Amazing staff ! They treat you like family here. This place has the lowest price for vapes / cigarettes that Ive found. Very large collection of bowls , bongs, bubblers etc. I myself am a regular here, I walk in & they know who I am & what im there for. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I only leave a 1 star because I have no choice. I will not purchase anything from this place again. I was sold a counterfeit StundenGlass Gravity Bong.....$320 down the drain. I didnt know there was counterfeits of these out there or I would of researched it. However, we did ask questions....and after doing our research, we were lied to by at least 2 of the staff members there. I used to love coming to this store but because of this betrayal, I will never return here again.

Avoid .......unless you know exactly what you want and dont have to return anything, even though it was the employee that supplied the product. Only 1 star for employees energy ONLY. Still waiting after 3 visits to return stuff that was given to me wrong by the store. Can go on with head scratching stuff that was said to me why I cant get a refund and other options to buy more even from elsewhere......just sayin what I was told... Have funP.s. My contact info was left at store on a sticky note. I waited over 24hrs from that before 1st review was posted.I cannot try/test, beforehand, replacement tanks and coils.

Wont shop here again. Bought a very expensive piece for it to break and when I contacted the company for the warranty, I found out the piece I bought was counterfeit. Not the way to do business, honesty is always the best seller.

This is a fairly big smoke shop, always clean with friendly staff, and the best prices on the vapes in my area.

I just started going to this location, and I have to say, the guy that usually helps me is always so friendly and so helpful! I havent caught his name, but I will next time. Today I went in to purchase a new Varz since the one I bought yesterday all of a sudden malfuntioned. He checked it out for me and quickly replaced it.I just want to give a shout out to him for being such a sweetheart of a guy!

Ok, rescinding my previous review. They finally got my juice in stock and have been keeping it in stock for me. Store is clean and the employees are kind. Very nice selection of products!To add. These guys did something for me to keep me coming back and it was a huge help to me. They went above and beyond for me and I am grateful. Definitely give this place a try.

After a bad experience will all the other smoke shops in the area I decided to try The Tobacco Shoppe. Once I walked in I was greeted by the manager Keith. He showed me around and was a ton of help. PRICES ARE CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER SHOP IN METRO DETROIT HANDS DOWN. With the service and the pricing you cannot go wrong coming to this amazing store. I would recommend this smoke shop to anyone who is looking for low prices at high quality items. They even have a shop closer to my house in Clinton township. Went in today and seen Lou, took my puffco in with an atomizer issue. Lou was able to help fix the issue and grabbed an extra atomizer just in case. If you have issues with any products Lou will help! Again thanks brother if you see this review!

Huge glass selection. Best Ive seen around honestly. Prices on most glass and anything of that nature is a great price but when you get to the vape section everything seems a little more expensive. They can do better prices on their tanks, vapes, etc. They could run better deals on their ejuice. If they did that they would consistently get me in the shop more. They so have great prices on coils though.

I went into this shop last week to purchase new pods for my Zero vape because the ones that I originally purchased were no good. As I was in there I noticed a customer complaining about a bad device that he purchased from this outfit. The owner was arguing with him debating wether or not he actually purchased the device from him, after the debate the customer ends up walking out with a bad device and no kind of reimbursement. Anyways, after I purchased pods again from this place they ended up being bad again, burning, something wrong with the coil or something. The owner told me the first time If something is wrong with the new pods bring them to him and he will send them back. I bring the pods up there and they tell me there is nothing they can do and suggest to contact the manufacturer. I am a business owner myself and would never treat a customer this way I would have exchanged it or gave them a refund with no confrontation because I rather have a reputable business than not take care of my customers. I contacted other vape shops and they told me they will exchange and return products for their customers. The owner of this shop is a horrible business man who does not care for his customers. I will never be returning to this shop and will tell friends and family to stay away from this place. I will also be contacting the better business bureau and leaving a review on every site this outfit is on.BAD BUSINESS STAY CLEAR. GO TO SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I went to their new store on garfield and canal and was very disappointed with the staff. The woman working in there had NO IDEA what she was talking about. She tried to tell me that a glass blunt was meant for concentrates and could be used as a nectar collector. If you want to run a smoke shop, you should have competent and knowledgeable staff working there.However, they do have a large selection and decent prices. If you go there, just take anything the woman says with a grain of salt, because the information youre getting is most likely wrong.

The guys here have such extensive knowledge on vaping and glass, I wont go to any other shop. They go above and beyond with their customer service and actually know what theyre talking about. Definitely have the lowest prices around with the best quality Vape equipment / juices Ive seen.

Lu was very friendly and extremely helpful aiding me in selecting a birthday gift of cigars for the occasional social smoker and put them all together in a very nice wooden cigar box he threw in at no cost. I would highly recommend The Tobacco Shoppe!

Bought a rig from them at a fairly decent price...but when I got home I realized that the nail was not the right size and had fallen into the down stem and got stuck. (before being able to put it to use)I am a card holder and had tried dabbing out of it. ONE DAB. When I took it back they told me if I could get the nail out they would replace it. Well, the nail didnt come out, and he handed it to me and said I dont wanna break it. So, they wont replace it when its their fault it doesnt work? So he wanted me to break it and be my fault? I get that theyre not supposed to do any exchanges on used products, but the product was faulty in the first place, and they did absolutely nothing for me but take my $40. (PS I GOT THE NAIL OUT MYSELD)

Great store , Keith was great to work with and helped me get transitioned into vape. I have been a smoker for years and his knowledge in the products and selection helped tremendously. Love the store and the customer service!

Bought a suorin air from them and discovered when i got home that there was no magnet in it. I tried going back a couple hours later to get a refund and they simply would not oblige. They didnt offer to switch it out for a new one either. Terrible customer service.

Last time Im going there. Clerk must be high as hell. I called and asked if they had Newport Light 100s menthol, he says yes. I get there and ask for the same and say I do not like the Regular I need the Lights/Golds because of throat issues I have. He put a carton of regular Newport 100s in the bag. Jerk.

Don’t go here to buy mint pods, the packs are old and the liquid is brown. Called to see if I could exchanged an unopened pack but the manager refused to even acknowledge the lack of quality. Go elsewhere.

Bought a nectar for 40 dollars and broke the same day, cheap glass, and the metal attachment kept falling out. Not worth 40 dollars.
