far as I’m concerned they should be thankful that we have our Military to protect us here in America

I have been shopping here since they have opened. The prices are the great and they will beat any other vape stores price in the devices. And the juices are made and certified in a lab. Not someones kitchen, like some of Tulsas shops. I would of gave them 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, if they had all glass bottles. But other than that there are awesome!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After having ZERO luck with 4 different Tulsa area vape shops looking for multiple pieces I needed replaced on my Salt Vape and Regular Vape, I called JVape and they had all the items in stock. I came in a few hours later and both guys working were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they have ALL THE MULTIPLE PIECES I was in need of (that 4 other vape shops didnt have), but they changed the pieces out for me and I walked out with BOTH my Vape and Salt Vape working 100%!! I will definitely be back to JVape!!

Im so glad I found Jvapes here in Tulsa. I used to order all my liquid from OKC & now I purchase everything from Jvapes. The young people employed there (Im 68) are so nice & knowledgeable. Ive referred several people to them & will continue to do so.
