Great customer service, top notch. Very knowledgeable about vaping products. Good selection of vape juices. Just dont like the taxes the state of Indiana has for vaping products, 15% is unheard of, its should be a crime .

Was out walking my dog, out of state, he pulled and my vaporizer flew into the ground, shattered everywhere.Went to Vapin N Valpo to see if I could get a temporary disposable, and they hooked me up with an Orion bar. This thing is so good I might switch from my regular vape.Service was fantastic, prices not too bad, would recommend.

Absolutely amazing! I unfortunately am new to this so I have no clue what Im doing etc and they are so patient and explain in depth what they would recommend and everytime since July they keep me literally trying so much and now my fiancee goes there too and its beyond reasonable pricing! Only part I still get lost is how time frame works bc my vapes will last for months when its supposed to be 1wk(ish) lol but Id recommend them to anyone!

The customer service here is second to none. Justin and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and overall great guys to work with. I went in knowing nothing about ejuice and mods and they both made sure that I was 100% comfortable with my purchases and knew the ins and outs of the mod of my choice. Justin always askes how my daughter and wife are and its always a great experience. 10/10 go out of your way to check out this place, on top of the customer service they have a large selection of mods and eJuice.

Great service, I’ve bought a couple of kits before this new one but never had the help I got from these guys.Cody and Slim helped me set up the kit and answer all of my questions. They recommended some things I picked up and overall I’m really happy with what I got.Everyone there was knowledgeable and helped me get what works best for my taste.Not the fanciest or most expensive vape but I’m more than happy with this one and it’s just right for my use.

Nice selection, helpful employee. Expensive compared to other smoke and vape shops Ive been too. I usually pay $32 for a 3 pack novo pod and 50 ml juice. My total was $43 before the discount I received. But overall good place to go

Even though a wheelchair ramp had been promised, it has yet to be installed. The promise was made when the store first opened. It is discrimination when a person in a wheelchair cannot shop or work there. I was a loyal customer in the past and spent hundreds of dollars at the old location. I would have expected better customer service in return. Imagine yourself in a wheelchair the next time you shop at this place.

Their delta 8 is pretty thin, burns quickly, and isn’t an amazing high but it’s still a place that sells it pretty cheap. Worth what you pay.The whole thing was pretty much gone in a third of the time other carts have lasted.

What an awesome addition to the other locations. Max and company have really created a great environment an provided a fantastic selection to choose from. The HATS go off to Justin and Sean for their awesome customer service. Look forward to continuing the relationship with this fine establishment

Its always a great time at Vapin N Valpo II. the staff are awesome and the selection keeps getting better. Super knowledge staff that will not only assist you in finding the perfect product for your needs/wants, but will also take the time to show you how to use it. Also, staff is very friendly, and its always really fun to just kind of hang out there.

Ive been to every Vapin store in NWI and they are all great, BUT Vapin II in Valpo is my go to location. Justin is always helpful, remembers my usual order, and is just a super friendly guy. Ive never had a bad experience and any store around should take a page from Vapin when it comes to customer service.

I love the atmosphere here. Everything is laid out nicely and is very clean. The guy helping behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back.

Unsure of what I wanted, gave the guy some flavors in mind. Told me about a popular brand that’s been out for years and it’s the best juice I’ve ever had ‘Ruthless’ purple drank. Fast service! Drive Thru! And very helpful!

They never seem to keep a steady supply of needed coils. They dont answer the phone. When you ask for a receipt with your purchase you dont get one and they cant print a duplicate for some reason.

They delete negative reviews and sell horrible Delta 8. Might go picket in front of their store cause Im bored.

Whoever was working the drive thru 12/9 around 4:30 was delightful and deserves a raise. I appreciated his enthusiasm a lot 😂

This is my favorite store! Theyre so much easier to get too if you want to avoid the downtown traffic.
