The associates themselves are nice. Management and the way they run their store is absolute trash. Refusing to refund a disposable that clearly malfunctioned, showing full juice bar but is burnt when trying to hit. $30 wasted without even a suggestion on how to help. Edit- since you want to be rude and say I’m trying to gip YOU. I called the store the literal next day. I didn’t try it because I’ve never had an issue with vapes at your store and mine was still usable. So I opened it the NEXT day when my other one went burnt, tried to use it and it was beat WHILE STILL SHOWING FULL JUICE BAR. so it clearly still had all the juice in there. And I called the store immediately. So no. You guys are ignorant and keep losing customers to it. You don’t just screw somebody out of literally $30 when I bought a faulty product from you, and nobody at your store has ever asked me to try them before I leave.

Rudest, most inconsiderate service I’ve ever received. Refused to accept the return of a non disposable product after less than 24 hours with receipt. No posted signs. Employee was laughing as he refused me. Spend your money somewhere else. Spend your money somewhere that gives a F.

Sure, some of the employees may be rude, but they have a job to do as well and we dont know the other side of their story. I definitely recommend pops tobacco because they are the only smoke shop in the area that carries secret nature products. The last time I was in there they were all out but that was many moons ago and Im going to check today to see if they had a restock. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was rude when I just had a simple question about my coil because the girl sold the wrong coil to my boyfriend and she goes uhmmm well my boss says the customer should always know what kind of coil they need to buy for a vape I will not be returning to this business especially with rude customer service I definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone

Who ever runs the store is always late. Got there on time and a man showed up 15 minutes late. Plus sign in the window said the place was open.Dont say you are open if you are not.

I figured Id stop in because they were new and Im glad I did. The man at the counter was pretty cool and very helpful. Give them a shot
